Abstract

This study aims to determine whether inflation and the rupiah exchange rate affect the value added tax (VAT) revenue in the 2017-2021 period. The factors tested in this study are inflation and the rupiah exchange rate as independent variables, while value added tax (VAT) revenue as the dependent variable. The research method used in this study is the verification method. The population in this study is data on inflation reports, rupiah exchange rates, and reports on value added tax (VAT) receipts. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so that the samples in this study are data on inflation reports, rupiah exchange rates, and monthly value added tax (VAT) receipts published in the 2017-2021 period. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.00. The results of the research partially and simultaneously show that inflation and the rupiah exchange rate affect the value added tax (VAT) revenue. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate in contributing to the value added tax (VAT) revenue is 43.7%. Keywords : Inflation, Rupiah Exchange Rate, and Value Added Tax (VAT) Revenue

Abstract

The objective of the research is to examine whether financial factors seen by fraud triangle theory perspective effect to earning management, within Good Corporate Governance as a moderator variable. Financial factor variables consists of Free cash flow as an opportunity in fraud triangle theory, leverage as a pressure and profitability as a rationalitaion from fraud triangle theory. This research is a quantitative research used descriptif method. The population on this study are banks that actively listed on the IDX period 2016 to 2018. This sample is taken by purposive sampling method within 102 bank samples. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and moderation regression. The results showed that free cash flow had a positive effect on earnings management, the leverage had no effect on earnings management, and the profitability had a negative effect on earnings management. Keywords: Earnings management, free cash flow, leverage, profitability

Abstract

Media pembelajaran yang didesain dengan baik akan sangat membantu siswa dalam mencerna dan memahami materi. Transformasi Linear merupakan salah satu materi yang dipelajari pada mata kuliah Aljabar Linear, dimana materi yang dipelajari berbentuk abstrak. Sehingga peserta didik dituntut untuk dapat berpikir secara abstrak untuk menyelesaikan soal-soal yang diberikan oleh pengajar. Namun, disamping tuntutan yang ada, kurangnya pemahaman ekstrapolasi dan penggunaan model pembelajaran yang tidak memadai dapat menjadi kendala bagi mahasiswa untuk memahami sebuah isi materi. Peneliti mencoba membangun sebuah media pembelajaran berbasis permainan ular tangga dengan model pembelajaran VAK (Visualization, Auditory, Kinesthetic) sebagai mekanisme permainan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam mempelajari materi transformasi linear dan memperoleh tanggapan dari mahasiswa terkait multimedia pembelajaran tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dikembangkan oleh Robert Maribe Branch. Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan yaitu : 1) Multimedia pembelajaran mendapatkan perolehan skor sebesar 78,54% dan masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” berdasarkan validasi ahli. 2) Multimedia pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman ekstrapolasi mahasiswa dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata nilai sebesar 22,67 dan rata-rata gain yang didapat sebesar 0,51. 3) Mahasiswa memberikan respon positif terhadap multimedia permainan yang dibangun dilihat dari penilaian mahasiswa terhadap multimedia sebesar 81% dan masuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Baik”.Kata Kunci : Multimedia Pembelajaran, Permainan Ular Tangga, Pemahaman Ekstrapolasi, Metode ADDIE, Transformasi Linear.

Abstract

Gold or aurum (Au) is a precious metal, because it is stable, does not change substances, does not oxidize in normal air, has stable properties, and is a pure element. In the current era, there are many companies in the jewelry sector that produce various processed products from gold, such as bracelets, rings, necklaces, etc. Given the importance of data collection for companies, it is necessary to monitor and collect data on production goods. In the face of developments in the modern era today requires a system to improve the quality of goods management. No PT. HARTADINATA ABADI TBK (HRTA) is engaged in manufacturing gold jewelry and jewelry. The company has a product marketing distribution network with wholesalers, retailers and own stores. Those who have data collection problems are still using the manual system. The author makes a web-based goods monitoring information system using qualitative descriptive analysis research methods. This type of research is generally used in social phenomenology. One of these social studies is related to guidance and counseling research. The system is made using the HTML, CSS, PHP, javascript and database programming languages using MYSQL, with the Object Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE) development method emphasizing use cases, so this system can be used to support the performance of the head of the polishing division and the polishing admin of the division. Keywords : System, Information, Monitoring, Goods, Production, FIFO

Abstract

AbstractThe RW17 Citaliktik Soreang office is one of the Residents' Associations having its address at Kp. Citaliktik Soreang Islamic Boarding School with various kinds of resident activities. Currently the population data collection at the Citaliktik RW17 Office is to collect citizen data in a conventional manner according to its category. With this, it is necessary to implement an information system, namely the Population Data Collection Application which is implemented through the website. By utilizing a computer or laptop device, the system will be developed using object-oriented software development and programming (OOAD) methods. With the aim of being able to assist the RW17 Citaliktik Soreang Office in improving the existing system with the hope that the processing and presentation of population data which is still conventional can make it easier to make this population data collection application. Abstract

The workability of an employee in a company or organization has an essential role in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, various efforts need to increase the workability of employees to an optimal level. One effort that needs improvement is to determine the ideal leadership style according to the characteristics of employees so that they are more optimal in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that their abilities are maxim. Authentic leadership and servant leadership styles can significantly change employee work abilities. In this study, the respondents were all field employees in one of the electricity generation sectors, totaling 566 employees. The analytical method used is a different pair t-test with this test, which aims to see how the changes made by the two leadership styles improve employee performance. Keywords: authentic leadership style, servant leadership style, workability.

