Abstract

The purpose of the research is to develop and examine an empirical model, the main factor that influences the patient satisfaction and describes the relation among service, quality, the patient emotion, hope, involvement and the patient behaviour intention. Data had been collected used a questionnaire was given to 200 respondens at random during Mei 2011. From the result of questionnaire distribution, they got back 197 questionnaire and there were 193 questionnaite that can be applied due to 4 questionnaire which were not filled completely. Analysis this data using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research result is known that patient feels satisfied with the service quality given by the hospital. Because of that, the patient satisfaction will increase if service quality also increases

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of ownership structure on the company performance with capital structure as moderating variable: a study on food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The ownership structure in this research is categorized into managerial and external. Population used in this research is the companies operating in food and beverages that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2005-2009. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, obtaining 85 companies sample in observation time. The data analysis instrument used is a multiple linear regression. This research shows that the Managerial and External Ownership Structure variables do not affect Company Performance variable. Meanwhile the moderating variable, capital structure, strengthens the effect between the managerial ownership structure and the company performance. The capital structure attenuates the effect between the external ownership structure and the company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of service quality dimensions in terms of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty of trust, 2) the influence of trust on customer satisfaction, 3) the influence of service quality dimensions in terms of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and trust toward customer satisfaction with trust as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Wonogiri using a sample of 270 lenders. Sample method with convenience sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis methods used are research instruments include test validity and reliability testing; classical assumption include heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, test for normality and multicollinearity test; hypothesis testing methods include path analysis, t test , F test, analysis of coefficient of determination (R2) as well as direct and indirect influence. The results showed that: 1) responsiveness and emphaty positive effect on customer trust. Reliability negatively on effect toward customer trust. Tangibles and assurance has not effect on customer trust, 2) emphaty and trust has positive influence on customer satisfaction, while tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and assurance not significant impact on customer satisfaction, 3) the trust our customers are able to mediate the influence of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty of customer satisfaction so that the effect of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty toward customer satisfaction can through customer trust

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial performance on stock returns on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial performance was measured with the five financial ratios Return on Investment (ROI), Earning per Share (EPS), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV). This study uses secondary data in the form of financial ratios, stock prices and manufacturing companies go public and actively traded on the Stock Exchange in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Sampling was based on purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 34 companies that match specified criteria. T-test hypothesis test results show that the partial debt equity rqtio(DER) negatively affect stock returns, price book value (PBV) positive effect on stock returns. Being variable return on investmen (ROI), earning per share (EPS) and price earning ratio (PER) has no effect on stock returns. F test results indicate that the financial performance of the ROI, EPS, DER, PER and PBV positive effect on stock returns. Results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that only 17 % return variable is explained by the variable ROI, EPS, DER, PER and PBV. A percentage of 83 % in explained by other variables that are not addressed in this study.

Abstract

Negara Jepang tidak mempunyai keunggulan komparatif material dan kekayaan alam, tetapi nergara tersebut mempunyai keunggulan kompetitif yang menjadi sorotan masyarakat Internasional. Jepang terkenal dengan usaha kooperatif seperti kaizen (perbaikan secara terus-menerus), just in time (proses pabrikan yang tepat waktu). Langkah awal dari keunggulan tersebut adalah sikap kerja 5S. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh sikap kerja 5S terhadap produktivitas kerja. Masih sedikitnya penelitian tentang variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memotivasi peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian di perusahaan Jepang yang berada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Sanoh Indonesia dengan responden sebanyak 80 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap kerja 5S berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas.

Abstract

Target of this research : to analyse influence of is quality of building, price, location, and promotion to decision of consumer in buying housing. Research population is housing consumer various type in Town region of Surakarta, sampel taken by counted 100 consumer. Technique intake of sampel with sampling purposive. Data collecting with questioner. Data analysis use analysis equation of regresi. Hypothesis tested with test of t test and F. Result of analysis indicate that the quality of building, price, location, and promotion have influence which are positive significance to decision of consumer. According to conclusion above its suggestion to: Relating to the quality of building, to government suggested to specify standard of quality of competent building to be dwelt. So that if there is developer developing house with quality of less competent can be acted and abstracted its effort permission. Government shall remain to give subsidy to housing consumer with small type and medium type to be society can occupy house with condition of better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh perceived value terhadap customer satisfaction, 2) pengaruh perceived quality terhadap customer satisfaction, 3) pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty, 4) pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap switching cost, 5) pengaruh switching cost terhadap customer loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BRI Cabang Solo Slamet Riyadi dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden. Metode sampel dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perceived value berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, 2) perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, 3) customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, 4) customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap switching cost, 5) switching cost berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and Islamic work ethics to organizational change on Private Higher Education Lecturer in Surakarta. The development and rapid changes currently requires universities to adjust to the changes that occur, and must be actively making changes internally, arrangement, and organization development, and responsive to external factors. The study population is a lecturer at private universities in Surakarta and a Muslim. Samples taken were 100 respondents. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling. Based on the test results it can be concluded that, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and Islamic work ethic, have a significant impact on organizational change.
