Abstract

Knowledge of hospital quality programs in Indonesia has many beneficial effects for patients and service providers. Improved quality has made perceptions about hospital services better in the patient's view, which in turn has resulted in increasing the use of hospital services so that the income received by hospitals is increasing. Hospital Accreditation in Indonesia is carried out to assess hospital compliance with accreditation standards. Hospital accreditation that has been implemented since 1995 in Indonesia, so far uses accreditation standards based on what year the standard began to be used for assessment, so far there has never been a National Accreditation of Hospitals in Indonesia, while the accreditation status currently has national and international accreditation status. The National Hospital Accreditation Standards that are valid in 2018 include: patient safety goals, patient-focused goals, hospital management standards, and implementation of national programs, as well as integration of health education in hospital services.This study was aimed at investigating the effect of quality management, marketing management and internal auditing on private hospital service accreditation, taking a sample of 26 accredited private hospitals in Palembang and Pekanbaru by the Hospital Accreditation Commission (HAC). Data analysis was used to test hypotheses using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that accreditation of private hospital services in Pekanbaru was good, the level of compliance from the management of private hospitals in Pekanbaru was higher, because of the 26 hospitals 61.5% were accredited by HAC. Key words: quality management, marketing management, internal audit and hospital service accreditation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Stress on the Spirit of Work PT. Java Bali Services Plant East Merapi District Lahat District, the influence of Work Conflicts on the Spirit of Work PT. Java Bali Services Plant East Merapi District Lahat District, and Work Stress And Work Conflicts Kheaterhadap Spirit Work PT. Java Bali Services Plant East Merapi District Lahat District.The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents who distributed to employees of PT. Java Bali Services Plant East Merapi District Lahat District. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis by using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and average difference test.Work Stress results have a positive and significant impact on employee morale. It can be seen from t count> t table (13,067> 2,002). Work Conflicts have a positive and significant impact on employee morale. This can be seen from the value of t arithmetic> t table (3.609> 2,002). And Work Stress And Conflict Work simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee morale. It can be seen from the value of F arithmetic> F table (111,086> 2,20) and significance value <tality level (α) 0,05 (0,000 <0,05). Keywords: Work Conflicts, Job Stress, and Morale

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Effect of Organizational Culture and Communication on Employee Performance at PT.Fastfood Indonesia Tbk. (KFC Demang Lebar Daun branch) Palembang with a population of 59 employees, the sample in this study was a saturated sample. The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaire distribution and processed statistically using the multiple regression analysis method with Y = a + b1 X1 + b2X2 + e processed with the SPSS program 17. From the results of the validity test obtained r count> r table for each item statement and the reliability test questionnaire obtained the value of each variable which is 0.757 for variable X1, 0.771 for variable X2, and 0.765 for variable Y. The value explains the value of reliability> 0.60, meaning that the value of research instruments are reliable and can be used as a measuring instrument analyzed further. Data analysis of each variable obtained by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 6.694 + 0.313 X1 + 0.732 X2 + e. Obtained R Square value of 0.410, which means X1 and X2 explain the effect on the Y variable by 41%, while the remaining 59% is explained by other variables outside the study. From the results of the calculation of simultaneous test as large as 21,166 with F table of 3.16 which means Fcount> F table with a significant value of 0.005, which means that Organizational Culture and communication together influence simultaneously on the performance of employees at the KFC Demang Lebar Daun Palembang branch. From the partial test generated, each independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, with Organizational Culture having a significance level of less than 0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted while the Communication variable also has a significance of research smaller than 0.005 so that the hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Communication, and Performance

Abstract

This study essentially discusses the influence of income level, education, and dependent families against society of compliance in paying taxon land and buildings in the district II East Ilir Palembang. In order to produce realiable information to assist the tax office, tax collector officials and other relevant parties, the object of this study is the taxpayer in the district II East Ilir Palembang. Systematic and accurate picture is obtained by collecting by collecting, classifying, assessing, analyzing, and make a confirmation of the hypotheses or draw conclusions objectively some of the problems examined. The method used random sample ( random ). In analyzing the data used multiple regresion analysis, then by looking at the effect  of simultaneously (F) or partial  ( t ) of the object under study. After the analysis process by using the above method can be concluded there is influence of income level, education, and Dependent Families Against Society of Compliance In Paying Tax on Land and Buildings in the District II East Ilir Palembang.Key words: Rate Income, Education, and Dependent Families In Society of Compliance Againts Paying The United Nations.

