Abstract

This study examines the Influence of Job Description, Work-LifeBalanceAnd Work Culture Against Job Satisfaction Employees Regional Library of South Sumatra Province. Implementation of research for 5 (five) months including in designing, executing and reporting result of research.This case study research aims to find out the influence of Job Description, Work-Life Balance And Working Culture either partially or collectively to Satisfaction of Employees of Regional Library of South Sumatera Province. In this study the population in question is the Employee In the Regional Library of South Sumatra Province, with the number of 70 people. From the result of this research there is influence of Job Description, Work-Life Balance And Work Culture with regression model ŷ = 14,741 + 0,283X1 + 0,756 X2 + 0,212 X3 + e. The three independent variables are mutually run along with the dependent variable means the higher Job Description, Work-Life Balance And Work Culture the higher the job satisfaction. Work-Life Balance variables are more influential on job satisfaction. From the results of computer calculations, showed the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of 0.681 or equal to 68.10%, while Adjusted (R2) of 0.644 or 64.40%. Variations in job satisfaction are explained by Job descriptions, work-life balance and Work culture. While the remaining amount (100% - 64.40% = 35.60%) is explained by other factors not examined. Implementation is an effort to improve job satisfaction of Regional Library Employees of South Sumatera Province can also be done through a clear understanding of job description, the role of each employee in the ability to balance between task and family (Work-life Balance) and improvement of work culture. Efforts that need to be done to improve job satisfaction of Regional Library Employees of South Sumatra Province. Keywords: job description, work-life Balance, work culture

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the University of Tridinanti Palembang. Both partially and jointly. In this study the total population was 70 people, with details of 35 trial samples and 35 research samples. From the results of the study obtained the variable Compensation regression coefficient (X1) of 0.147, Motivation (X2) 0.135, Work Discipline (X3) 0.155 and also produces a constant value of 38.496 so the Multiple Linear Regression equation is as follows: Y = 38.496 + 0.147 X1 + 0.135 X2 + 0.155 X3, while the correlation coefficient results are 0.6343 which means it has a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, also the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.320 This value can be interpreted that the percentage effect of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Performance is 32% while the remaining 78% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: compensation, motivation, work discipline, and employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to analyze the effect of communication, motivation, and work environment on the employee performance of Palembang Horizon Ultima Hotel. Data used are primary data obtained from employees of Palembang Horison Ultima Hotel as big as 50 respondents. Based on multiple linear regression analysis Y = 0.031 + 0.875X1 + 0,375X2 + 0,061X3 that each increase in the influence of communication by 1 percent will result in an increase in employee performance by 0.875 percent. Increasing the influence of motivation by 1 percent will result in an increase in employee performance by 0.375 percent and each increase in the influence of the work environment by 1 percent will improve employee performance by 0.061 percent. Determination coefficient of adjusted R Square value of 0.951 (95.1%). This means that Communication, Motivation and Influential Work Environment Against Employee Work Performance of Ultima Horison Palembang Hotel is 0.951 or 95.1%, while the remaining 4.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Correlation coefficient of 0.977 explains that the influence of communication, motivation and work environment on performance is very strong. Keywords: Communication, Motivation, Work Environment, Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTFormulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of Labor Discipline  and Supervision to Performance of PT. Port of Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Palembang. This case study aims to determine the effect of Labor Discipline and Supervision  of Employee Performance PT. Port of Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Palembang. In this study used probability sampling with a sample of 42 respondents. While the design of this study is the influence of relationship between variables - variables using the survey method is to look at the influence of the independent variables consist of labor discipline (X1), supervision (X2) with the performance dependent variable (Y) PT. Port of Indonesia II (Persero)Branch Palembang. The results showed that the relationship between discipline and supervision work very closely with Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover, either simultaneously or partially, on the return on assets/profit returns on assets in pharmaceutical companies for the period 2014-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples is 6 companies from 10 companies. This type of research is quantitative research and the type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained through http://www.idx.co.id. The prerequisite analysis test used the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The statistical results show that simultaneously Cash Turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover, either simultaneously or partially, Against Return On Assets / Returns of profit on Assets. This can be seen from the F test with a significant value of 0.039 <0.05. Then, the results of the coefficient of determination with an R Square value of 0.178 or equal to 17.8%. This value shows that Cash Turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover affect the Return on Assets / Return on Assets by 17.8%, while the remaining 82.8% is influenced by other variables not examined. The statistical results of cash turnover partially have an effect on Return On Assets / Returns of profit on Assets. This can be seen from the t test with a significant value of 0.042 <0.05. The statistical results of accounts receivable turnover partially affect the Return on Assets / Returns of profit on Assets. This can be seen from the t test where the significant value is 0.039 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-Marketing Strategy and Product Variation on Consumer Purchase Interest in buying Herbal Products HNI HPAI BC 1 Palembang Branch. The variables used in this study, E-Marketing Strategy (X1), Product Variation (X2), Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). The population in this study were 75 customers of HNI HPAI BC 1 Palembang Branch who bought Herbal Products HNI HPAI BC 1 Palembang Branch. This type of research is quantitative. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using the F test and t test.         The regression results obtained the equation Y = 3.695 + 0.589 X1 + 0.299 X2. Which means that Consumer Purchase Interest is influenced by E-Marketing Strategies and Product Variations. The results of the F test obtain Fcount (480,870), meaning that there is an effect of E-Marketing Strategy and Product Variation simultaneously on Consumer Purchase Intention. The results of the t test for the E-Marketing Strategy variable obtained tcount (10.583), and the Product Variation variable obtained tcount (4.520), which means that the E-Marketing Strategy and Product Variation had a partial effect on Consumer Purchase Interest in buying Herbal Products HNI HPAI BC 1 Palembang Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of communication and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Abadi Lestari Mandiri Palembang, either partially or simultaneously.The method used is a descriptive method with multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were employees at PT. Abadi Lestari Mandiri Palembang, amounting to 45 people.    The results of this study indicate that simultaneously communication and organizational culture have an influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Abadi Lestari Mandiri. Organizational culture variables have a dominant influence on the performance of PT. Abadi Lestari Mandiri Palembang with a value of 0.836%.

