Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore the interest to be teacher for FITK (Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers Training) students associated with the other types of variables such as gender, origin of High School, Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA), and the admission types to UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. A survey method was administered to students in Science Education department from three courses, by200 people as samples. The instruments were an open questionnaire to record the factual data and an enclosed questionnaire to asses their interest. The data analysis employed the descriptive and inferential techniques. The results showed that the students’ interest to be teacher is quite high. There was no interest different between male and female students based on the educational background and the entrance types to UIN. Even though based on gender women’s CGPA was relatively higher than men’s, generally, there was no distinction of students CGPA based on the educational background, and admission of UIN Jakarta.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat mahasiswa FITK menjadi guru ditinjau dari berbagai latar belakang seperti jenis kelamin, asal SLTA, indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK), dan jalur masuk UIN. Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan IPA, dari 3 angkatan dengan sample data sebanyak 200 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner terbuka untuk mencatat data faktual dan kuesioner tertutup untuk menilai  minat mahasiswa.  Teknik analisis data ini bersifat deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa minat mahsiswa menjadi guru cukup tinggi. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan minat antara mahasiswa dan mahasiswi yang didasarkan pada asal sekolah SLTA dan jalur masuk UIN. Meskipun berdasarkan  pengelompokan IPK  sesuai jenis kelamin yang relatif lebih tinggi adalah perempuan, secara umum, tidak terdapat perbedaan IPK mahasiswa berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan dan  jalur masuk UIN. Abstract

Abstract The research problem was how to extent government policy about the integration of general science and religion at the Senior High School/ Islamic Senior High School. The objective of the research was to know the factor of the government policy about the integration of general science and religion, its background, destination, contents, implementation, obstacle and solution of government policy at the Senior High School/Islamic Senior High School, DKI Jakarta. The method of research used was documentation, history and triangulation methods. The finding of research was to integrate general science and religion at Senior High School/Islamic Senior High School, its limited the justification of Qur’an verses only, not to the real science of Islamization. Abstrak Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kebijakan pemerintah tentang integrasi ilmu umum dan agama di SMA / Madrasah Aliyah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor kebijakan pemerintah tentang integrasi ilmu pengetahuan umum dan agama, latar belakang, tujuan, isi, pelaksanaan, hambatan dan solusi atas kebijakan pemerintah di SMA / Madrasah Aliyah di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi, sejarah dan triangulasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk mengintegrasikan ilmu umum dan agama di SMA / Madrasah Aliyah hanya terbatas pada pembenaran ayat-ayat Qur'an saja, bukan ilmu-ilmu Islam yang sebenarnya. Abstract

