Abstract

This research intends to analyze and describe influence of ICT quality, IT personnel quality, and interaction quality on user satisfaction in web based information system. This research become an interesting problem because there has not been consistent empirical result. This study based on the responses of 168 respondents in local government of Malang Territory. The analysis indicated that ICT quality, IT Personnel quality, and interaction quality has positive influence on effectiveness of web bases information system. This result shows that web bases information system needs the three dimensions of qualities. Based on analysis result, ICT quality does not have significant influence on system effectiveness. This means improvements made by ICT quality does not increase the user satisfaction when using web based information system. IT Personnel quality and interaction quality have significantly influence on web based information system. It means every improvements made by IT Personnel quality and interaction quality increase the user satisfaction when using web based information system. The implication of the study was relevant to system developer and analyst also academicians seeking to explain why, how, where and when user satisfaction in information system development is needed.Keywords: ICT quality, IT Personnel quality, e-government, and user satisfaction

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards the Service Quality performances in private universities in Surabaya, Indonesia. The population of this research is the administrative employees of 6 Private Universities in Surabaya which have over 5000 students. The sample chosen for this research are 133 employees. The research findings revealed that the Service Quality performances for student, which are delivered by the administration staffs of private universities, are good. In addition the research showed that there is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards the Service Quality performances. Next, there are five indicators that created the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable; they are altruism, civic virtue, courtesy, sportsmanship and conscientiousness. Meanwhile there are four indicators that created the Service Quality variable; they are responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and reliability.Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Service Quality Performances, OCB Indicators, Service Qualty Indicators.

Abstract

Corporate governance is very important in the process of corporate performance. The internal mechanisms of corporate governance can be done through the placement of an independent Commissioner to actively monitor. Greater role for direct management achieve corporate goals. Corporate results is heavily influenced by the shape of management manages the profits. Revenues obtained by a company are actually the result of accounting manipulation, revenue management is important to reach the size appropriate with a will of its shareholders. The proportion of property values by the management company will reduce conflicts of interest between management and shareholders, by the property management will lead the company to achieve better performance. Research is to study the influence of corporate governance and management of the property on your business results. The results of the analysis found that the corporate governance and ownership management determines the performance of the company.Keywords: corporate governance, performance

Abstract

The purpose of study is to provide valuable information to BPR as Director’s consideration in conducting strategic operations, in order to be able to stay competitive and obtain high profitability. There are 141 Rural Bank (BPR) in East Java areas, which the Directors served as the respondent to the questionnaire. Relationships among the variables were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM., AMOS 6), based on primary data available through questionnaire and unstructured cross-sectional interviews to executive’s of BPR. Result of the analysis showed that Executive’s Characteristics, Inter-individual relationships, and Organization system as market orientation antecedent have a significant positive impact to BPR market orientation. Market orientation itself provided significant positive impact to BPR’s performance. Market changes as external factors has significant influence on market orientation and its effect to performance. Competitive Intensity is proved as external variable which had an interaction to market orientation effect to BPR’s performance. The impact of competitive intensity differed when it was perceived as high or low. In the interaction model, when competition is perceived as low, market orientation will provide significant positive impact towards performance, and when competition is perceived as high, market orientation will only provide insignificant impact. This implied that severe competition may pose threat to Company’s sustainability. Government policies, as the third external variable in this research also have significant interaction with internal variables (market orientation) to deliver performance. Government regulation had not strengthen the impact of market orientation towards performance, as reflected on the result of this research, 80 out of 141 respondent (57%) claimed that many of government policy related with BPR operations had still become a burden, it’s related to the weakness of BPR.Keywords: antecedent; market orientation; performance; external factors

Abstract

The goal of this research is to analyze the pattern of relationship by understanding the direct influence of consumer familiarity and usability of social network (Facebook) to customer satisfaction and loyalty on its users in Malang, East Java. This explanatory research written in a descriptive approach, refer to the theory of decision-making process by Kotler-Keller and Peter-Olson. A critical incident of Facebook are a characteristic of the product and service that the customer would like and which specifically explainable. The critical incident technique is another approach for determining customer requirements by describes satisfaction items and critical incident. Facebook as a product which has a critical incident is analyzed with a few of test related to consumer familiarity and usability. The number of sample is rounded to 130 people. The collected data analyzed by path analysis, with maximum likelihood estimation method. The result findings were: the variable of familiarity and usability significantly influenced customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meanwhile, the variable of customer satisfaction isn’t significantly influenced customer loyalty. For the result, total determinant coefficient on path model is 52%.Keywords: familiarity, usability, satisfaction, loyalty, Facebook

