Abstract

In this study is to explain how the influence of the implementation of democracy in village elections to the rights and obligations of citizens in 2012. Method used is descriptive correlative, the studied subjects are people. Based on the data analysis of the effect of the implementation of democracy in the selection get village head count results x ^ 2 = 5.37 then consulted with Chi Square significant at the 5% level (0.05) and degrees of freedom = 4 then we obtain x ^ 2 table = 9. 49. Thus x ^ 2 count greater than x ^ 2 (x ^ 2 count ≥ x ^ 2 ), which is 5. 37 ≥ 9. 49. Based on the division between the value of C = 0. 32, the value of 0.32. with 0.32.Dalam penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pengaruh pelaksanaan demokrasi dalam pemilihan kepala desa terhadap hak dan kewajiban warga negara tahun 2012. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelatif, subjek yang diteliti adalah masyarakat Berdasarkan analisis data pengaruh pelaksanaan demokrasi dalam pemilihan kepala desa memperoleh hasil hitung = 5, 37 kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan chi kuadrat pada taraf signifikan 5% (0, 05) dan derajat kebebasan = 4 maka diperoleh = 9, 49. Dengan demikian hitung lebih besar dari ( hitung ≥ t ), yaitu 5, 37 ≥ 9,49. Berdasarkan pembagian antara nilai C = 0,32 dengan Cmaks 0, 812, diperoleh nilai 0, 32.  Dengan hasil 0, 32.Kata kunci: demokrasi, hak kewajiban warga negara, pemilu

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the influence of understanding and the attitude of child under age through the obedient of traffic rule. Method of the research used descriptive quantitative. Data collecting used questionnaire, interview and observation technique. Research samples are 50 students with random sampling technique. The result of research showed positive influence and significant among the child under age’s understanding through the obedient of traffic rule. It means that the child has low understanding of the traffic rule so, their obedient of traffic rule is low. And, there is the positive influence and significant among the child under age’s attitude through the obedient of traffic rule. In conclusion, the child has low attitude to support the traffic rule so, the obedient of traffic rule is low.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman dan sikap anak dibawah umur terhadap ketaatan pada peraturan lalu lintas. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 siswa dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pemahaman anak dibawah umur terhadap ketaatan pada peraturan lalu lintas artinya anak kurang paham terhadap peraturan lalu lintas maka ketaatannya terhadap peraturan lalu lintas kurang. Dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sikap anak dibawah umur terhadap ketaatan pada peraturan lalu lintas artinya anak memiliki sikap yang kurang mendukung terhadap peraturan lalu lintas maka ketaatannya terhadap peraturan lalu lintas kurang.Kata kunci: ketaatan, lalu lintas, pemahaman, sikap

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of class study hours practicing the ideals of student discipline at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbolinggo East Lampung District Education Year 2012/2013. Research methods used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Population in this study amounted to 90 people. Data analysis using Chi Quadrat. Based on the results of the research showed that there was a very strong influence and significance of the addition of classroom learning hours practicing the ideals of student discipline at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbolinggo East Lampung District Education Year 2012/2013. This means getting good additions hour class learn the more positive ideals in practice the formation of student discipline.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh penambahan jam belajar kelas unggulan terhadap pengamalan nilai disiplin siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbolinggo Kabupaten Lampung Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara penambahan jam belajar kelas unggulan terhadap pengamalan nilai disiplin siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Purbolinggo Kabupaten Lampung Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Ini berarti semakin baik penambahan jam belajar kelas unggulan maka semakin positif dalam pembentukan pengamalan nilai disiplin siswa.Kata kunci: kelas unggulan, penambahan jam belajar, pengamalan nilai disiplin siswa

