Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role theory and related to affective commitment as dependence variable at volunteer’s organizations, and examine the causal pattern of relationships among role conflict, stress, job satisaction, and affective commitment. The participans of this study were 230 volunteers in Sukoharjo. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The statistical methods used to test the validity, reliability, and the research hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis. Result of this research indicates that role conflict has correlation with stress and job satisfaction, both directly. Yet, stress doesn’t mediating between role conflict and volunteer’s satisfaction. Another finding was a correlation between job satisfaction and affective commitment. Conclude that role theory application in volunteers organization hasn’t similiar finding with another study, and the author recommend another study at vast volunteers or non profitable organizations.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji: 1) pengaruh kualitas intrinsik terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 2) pengaruh kualitas ekstrinsik terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 3) pengaruh kualitas intrinsik terhadap loyalitas konsumen, 4) pengaruh kualitas ekstrinsik terhadap loyalitas konsumen, 5) pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, 6) pengaruh loyalitas terhadap brand preference, 7) pengaruh kepuasan terhadap WOM, 8) pengaruh kepuasan terhadap repurchase intention, 9) pengaruh WOM terhadap repurchase intention, 10) pengaruh brand preference dengan repurchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain descriptive dan metode survey dengan populasi pelanggan susu formula bayi SGM di Yogyakarta. Dengan sampel sebanyak 200 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel, purposive sample, kuisioner dengan 27 indikator pertanyaan. Semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima kecuali hipotesis 8, yaitu kepuasan konsumen tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dengan repurchase intention mengindikasikan bahwa faktor rasa puas, rasa senang dan terpenuhinya harapan konsumen setelah memakai produk tersebut bukan merupakan faktor utama yang dapat menimbulkan niat pembelian ulang. Konsumen yang puas terhadap produk belum tentu mempunyai niat pembelian ulang.

Banking syariah growth in Indonesia recently becoming mount and glorious progressively. One of the the Moslem law banking is PT BANK SYARIAH MUAMALAT INDONESIA Tbk. As first banking syariah is in Indonesia expected by this Bank will progressively expand in the centre of the hoisterous of growth of Moslem law banking in Indonesia. ThatS motivation why writer interest to know financial statement at the bank. Obyektif of this writing is wishing to know PT BANK SYARIAH MUAMALAT INDONESI Tbk performance or progress with profitability and solvability analysis. From Financial Statement PT BANK SYARIAH MUAMALAT INDONESIA Tbk in the year 2006 and 2007, obtained the following result : For the analysis of ROA profitability experience of improvement although in general the result is small, for the ROE there is improvement, operating expenses ratio (OCR) progressively mount to burden there is degradation of performance, from net profit margin ( NPM) also experience of degradation. For the analysis of solvability from CAR facet experience of degradation, from debt equity ratio ( DET) experience of improvement burden degradation of performance, from Long To Debt to Asset (LTDA) experience of degradation mean there is make-up of performance. Become as a whole PT BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA Tbk growth in the year 2006-2007 not yet shown the make-up of performance is such as those which expected. Abstract

Mobile learning will make it easier for its users to conduct anywhere, anytime, throughout their live. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of organizational culture and leadership style toward employee job performance with organizational as mediating variable in PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun. Sample in this research is 84 people, using proportional random sampling method. Examination of validity used correlation of moment product and examination of reliability used alpha cronbach. Data in this research analyzed by classic assumption test, path analysis, multiple linier regression, t test, F test and R2 . Based on data analysis, the result as bellow: 1)leadership style has not significant influence to job performance, 2)organizational culture has positive and significant influence to job performance, 3)leadership style has significant influence to organizational commitment, 4) organizational culture has significant influence to organizational commitment, 5) organizational commitment has not significant influence to job performance, 6)organizational commitment has not mediated the influence leadership style to job performance, 7)organizational commitment has not mediated the influence organizational culture to job performance,

Abstract

Diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan data-data, informasi tentang kajian Agroindustri berbasis masyarakat Kabupaten Karanganyar sehingga pola pengembangannya dapat tepat baik fokus maupun locusnya sehingga masyarakat dapat di berdayakan sesuai peran masing-masing. Analisis data menggunakan 1) Analisis SWOT : Analisa tentang kekuatan, kelemahan, serta peluang agroindustri di Kabupaten Karanganyar. 2) Analisis RALED : Metode analisa dengan memasukkan faktor-faktor pendukung dari berbagai dimensi yang lebih luas dan komprehensif. Simpulan yang dihasilkan adalah 1) Jumlah unit usaha agroindustri di Kabupaten Karanganyar sangat besar baik yang terdaftar di Dinas Perindagkop dan UMKM maupun usaha agroindustri rumah tangga yang belum terdaftar 2) Potensi agroindustri sangat besar hal ini karena potensi sektor pertanian yang sangat besar dan tersedianya tenaga kerja serta potensi pangsa pasar yang terbuka lebar. 3) Dari kajian agroindustri berbasis masyarakat melalui metode SWOT maupun analisis RALED dapat diketahui bahwa agroindustri mempunyai trend dan prospek yang baik (positif) untuk dikembangkan dan hal-hal yang menjadi catatan kelemahan perlu untuk diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan yaitu proses manajemen dan kesinergian program. 4) Pengembangan agroindustri berbasis masyarakat sangat tepat untuk diterapkan di Kabupaten Karanganyar hal ini karena usaha sektor agroindustri menyerap tenaga kerja yang besar dari hulu sampai hilir serta multiplier effect secara ekonomi ini sangat besar.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of a variable occupational stress features on job satisfaction of employees with variable moderated by emotional intelligence. The population in this study were 40 employees PT. Bank Tabungan Negara branch office Surakarta and they were taken all to be the subject of the research. Analytical methods used are Moderated Regresion Analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, physiological stress did not significantly effect job satisfaction. Second, psychological stress have a negative influence on job satisfaction. Third, stress is a significant physiological effect on job satisfaction with emotional intelligence and moderated by the Fourth, affect psychological stress on job satisfaction and not moderated by moderation emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of ownership structure on the company performance with capital structure as moderating variable: a study on food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The ownership structure in this research is categorized into managerial and external. Population used in this research is the companies operating in food and beverages that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2005-2009. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, obtaining 85 companies sample in observation time. The data analysis instrument used is a multiple linear regression. This research shows that the Managerial and External Ownership Structure variables do not affect Company Performance variable. Meanwhile the moderating variable, capital structure, strengthens the effect between the managerial ownership structure and the company performance. The capital structure attenuates the effect between the external ownership structure and the company performance.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are to examine computer anxiety and self efficacy factor that influence of ability to use an internet. This study is implemented in STIE Atma Bhakti Surakarta. Data collection used is quesionnare by 128 student with convinience sampling method. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression by SPSS 13.5 software. Study results show that computer anxiety factor are significant positive influence of ability to use an internet and self efficacy is insignificant positive influence of ability to use internet.
