Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research studies the correlation among Leadership,  Communication and  Motivation with officer Perfomance at Govermance.Bank BPR Sindang Bina Harta Lubuk Linggau . This Research was done during 4 ( six) months included design, executing and report the result.The research of this case study aims to know the correlation among  Leadership Comunication and Motivation with officer Perfomance at Govermance.Bank BPR Sindang Bina Harta Lubuk Linggau either through parsial and also together. Abstract

This study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Communication on Employee Performance at PT.Fastfood Indonesia Tbk. (KFC branch of Demang Lebar Daun) Palembang with a population of 59 employees, and a sample of 59 people. The data collection technique is done through the division of questionnaires and processed statistically with the method of multiple aggression analysis with Y = a + b1 X1 + b2X2 + edan processed with SPSS 17 program. Validity of test results obtained rhitung> rtabel for each itempernyataan and reliability testing of questionnaires obtained value of each variabelyaitu 0757 for the variables X1, X2 0771's, as well as 0.765untuk variable Y. This value describes the reliability values> 0.60, meaning that the value of The research instrument is reliable and can be used as a measuring tool is analyzed selanjutya. Data analysis of each variable obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 6.694 + 0.313 X1 + 0.732 X2 + e. Obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.410, which means X1 and X2 explain the effect on variable Y by 41%, while the remaining 59% described other variables outside the study. From the results of test calculations simultansebesar 21 166 with Ftabel of 3:16 yangartinya Fhitung> Ftabeldengan significant value of 0.005, which means that organizational culture and komunikasisecara together have an effect simultaneously to employee performance at KFC branch Lebar Daun demat Palembang. From the resulting partial test each bebasberpengaruh significant variables on the dependent variable, denganBudaya Organization has a significance level of less than 0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted while variable memilikisignifikansi Communication is also smaller than 0,005 studies that the hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Communication, and Employee Performance

Abstract

                  This study discusses the comparison of financial performance before and after the application of ASDM. In this research, primary data source obtained directly from Puskosipa PHS Sumsel that is information about company policy related to recruitment and training cost, while secondary data obtained from brief history, organizational structure and financial report from January 2014 until December 2016. Data collection technique used are participant observation, interview and documentation. For data analysis technique use descriptive statistical test, normality test and paired sample test test.               The results of this study indicate that the average financial ratios are better after the application of ASDM and all data that has been tested is normally distributed. Of the five financial ratios in profitability ratios, all show significant results 0.00 <0.05 so it can be concluded that financial performance after ASDM implementation is better than before ASDM implementation.               For the good of the company, the authors suggest that Puskosipa PHS Sumsel can apply the human resource cost accounting method to make the cost of human resources issued is considered not as a burden anymore but made an investment Human Resources. Costs incurred for future periods should continue to be issued for the development of employees in order to provide services to members more professional. Keywords: Financial Performance, Human Resource Accounting

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study basically discusses the influence of emotional intelligence and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Forward Palembang Exspres. The population and sample studied were 52 people. From the results of the study of emotional intelligence and work ethic simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees where the equation obtained from the results of multiple linear regression is Y = 21,132 + 0.098 X1 + 0.583 X2 + e. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.564 or 56.4% which means that 56.4% of performance is influenced by emotional intelligence and work ethic. While the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Such as the work environment, work discipline, education, income, social security, employment opportunities, capacity building and production facilities. F test results indicate the influence of emotional intelligence and work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. Forward Palembang Exspres. T-test results of emotional intelligence affect employee performance and work ethic affect employee performance at PT.Maju Exspres Palembang. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Ethic, Performance

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Revenue Budget at the Department of Revenue District Banyuasin been effective and efficient. The aim is to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of budget revenues in Banyuasin District Revenue Office. Research conducted includes descriptive studies, where the goal is to present a structured, factual and accurate facts about the financial ratio analysis of Department of Revenue. Variables to be analyzed in this study is to explain financial ratios, Revenue Budget, effectiveness, and efficiency, where the variables will be measured by the ratio scale. Abstract