Abstract

This study examines the performance of employees of PT. Jaya Masawan Putra Sejahtera Pasaraya Bandung Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine and prove whether the provision of incentives and fingerprint attendance had an effect either simultaneously or partially on employee performance. The population in this study were 169 employees and the sampling technique used by the Slovin formula was 119 employees. The technique of collecting data is through the distribution of closed questionnaires. The research instrument data were tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique uses inferential statistics with multiple linear regression equations, then the regression coefficient, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient are carried out. Hypothesis testing through F-test and t-test both to see the effect simultaneously or partially. The significance level is 5%, the data processing media is through the SPSS version 20 program.The results of data analysis obtained a correlation (r) between incentives and fingerprint attendance with employee performance of 0.993 or 99.30% which means that the relationship between incentives and fingerprint attendance with employee performance has a strong and significant relationship, and R2 is 0.985 or 98 ,50% means that the variation in employee performance is explained by the provision of incentives and the remaining fingerprint attendance (100% - 98.50% = 1.50%) is explained by other factors such as motivation, work discipline, work performance and work climate . Multiple linear regression equation : = 0.273 + 0.493 X1 + 0.581 X2 + e. F-Test results obtained Fhit value of 38.329 with the level of Sig. 0.000, because the value of Sig,F <0.05, it proves that presenting incentives and fingerprint attendance has an effect on employee performance. The results of the t-test obtained thit value 9,460 with Sig.0,000 <0.05 for presenting incentives, thit value 13,087 with Sig.0,000<0.05 for fingerprint attendance partially affects employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is find out the company's financial performance as well as information material for the public in investing in a company. As one of the measurements of financial performance is Economic Value Added (EVA) where this tool is used to measure the results of the company's financial performance as well as to find out whether the results of management or corporate financial decisions so far can increase or decrease the company's finances. From the results of this study it can be concluded that PT. Indo Food Sukkses Makmur Indonesia has a satisfactory financial performance, especially in 2017 and 2019 which has a positive EVA value, while for 2018 it has a negative EVA value due to an increase in cost of goods sold and financial costs in the use of short-term debt