Abstract

Education and Training (Training), is an activity undertaken by the company to improve the quality of an employee's salary while remuneration for work performance provided by the employee. Thus it can be said that education and training and wages are those variables that can affect employees. Education and training programs in this study highlights how companies carry out these activities in preparation for the security personnel and the object of research is PT.Bradjamusti Citra Nusantara Branch Office Riau. The population is needed in this study were all securities PT. UPL (Unit of Field) Dumai Bradjamusti Nusantara Citra, totaling 166 people, the number of samples used as many as 62 people with the techniques of data collection conducted randomly through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential methods (correlation and regression) and hypothesis testing results performed by t test for partial correlation and multiple F test for correlation. The significance level was 95% (> 0.05). Keywords : Education, Training and wages

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with their responsibilities. There are many factors that affect performance, but in this study only a few factors will be discussed including organizational culture, leadership style and physical work environment. Organizational culture is a pattern of beliefs and organizational values that are understood, imbued and practiced by the organization and become the basis for rules of behavior in the organization so as to encourage motivation and improve performance. While the leadership style is one of the main factors that support the success of the organization in achieving goals and improving performance. Other factors, namely the physical work environment is considered important because it has a direct influence on employees in carrying out the work. Abstract

The aim of this report is to know how the effect of Motivation, Work Ability and Working Environment on Lecture Performance in Economic Faculty of The Tridinanti University Palembang. The data collected by Questioner. The Total of Population is 39 People. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analyzes with SPSS Program.From the processing of the data obtained coefficients regression for Variable Motivation (X1) is 0,270, the coefficients regression for Work Ability (X2) is 0,342, and the coefficients regression for Working Environment (X3) is 0,398, while the constant value is 0,668, so the Multiple Regression Equation research are:Ý = 0,668 + 0,270X1 + 0,342X2 + 0,398X3The result of Assumption show that the effect of Motivation, Work Ability and Working Environment together with Lecture Performance in Economic Faculty Of The Trdinanti University is F sig 0,000 0,000 ≤ 0,05, and the result of Assumption 2, Assumption 3 and Assumption 4 show the effect as one by one, that are t sig 0,002; 0,009 and 0,018 ≤ 0,05 Keyword : Motivation, Work Ability , Working Environment , Lecture Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Research is to know the influence between Work Climate and Leadership either through parsial and also by simultan to Lecture Performance at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang. The result are (1). Anticipated a Work Climate positively and real have an effect on to Lecture Performance at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang, (2). Anticipated a Leadership potively and real have an effect on to Lecture Performance at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang, (3). Anticipated Work Climate and Leadership by together influence the Lectures Performance at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang. This Research population is entire Lectures at Economic Faculty of Tridinanti University Palembang amounting to 69 peoples, while sample research taken by 30 peoples by using random technique. Instrument of data collection used is enquette using scale Likert compiled by pursuant to construction which embrace from various theory realized by into variable operacional, while examination to instrument research conducted passing validity test and realibility test. Analyse the data conducted bay passing conditions test consisted of the normality test using test of Kolmogrov Smirnov, test the homogeneity by using test of Chi Square, and test the linearity using One-Way Anova. Examination Hipotesis conducted by used analyse the regresi and correlation of variable of Leadership Style and Work Climate as free variable to Lectures Performance as variable trussed. Keywords : Work Climate, Leadership, Performance

Abstract

The objective of this study was to find out and analyze the impact of stocks value, capital structure, profitability and liquidity on dividend policy in consumer goods industry companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for a period of 2010 to 2014. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression. There were five variables in this research. A dependent variable was cash dividend policy is proxied by Dividend Payout  Ratio (DPR) and independent variables were stocks value, capital stucture, profitability, and liquidity. The results showed that the stocks value and profitability variable have positive and significant impact on the dividend policy. This means that the higher the stocks value and the profitability, the company increased the dividend payments are also higher. Capital structure and liquidity variables of the company does not have a significant effect on the company's dividend policy in the consumer goods industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange for a period of 2010 to 2014.Keywords : Stocks Value, Capital Structure, Profitability, Liquidity, Dividend Policy
