Abstract

AbstractBalaghah is regarded as a difficult subject matter by the students of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. The difficulty is due to a lot of various factors, one of them is the using of Arabic books published be Middle East schools. The title of the research: Teaching Balaghah on Arabic Language Education Program of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro in Improving Student Achievement (A Feasibility Analysis)”. This research is aimed at understanding and analyzing: (a) The balaghoh subject on Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro; (b). The learning achievement of Balaghoh Subject of students of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro; (c). The effect Instructional Materials Balaghoh feasibility study on student achievement of Arabic Departement of  STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. Before distributing the data, validity and reliability tests were carried out; the data obtained were processed with the computer program SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 16.0 with a 95 % significance level (α= 5 %). As for testing the researchers hypothesis using Simple Linear Regression Test. The results showed: (a). Balaghoh Subject of the Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro was feasible for use. This was indicated by a score of an average value of 47.2; (b). Student Achievement of Balaghoh of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Metro Siwo was average height with an average score of 43.5, and (c). There was a significant relationship between Instructional Materials Balaghoh Feasibility study on student achievement of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. It was shown in the results of the correlation between variables X and Y, the value obtained was 0.892 means a significant difference between the feasibility Balaghoh teaching materials with improved student achievement of Arabic Departement of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro.Keywords: Balaghah teaching materials, and learning achievement.

Abstract

Statististics instruction 1 is aimed at educating and training the students on how to collect, display, analysis, and interprete research data. Such skill is needed to writing final scientific paper.This research is also aimed at investigating the students’ motivativation and learning result in learning statistics by implementing concept map. This research was conducted in the fourth semester students of Islamic Education Department in academic year of 2013/2014 through two cycles. The firts cycle discussed data material, data display, and data analysis; while the second cycle discussed central tendency of data. Evaluation of each cycle is conducted through pre-test, post-test, discussion, and presentation. The result of this research shows that statistics instruction through concept map increased student’ learning achievement in which the average score of pre-test of the first cycle is 35.13 while post-test is 80.69. Statistics instruction using map concept method increased students’ motivation with the percentage of 70.10. The students found that map concept helped increase their motivation and finally improve the result of statistics 1 instruction.Keywords: Concept map method, instruction, statistics

Abstract

The observation and field notes on the process found that teachers lack guiding when students recognize and choose poetry to serve as a model. Teachers allow students to work on their own without direction and guidance. While there are some students who are not responsive, even tend to disregard the instructions and activities of the group. In general, they cleave to the work of a friend in the group. They do a lot of sideline activities that are not directly related to the teaching activities. For example, they talked about other things outside activities related to the manufacture of poetry. Meanwhile, when students do activities drafted more poetry teacher sitting at the teacher’s desk, students are left to work alone with a variety of problems and difficulties. From the results of the students’ learning achievement in writing poetry can be quite promising results. That is, the score obtained by the student assessment is not too bad, but it also cannot be said to be good. Average value at each grade range is 55% to 68%. Abstract

This article is the result of research that aims to describe the Islamic values in economic subjects in MAN Yogyakarta III. In addition, based on the findings of this research used as a basis for designing modules economic subjects charged Islamic values as a guide teachers to teach economics at MAN Yogyakarta III. Subjects in this study was the deputy head of the curriculum MAN Yogyakarta III, MAN Yogyakarta III economics teacher, and several students majoring in social studies MAN Yogyakarta III. Selection of subjects in this study was porpusive sampling. Primary data were collected through interviews and secondary data supported by relevant documents. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method by steps: data collection, data reduction, data display and analysis. The results of this study has been indicated that the economic subjects in MAN Yogyakarta III still tend to be dominated values-liberal capitalist economy, while Islamic economics or economics based on Islamic values have not taught formally. As for the design of the modules loaded Islamic values in economic subjects in MAN Yogyakarta III proposed consists of three stages, namely; analysis, design, and development.Keywords  : Economics subject, Islamic value, insemination, State Islamic Senior High Scool III of Yogyakarta

Abstract

Learning management is the capacity of the teacher to design learning  process. Through a good management, the learning will be achieved the desired  learning objectives. There are three stages in the implementation of learning  management namely design strategies and lesson planning, then management  during the learning process, and the evaluation of learning outcomes. In the learning management, there are two goals to be achieved. The first is instructional effects, it means the objectives of teaching that explicitly sought accomplishments with specific actions. The second is nurturing effect, it means the goals that show bonding results. It can be achieved because the students are to live in a system of specific learning environment. Interpersonal intelligence as part of a nurturant effect, indispensable achievements. Because mastery of interpersonal intelligence, will be the students as personal understanding the felling, it can take the appropriate action, put yourself supple, harmonious and in tune with the social environment. The correlation between interpersonal intelligence and fiqih is the behavior of dynamic human activity by fiqih’s patterned after the values    that guarantee the establishment of a religious and pious society. This is a classroom action research research. Techniques of data collection method by observation, test and interviews. The data analysis tehniques used descriptive was exploratory. Implementation of this research is the learning management of fiqh in MTs. Al-Islam to improve interpersonal intelligence of the students, done in two ways. Firstly, by implementing cooperative learning strategies. It is intended that students can interact longer with their friends in the discussions and group work. Secondly, the various actions of the fiqih teacher’s in the classroom and outside the room. The results of interpersonal intelligence of the students in MTs. Abstract

Mural has been a common phenomenon in some big cities in Indonesia. While many people have utilized it constructively, few persons have used it to address certain messages which are not in line with the Islamic values. A serious study taking the mural as its research object is very rare. Thus, this writing is aimed at providing rich description on Islamic skepticism expressed through murals in the city of Metro. The data were approached through semiotics discipline and were analyzed qualitatively. Abstract

This research is aimed at describing the communication pattern between the lecturers and their students at State Islamic College of Jurai Siwo Metro via Short Message Service media. The pattern can be seen from psychological analysis. The modern era brings us to use some technologies that help us to do our tasks in more convenient way. In contrast the ease in communication does not always make the communication effective. Sometime the meaning of the sentences written by the students is not clear enough and lead to the negative effects from the lecturers, such as feeling bad mood, feeling peeved, and neglecting the message.Keywords: Psychological analysis,  pattern, student, and lecturer

Abstract

An Islamic boarding school has a multidimensional role, namely: education, religious that preserve the values     of Islam, the development, awareness and strengthening civil society. Resolve social issues with a religious perspective. Make himself as educational institutions with quality community-based global / international. The boarding school can accelerate the development of human resources quality without losing the values     of spirituality. Constructing the quality of boarding school education is a necessity for people with three fundamental reasons: (1) education involving human figure is always dynamic, (2) Innovation of education due to the development of science and technology and (3) the demands of globalization which melts the boundaries of religion, culture even philosophy nation. Every organization, including boarding school has an activity-specific work activities in order to achieve the organization, one of the activities is the management. Despite gradual, in recent years, schools have instituted educational reformer perform various management field in response to the demands of global democratization. One form is democratic management model based culture, of, by and for learners. Educational boarding school is the center of conservation (preservation), deepening, development, refining, timeless values    and culture as well as the center of the implementation process of acculturation.