Abstract Government agencies and departments are considered as a collectively owned body and therefore they can be assumed as a reflection of the whole society. But the current research, Muslim Employment in Commonwealth Government Departments and Agencies in the Context of Access and Equity, suggests that migrants face a greater exclusion of Australia from government department in general but Muslim community is bearing the extensive brunt. In this research the exclusion was examined at three different sphere, at national employment level, national government department’s level and managerial levels of government employment. In each sphere it was found that the Muslim community was two times less inclusive thus making it six times excluded from the society overall. After collecting these results and combining them with an academically defined state of inclusion, it yielded new conditions for Harmony as: access and equal opportunities for all Australians while having a sense of being equally valued and have the opportunity of full participation with redistribution of power for the powerless.    Abstrak Instansi pemerintah dan departemen dianggap sebagai badan yang dimiliki secara kolektif dan karena itu mereka dapat diasumsikan sebagai refleksi dari seluruh masyarakat. Tetapi penelitian saat ini, Pekerjaan Muslim di Departemen Pemerintah Persemakmuran dan Instansi dalam Konteks Akses dan Kesetaraan, menunjukkan bahwa migran secara umum menghadapi pengucilan lebih besar dari Australia dari departemen pemerintah di masyarakat tetapi Muslim terpaksa menanggung beban yang luas. Dalam penelitian ini pengucilan diselidiki pada tiga bidang yang berbeda, di tingkat kerja nasional, tingkat departemen pemerintah nasional dan tingkat manajerial kerja pemerintah. Dalam setiap lingkup ditemukan bahwa komunitas Muslim dua kali lebih inklusif sehingga membuatnya enam kali dikucilkan dari masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Setelah mengumpulkan hasil-hasil dan menggabungkannya dengan negara inklusi yang didefinisikan akademis, itu menghasilkan kondisi baru untuk Harmony sebagai: akses dan kesempatan yang sama bagi semua warga Australia sementara memiliki rasa yang sama-sama dihargai dan memiliki kesempatan berpartisipasi penuh dengan redistribusi kekuasaan untuk ketberdayaan. Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study is to get empirical evidence of the distribution of the higher order thinking skill based on the revised edition of Bloom’s Taxonomy in the essay question of the reading exercises in “Pathway to English textbook” for the 11th grade of senior high school student.This study uses the content analysis method to identify specified characteristics of the material in the textbook. The data of essay reading questions are collected  by using “Pathway to English textbook” and the analysis card as the data sources and the checklist table. The writer finds that the distribution of the higher order thinking level is lower than the lower order thinking level. The data also shows that the distribution of the higher order thinking skill in the essay reading questions in the Pathway to English textbook is unequal. It doesn’t treat the higher order thinking skill properly, particularly the create skill which doesn’t exist in the essay reading questions. It only gives more emphasis on the analyzed skill by obtaining the highest number among the three skills in the higher order thinking level. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris distribusi keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi berdasarkan Taksonomi Bloom edisi revisi dalam pertanyaan esai latihan membaca "Pathway to English textbook" untuk siswa SMA kelas 11. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik materi dalam buku teks.. Data pertanyaan membaca.esai dikumpulkan menggunakan "Pathway to English Textbook" dan kartu analisis sebagai sumber data dan tabel ceklis.. Penulis menemukan bahwa distribusi keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi lebih rendah dari keterampilan berpikir tingkat rendah. Data juga menunjukkan bahwa distribusi keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dalam pertanyaan esai membaca dalam buku Pathway to English Textbook tidak seimbang. Buku ini tidak memperlakukan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan baik, terutama keterampilan yang tidak ada di pertanyaan membaca esai. Buku ini hanya memberikan penekanan lebih pada keterampilan yang dianalisis dengan mendapatkan jumlah tertinggi di antara tiga keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. How to Cite : Anasy, Z. (2016). Abstract

Abstract This research is intended to see students’ creativity level on microteaching subject of Islamic Education Major Program Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers’ Training of IAIN Surakarta in 2015. This research was descriptive. The 6th semester students of Islamic Education Major Program were the participants of this research in micro teaching class. Interview and document were used as the instruments with the microteaching lecturer as the informant. Interactive analysis was applied for data analysis. The results show that the quality of students’ creativity in developing lesson plan as follows: (1)The lesson plan (RPP) developed before teaching improves learning quality (2)the interactive activities mentioned in the lesson plan (RPP) contain the learning strategies and facilities encouraging teaching and learning process (3)learning goals were achieved during the teaching and learning process. (4)the learning techniques is associated with the component of instructional system (5)teaching media was used to conduct conducive learning situation (6)some contents emphasized in the lesson plan (RPP) were suitable with the instructions existed in course book and curriculum (7)some specific activities done by the students in the learning process are their ways to master the materials they taught (8)The learning focus is emphasized on PAIKEM (Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning) and on evaluation to check the result, process, and comprehensible instruction. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kreatifitas siswa pada pembelajaran micro teaching pada jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Surakarta tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa mata kuliah micro teaching semester VI. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumen yang mana dosen mata kuliah tersebut menjadi informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreatifitas para siswa pada matakuliah micro teaching sebagai berikut: 1)Pembuatan RPP dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. 2)kegiatan interaktif yang tertera dalam RPP berisi langkah-langkah strategi pembelajaran interaktif dan fasilitas yang mendukung proses belajar mengajar; 3)tujuan didapatkan dalam proses belajar mengajar. 4)teknik pembelajaran dilakukan dan disesuaikan dengan kandungan dari sistem instruksional. 5)penggunaan media ajar kondusif. 6)penekanan yang dipaparkan dalam RPP disesuaikan dnegan instruksi yang ada dalam buku dan kurikulum. 7)hal-hal spesifik yang dilakukan para mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan strategi untuk menguasai materi yang akan diajarkan. 8)fokus dalam pembelajaran ditekankan pada PAIKEM (Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan) dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui hasil, proses, dan instruksi yang komprehensif. Abstract

