<![CDATA[Abstract, The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the intention topurchase counterfeit exclusive branded fashion products with brand minded life style. Variablesused in this study consist of the independent variable is brand minded life style (X). While thedependent variable is the intention to purchase counterfeit exclusive branded fashion products (Y).The subject of this study are female adolescents aged between 16 until 19 years in Surabaya. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between Adversity Quotientand Work Commitment to Creativity Teachers First Class in District Teluk Ambon,municipality of Ambon. Respondents in this study were 46 first classteacher in the district ofTeluk Ambon. There are three scales used in this study are: Scale of teaching creativity andcommitment to work using a Likert scale, while the scale of adversity quotient using Bogardusscale with numbers 1-5 choice. The results of multiple regression analysis found the value F= 17.811; R = 0.673; p = 0.000 (p <0.01), which proves that adversity quotient and workcommitment have a significant correlation with the creativity of teachers; no significantpositive correlation between adversity quotient withcreativity teachers, where t = -1.196; p =0.238 (p> 0.01); there is a Significant Positive correlation between work commitment withcreativity Teachers where the value t = 5.824; p = 0.000 (p <0.01).Keywords : Creativity Teachers, Adversity Quotient, Work Commitment, Teachers the firstClass.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between self disclosure andassertive behavior with tendency to avoid bullying. Research variables were measured usinga tendency to avoid bullying scale, self disclosure scale and assertive behavior scale. Subjectswere 56 students at 1st grade SMP Tajinan Malang. Data were analyzed using regressionanalysis. The results showed that self disclosure and assertive behavior significantly associatedwith tendency to avoid bullying. Separately, self disclosure did not correlate significantly withtendency to avoid bullying. <![CDATA[Abstract. The objective of the research was to examine whether there is a specialrelationship existed between product ,brand image and conformity to smoking behavior.The subjects of research was 84 smokers in Karangbesuki village Sukun District,Malang City who selected randomly, with the characteristic of cigarette smoker mustconsume 1 (one) pack of cigarette a day and 25 to 60 years old. Data collection wasusing a psychological scale which comprised of smoking behavior scale, productspesialty scale,brand image scale and conformity scale. Data were analyzed withmultiple regression analysis and partial correlation with Computer Program SPSS 2.0.0for Windiows. Result of data analysis indicated that product specialty was positivelycorrelated ,band image and conformity were significantly and simultaneously correlatedwith smoking behavior. In partial manner, product spesialty was positively correlatedwith smoking behavior and there is positive relationship between brand image andsmoking behavior. Conformity and smoking behavior has particularly positiverelationship. The contribution of the influence of variabels of product specialty,brandimage and conformity to smoking behavior was 64,1 %.Keywords : Smoking behaviors, Product special, Brand image, Conformity]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. The purpose of this study to examine the relation between religiosity and socialsupport to the resilience of Lapindo Sidoarjo Mudflow victims. Research variables weremeasured using resilience scale, scale of religiosity and social support scale. Subjectswere 60 victims of Lapindo mudflow that are married, age 20-40, and as a native. Datawere analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regressionanalysis showed that the variables religiosity and social support significantly associatedwith resilience (F = 22.863 at p = 0.000). Both variables contributed 44.5% towardsresilience. Separately, religiosity has a positive relationship with resilience (t = 2.439 to p= 0.018). Social support has a significant positive correlation with resilience (t = 4.952 atp = 0.000).Keywords: Religiosity, Social support, Resilience.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrac. The purpose of this study to tes the relationship between self concept and socialsupport for social adjustment in student from outside at IKIP PGRI Bali. The variable of thestudy are measured by using self concept, social support and social adjustment. The inputdata is analyzing by using regression t-test. The result show that self concept and socialsupport does have relation with social adjustment, where are F = 11,277 and p = 0,000(p<0,001). Retrived R² = 0,264 means of social adjustment student from outside explainedby variable self concept and social support. The result of the t test analysis showed nodifference adjustment, self concept and social support among male student and femalestudents.Keywords : Selt concept, Social support, Social adjustment]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. . The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between self-conceptand conformity with adolescent consumer behavior. Research variables were measuredusing a consumer behavior scale, self concept scale and conformity scale. Subjects were60 students at 2nd grade SMA Darut Taqwa Pasuruan. Data were analyzed usingregression analysis. The results showed that self-concept and conformity significantlyassociated with consumer behavior. Separately, self-concept significantly has a negativecorrelation with consumer behavior. <![CDATA[Research that takes the subject 100 employees at PT. X in Surabaya branch fromand marketing supporting division to find the motivation to work and internal locus ofcontrol and job satisfaction in a correlational study. Data collected through questionnairesand analyzed by multiple regression test. The results show the value of F = 3.449; p =0.0036 (p <0.05), which means that work motivation and internal locus of controlcombination has a significant correlation with employees job satisfaction. It can besaid that the hypothesis that states motivation and internal locus of control on employeesat the marketing and supporting division have a relationship with employee satisfaction,that means it can be accepted. The value of R2 = 0.066 describe motivation and internallocus of control simultaneously have contributed effectively to job satisfaction up to 6.6%and that is a quite low in value. Partial test results of work motivation are t = 2.353; p= 0.021 (p <0.05), which means there is a significant positive correlation between workmotivation and job satisfaction, while the result of internal locus of control are = -0.572;p = 0.568 (p> 0.05), that means there is no correlation between the internal locus ofcontrol and job satisfaction.Keywords : Job satisfaction, work motivation, internal locus of control]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation betweenauthoritarian parentig and conformity with school bullying on MTs X Sidoarjostudents, using quantitative method. Subjects were 65 MTs students. Researchvariables were measured using school bullying scale, authoritarian parenting scaleand conformity scale. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The resultsshowed that authoritarian parenting and conformity significantly associated withschool bullying.
