The study aims to analyze the potential and performance of smallholder livestock business in Aceh Province. Analysis of the potential and performance of smallholder livestock business was carried out by using quantitative descriptive approach and qualitative descriptive approach. This study was conducted using purposive based on livestock production centers in Aceh, namely Aceh Besar Regency (beef cattle), North Aceh (broilers and ducks), and East Aceh (laying hens). The results showed that the Aceh province has the potential of natural resources and human resources to support the development of livestock, including the potential use of agricultural waste, food and agro-industry is very large and the high demand for meat and eggs annually. Aceh has the legal legislation in the form of law and regulations (qanun) for the development investment of livestock sector. Problems encountered in the development of animal husbandry is the limited availability and low quality of livestock as well as the pattern of development that has not business oriented and result in lower production and productivity of livestock in Aceh, not optimal utilization of human resources, limited infrastructure, and lack of supervision of the relevant institutions. Aceh government's efforts to increase the production and productivity of livestock yet provide optimal results; the indicator is not yet achieved self-sufficiency in meat and eggs need remains largely supplied from outside Aceh.

The purpose of this study was to observe the relationship between servant leadership, organizational commitment, and employee performance. In addition, this research also aims to observe variables servant leadership, organizational commitment, and employee performance. Empirical studies to test the servant leadership model can be done in the environment of nonprofit organizations and profits. Several studies that have been studied about the success of servant leadership have been achieved in nonprofit companies; therefore, the results of this study can be researched eligible for adoption by profit companies. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, which explains the relationship between servant leadership to organizational commitment, and employee performance. The results of this study showed that servant leadership has relevance to organizational commitment, and employee performance. In addition, the results of this study showed that organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance.

The research aims to find out whether there is any significant correlation between work motivation and self-efficacy and employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction in Regional Licensing and Investment Agency of East Kalimantan Province. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data was collected using questionnaires and the sampling technique used in this research is saturated-sampling. Population and sample in this research is all employees working in Regional Licensing and Investment Agency of East Kalimantan Province with a total of 77 respondents. Data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) method, using 3.0 SmartPLS program. The result of the research shows that motivation influences job satisfaction, self-efficacy influences job satisfaction, job satisfaction influences employee performance, self-efficacy influences employee performance, motivation influences employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, and self-efficacy influences employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of bank soundness measured by RGEC method on Index of Financial Inclusive (IFI) or weakness of financial service user. The RGEC variables used include NPL, LFR, GCG, ROA, and CAR. sampling research using purposive sampling method. data analysis techniques applied using associative methods with the aim to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables (Sugiyono, 2012). based on the results of research conducted indicated that NPL and GCG variables have no significant effect on IFI value, but these two ratios basically have been in the standard set by Bank Indonesia. Then LFR, ROA and CAR variables show significant influence on IFI value. of the three influential variables, it is known that ROA is the most influential variable with 65.3% points. the results of this study can be concluded that the Bank Soundness Levelthrough RGEC has an influence on IFI, judging by how much influence in changing the value of IFI.

Limitations of access and loss of various life assets caused by tsunami and conflicts in Aceh faced by farmers have influenced their survival. The purpose of this research is to analyze the model of factor determination of farmer's assets after the-tsunami in Aceh. This study was conducted in Aceh Province covering five areas: Aceh Barat, Aceh Besar, Pidie Jaya, Bireun and Aceh Utara. The total sample for this study was 280 farmers. Sampling method used is stratified random sampling method. This research used primary data obtained by survey using questionnaire and secondary data. Data was analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling model is by measurement model. Model 2 is used as the final model for the construct of the farmer's living assets as it demonstrates good model compatibility. It also indicates that all loading factor values are above 0.5 and all probability values are significant at a = 1%. It indicated that all indicators can explain the existing constructs.

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational communication, and employee participation on employee readiness for changes in business environment at Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in creative economy industrial sector, in partnership program of PT Pertamina (Persero) with criteria of having been established for at least 5 years, employing 20-99 personnels. Based on the criteria, only 3 SMEs meet the requirements; they are located in Bogor, Depok and Jakarta. This study involved 40 people, consisting of SME owners and employees. This study conducted descriptive analysis as well as Structural Equation Modeling PLS. The study resulted that both leadership style and organizational communication brought positive impact directly to employee participation, as well as positive impact indirectly to employee readiness for changes in business environment. In addition, employee participation also created direct positive influence to employee readiness for changes in business environment. The study results also suggest owners to actively communicate regarding planning for changes to improve employee participation. Nonetheless, both SME owners and PT Pertamina (Persero) shall continuously conduct relevant trainings.

This research is located in the community plantation of Margamulya village and Cisondari Village, Pasirjambu District Bandung Regency is one of export quality tea producer. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of extension worker and knowledge of canvas business model analysis (MBC) in an effort to increase the business of Tani Teh Rakyat group by using descriptive and verification research method. The result of the research shows that t-test of agricultural extension performance (X1) tcount (6,234)> ttable (1,675), while MBC (X2) tcount (1,777)> ttable (1,675), X1 and X2 have significant effect to business group peasant tea (Y). Ftest results obtained Fcount> Ftabel is 19.542> 3.18. With the limitations of this study, further research is needed to assess the development of competence of agriculture extension agents and farmers improvement strategies, especially for areas that are still weak in assistance.

This research is a literature study that aims to find a model to examine factors that play major role in forming a college student as well as business owner to become a successful entrepreneur. Literature study has been done by grouping the individual factors which encourage someone to become entrepreneurs through research that has been done by previous researchers, and then selected factors that effect in the successful journey of an adult entrepreneur. Based on the conducted study it was found that the personality factor is a strong motivation for an individual person who is able to determine someone success. Another interesting factor is the style of parents in educating this individual, in which the authoritative parenting style plays more important role in the success of adult entrepreneurs than other parenting styles. Besides, for an entrepreneur, entrepreneurial competence is needed to support the individual's success. In addition to an entrepreneur, entrepreneurial competence is needed to support the individual's success. Therefore the model generated from this research is the entrepreneurial personality using the big five personality approach so that has five variable manifest and authoritative parenting style as an independent variable to entrepreneurial success, whereas entrepreneurial competence becomes the mediating variable between an independent variable and dependent variable where entrepreneurial competence has six manifest variables.

Retaining job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the most usual problems faced by a company. The purpose of this research is to answer the impact of job satisfaction on turnover intention, impact of organizational commitment on turnover intention, and impact of job satisfaction on turnover intention through organizational commitment as intervening variable. The sample used was employees of Swiss-Belinn Malang; the number of samples specified in this study is 25 respondents who are employees at the Back of House (BOH).The method used in this sampling is to use census questionnaire instrument used to collect research data, while the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, by using SPSS. The test results of the hypothesis show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on the variable of employee turnover intention in Swiss-Belinn Malang. Organizational commitment results show positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction has an effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment. In this study, organizations are able to mediate full commitment (full mediation) the relationship between job satisfaction on employee's turnover intention in Swiss-Belinn. To avoid turnover intention, the Swiss- Belinn need to maintain employee satisfaction by providing facilities that can be enjoyed employees create a harmonious working environment between the employee and the employer and the company should pay more attention to the work of employees with recognition of the results of his work. Swiss-Belinn Hotel needs to maintain the organizational commitment by the company to impose sanctions if the employee resigns before the agreed time period.