Abstract

This research objectives is to test and analyze the effect of organizational culture, work motivation on employee performance. This research presents some theoretical concept of organizational behavior, leadership, organizational culture, organization strategy, motivation and performance. Its sample consist of 120 respondents as public employee in the Regional Housing and Infrastructural Office environment, Province of Riau. Data analysis make use a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with application of the Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) 4.01. Results of the research between independent and dependent variables showed that (1) organizational culture has significant and positive impact on employee performance, (2) organizational culture has also significant and positive impact on employee performance.Keywords: organizational culture, work motivation, and employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes some factors that influence batik export performance in ex district surakarta. The Researcher links the export stimulus and environmental characteristic toward export marketing strategy and also to the impact of export stimulus, environmental characteristic and export marketing strategy on export performance. The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between export stimulus and environmental characteristic toward the export marketing strategy. This study is also aiming at explaining about the relation of the export stimulus, the environmental characteristic and export marketing strategy toward export performance of Batik Company. The location of this study was in Ex-district of Surakarta. The total samples of this research were 108 companies but only 104 companies which could be investigated. The significant finding of this study is that the aid of market information from domestic/local government and importer and their political stability (environmental aspect) will improve the export performance. The strong willingness of the company managers to exploit the existing resources owned by the companies will support the export performance (impulse factor).Keywords: Export Stimulus, Environmental Characteristics, export marketing Strategy, export performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine psychological factor as predictors investor’s investment risk and the type of investments selected. To test the hypothesis proposed in this research used Binary Logistic.The results of this research show that the status quo and emotional factors can be used to predict the behavior of investors. Abstract

This study aims at examining the relationship between e-Service Quality and Net Oriented Lifestyle, and their influences toward e-Satisfaction and e-Loyalty in airlines e-ticketing setting context. In addition, the contribution of six dimensions involving usability, information quality, navigation, enjoyment, process, and privacy toward e-Service Quality is investigated as well.The empirical data were collected from 195 respondens with Net Oriented Lifestyle through their opinions about airlines e-ticketing experience. The findings of this study through Structural Equation Modeling analysis, indicate that: (1) the contribution of six dimensions covering usability, information quality, navigation, enjoyment, process, and privacy toward e-Service Quality is positive and very significant, (2) the correlation or the relationship of e-Service Quality and Net Oriented Lifestyle is positive and very significant, (3) the influence of e-Service Quality toward e-Satisfaction is positive and very significant, (4) the influence of e-Service Quality toward e-Loyalty is positive and significant, (5) the influence of Net Oriented Lifestyle toward e-Satisfaction is positive and very significant, (6) the influence of Net Oriented Lifestyle toward e-Loyalty is positive and significant, and (7) the influence of e-Satisfaction toward e-Loyalty is positive and very significant. Finally, concluded that all hypothesis of this study are scientifically confirmed.Keywords: e-Service Quality, Net-Oriented Lifestyle, e-Satisfaction, and e-Loyalty.

Abstract

This research is to identify the influence of television advertising to ward interest of buying soop at Economic Students is 97 respondents. With using purposive sampling. The data would be analyzed by using multiple regression linear. The result of research shows that R square 0,675, it meens 67,5% of independent variables there are X1 (Advertesing model), X2 (Slogan) and X2 (Repetation) explans the dependent variable y (interest of buying soop). Remain 32,5% is influenced by other variables.The result of F test as simultantly provid that independent variables influence the dependent variable as significantly, it shows with f test 67,477 > F table 2,71. And as partianlly is gotten T test for Independent variables (X1 = 3.550), (X2 = 6,923) and (X3 = 2,284). It means all of independent variables influence toward interest of buying soop by students of Economic Faculty, Malikussaleh University.Keywords: Advertising, Slogan, Repetitation.
