Abstract

Gunarto, teacher, The Analysis Descriptive Qualitative of The National  Final Examination at the JuniorHigh School, The Year’s Course 2010/2011.The Analysis Descriptive Qualitative of the National Final Examination (UN) at the Junior High School,Year’s Course 2010/2011, aiming at the Document’s Result on the subjects; Indonesian, English, Mathematics,and Physics (IPA), that had been determinated by the Centre of National Estimation by the Minister of Educationand spread using the information system of the National Final Examination in 2011. The Data Analysis thathad been used by the writer using the qualitative and quantitative analysis.The aims of this writing are: 1.  This writing gives the  decipherment’s result of the National FinalExamination, for the Junior High School, so that it makes easier to read and knew by the public society whoneed it; 2. Knowing the completing criteria of the students for each lessons which is national tested;           3.Knowing the rank position of Klaten Regency in Ex Surakarta Residency at Jawa Tengah.The Analysis Results are: 1. Showing that at the grade of Junior High School in Klaten Regency, at theYear’s Course 2010/2011, is  85,953% (13.229) passed from 15.391. The  calculation based on  ReachingCompetence Standard (SKL) which has been made by The Ministry of Education that is, the sum of four markingfor the lessons which is tested must have at least 22 (twenty two) and there is no one or more lessons that haveat least minus from 4 (four); 2. The position of Klaten Regency based on the National Final Examination’sresult at the Year’s Course 2010/2011 is on the 3th (third) position at Ex Surakarta Residency, and on the 13th(thirteenth) position at the province; 3. The percentage of having a misscarriage, reached 85,953%, it meansthat the learning process in Klaten Regency has been reached.The result conclusion of the National Final Examination at the Junior High School in Klaten Regency in2011 reached the good result, that is why it must be maintained and must have more increasing, so that thefailure marking in the next year is lesser than it is now.Keywords: UN (National Final Examination), SKL (Reaching Competence Standard)

Abstract

Permendiknas Nomor 22 Tahun 2006 menetapkan bahwa pendekatan dalam pembelajaran di SD kelas rendah (kelas I, II, dan III) adalah pembelajaran tematik. Sementara itu, di pihak lain banyak guru di sekolah dasar yang belum memahami pembelajaran tematik sehingga menjadi kendala tersendiri bagi pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SD kelas rendah. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas beberapa hal, meliputi: (1) pengertian pembelajaran tematik, (2) karakteristik pembelajaran tematik, dan (3) implementasi pembelajaran tematik, (4) pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik selama ini. Ditinjau dari komponen guru, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik ditemukan adanya beberapa permasalahan sebagai berikut. (1) Guru masih kurang memahami langkah-langkah melakukan pemetaan KD dengan tema dari beberapa mata pelajaran terkait. (2) Guru masih kurang memahami perancangan pembelajaran yang berupa penyusunan silabus dan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) dengan menggunakan pendekatan tematik. (3) Guru belum dapat menyampaikan pembelajaran tematik. Pembelajaran yang disampaikan masih terkotak-kotak dalam berbagai mata pelajaran yang ditematikkan. (4) Guru belum mampu menyusun instrumen penilaian untuk pembelajaran tematik. Abstract

The paper aims at describing the use of politeness principles which are found in the utterances in Look Ahead An English Course for Senior High School Students Year XI written by Th. M. Sudarwati and Eudia Grace. The data are collected by note taking and observing the texts and then analyzed by descriptive qualitative method. After analyzing the data, the writers find 16 uses of politeness principles, they are one tact maxim, four generosity maxims, two approbation maxims, one modesty maxim, four agreement maxim, and four sympathy maxims. There can be found nine obedience and denial of maxim, they consist of one obeying tact maxim and denying modesty maxim, four obeying generosity maxim and denying approbation maxim, two obeying approbation maxim and denying modesty maxim, one obeying approbation maxim and denying agreement maxim, and one obeying agreement maxim and denying approbation maxim. Abstract

African American women have long suffered discriminating actions – both as blacks and as women. During the period of slavery, many African women were victims of sexual harassement at the hands of their white masters. When slavery was abolished, mainstream white society created  negative stereotypes of African American people to maintain their superiorty. The widely spread stereotypical figures of African American were means used to devalue African American women’s status and honor. White society has implanted the negative image of African American women so persistently that many of them believed in their inferiority. In addition to the destructive stereotyping, the dominant white culture also created a racist standards of beauty – blue eyes, blonde hair, and white skin. The standard excluded most African American women. With the assumption that Toni Morrison’s The Blues Eye portray the intricate life of African American women in the late 1930s and early 1940s, this work is explored to discuss the power of mainstream society in contructing images of beauty and in shaping the self-perception of African American women. In The Blues Eye, Toni Morisson describes a tragic scene when an African American gril named Pecola, who desperately yearn for blues eyes, at last goes insane. Implied in the black girl’s wish for blues eyes was self-hatred and low self-esteem. Other incidents experienced by other female characters In this novel portray the impacts of prevalent perception of beauty on how these women perceive themselves. This paper attempts to releal the damage caused by the white racist standards of beauty on the psyche of African American.

Abstract

Strategi korporasi, strategi bisnis dan strategi fungsional dalam pemasaran strategis perlu berinteraksi untuk membentuk keunggulan kompetitif dalam portfolio perusahaan. Fungsi perencanaan dan implementasi pemasaran strategis dapat mencapai tujuan jika perencanaan pemasaran strategis diarahkan pada keseluruhan strategi perusahaan dengan mempertimbangkan peran dan dinamika perilaku organisasi yang meliputi struktur, perilaku individual/ pegawai danbu daya organisasi. Pengembangkan perencanaan pemasaran stategis melalui pendekatan perilaku organisasional dapat dilakukan dengan mengkaitkan dimensi perilaku organisasional melalui perilaku Manajer Puncak melalui perancangan strategi. Abstract

Sintaksis membahas hubungan antar kata dalam tuturan (Verhaar: 161). Sintaksis ada beberapa pengertian yakni, sintaksis kalimat, sintaksis klausa, sintaksis frasa. Kalimat selalu diakhiri dengan tanda titik, tanda seru, atau tanda tanya. Data dikelompokkan menjadi lima bidang, yakni : politik, hukum, transportasi, olahraga, lingkungan. Ada tiga cara untuk menganalisis klausa secara sintaksis yakni: menurut fungsi, kategori, dan peran. Beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan sintaksis, yakni konstituen inti dan luar inti. Ada dua bentuk klausa yakni klausa simplek dan klausa kompleks. Kata Kunci: sintaksis, klausa, konstituen inti dan luar inti