Abstract

This research aims to explain the correlation of understanding civic partisipatory concept with empathy attitude in following student college organization at PPKn, FKIP, Lampung University. This research uses descriptive method. The sample are 48 respondents. The result of this research shows : (1) 68,75% of respondents don’t understand about civic partisipatory concept and needs to be improved. (2) 58,3% of respondents understand enough and it means that students have empathy to follow student organization. (3) there is a significant influence between level of understanding civic partisipatory concept (X) with empathy attitude of civic education students in following campus organizations (Y) it can be seen at coefficient C = 0.69 that included in high category, it means if  level of understanding civic partisipatory concept is good, students empathy attitude in following student organizations will be good also.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan hubungan tingkat pemahaman konsep civic partisipatory dengan sikap empati dalam mengikuti organisasi mahasiswa program studi PPKn FKIP Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) 68,75% responden kategori kurang paham berarti tingkat pemahaman civic partisipatory masih perlu ditingkatkan, (2) 58,3% responden berkategori cukup dalam memiliki sikap empati berarti mahasiswa cukup memiliki sikap empati untuk mengikuti organisasi mahasiswa, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat pemahaman konsep civic partisipatory (X) dengan sikap empati mahasiswa PS-PPKn dalam mengikuti organisasi kampus (Y), yang dinyatakan pada koefisien C=0,69 masuk dalam kategori tinggi, artinya semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman civic partisipatory maka akan semakin tinggi pula sikap empati mahasiswa dalam mengikuti organisasi mahasiswa.Kata kunci: partisipasi warganegara, pemahaman, sikap empati

Abstract

This research was intended to explain the influence of civic education teacher’s affection towards student’s character and student’s learning result at SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung. In this research, the researcher used descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this research was taken as 10% from 479 the number of students at SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung 2011/2012 and the researcher got 48 students as the sample of this research. The data collecting technique in this research were questionnaires, attitude scales and test. Based on the calculation of data analysis, the result showed that there was positive influence and there was significant between civic education teacher’s affection towards student’s character, the higher of civic education teacher’s affection so the higher of student’s character, e.g. instill a sense of mutual help and respect to the students, as well as the lifestyle of a good teacher could increase the student’s character in their daily lives. And also there was positive influence and there was significant between civic education teacher’s affection towards students’ learning result, the higher influence of civic education teacher’s affection, the higher of student’s learning result, e.g. the affection of the teacher could increase students’ enthusiasm in understanding the question and the task of the material with confidence and the students were active in discussion in whole of class.Keywords: affection, civic education, student’s character, learning result.

