Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of maslahah in franchise businesses through a digitalization system. This type of research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. A phenomenological approach is used to see the extent to which franchise businesses carry out business activities in Palopo City. Therefore, this research is considered important in describing the concept of maslahah in franchise business practices through a digitalization system. The data collection method involves three stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that franchise business practices in the city of Palopo are businesses that comply with Islamic law. The form of a franchise business cooperation agreement is like a syirkah, namely leasing. The concept of maslahah includes: maintaining religion, maintaining the soul in the form of ethics between people without any differences, maintaining reason, namely the way of thinking in dealing with problems, maintaining offspring in the form of maintaining life as a form of maintenance and maintaining assets which is realized that in assets there are other people's rights. Furthermore, the concept of maslahah through digitalization, optimizing the creative economy is a form of renewal that must be carried out to support business careers in the future while remaining guided by justice and honesty for the sustainability of the creative economy industry.

Abstract

Research objectives: (1) Analyze the influence of fundamental IT training on employee work productivity on the Indonesian Muslim University campus (2) The influence of work skills on employee work productivity on the Indonesian Muslim University campus, (3) The influence of work experience on employee work productivity on the Muslim University campus Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Indonesian Muslim University. The population used in this research was 200 employees who had taken Fundamental IT training and based on calculations from the Slovin formula, a sample of 67 respondents was obtained. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to identify how much influence each independent variable has on work productivity.                 The research results show that: (1) Fundamental IT training does not have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (2) Work Skills have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (3) Work Experience has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the following objectives: (1) To Determine and Analyze the Effect of PAD on Regency/City Fiscal distress in South Sulawesi. (2) To Determine and Analyze the Effect of GDP on Fiscal distress of Regencies/Cities in South Sulawesi, (3). To Determine and Analyze the Effect of Capital Expenditure on Regency/City Fiscal Distress in South Sulawesi. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis and Panel data regression analysis, with a sample of 24 city districts in South Sulawesi. Based on the results of the regression analysis of panel data, the results of the study show that (1). PAD has a negative and significant effect on fiscal distress with a coefficient value of -1.303, meaning that if regional original revenue increases by 1%, fiscal distress will decrease by 1.303%. A negative Coefficient value indicates that there is a negative or opposite relationship between PAD (X1) and fiscal distress (Y). This means that if PAD increases, fiscal distress will decrease. (2) (GDP) has a negative and significant effect on fiscal distress with a coefficient value of -637547.3, meaning that if economic growth increases by one-unit, fiscal distress will decrease by 637547.3 units. (3). Capital expenditure has a negative effect on fiscal distress, with a coefficient value of -0.199, meaning that if the capital expenditure ratio increases by 1%, fiscal distress will decrease by 0.199%. This negative Coefficient value indicates that there is a negative relationship between capital expenditure (X3) and fiscal distress (Y). This means that if capital expenditure increases, fiscal distress will decrease.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of profit-sharing al-qisth-based agriculture in syirkah al-mudharabah in Bone Regency. This type of this study is qualitative descriptive using a phenomenological approach to describe the meaning of welfare for farmers through the implementation of a fair syirkah al-mudharabah contract with the stages of determining the scope of the phenomenon, compiling a list of questions, collecting data, clusters of meaning, describing the essence, and reporting. The source of data in this study is the owner farmer and land management farmers. Methods of data collection using the method observation, interview, documentation, and reference search. Then processing techniques and data analysis is carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the concept of agricultural profit sharing is practiced by farmers in Bone Regency, namely 1/2 if the seeds are borne by the owner or 1/3 if the seeds are borne by the manager. Share the results divided after spending the costs incurred during the contract ongoing, the profit sharing portion of bage dua and bage tellu has been considered fair by each party, this depends on how big the capital contribution is given, namely the party that contributes more capital, the greater the benefits to be gained. As a suggestion from this research, it is expected that the government or Islamic financial institutions can adopt this profit-sharing system as a model to facilitate more equitable agricultural financing and cooperation in rural areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dan hubungan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Employee Engagement melalui Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Makassar. Faktanya, dengan budaya organisasi dan employee engagement yang baik menghasilkan integrasi yang cukup kukuh, mendorong kerja sama yang produktif dan kreatif untuk mencapai sasaran bersama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja, employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja jika dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai jika dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Pentingnya untuk pengembangan budaya organisasi yang positif bahwa semua pegawai memahami dan berbagi visi serta nilai-nilai organisasi serta memberikan pengawasan dan dukungan yang diperlukan bagi pegawai Ini dapat meningkatkan rasa memiliki dan komitmen terhadap tujuan organisasi. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Employee Engagement, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian di Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Kolaka bermaksud untuk meneliti secara parsial dan bersamaan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja staf. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada premis bahwa kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Pariwisata Kabupaten Kolaka dan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul, populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang pegawai, sedangkan jumlah sampelnya adalah 35 orang pegawai. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji hipotesis, dan asumsi klasik setelah data terkumpul melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan secara parsial kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara simultan atau bersamaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Konflik Internal Dan Stress Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 8 Makassar serta untuk menganalisis variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 8 Makassar Penelitian ini memilih objek penelitian kepada karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 8 Makassar dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode sampling dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik slovin yaitu sebanyak 65 responden dari populasi sebesar 211 karyawan.Hasil penelitian variabel gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, konflik internal dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel komitmen organisas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel konflik internal secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel stress kerja secara pasrial berpengaruh nigatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 8 Makassar. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Belanja Negara Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia Dan Investasi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia. Hipotesis penelitian menggunakan basis teori/konsep, didukung oleh penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang mempunyai kesamaan variabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia. Dengan waktu penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 (Dua) bulan yaitu dari bulan Maret-April 2022 Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data Sekunder. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan dokumentasi. Data yang didapat bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik dari tahun 2010-2019. Metode Analasis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan regresi linear berganda berbantuan Eviews untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Belanja Negara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia dan Investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Aviation Security PT Angkasa Pura. Populasi yang dijadikan sasaran penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan Kinerja Karyawan yang berjumlah 60 orang, dan seluruhnya merupakan responden dengan menggunakan model analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel, yakni: Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Aviation Security PT Angkasa Pura. Sedangkan secara parsial ditemukan bahwa faktor Motivasi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Aviation Security PT Angkasa Pura.

Abstract

This study aims to: (a) describe the transformational leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance; (b) examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee motivation; (c) analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance; and (d) assess the indirect effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through work motivation. The research was conducted at the digital education startup Sansgen, involving all 74 employees using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The findings indicate that transformational leadership significantly influences work motivation (β = 0.587), and also has a direct effect on employee performance (β = 0.597). Furthermore, work motivation positively affects employee performance (β = 0.357), and acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between transformational leadership and performance, with an indirect effect of 0.201. These results suggest that transformational leadership plays a critical role in improving performance, both directly and indirectly, by enhancing employee motivation.