Abstract

Researchers conducted research intending to know the effect of Achievement Needs and Work Environment on Employee Performance at a Construction Company in Bandung Regency. Moreover, this research analyzes the factor that has the most dominant influence between the need for achievement and the work environment on employee performance at a construction company in Bandung Regency, which is the object of this study; as many as 41 respondents used a questionnaire. Based on research using path analysis, the variable need for achievement and work environment in one of the construction companies in Bandung Regency is valid. Therefore, the conclusions and considerations related to the research results pay attention to the need for achievement and the work environment to improve employee performance. The results showed that the Need for Achievement (X1) significantly influences Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, the work environment (X2) significantly influences employee performance (Y). Companies where employees work, need to pay attention and create a work environment that makes employees feel at home and comfortable working. Companies can provide complete work facilities and tools to support employees at work. Companies need to pay attention to the lighting in the workspace so that employees can work optimally and minimize errors in work. A good work environment will encourage employees to be enthusiastic and feel at home at work. It can increase their sense of responsibility to do a better job towards improving employee performance. In increasing the Need for Achievement of employees at a construction company in Bandung Regency, the company should pay attention to the indicators that influence it. By providing motivation to its employees and monitoring the performance improvement of each employee more so that if the motivation and work environment of the employees is good, then good performance will also be created.

Abstract

 Men's grooming is growing, and data confirms that sales of men's facial creams have doubled, and the use of men's facial cleansing products in India has jumped 60-fold between 2009-2016. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many industries, including the beauty industry, were negatively affected. However, the local beauty industry sector continues to emerge in Indonesia. Beauty and body care products are one of the business units that have enlivened the Indonesian industrial sector. The projection of the Indonesian skincare product market for the 2020-2027 period, the male and millennial generations will experience the fastest growth.The sampling method is based on a non-probability sampling technique with a judgmental sampling technique. The sample was taken based on the criteria formulated, namely the millennial generation men in Bandung, with an age range determined according to the criteria. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis or Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with SPSS tools. The approach with oblique rotation can accurately model uncorrelated and correlated factors effectively. The results of the factor analysis test in this study have a KMO and Bartlett's Test value of 0.888 with a significance of 0.000. This value indicates that 88.8% of the research instruments analyzed indicate that the skincare purchase intention instrument has a suitable model in testing factor analysis. In conclusion, companies engaged in skincare have an excellent opportunity to target the millennial generation male target market in Bandung because the need for skincare products and the level of awareness to take care of yourself is pretty high. The results of data processing produced ten factors, namely the first factor, "Belief in Product Attributes," the second factor, "Attitude," the third factor, "Product Halal Certification," the fourth factor, "Health," the fifth factor "Subjective Norms," the sixth factor "Environmental Awareness," the seventh factor is "Self Image," the eighth factor is "Perceived Behavioral Control," the ninth factor is "Aging Effect" and the tenth factor is "Repurchase Intention and Environmental Awareness."Keywords : factor analysis, purchase intention, men's skincare, millennials

Abstract

Researchers studied to determine the effect of promotions and product features on customer loyalty at a knitting company in the city of Bandung. Moreover, this research analyzes the factors that have the most dominant influence between promotions and product features on customer loyalty at a knitting company in the city of Bandung, which is the object of this study for as many as 100 customers using a questionnaire. Based on research using flow analysis, the promotion and product feature variables at a knitting company in Bandung are proven significant. The study results show that promotion has a significant effect on customer loyalty, and product features have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, the study results indicate that promotions and product features can create loyal customers. Researchers suggest that companies can provide all the rights that can affect promotion variables and product features to provide customer awareness so that customer loyalty does not decrease; on the contrary, it has increased.                                                                                                                          Keywords: Promotion, Product Feature, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence transformational leadership and work motivation have on employee performance at a company engaged in the food and beverage sector in Bandung. The total population in this study was 75 employees of the company. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. There are two variables in this study, namely, the independent and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of Transformational leadership and employee motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The author conducted this research by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument. Then the data were analyzed using the path analysis method. The results showed that the influence of transformational leadership was partially 31.2%, while for work motivation, it had a partial effect of 32.5%. For all variables of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance, it has a simultaneous effect of 63.7%. This research shows a significant effect, and the remaining effect is 36.3% by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords : transformational leadership, work motivation, employee performance.
