Abstract

Kemajuan material yang dikonsumsi manusia dewasa ini pada realitanya memunculkan kegersangan jiwa karena sebagian besar kemajuannya yang ada tidak diiringi dengan perkembangan religiusitas. Kegersangan jiwa membuat manusia berkepribadian abnormal sehingga rentan sekali mengalami gangguan kejiwaan. Menganalisis keadaan ini Muhammad Utsman Najati menghadirkan al-Qur’an sebagai media dalam rangka penyembuhan gangguan kejiwaan manusia di masa modern. Analisis yang akan dikaji atas pemikiran Muhammad Utsman Najati adalah kajian kepustakaan (library research) terhadap karyanya Al-Qur’an wa ‘Ilm al-Nafs. Kajian terhadap pemikirannya dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis data secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ayat-ayat dalam al-Qur’an menjadi penerapis guna mengubah pemikiran, kepribadian pasien dengan metode afektif, yaitu motivasi, pengulangan, perhatian, pembagian belajar, dan perubahan secara bertahap. Di samping itu secara kontekstual al-Qur’an mampu menerapi jiwa manusia dengan mengamalkan ajaran Islam yang dimuat al-Qur’an melalui takwa, ibadah, sabar, zikir, dan taubat. Sedangkan implikasi terapi qur’ani menurut Muhammad Utsman Najati adalah pembentukan mental positif manusia, seperti penyabar, penyayang sesama, rendah hati, dan percaya diri

Abstract

Tuntutan  kompetensi guru  termasuk guru  bimbingan dan konseling sekolah sebagai sebuah profesi mau tidak mau harus dipenuhi.  Membangun profesionalisme  Guru konseling  akan diminta akuntabilitas layanannya oleh pengguna jasa di sekolah. Masalahnya,  apakah layanan bimbingan konseling (BK) telah dilaksanakan oleh guru  konseling secara professional? Apakah keprofesionalan guru bimbingan dan konseling telah mencapai standar profesional yang ditetapkan? Masalah-masalah  yang kompleks dan meluas, kurang profesionalnya  guru bimbingan dan konseling akibat kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling yang kurang memadai, serta tuntutan perubahan yang terjadi dalam persaingan layanan profesional, memerlukan peningkatan profesionalitas guru bimbingan dan konseling khususnya terkait sikap,   pengetahuan dan  keterampilan  guru  bimbingan dan konseling.   Saat ini Guru Konseling di sekolah masih kurang selektif  dalam hal memberikan bimbingan yang seharusnya didapatkan  siswa. Untuk konseling sekolah peran guru konseling seharusnya tidak hanya berorientasi pada bimbingan karir akan tetapi juga harus memperhatikan bimbingan belajar, bimbingan bersikap baik, bimbingan berprilaku santun, jujur, dan bimbingan hormat kepada bapak-ibu guru serta bimbingan untuk masyarakat civitas akademik  (teman sebaya) di sekolah atau dalam hal ini mentaati peraturan tata-tertib di Sekolah maupun di luar Sekolah. Banyak hal yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi siswa. Salah satunya dengan mengadakan  kelas percontohan maupun tes kemampuan dan bakat siswa. Melalui tes percontohan dan tes bakat,  guru Bimbingan Konseling  di sekolah  melakukan bimbingan karier dan mengarahkan mereka pada jurusan sesuai bakatnya. Peran Guru Bimbingan  Konseling di sekolah punya tugas yang banyak, kalau mereka mau mengembangkan profesinya. Tak  hanya memecahkan masalah pribadi siswa,   melainkan mencari masalah apa yang dihadapi siswa terutama masalah bakat dan minat. Ini penting bagi kelancaran proses belajar-mengajar di sekolah. Setelah ditemukan bakat dan minat, arahkan siswa pada jurusan yang tepat.Kata Kunci: Profesionalisme  Guru Konseling, Stelistika BahasaPROFESSIONALISM   OF  TEACHER SCHOOL BUILDING THROUGH COUNSELING FOR SUBMISSION OF LANGUAGE POLITE.This  paper aims to find out the demands of the competence of teachers,  including  teachers,  school  guidance and counseling as a profession will inevitably be met. Teachers build a professional  counseling  services will  be  requested  by the service user accountability  in schools. The problem, whether the counseling service (BK) has been implemented  by teachers in a professional counseling? Is the  guidance and counseling teacher professionalism have reached the professional standards set? The issues are complex and widespread, the  lack of professional  guidance  and counseling teachers as a result of competence guidance and counseling teacher are inadequate, and demand changes in the competitive professional services, require an increase in the professionalism of teachers guidance and counseling particularly  related  attitudes,  knowledge  and skills guidance  teachers  and counseling. Currently  Teachers Counseling at school  is less selective  in terms of providing guidance should be obtained student. The results of this paper is under the teacher’s role counseling should not only oriented to the career guidance but also should pay attention to tutoring , guidance  to be good, the guidance behaves politely, honest, and guidance homage to the father-mother teacher and guidance to the public the academic community ( friends peer) at school or in this case to obey the rules discipline in school and outside  school. Abstract

