Abstract

Palembang is famous for pempek. In addition, the city of Palembang has a unique characteristic, during the celebration of Independence Day, namely telok abang and telok ukan. However, lately, the commemoration of Independence Day in Palembang has not been as festive. telok abang and telok ukan increasingly difficult to find. The research conducted is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes the phenomenon of almost extinction of telok abang and telok ukan. Which is local wisdom as a tourist attraction in Palembang. Cultural tourism attraction is one of the superior values that can be developed by the Regional Government. Local wisdom can be included in the attraction of cultural tourism. local wisdom should be preserved and maintained. In local wisdom there is a historical value of the nation's personality. Maintained local wisdom will provide economic value for the community

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate culture on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Palembang Branch. This study involves a total sample of 58 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. In this study, the independent variable is corporate culture, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The correlation coefficient number is applied to determine the relationship between company culture and employee performance. Based on the results of these data, it can be explained that between corporate culture on employee performance variables have a very strong relationship because it has a correlation value of 0.860 (86.0%). From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be summarized that there is an influence of cultural variables on employee performance by 74%, and the remaining 26% is influenced by other independent variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The Effect of Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance in the Palembang Matrix Tutoring. By using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. As for this study, the sample selected was all 40 employees at the Palembang Matrix Learning Guidance.   The results of this study obtained the effect of Compensation and Motivation simultaneously (f). The results of multiple linear regression analysis carried out in this study obtained the following regression equation: Y = -0.081 + 1.825X1 + 0.538X2 + e. The compensation and motivation variables have a positive direction coefficient on employee performance, meaning that the higher the compensation and motivation, the higher the employee's performance, the R Square number is 0.863 or (85.6%). This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (Compensation and Motivation) to the dependent variable (Employee Performance) is 85.6%. Or the variation of the independent variables used in Compensation and Motivation is able to explain 85.6% of the variation in the dependent variable (Employee Performance). While the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.  Bank Mandiri Palembang Branch, Tbk. The variables used in this study, Organizational Culture (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Employee Performance (Y).  The population in this study were employees of PT.  Bank Mandiri Palembang Branch, Tbk, amounting to 40 people.  This type of research is quantitative.  The research technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, F test and t test.The regression results obtained the equation Y = 3.430 + 0.637 X1 + 0.263 X2.  Which means that Employee Performance is influenced by Organizational Culture and Work Discipline.  F test results obtained significance less than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05), meaning that there is an influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline simultaneously on Employee Performance.  The t test results of Organizational culture variables obtain significance less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), meaning that there is an partial influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, and Work Discipline variables obtain significance less than 0.05 (0.006 <0,  05), meaning that there is a partial influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of integrity, professionalism, workload of auditors on the audit quality. This research uses convenience sampling technique to select the respondent. Data were collected through a survey on 46 respondents auditors of the Public Accountant of Palembang. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) was applied to analyzed the data.The result of this research indicate positive influence of integrity on audit quality, indicate negative influence of workload on audit quality. Futhermore, it was found that there were no significant influence professionalism on the audit quality.

Abstract

The research of this study is motivated by the increasingly intense competition in the business world.  This competition requires business people to be able to maximize the performance of their companies in order to compete in the market.  In companies engaged in services oriented to customer satisfaction, PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance must always pay attention to communication by establishing excellent service activities that cause customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to determine how much physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect customer satisfaction PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang. The results of this study are partial physical evidence of a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang of 3.2%, reliability partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang of 26.4%, responsiveness partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang by 10.6%, the partial guarantee has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang by 15.1%, empathy is partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang by 11.9%, as well as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction PT.  Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Palembang of 67.2%. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of physical work environment and non-physical work environment to employee satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sumatera region. Sampelyang used in this study is all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) region of South Sumatra which amounted to 82 people. The techniques in this study use methods in the form of data and numbers with a desktiptive approach that is to formulate and interpret data and numbers. As for the variables in this study is the physical work environment (X1) of the Non physical work environment (X2) and the bound variable (devenden) called the variable Y. Variable Y In this research work satisfaction. Data processed using software SPSS 23 for windows to produce a physical work environment to job satisfaction indicates that the value of T 4.944 significantly 0,000 < 0.05. Non Physical work environment variable on work satisfaction T value of 6.297 with significant 0,000 < 0.05. The hypothesis Examiner (test F) jointly 0,000 < 0, 05meaning that Ho is received, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between a variable of physical work environment and a non-physical work environment to employee work satisfaction at PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research studies about effectivity, coordination, and problem in collecting taxes. Moreover, tax collection performance which is done by KPP Pratama Kayu Agung in tax arrears liquefaction will be measured in this study. Data sample for this study are tax collecting data done by KPP Pratama Kayu Agung in 2010. The data is considered representing the latest tax collectionperformance.This study concludes several things, such : Tax collction performance is ineffective yet, since tax arreas liquefaction does not meet the target. As for the productivity, tax colletionperformance is not optimal yet, because it does not fullfil Standar Prestasi Juru Sita Pajak. Tax Colection internal coordination is fair. In the other hand, the tax collection external coordination has not met the same quality. Wajab Pajak, third party,or tax officer environment it self become problems that create hindrance in collecting taxes. Keywords : Effectivity, Coordination, Collecting Taxe.

Abstract

            The research was conducted at the Plastic and Packaging Subsector Manufacturing Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of free cash flow, fixed asset guarantee, company growth, and the size of the company simultaneously or partially on cash dividends in the plastic and packaging sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2013-2017 period. Data in this study were collected with documentation techniques. Documentation techniques are used to obtain data related to this research. Data analysis in this study was conducted with quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Quantitative analysis is used to analyze the classical assumption test, multiple regression, hypothesis testing, and determinant coefficient. The results of this study are: (1) Simultaneously or simultaneously (the results of the statistical test F) shows that there is a positive and significant effect between free cash flow, fixed assets guarantee, company growth, and the size of the company on Cash Dividends in plastic subsector manufacturing companies and packaging listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period. (2) Partially (the results of the t-test) show that free cash flow (X1), guarantee of fixed assets (X2), and company size (X4) have a positive and significant effect on Cash Dividend (Y) on plastic subsector manufacturing companies and packaging listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period. While the company's growth rate (X3) has no effect on Cash Dividend (Y) on the plastic and packaging sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period. Based on the findings, the next research is to add an independent variable in the research model so that the results of the study can be obtained related to factors that influence cash dividends in more depth, such as ROA, ROE, and others.  Keywords: Free:Cash Flow,Guarantee of Fixed Assets,CompanyGrowth, Company Size,Cash Dividen
