Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the effect of Service Quality Of Customer Loyalty In Bank Danamon Betung Unit, where one of the elements to improve customer loyalty at Bank Danamon Unit Betung one of which is the quality of service. The research was carried out in 5 months, where the research was conducted in Bank Danamon Betung Unit located at Jalan Rimba Palembang Jambi Sub Sub Acid Betung Banyuasin regency in South Sumatra province. In this study researchers determined the population of 500 existing customers in Bank Danamon Betung Unit. The authors took a sample of 10% of 50 customers of Bank Danamon Betung Unit.From these results obtained influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Danamon Betung Unit. Where the results of calculations performed with SPSS version 15 as follows: there is the influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Danamon Betung Unit. Linear regression equation Y = 12.043 + 0.713 X. Of the correlation coefficient r = 0.685 or 68.5%, meaning that the relationship between the variables of service quality is quite tight and the direction (positive correlation) of 68.5% with variable customer loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.47 or 47%, the value can be interpreted for the percentage of influence of variables of service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Danamon Betung Unit. While the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. Key Word : Influence, Quality, Service, Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to test and analyze the factors influence Price Earning Ratio as basic of stock appraisal on manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange of from 2009-2013. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. Method of collecting data uses documentation is secondary data were sourced from Capital Market Directory in 2009-2013and data were sourced from Indonesia Stock Echange Company Report in year 2013. Method of data analysis uses Factor Analysis, especially EFA(Explanatory Factor Analysis) through method of PCA (Principal Component Analysis). Results of the research showed that (1) factor of capitals and debts with percentage35.297%, it means this factor is dominant factor can explain 35.297%of the variables’ variance; (2) factor of dividends and shares with percentage 30.293%, it means this factor can explain 30.293% of the variables’ variance; (3) factor of benefits level with percentage 21.254%, it means this factor can explain 21.254% of the variables’ variance; (4) factor of sales level with percentage 6.747%, it means this factor can explain 6.392% of the variables’ varianceand (5) other factors with percentage 6.747%, it means this factor can explain 6.392%of the variables’ variance. Keywords:  Factor Analysis;Price Earning Ratio;Manufacture Companies; Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of service quality, tuition, location, promotion mix, and the quality of human resources to the competitive advantage of private colleges in the city of Palembang. In this study collected primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to students in four private colleges in the city of Palembang, while secondary data gathered from the relevant literature such as journals, books and other related publications. The total sample of 392 students with stratified random sampling technique. Processing data using SPSS version 20, the results showed that the variable quality of services, tuition, location, promotion, and the quality of Human Resource significant influence simultaneously and partially to competitive advantage Colleges in Palembang. The test results according to the theory except variable tuition fees. According to the theory costleadership, put forward Porter's variable tuition fees negatively affect where the lower the price offered by the company, the higher the level of competitive advantage. But the results of this study are supported by Kotler theory which says that "a competitive advantage can be gained if companies offer more value to consumers, either through lower prices or by providing more benefits that support the pricing more. Key Words : competitif advantage

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to know existence the influence of Profitability (ROA), financial leverage, reputation of underwriter, reputation, firm SIZE, and AGE company  which IPO in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2010-2012. Population used is the companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by taking a sample of firms in 2010-2012, while the sample is an experienced company IPO underpricing as many as 34 companies, with a sampling purposive sampling technique. Type of data used are secondary data. Data collection method used is the documentation.Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using the t test and F test. The results of this study is the percentage of share effect significant positive the company's stock underpricing. Abstract

Department of agriculture food crops and horticulture, South Sumatra Province is implementing elements of the provincial government in the field of agriculture and food crops and horticulture. Duty is to carry out decentralized authority and duties in the field of dekonsentrasi food crops and horticulture. Problems in the research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the organizational climate, leadership, discipline, and work with the Department of agriculture employee performance of food crops and horticulture of South Sumatra Province. As a result it turns out there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate of 57,20% 57,30%, leadership, work discipline 36,30% . It was suggested to head of Department should improve the performance of employees, given the climate of the Organization, leadership and work discipline has a significant relationship with the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture food crops and horticulture, South Sumatra Province Keywords    : Organizational Climate, Leadership, The Working Discipline & Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance in CV. Graha Indah Sari Palembang. The population in this study as many as 52 people. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique, all populations sampled in the study. The data collection technique using a questionnaire. This research method using descriptive method with quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and use the technique multiple linear regression analysis to measure the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable is the motivation and discipline as an independent variable (X) and work performance of employees as the dependent variable (Y).The results showed : 1) Motivation and discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in CV. Graha Indah Sari Palembang, 2) motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in CV. Graha Indah Sari Palembang, and 3) Discipline of work has positive and significant impact on employee performance in CV. Abstract

