The result is a lesson learned in the teaching and learning activities conducted in schools for the achievement of learning objectives. Assessment by teachers is to know the extent to which students follow a study carried out in schools. In the process of student learning will be considered successful if the student has attended learning to improve knowledge, attitudes, behavior becomes better, and perbutan or ability to do something that is reflected in student learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes depend on how the process of learning and attention parents play an important role in the learning process. In addition, parents are watching and guiding in the form of efforts to learn and meet the needs of the school. Affection lead parents to personal development and independent child has admirable qualities. Learning outcomes are also highly correlated with learning for each individual student has a different learning styles vary. Thus the ways of effective learning so students can maximize their learning outcomes.This study aimed to determine whether there is parental concern and how to learn the results of class X students studying economics SMAN 1 Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur school year 2012/2013. The research method used in this research is descriptive associative approach and ex post facto survey. The population in this study are all class X students of SMAN 1 Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur totaled 174 students, and the sample in this research were 118 students who calculated using Cochran formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, processed by computer through SPSS version 16. Examiners hypotheses using partial correlation formula and double or multiple correlation models.Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results.1. There is a positive and significant relationship between parental concern with the results of class X students studying economics SMAN 1 Labuhan Queen East Lampung school year 2012/2013 are shown. This is evidenced by t count t table is 6.054 1.98. The test results also show that the probability of error to reject Ho and accept H1 amounted to 9.7%, as shown by the results of the calculation of significant magnitude t 0.097. 2. There is a positive and significant relationship between learning with learning outcomes economy class X SMAN 1 Labuhan Queen East Lampung school year 2012/2013 are shown. This is evidenced by t count t table is 6.069 1.98. The test results also show that the probability of error to reject Ho and accept H1 is at 8.5%, as shown by the results of the calculation of significant magnitude t 0.085. 3. There is a positive and significant relationship between parental concern and how to learn the results of class X students studying economics SMAN 1 Labuhan Queen East Lampung school year 2012/2013 are shown. This research aims to know whether there is an impact of the teacher competency, learning tools and work motivation toward certified teacher working performance at SMP sub Rayon 01 in Bandar Lampung in 2013/2014 academic year. Methodology used in this research is verificative description with expost facto approach and survey. Teacher population in this research is 124 teachers with number of respondent chosen based on Nomogram Harry King formula as 101 teachers. To test hypothesis 1,2 and 3 the researcher is using a simple regression and for hypothesis 4 using multiple linier regression. The result of analysis show that: (1) there is an impact of competence of teachers toward certified teacher performance, (2) there is an impact of learning tools toward certified teacher performance, (3) there is an impact of working motivation on certified teacher performance, (4) there are impacts of competence of teacher, learning tools, and working motivation on certified teacher performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi guru, sarana belajar, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Sub Rayon 01 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 124 orang guru dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Nomogram Harri King sebanyak 101 orang guru. Untuk menguji hipotesis 1,2 dan 3 menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan hipotesis 4 dengan menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (2) Ada pengaruh sarana belajar terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (3) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (4) Ada pengaruh kompetensi guru sarana belajar, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Kata kunci: kinerja, kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja, sarana belajar.

The purpose of this research is to know influence of IQ, habits learning and activity learning toward achievement IPS Terpadu of students class VII the 1st grade of SMP Negeri 1 Punggur of Central Lampung at the year 2013/2014. The method used in this research was descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. To test all the hypothesis, it uses linier regression with path analysis model. Result of the research show that : (1) There is any influence of IQ toward activity learning; (2) There is any influence of habits learning toward activity learning; (3) There is direct influence of IQ toward achievement IPS Terpadu; (4) There is direct influence of habits learning toward achievement IPS Terpadu; (5) There is any influence of activity learning toward achievement IPS Terpadu’ (6) There is any correlations between IQ with habits learning.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intelligence Quotient (IQ), kebiasaan belajar dan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VII semester ganjil SMP Negeri 1 Punggur Lampung Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Untuk menguji semua hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier dengan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh IQ terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 1 Punggur ; (2) Ada pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 1 Punggur ; (3) Ada pengaruh IQ terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; (4) Ada pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; (5) Ada pengaruh aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; (6) Ada hubungan antara IQ dengan kebiasaan belajarKata kunci: aktivitas, hasil, intelligence quotient, kebiasaan.

The research method used is descriptive method verifikatif with pendekaan ex post facto and surveys The first and second hypothesis testing using Simple Linear Regression, while the third hypothesis using Multiple Linear Regression.The results showed: (1). There is a positive influence on the way of learning of the results of the study of Accounting Accounting Class XI student Semester Odd SMK Mutiara Natar Years Tuition 2011/2012 the correlation coefficient r2 = 0,351. (2). There is a positive effect of the utilization of the results of learning media learning Accounting Accounting Class XI student Semester Odd SMK Mutiara Natar Years Tuition 2011/2012 the correlation coefficient r2 = 0,220. (3). There is a positive influence on the way of learning and pemanfataan learning of media results learning Accounting Accounting Class XI student Semester Odd SMK Mutiara Natar Years Tuition 2011/2012 the correlation coefficient Rz; = 0,488. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekaan ex post facto dan survei. Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana, sedangkan hipotesis ketiga menggunakan Regresi Linier Multiple. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1). Ada pengaruh yang positif antara cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI Akuntansi Semester Ganjil SMK Mutiara Natar Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012 dengan koefisien korelasi r2= 0,351. (2). Ada pengaruh yang positif antara pemanfaatan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI Akuntansi Semester Ganjil SMK Mutiara Natar Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012 dengan koefisien korelasi r2= 0,220. (3). Ada pengaruh yang positif antara cara belajar dan pemanfataan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar akuntasi siswa kelas XI Akuntansi Semester Ganjil SMK Mutiara Natar Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012 dengan koefisien korelasi R₂ = 0,488. This research should review about comparative studies of learning outcomes of the IPS integrated use a media hand out and media ICT for student grade VII SMP Negeri 9 Metro Kota Metro for last semester on academic year 2012/2013. The method that used in this study is comparative with ekperimen approach. The population in this study were students of grade VII last semester amounted 192 students for a sample obtained 64 peoples are divided into classes of experimental and control classes. The technique of the sample in this research is a technique clusters random sampling. The technique of the data in this research with obsevation, documentation and test. The testing of hypotheses using t-tes two samples independent.Based on calculations t-tes using formulas separated variance show that thitung (2,019)ttabel (1,999) means the hypothesis research accepted show that learning outcomes of the IPS integrated using a media ICT compared is higher to the analytical study using media hand out.Keywords : learning outcomes, Media Hand Out, Media ICT.