This paper tries to reveal and describe the mentoring model in pesantren, in shaping the santris’ positive behavior with the sufistic counseling approach. The research covers the concepts and methods of mentoring to the santris as the objects with diverse backgrounds, ages and problems. It uses the qualitative descriptive approach to search for the pricture of a counseling model based on the sufistic counseling. Through the phenomenological analysis, the result shows that the mentoring model is based on the principle of optimizing the potential knowledge and religious nature inherited in each individual santri so that it will form self-awareness to change their behavior from the negative to the positive one. The sufistic counseling which refers to mental balance focuses on efforts to influence the heart (qalb) through the dhikr activities, controlling desires (nafs) by preoccupying learning activities and reading the Quran, and improving their ability of rational and critical thinking through studies on classic Islamic books.

Abstract

Problem-problem rumah tangga yang diakibatkan dari perkawinan, seperti perselingkuhan, konflik antar anggota keluarga, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, dan perceraian merupakan fenomena nyata yang ada di masyarakat. Untuk membantu mengatasi problem-problem rumah tangga tersebut, diperlukanadanya konseling perkawinan. Salah satu sumber rujukan dalam mengkaji konseling perkawinan berasal dari Al-Qur’an. Al-Qur’an dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber rujukan dalam pengembangan konseling karena di dalam Al-Qur’an banyak dibahas tentang manusia dan relasinya dengan Tuhan, antar sesama, dan dengan alam semesta. Pandangan Al-Qur’an tentang manusia yang komprehensif dapat menjadi alternatif dalam menutupi kelemahan yang ada dalam beberapa pendekatan konseling yang ada. Konseling perkawinan dalam Al-Qur’an mencakup proses pendidikan, pendampingan, pengembangan, dan pemecahan masalah perkawinan. Selanjutnya, konseling perkawinan dalam Al-Qur’an juga tidak memisahkan antara konseling keluarga, konseling individu, dan konseling perkawinan itu sendiri. Semuanya menjadi satu kesatuan dalam konseling perkawinan, diawali dari pendidikan pra nikah, proses pernikahan, pasca pernikahan, pembentukan keluarga, hingga proses perceraian (jika terjadi). Pendekatan yang digunakan Al-Qur’an dalam melaksanakan konseling perkawinan bersifat komprehensif dan multifungsional, yakni gabungan dari pendekatan premarital counseling, structured modalities, multifamily group counseling, dan marital therapy.Kata Kunci: Konseling, Perkawinan, Al-Qur’an, keluarga, dan Islam. MARRIAGE COUNSELING IN AL-QURAN PERSPECTIVE. Household problems resulting from marriage, such as infidelity, conflicts between family members, domestic violence, and divorce are a real phenomenon in society. To help overcome the problems of the household, the needed marriage counseling. One source of reference in assessing marriage counseling comes from al-Qur'an. Al-Qur'an can be used as a reference source in the development of counseling because in the Qur'an, there are a lot of discussion about people and their relationships with God, among others, and with the universe. The views of the Al-Qur’an on human being comprehensivelyand it can be an alternative to cover the weaknesses in some of the existing counseling approach. Marriage counseling in the Qur'an includes the process of education, advocacy, development, and problem solving of marital. Furthermore, marriage counseling in the Qur'an also does not separate between family counseling, individual counseling and marriage counseling itself. Everything becomes a unity in marriage counseling, begins from premarital education, the process of marriage, after marriage, the family formation, to the process of divorce (if it happens). The approach of the Qur'an in performing marriage counseling is comprehensive and multi-functional, i.e, a combination of approaches premarital counseling, structured modalities, multifamily group counseling, and marital therapy.Key words: counseling, marriage, Al-Qur’an, family, and Islam