Abstract This study is aimed to describe the human resources in early childhood education which become basic needs for early childhood institutions that is in line with the vision to reach Indonesia Gold 2045. The focus of this research, can be divided into several sub-focuses; including the planning of recruitment, selection, assignment, development, and evaluation. The method used is phenomenological qualitative research with multi-case studies. The validity was done through applying credibility, dependibility, and confirmability. Data analysis technique conducted in each of the three cases using two approaches, namely (1) the analysis of individual cases and (b) cross-case analysis. The results of this study can be presented as follows: (a) human resources in early childhood education needs to be developed, so the goals can be successfully obtained. (b) The principal, teachers, and stakeholders need to be more progressive at the time of selection of qualified early childhood teachers S1, (c) to produce teachers and administrative staffs who have educational qualifications for early childhood education. The educational criteria required is S1 PG PAUD. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan mengenai sumber daya manusia pada pendidikan anak usia dini yang menjadi kebutuhan dasar bagi lembaga pendidikan usia dini yang sejalan dengan visi untuk mencapai Indonesia Gold 2045. Fokus penelitian ini dapat dibagi ke dalam beberapa subfokus; meliputi perencanaan penerimaan, pemilihan, penugasan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Merode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi dengan studi multikasus. Validitas dilakukan dengan menerapkan kredibilitas, reliabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data dilakuakn pada setiap tiga kasus menggunakan dua pendekatan, yakni (1)Analisis kasus individu dan (2)analisis lintas kasus. Hasil Penelitian ini disajikan sebagai berikut: (a) sumber daya manusia pada pendidikan usia dini perlu dikembangkan, sehingga tujuan dapat sukses dicapai. (b) Kepala sekolah, para guru, dan pemangku kepentingan perlu lebih progresif saat memilih guru sekolah usia dini yang berkualifikasi S1 (c) untuk menghasilkan guru dan pegawai administrasi yang berkualifikasi pendidikan usia dini. Abstract

Abstract This study assessed the progress of Malaysian universities in producing morally upright accountants by evaluating the moral competencies of the third-year accounting students enrolled at the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). An instrument was developed through a collaboration with Islamic accounting scholars; 79 third-year students were surveyed. The survey revealed that the current crop of the third-year accounting students were not morally competent enough to deal with the inevitable moral dilemmas they would face in the work place. The implication of this result is that USIM’s accounting department has to re-examine its current curriculum as to its ethics coverage.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai perkembangan universitas-universitas di Malaysia dalam hal menghasilkan para akuntan yang jujur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah mengevaluasi kompetensi moral mahasiswa akuntansi tahun ketiga di Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM).  Instrumen yang digunakan adalah survey, yang dikembangkan melalui kolaborasi para cendekiawan muslim dengan mensurvey 79 mahasiswa tahun ketiga. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa para siswa tahun ketiga akuntansi pada zaman sekarang ini belum memiliki kompetensi moral dalam hal dilemma moral pada bidang pekerjaan mereka. Abstract

Abstract Reward for teacher became one of the ways to improve teachers’ performance for the development of national education. It is an appreciation for teachers based on merit or the excellent performance, given both individually and institutionally in the form of material or appreciation. A competent teachers have the ability, skill, and attitude of work in accordance with established standards. The purposed of this study is to analyze the effect of reward on teachers in creating performance through the optimization of creativity, innovation development and competence. The data were analyzed through triangulation model of transformation that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. The findings indicate that teachers’ reward model that able to create performance through increasing the creativity, innovation, and competence. Furthermore, this study is expected to build awareness of the ministry of education in improving the quality of national education systems including the expansion of rewards for teachers who have great working performance in creativity, innovation and competence.Abstrak Penghargaan bagi guru menjadi salah satu tuntutan dalam upaya peningkatan prestasi kerja untuk pengembangan kualitas pendidikan nasional. Penghargaan guru merupakan bentuk apresiasi terhadap guru berdasarkan prestasi atau kinerja unggul yang diberikan baik perorangan maupun lembaga dalam bentuk materil maupun lisan. Guru yang kompeten memiliki kemampuan, ketrampilan maupun sikap kerja sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penghargaan guru dalam rangka menciptakan prestasi kerja melalui optimalisasi kreativitas, pengembangan inovasi dan peningkatan kompetensi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model triangulasi transformasi yang memadukan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini mengintegrasikan model penghargaan guru yang mampu menciptakan prestasi kerja melalui upaya meningkatkan kreativitas, inovasi, dan kompetensi. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengharapkan kementerian pendidikan nasional lebih berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan kualitas sistem pendidikan nasional diantaranya melalui perluasan pemberian penghargaan bagi guru yang memiliki keunggulan dalam kreativitas, inovasi dan kompetensi.
