Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara kritis dan mendalam tentang konsep dan implementasi murabahah pada bank syariah, mengidentifikasi dan menganalisisi kesesuaian penerapan murabahah pada bank syariah berdasarkan tinjauan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara kepada informan yang bekerja di Bank syariah. Data sekunder dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data-data yang relevan dengan akad murabahah pada bank syariah. Data yang diperoleh baik data primer maupun data sekunder, diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah telah berupaya bertransaksi secara islami khususnya pada akad murabahah namun masih perlu perbaikan kedepan agar semua kriteria dan larangan dalam transaksi murabahah dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan menyeluruh. Terdapat 2 dari 7 larangan dalam transasksi akad murabahah pada bank syariah masih terdapat 1 larangan yang belum dapat dihindari yaitu bank syariah dalam akad murabahah menjual barang yang tidak/belum dimiliki secara utuh yang bisa menjerumuskan pada aktifitas ribawi (larangan dalam bertransaksi yang mengandung unsur riba). Kata Kunci : akad murabahah, syariah, dan riba.

Abstract

In 2022, the emergence of a scandal revealed by the media related to social donation collection institutions, namely the rapid response action (ACT) has shocked the public regarding the poor management of the social funds they manage. This phenomenon indicates a failure of integrity. As a result, the image is negative to similar institutions including amil zakat institutions. This research was conducted to determine the influence of audit opinions, transparency, and accountability on the interest in paying zakat with awareness as an intervening variable in BAZNAS Makassar City. This research method is quantitative with a sample of 196 respondents. Data processing using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the study concluded partially transparency, and accountability directly has a positive and significant influence on the interest in paying zakat in Baznas Makassar City. Meanwhile, Audit Opinion and Awareness do not influence the interest in paying zakat. The influence of awareness variables in this study was unable to mediate Audit Opinion, Transparency, and Accountability on the interest in paying zakat at the National Amil Agency (Baznas) Makassar City.

Abstract

Economic growth can be measured from various sectors, one of which is UMKM. Becoming a UMKM manager should be done early by the community. Islamic Entrepreneurship training at the Khairu Ummah School is conducted to provide basic knowledge and motivation for students to start entrepreneurship from an early age. The description of a business that has the potential to be developed is also exemplified, namely the culinary ice cream business. This training uses the PAR (participatory action research) method in the form of community service activities (PKM). The participatory approach is that the Khairu Ummah school as a partner is directly involved in every activity carried out so that partners can better understand and be able to directly practice what has been trained. The evaluation results showed that there was an increase in the participants' knowledge and skills of around 80% regarding the need for entrepreneurship and Islamic ways of entrepreneurship, as well as how to make halal and thayyib ice cream. This certainly provides new knowledge to students about Islamic entrepreneurship procedures.