Abstract

AbstrakSetiap lembaga pendidikan tentu mempunyai tujuan pendidikan, salah satunya yaitu mengantarkan para peserta didiknya menjadi manusia yang mampu mengembangkan kompetensi dirinya sehingga mampu menjadi individu yang mempunyai ketrampilan, daya saing dan bermanfaat untuk dirinya dan orang lain. Tak terkecuali pondok pesantren sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam, yang membekali para santrinya dengan berbagai ilmu dan ketrampilan disamping ilmu agama. Tulisan ini adalah hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di pondok pesantren Al-Mukmin Muhammadiyah Tembarak Temanggung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bentuk bimbingan dan konseling yang diberikan pihak pesantren terhadap santri baru pada satu tahun pertama kehidupan di pesantren. Bimbingan yang diberikan khususnya terkait dengan adaptasi santri terhadap budaya pesantren, yang meliputi, kegiatan, bahasa, peraturan, lingkungan dan sosial serta bimbingan akademik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa praktik bimbingan dan konseling yang dilakukan di pondok pesantren Al-Mukmin dapat dikatakan kurang maksimal. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari pemberian konseling yang masih bersifat kastuistik dan belum bersifat preventif. Sehingga permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul pada santri baru dari tahun ke tahun hampir serupa, sedangkan hal tersebut dapat diatasi atau diminimalisir.AbstractCULTURAL COUNSELLING PESANTREN (DESCRIPTIVE STUDY OF THE MINISTRY OF GUIDANCE COUNSELING FOR NEW STUDENTS). Each education institution of course has the purpose of education, one that drove the participants their students to people who are able to develop competencies itself so that it can be individuals who have the skill and competitiveness and useful to himself and others. Boarding school no exception as one of the Islamic education institutions that cater for his students with a variety of knowledge and skills in addition to the science of religion. This article is the result of research done in  al-Mu'min Muhammadiyah Tembarak Temanggung boarding school. This research aims to know and analyze the form of guidance and counselling given by pesantren for new students in the first year of life in boarding school. The guidance given especially related with students adaptation against the culture of boarding school, which covers, activities Bible, regulations, environmental and social as well as academic guidance. This research is a qualitative research method using field research. From the research done obtained the result that the practice of guidance and counseling is done in  al-Mu'min boarding school can say less maximum. This can be seen from the gift that is still impossible counselling and not be preventive measures. So the problems that appear on the new students from year to year almost identical, while it can be overcome or minimised.

Abstract

HIV / AIDS patients need biopsychosociospiritual therapy, it means that patients are not only seen in terms of organobiological, psychological, social but also spiritual aspects. Spiritual therapy is needed for patients in dealing with the complexity of the problems caused by HIV / AIDS, therefore VCT counselor (Voluntary Counseling Test) in the PLWHA referral hospital (People Living with HIV / AIDS) must meet the spiritual aspects of HIV / AIDS patients (clients). This research was a qualitative research with a psychological approach to describe the spiritual dimension in the practice of counseling for HIV / AIDS patients in the VCT clinic of PLWHA referral hospitals in Semarang (RSI Sultan Agung and Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital). The two "religious" hospitals are unique because VCT counselors come from patients' spiritual guides. The results showed that the spiritual dimension in counseling practice for HIV/AIDS patients could be achieved by implementing religious counseling objectives. The Counselor VCT Panti Wilasa hospital applies Pastoral counseling objectives such as sustaining, improving the relationship or reconciling, repentance, and growth of faith. Meanwhile, VCT RSI Counsellor applies Islamic counseling objectives such as understanding of Allah SWT, improving faith and worship, and improving morality.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan pada individu yang terkena  frustrasi  maupun  informasi bagi  pencegahan munculnya frustrasi.  Frustasi dapat menghinggapi siapa saja ketika berhadapan dengan konflik motif. Akibat dari frustasi dapat berupa psikis (kecemasan, tak berdaya dan lain-lain) maupun fisik (berkeringat, malas beraktifitas dan lain-lain) atau mengganggu kognitif  (pikiran kacau), emosi (tidak  stabil),  tingkah laku (tidak terkendali) dan sosial (menarik diri). Reaksi individu ketika frustrasi dapat berupa agresif, mekanisme pertahanan diri maupun menarik diri. Untuk mengatasi frustrasi dilakukan dengan jalan psikoterapi yaitu: (1) menghilangkan,  mengubah atau menurunkan gejala-gejala frustrasi, (2) memperantarai/perbaikan pola tingkah laku yang rusak, dan (3) meningkatkan pertumbuhan serta perkembangan kepribadian. Meskipun psikoterapi dapat mengatasi frustrasi, namun lebih baik melakukan pencegahan munculnya frustrasi sehingga dapat hidup secara sehat baik fisik maupun psikis serta selaras dengan lingkungan sosial.kata kunci: Psikoterapi, FrustrasiPSYCHOTHERAPY FRUSTRATION. This article aims to provide assistance to individuals who are affected by frustration and information for the prevention of the emergence of frustration.  The frustration can be empowered anyone when faced with conflict motives. As a result of the frustration can be a psychological disorder (anxiety, helpless and others) and physical (sweating , lazy exercising and others) or interfere with the cognitive chaotic mind), emotions (not stable), (uncontrolled behavior) and social (withdraw). The reaction of the individual when frustration  can be aggressive, defense mechanism  and withdraw. To overcome the frustration  is done with the way psychotherapy: (1) eliminate, change or reduce symptoms  of frustration, (2) facilitates/ repair patterns of behavior that is damaged,  and (3) increasing the growth and development of the personality. Although psychotherapy can overcome frustration, but it is better to do the prevention of the emergence of frustration so that can live in a healthy both physical and psychological and in harmony  with the social environment.Keywords: Psychotherapy, frustration.