DISCIPLINE SCHOOL’S INFLUENCE TO DO NOT BRING CAM HANDPHONE TOWARDS FRESHMENT LEARNS  OF STUDENT IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 7  AT KOTABUMI  Alex Lendro Juniarto, Adelina Hasyim, Zulyaden Abdulhay   ABSTRACT   The aimed of this research was to explain how the influence of upright discipline school  to  do  not  bring  cam  handphone  toward  freshmen  learns  of  student  class VII-VIII  in  Junior  High  School  7  at  Kotabumi  on  2011/2012.  Method  used descriptive  method  with  sample  as  many  as  35  respondents.  The  main  data collecting technique used inquiry.  Based  on  data  analyses  got  result  that  there  upright  discipline  school  to  do  not bring cam handphone toward freshmen learns of student class VII-VIII in Junior High  School  7  at  Kotabumi.  It  proved  by  Chi  Quadrate  formulation  x2 account was higher than x2 table (x2 account ≥ x2 table) as big  as 15,96 ≥ 9,94. Then did comparison  between  C  and  Cmax,  with  result  0,69  and  it  belonged  to  high categories based on Sugiyono.  Key Word: Influence, Discipline, Handphone, Freshmen Learn.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and analyze the teacher readiness on implementing 2013 curriculum. The research question in this research is, how is the readiness of teacher in implementing 2013 curriculum. This research use quantitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used are questionaire, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used are interval/ratio and percentage. The population in this research was 25 respondents. Based on the research findings, it was found that the teacher readiness in preparing RPP(Lesson Plan) of 2013 curriculum is considered to be quite ready fulfiling for 48%. Teacher readiness on the application of ICT is also considered to be quite ready fulfiling for 52%. Teacher readiness on the application of scientific approach is considered to be quite ready fulfiling for 68%. Teacher readiness on autheentic assessment is considered to be quite ready fulfiling for 44%. Teacher readiness on the implementation of 2013 curriculum based learning is considered to be quite ready fulfiling for 52%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik  pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah interval dan persentase. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa kesiapan guru dalam menyusun RPP kurikulum 2013 dinyatakan cukup siap yaitu sebanyak 48%. Kesiapan guru dalam pemanfaatan media ICT dinyatakan cukup siap yaitu sebanyak 52%. Kesiapan guru dalam penerapan pendekatan saintifik dinyatakan cukup siap yaitu sebanyak 68%. Kesiapan guru dalam penilaian autentik dinyatakan cukup siap yaitu sebanyak 44%. Kesiapan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum 2013 dinyatakan cukup siap yaitu sebanyak 52%.Kata kunci: implementasi kurikulum 2013, kesiapan guru, pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to explain the factors that affect the culture of cheating among students of SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Raman Central Lampung. This research method using a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, the subject under study is a student / student of class X and XI SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Raman, amounting to 413. Samples taken 10% or 41 respondents. Principal techniques of data collection using questionnaire and to analyze the collected data used formula percentage. The results showed that the internal and external factors affecting the culture of cheating among students of SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Raman Central Lampung.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya menyontek di kalangan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Raman Lampung Tengah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, subjek yang diteliti merupakan siswa/siswi kelas X dan XI SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Raman yang berjumlah 413. Sampel yang diambil 10% atau 41 responden. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan untuk menganalisis data yang telah terkumpul digunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor intern dan ekstern mempengaruhi budaya menyontek di kalangan siswa SMA N 1 Seputih Raman Lampung Tengah.Kata kunci : budaya menyontek, keluarga, kurangnya percaya diri.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and to analyze the correlation of courtesy norm concept comprehension with alteration of students attitudes in SMP Negeri 2 Waylima year 2013. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Test, attitude scale, and observation sheet are used as data collecting instrument. To analyze the data uses interval and chi squared. This research population are 150 students and the sample are 38 students. The result of this research shows 50% of students understand with the concept of courtesy norm, but 71,1% of students tend to resist being polite manners. From the calculation using Chi Square formula obtained results X²=71.1, the contingency coefficient C=0.80 and Cmaks = 0,81 and lies in thecloseness of 0.56 to 0.83 (high category), so that the results of this research can be seen that there is a correlation of understanding the concept of civilized manners with alteration of student attitudes in SMP Negeri 2 Waylima Year 2013.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis hubungan pemahaman konsep adab sopan santun dengan perubahan sikap siswa di lingkungan SMP Negeri 2 Waylima tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpul data menggunakan tes, skala sikap, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Interval dan Chi Kuadrat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 siswa, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 38 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 50% siswa paham dengan konsep adab sopan santun, namun 71,1% cenderung menolak bersikap sopan santun. Dari hasil perhitungan yang menggunakan rumus Chi Kuarat diperoleh hasil X² = 71,1 dengan koefisien kontingensi C= 0,80 dan Cmaks = 0,81 dan terletak pada keeratan 0,56-0,83 (kategori tinggi) sehingga dari hasil pengujian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa ada hubungan pemahaman konsep adab sopan santun dengan perubahan sikap siswa di lingkungan SMP Negeri 2 Waylima Tahun 2013.Kata kunci: adab sopan santun, pemahaman konsep, perubahan sikap

Abstract

The research objective of this thesis was to determine the factors that influence teachers' difficulties in implementing beranah affective learning in SMP Negeri 4 Sekampung East Lampung. Itated by interest in the author of the importance of affective learning where the goal pebelajaran beranah this can affect the results of cognitive and psychomotor learning . Given the importance of affective learning and the fact that there is a reluctance in applying pembelajran affective teacher at the school, it raises the question of the causes that need to be resolved.This study uses the theory of affective learning, levels of the affective domain, the affective domain measurement, and theory of affective assessment. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a total sample of 20 respondents using a questionnaire, and analysis techniques in this study by using a percentage formula.The results of this study are, so tends internal factors contribute to the cause of the difficulties in implementing the teachers' affective learning as much as 50%, quite a role as much as 30%, and as much as 20%, do not contribute to the cause of learning difficulties in implementing affective teacher at SMP Negeri 4 Sekampung.Ekstren factors also tend to play a role in causing trouble enough teachers in implementing affective learning, development factors are contained in the teacher as much as 50% is quite a role, was instrumental in 30%, and as much as 20%, do not contribute to the cause of learning difficulties in implementing affective teacher. Of socialization factors play a role in causing enough trouble as much as 50% of teachers, 30% very important role, and as much as 20%, do not contribute to the cause of the difficulties in implementing teacher pembelajran of affective and affective factors play an important role Ratings are 50%, 30% is quite a role, and 20% said not contribute to the cause of the difficulties in implementing teacher pembelelajaran beranah affective in SMP N 4 Sekampung East Lampung.Keywords:cause factors, difficulty factors teachers, implementing learning affective domain,