The objective of this research is to observe the impact of work environment  and labor discipline  to employe performance  of Pegawai Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Kota Palembang. There are three hypotheses on this research; first, working environment has positive impact to employee performance; second, labor discipline has positive impact to employee performance; third, work environment and labor discipline simultanceously impact positively to employee performance of Pegawai Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Kota Palembang. The population of this research is 78 employees of Regional Library Board South Sumatera Propince. From inferential statistic analysis, correlation coefficient between working environment and employee performance variable is 0.339, while 0.762 for correlation coefficient between labor discipline variable and employee performance variable ( Y ).  Correlation coefficient between work environment variable ( X1 ) and labor discipline ( X2 ) to employee performance is 0.767, which show that there is a positive and strong relation. 0.588 determination coefficients means 58.8 % of  X1 and X2 variable form Y variable, result doubling linier regression: Y = 12.045 + 0.308X1 + 1.070X2 + ESatistic hypothesis analysis found that; first, partially hypothesis using t test form counting t value as 2.219 with signification 0.033< 0.05,   @ = 0,0; Ho denied, means there is a positive ( real ) relation between working situation and employee performance. Second hypothesis ( partially ) 7.247 with signification 0.000<0.05, @ = 0,0 ; Ho denied, means there is positive ( real ) relation between working satisfaction and employee performance. Third hypothesis ( simultaneously ) using F test form 26.409 with signification 0.000< 0.05, 2 = 0,0; Ho denied and H1 expectable, means there is a positive relation between working situation and satisfaction to employee performance. On other word, empirically prove that employee performance improvement linier with improvement of work environment and labor discipline, partially or simultaneously. Keyword : work environment,   labor discipline,  employe performance

Abstract

This study aimed to influence the style of leadership and supervision on the performance of teachers, From the results of this study are the influence of leadership style and Supervision of the performance of teachers at Palm Elementary School District 1 Gutters Banyuasin. Obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.879, the value of determination coefficient of 0.772 or 77.2%. Regression coefficient of 0.625 and 0.489 so that the form of Multiple Regression equation is Y = 11.201 + 0.625 + 0.489 X1 + X2 e. There is the influence of leadership style on performance The correlation between variables Leadership Style (X1) with variable performance (Y) obtained values of 0.842 and R values of determination coefficient of 0.709 or 70.9%, and there is the influence of Supervision on Teacher Performance. Supervision of the correlation between variables (X2) with variable performance (Y) obtained R value of 0.746 and the coefficient of determination of 0.556 or 55.6%. Its implementation is an effort to improve the style of leadership ability to influence a group to achieve a particular goal or leadership in general is defined as activities to influence the behavior of others and an effort to increase development assistance and supervision is provided to improve and develop teaching and learning situation towards a better . Abstract

This research is basically discuss the influence of group characteristic and work characteristic on employee performance at CV. Crossline Production Palembang by using quantitative data analysis which are correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, hypotheses testing of statistic t-tests, and statistic F-tests. The sample of this research is all the employees of CV. Crossline Production Palembang, that are 30 people.Regression coefficient value for competency variable (X1) is 0,001 and work culture variable (X2) is 0,000 with level of significance 5%, these produce constant value at 1,190. So, the regression equation used in this research isY = 1,190 + 0,255x1 + 0,726x2 + e.The test result in this research indicate that  group characteristic and work characteristic have positive effect on employee performance simultaneously. Those independent  variables have effect too on employee performance partially. The amount of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) at 0,831 show that independent  variables (group characteristic and work characteristic) have effect on dependent variable (employee performance) at 83,1%, while the rest is effected by other variables that are not use in this research. Keywords:Characteristic,Employee, Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTEffect of monitoring the performance of employees at PT. Karya Agung of Palembang study was conducted to determine the effect of variable monitoring the performance of employees at PT. Karya Agung of Palembang, while the samples used in this study is the entire population of employees at  PT. Karya Agung  of Palembang as many as 30 people. The research method used is the data collection techniques by using an interview, kuesiner and literature. Analissis hypothesis testing using simple linear regression using the SPSS test tools,to determine the relationship efesiansi the supervision of the t test at the 95% confidence level or a = 0.05% results from this research that the value of R Sguare or coefficient of determination of 0.135 indicating that 13.50% variable performance can be explained by oversight, while the remaining 86.5% is explained by the variables that were not studied that discipline, job design, compensation, work climate, and others. The    results   showed    that   control   relationship with the performance of 36,7% means that the relationship is very weak.  Key works: monitoring, performance, leadership