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of motivation, methods of teaching and availability of learning outcomes of economy. Method of research uses descriptive verification. Technique analysis data uses Simple Linear Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of research showed: (1) There is an influence of motivation toward learning outcomes in economy with total 51%; (2) There is an influence of methods of teaching toward learning outcomes in economy with total 39,8%; (3) There is an influence of availability of learning toward learning outcomes in economy with total 42,7%; (4) There is an influence of motivation, methods of teaching and availability of learning toward learning outcomes in economy with total 57,6%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, metode mengajar dan ketersediaan sarana terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa sebesar 51%; (2) Ada pengaruh metode mengajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa sebesar 39,8%; (3) Ada pengaruh ketersediaan sarana belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa sebesar 42,7%; (4) Ada pengaruh motivasi, metode mengajar, dan ketersediaan sarana belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa sebesar 57,6%.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, metode mengajar, motivasi, sarana belajar.

This study is conducted to compare the effectiveness of TS and SD learning models, and to investigate the role of prior knowledge of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung in determining achievement. The method used in this study is an experimental method to comparative approach. The problem in this study is whether there is a difference achievement between TS and SD learning models with prior knowledge regarding to the results of the IPS achievement. The results of the research are: (1) there is a difference achievement between TS and SD learning models, (2) TS learning model is higher than SD seen from the high prior knowledge, (3) TS learning model is lower than SD model seen from the low prior knowledge, (4) there is an interaction between the model of learning with prior knowledge on IPS achievement.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan keefektivitasan antara model pembelajaran TS dan SD, serta untuk mengetahui peran kemampuan awal yang dimiliki siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung dalam pencapaian hasil belajarnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada perbedaan antara model pembelajaran TS dan SD dengan memperhatikan kemampuan awal terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran TS dan SD, (2) model pembelajaran TS lebih tinggi daripada SD dilihat dari kemampuan awal tinggi, (3) model pembelajaran TS lebih rendah daripada SD dilihat dari kemampuan awal rendah, (4) ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: kemampuan awal, sd, ts

The aim of this research was to know the influence of learner participation and way of learning to students’ learning result of accounting of XI IPS SMAN 5 Metro School Year 2013/2014. Population of this research was entire all class student of XI IPS SMAN 5 Metro as many as two classes with total 52 students. Using Cochran formula with simple random sampling got the samples counted 46 students. Method that used is descriptive research of verifikative with approach of ex post facto and survey. The result of research showed that, there was influence of enthusiasm learning and way of learning to students’ learning result of accounting. The conclusion of this research were: 1). There is influence of enthusiasm learn to students’ learning result of accounting 2). There is influence of way of learning to students’ learning result of accounting 3). There is influence of the enthusiasm and the way of learning to students’ learning result of accountingPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar dan cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 5 Metro Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 5 Metro sebanyak dua kelas dengan jumlah keseluruhan 52 siswa. Menggunakan rumus Cochran dengan simple random sampling didapat sampel sebanyak 46 siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. This research is purposed to identified whether or not there is influence between compensation, work motivation, and teaching method to sertificated teacher work productivity in the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year of 2012/2013. In doing this study, the writer used descriptive verificative method with ex post facto and survey approach. The technique sampling that writer applied is probability sampling with simple random sampling. From the analyses of the study is found that (1) there is influence of compensation to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 39,1%. (2) there is influence of work motivation to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 27,1%. (3) there is influence of teaching method to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 34,4%. (4) there is influence of compensation, work motivation, and teaching method to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 58,7%. This research aims to know difference of learning outcomes and the effectiveness of cooperative learning models Scaffolding and Teams Games Turnament (TGT). This research was clasified as an experimental research with comparative approach. The results of research showed: (1)There is difference in learning economic students who are learning using Scaffolding model with TGT model. (2)The average in economic is taught using a model of learning Scaffolding is lower than that taught using the TGT model for who have low Adversity Quotient (3)The average in economis is taught using a model of learning Scaffolding is higher than that taught using the TGT model for who have high Adversity Quotient. (4)The average in economic is taught using a model of learning Scaffolding is higher than that taught using the TGT model for who have medium Adversity Quotient. (5)There is no interaction between model of learning and Adversity Quotient of students in learning economic.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar dan efektivitas model pembelajaran Scaffolding dan Teams Games Turnamen TGT. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1)Ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Scaffolding dengan yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran TGT. 2)Hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran Scaffolding lebih rendah dibandingkan yang pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran TGT bagi yang memiliki kecerdasan adversitas rendah. 3)Hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran Scaffolding lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran TGT bagi yang memiliki kecerdasan adversitas tinggi. 4) Hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran Scaffolding lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran TGT bagi yang memiliki kecerdasan adversitas sedang 5)Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kecerdasan adversitas siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi.Kata kunci : aq, hasil belajar, scaffolding, tgt