Abstract

Muslim students need academic resilience in overcoming difficulties during the educational process. Positive emotions; self-compassion influence the academic resilience of Muslim students. Self-compassion will help Muslim students to come to terms with their conditions and themselves when experiencing problems which will facilitate the academic resilience of Muslim students. Self-compassion in improving the academic resilience of Muslim students will be provided in the form of training called PRO-SESSION (Self Compassion Program). The type of research used is quasi-experimental research. The experimental research process involved 35 research subjects who were students of UIN Sunan Ampel divided into two groups, the experimental and control groups. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney U-test analysis, it was found that the value of sig. 0.034 (p < 0.05) with the average value of the experimental group experiencing an increase in academic resilience scores after giving a treatment by 2.25 and the control group experiencing a decrease in academic resilience scores by 0.7. This means that there is a significant effect of PRO-SESSION in increasing the resilience of Muslim students. Thus, it can be concluded that self-compassion is effectively used to increase the resilience of Muslim students.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 developments very sophisticated technology. The technology makes it easy to affairs of human life so that all activities be fast and instant. The use of appropriate technology will provide a positive impact on human beings, on the contrary the use of technology that is poorly controlled and redundant will have negative impacts for humans, especially for adolescents. One form of the use of technology that can be bad for adolescents, if carried to excess use such as playing online games. Play online games excessively and without control could damage the lives of adolescents, including the attitudes and behavior more specific daily impact on the journey and career planning adolescents. Therefore, to prevent and cope with things that are not desirable need intervention for problem handling the online game addiction among adolescents. One recommendation in the handling of the problem of online game addiction among adolescents is Islamic guidance and counseling: career counseling. This research method using mixed methods. The research sample is early adolescents, amounting to as many as 113 people. Data analysis using descriptive and quantitative analysis. Islamic guidance and counseling: career counseling can be utilized for the handling of online game addiction among adolescents, so as not to adversely affect the journey and career planning adolescents.

Abstract

Tulisan ini memberikan informasi yang tepat tentang kondisi kebutuhan remaja yang sesuai dengan tugas perkembangannya yaitu: mengenal fungsi perbedaan jenis kelamin, organ reproduksi dan persiapan pernikahan agar dapat mengenali fungsi anatomi tubuh sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, misalnya tentang kesehatan seksual dalam Islam. Meskipun data yang ditemukan terdapat beragam problematika remaja tentang seksual,  sehingga dibutuhkan profesi konseling  Islami untuk membantu remaja tumbuh kembang secara optimal dalam berprestasi dibidang kognitif-afektif-psikomotorik.  Kemampuan kognitif dengan diupayakannya  pengayaan pengetahuan tentang alam semesta beserta fenomena alam, kemampuan  afektif dengan trampilnya mengolah dan mengendalikan emosi ke arah positif  kepada sesama makhluk hidup,  sedangkan kemampuan psikomotorik dengan adaptifnya manusia dalam bersikap ketika berinteraksi di lingkungan dengan keragaman budaya Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Dengan berdasar pada nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam maka manusia dapat mengoptimalkan 3 daya dengan berdasarkan pada al-Qur’an yang memberikan keselamatan  dan kebahagiaan  pada remaja untuk memahami kesehatan seksual dalam Islam.Kata Kunci: Konseling Islam, Pendidikan  Seksual, PemudaTHROUGH THE ISLAMIC COUNSELLING SEXUAL HEALTH EDUCATION IN ISLAM IN ADOLESCENT. This paper provides precise information  about the conditions in accordance with the needs of adolescent development tasks are: to know the function of gender, reproductive organs and wedding preparations in order to identify the function of anatomy of the body in accordance with Islamic values, example about sexual health in Islam. Although the data were found to contain a variety of sexual problems of adolescence, so it needs the counseling profession Islamic to help teens grow and develop optimally in achievement in the field of cognitive-affective-psychomotor. Cognitive abilities with the enrichment begun all the knowledge of the universe and natural phenomena, affective abilities skilfully manage and control their emotions in a positive direction to our fellow beings, whereas the adaptive human psychomotor abilities in attitude when interacting in an environment with a diversity of cultural unity. Based on the values of Islamic education then humans can optimize power to 3 based on the Qur’an that provide the safety and happiness of the youth to understand sexual health in Islam.Keywords:  Islamic Counseling , Sexual Health Education, Youth