Abstract

Pembayaran secara digital e-money berkembang sangat pesat seiiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi. Namun masih ada masyarakat yang belum menerima pembayaran menggunakan e-money. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi sebagai mekanisme pembayaran. Desain cross sectional digunakan untuk menilai faktor sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, dan persepsi terhadap perilaku menerima teknologi sebagai mekanisme pembayaran. Sejumlah 149 sampel diberi kuesioner selanjutnya hasil pengumpulan data dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Temuan mengindikasi bahwa model penerimaan teknologi sebagai mekanisme pembayaran dipengaruhi oleh norma subjektif sebesar T= 2,445, kontrol perilaku sebesar T=5,471 dan persepsi sebesar T= 3,912. Norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku memengaruhi konsumen menggunakan pembayaran e-money mendorong terbentuknya persepsi positif pelanggan sehingga membentuk model penerimaan teknologi sebagai mekanisme pembayaran. Persepsi pelanggan tentang keamanan penggunaan e-money dan nilai agama mendorong pelanggan menerima teknologi e-money sebagai mekanisme pembayaran. Pembayaran melalui e-money diterima masyarakat karena kemudahan, kepuasan dan keuntungan yang dirasakan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the productive zakat distribution model for the empowered village program carried out by Rumah Zakat and to determine its effect on empowering MSMEs in the assisted villages. In terms of methodology, this research uses a qualitative approach method, with the data sources used being primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and interviews and data analysis is carried out using data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this research found that Rumah Zakat's productive zakat distribution model in the villages supported by Kel. Cipinang Muara East Jakarta is carried out in five stages which include area mapping, mustahik data collection, mentoring, training and coaching which provides business consulting services, guidance on using digital media, marketing networks, online product promotion, how to carry out transactions, and providing advertising media. The independent smile program provided by Rumah Zakat through digitalization of MSMEs has had a significant positive influence in empowering mustahik MSMEs in the assisted villages in Kel. Cipinang Muara, East Jakarta, this can be seen from the increase in their sales turnover after receiving assistance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of maslahah in franchise businesses through a digitalization system. This type of research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. A phenomenological approach is used to see the extent to which franchise businesses carry out business activities in Palopo City. Therefore, this research is considered important in describing the concept of maslahah in franchise business practices through a digitalization system. The data collection method involves three stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that franchise business practices in the city of Palopo are businesses that comply with Islamic law. The form of a franchise business cooperation agreement is like a syirkah, namely leasing. The concept of maslahah includes: maintaining religion, maintaining the soul in the form of ethics between people without any differences, maintaining reason, namely the way of thinking in dealing with problems, maintaining offspring in the form of maintaining life as a form of maintenance and maintaining assets which is realized that in assets there are other people's rights. Furthermore, the concept of maslahah through digitalization, optimizing the creative economy is a form of renewal that must be carried out to support business careers in the future while remaining guided by justice and honesty for the sustainability of the creative economy industry.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the industrial sectors that support the country's economic development because they not only play a role in business activities but also as community empowerment. Therefore, assistance from various parties is needed, including by being part of the distribution of cash waqf through CWLS SWR002 in the form of capital assistance. This study aims to analyze the mapping of CWLS potential for the development of the MSME sector assisted by LazisNU West Java. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that with the increase in the number of wakif and the nominal amount of cash waqf in CWLS SWR002 so that in its management one of them can be allocated for MSME capital provision. LazisNU as a nazhir has an important role in this matter, considering that MSMEs around West Java based on BI survey data in 2020, only around 12.5% of MSMEs are not affected by the pandemic economically. So it is necessary to map the potential of money endowments in CWLS in the MSME sector, especially in West Java.

Abstract

Halal tourism as a tourism concept according to Islamic sharia which offers religious facilities that attract tourists. Halal tourism has the potential to increase economic growth. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with a sample of 30 respondents. The results of the study show that halal tourism has a significant effect on the economy in the community around the Lotus Lake tourist attraction, Tinggi Raja Village, Asahan Regency. Based on an Islamic perspective, the impact of halal tourism on the economy can be seen from economic activity by trading and the community also getting halal jobs. Tourist destinations have also provided facilities according to Islamic law, such as Qibla directions at inns, information on the nearest mosque, places of worship for tourists and Muslim employees, paying attention to halal living with the availability of halal food and drinks provided at tourist spots, separate ablution areas for men and women, supporting facilities for performing prayers, and separate places for men and women and making it easier to purify.

Abstract

This research aims at encouraging students to implement khyar in online transactions and creating its’ application model in order to obtain costumers satisfaction. The research was initiated due to the development of common online purchase and transactions whose applications are different from that of khyar. This can also potentially cause the business to lose its’ element of spiritual blessings and be susceptible to fraud and loss on the side of the costumers. The crucial issue found in the research is that what students learn at schools or campus in theories are not in line with what the application of kyar in real life. The nature of the research is descriptive and qualitative and its’ object is the implementation of khyar in online purchase and its’ data source is taken from students of the Faculty of Islamic Business and Economy who make online purchase and transactions. The instruments of research are observations, interviews and field records and data tabulation techniques used are editing, descriptions and interpretations. The result of the research shows that the conceptual implementation of the khyar is agreed upon by all of the students except for five of them. There are vendors who sold their products over someone else’s bargain and there are those who denied products return while according to Islam that practice should be allowed under the ruling of khyar.