The Jayakarta Daira hotel is one of  a kind stars hotel in palembang city, that moves on check in and serves for every guests to stay, and ofcourse the goals is to give the best service to the consumers with the facility sides, serving, and even for the prices. Consumers satisfaction is an evaluation of the most critical value that the hotel always be prepare to make the constumers feel the best services than they imagine. Although the costumers unsatisfaction show up if the result that the costumers hope more far from they really hope. So that,  to make it better  the hotel should be more prepare from that situation to make it all the services in all kind of works in hotel more best for all costumers. And finally make the customers feel really serve after checking out. From the observation can be concludes that the quality of services can be attracting customers loyality to be more exiciting to the Jayakarta hotel palembang. It can be seen from the cooficience regression for variable of service quality is 0,309 also give a constanta point for 23,294 the same regression linear is Y= 23,294 + 0,309 X The result of cooficience correlation is 0,310 or 31%,  with this big result it is shows that there is a significant positive correlation between variable quality of service and costumers loyality, also with the cooficience of determination is 0,087. the result of testing hypotheses with t for the test, the result of thitung   shows quality of service is 3,233 and for the value of sigt the result is 0,002. Key Word : Service quality, Customer Loyality

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of Leverage (DAR) and Liquidity (CR) on Profitability (ROA) on Insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014 - 2018. In this study using secondary data, and the sampling method using purposive random sampling technique.  The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis that is normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 25. The test results show that the first hypothesis  Leverage (DAR) and Liquidity (CR) variables together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA) with a level of sig. F (0.009) <α (0.05). The second hypothesis (H2) Leverage variable (DAR) effects the profitability (ROA) which is shown to have a significant value of 0.011 <α 0.05. And The third hypothesis (H3) variable Liquidity (CR) has no effect on profitability (ROA) which is shown to have a significant value of 0.233> α 0.05.  Keywords: Leverage (DAR), Liquidity (CR), Profitability (ROA)

Abstract

This research to assess The influence of advertising appeal and frequency of ads impact the intention to buy Happy Call Lejel Home Shopping (case study on Kelurahan Paku Sengkunyit. Population and sample in the study on Kelurahan Paku Sengkunyit, the sampling is determined by its own researchers use sampling techniques simple random sampling totaling 98 people, the analysis method used is Quantitative Methods using regression logistic analysis. Results of the analysis explains is = -8.612 + 1.338 + 1.363. The coefficient of determination  Nagelkerke R Square of 0.833. The value show total contribusy follow explain independent variabel various dependent variabel. So this variation totaling can explained means that 83,3 %  actually influenced by the independent variable on advertising appeal and frequency of ads (who for detection or no). While the remaining 11,7% is influenced by other variables outside variables mentioned in this study.  Keywords : Advertising appeal, frequency of ads, the intention to buy.

Abstract

This research was based on research conducted by the author on 30 respondents jumputan business in Palembang. This research was conducted within 6 months, where the research was conducted using the SPPS 17 program. From the results of SPSS 17 calculations, the PLS-SEM equation is obtained as follows: Capital = 0.469 * HR + 0.290 * Skills, Performance = 0.353 * HR + 0.316 * Skill + 0.261 * Capital. The direct effect of each variable is as follows: Human Resources has a significant effect on Capital. Likewise, the effect of significant Skills on Capital. While the influence of Human Resources is significant on Performance. And the influence of Skills is significant on Performance. Indirect Effects (Indirect Effects) Significant Human Resources on performance mediated by venture capital Crafters of jumping business in Palembang there are no Indirect Effects (Indirect Effedan cts) Skills on performance mediated by the business capital of the business of the business of the business of the Jumping business in Palembang Keywords :Human Resources, Skills, Capital, and Performance
