Abstract

Based on the result of pre survey in SMP N 7 Metro, that is to be presented problem in this research namely: “There are many students at the VII grade that was not successful yet in their integrated social sciences learning outcomes at the odd semester SMP Negeri 7 Metro in academic year 2017/2018”. Based on the problem above, the problem formulation in this research is: Is there any influence of using Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) toward the Integrated Social Sciences Learning Outcomes of the students at the VII grade even semester SMP Negeri 7 Metro in Academic Year 2017/2018?. Based on the result of research data analysis used simple linier regression formula, it was found that a = b = . So, Ŷ = a + bXis . Then, it proved that there is a positive influence of using Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) toward the Integrated Social Sciences Learning Outcomes in SMP Negeri 7 Metro in Academic Year 2017/2018. It was proved by the calculation of data analysis that showed tobserved was higher than ttable (thitung>ttabel) in significance level of 5% was3,08> 1,71and in significance level of 1% was3,08>2,48. Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted that means there is a positive influence of using Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) toward the Integrated Social Sciences Learning Outcomes in SMP Negeri 7. Keywords: Learning Model Type Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE), Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Learning activity is very important thing in education system. The approach uses 2013 curriculum in MA Pembangunan Lamongan. The main purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of 2013 curriculum integrated with thematic learning policy at MA Pembangunan Lamongan. The research used in this study is qualitative descriptive approach  with a statistical data model using analysis software Eviews 9. And the data in this study is the results of questionnaires and interviews with respondents and observation of learning implementation. The subject of this study is the leader of the MA Pembangunan Lamongan school, the vice leader of the curriculum and the teachers of the MA Pembangunan Lamongan.  Based on the results of the research that the implementation of 2013 curriculum strategy integrated with thematic learning in the MA Pembangunan Lamongan has been categorized as good, it can be seen from the aspects of mastery, understanding and ability of teachers in the learning planning process, implementation of learning, and assessment of learning outcomes as well as the supervision process carried out by the head of the school has run optimally in accordance with the duties and responsibilities as stated in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Regulation Number 65 of 2013 concerning the Basic and Middle Education Process Standards.Keywords: Thematic learning policy, 2013 curriculum

Abstract

This research is the classroom action research which purposed to find the model and to know the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model of Teams Games Tournament type in improving activities and the learning result of social subject at the eight grade of SMP Negeri 9 Metro academic year 2016 / 2017. The method which used in this research is Classroom Action Research Model. The subject of this research is the students at the eight grade in SMP Negeri 9 Metro. It is 28 students. The data collecting technique of this research is the observation and test. The observation used to get the data of activity and test used to get the data of the result of students’ learning. The procedure of this research is planning the action, implementation the action, observation / evaluation and the first data analysis (the data reduction, the data explanation and reflection). The final data analysis of this research is tabulation among the cycles. The result of this research shows that first is the students’ learning activity from the first cycle to the second cycle has the improvement up to 12,28%. It was from 60,72% in the first cycle up to 75% in the second cycle. Whereas from the second cycle to the third cycle has improvement up to 10,71%. It was from 75% in the second cycle up to 85,71% in the third cycle. The second is the result of students’ learning has the improvement between the first cycle to the second cycle was 15,45%. It was from 60,71% in the first cycle up to 71,43% in the second cycle. In the second cycle to the third cycle has the improvement up to 16,66%. It was from 71,43% in the first cycle up to 89,29% in the third cycle. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model with Teams Games Tournament type in Standard Competency of Understanding Activity from Economic Actor in Society have tried out, it can improve the learning activity and the result of students’ learning at the eight grade of SMP Negeri 9 Metro academic year 2016 / 2017. Keywords: Activities, Learning Result, and Teams Games Tournament

Abstract

Teaching materials are a set of information that is presented in printed and non-printed forms which contain material as well as the constraints that must be understood by students through pleasant learning. This research is a study using research and development methods, better known as Research and Development. Research and Development Method is a research method used to produce certain products. Based on the results of the recapitulation on the value of validation of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping obtained from validation 1 amounting to 65.00%, validator 2 at 68.00%, validator 3 at 66.00%, and validator 4 at 66.00% so based on result 4 the validator can be taken on average the value of validation of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping is 66.25% and fulfills the criteria very well. The quality of the learning material obtained from several evaluations by the validators, namely material experts, language, design and critical thinking obtained results that the teaching material based on Conceps Mapping is quite feasible to use. Based on the conclusions that can be presented by the researcher that: 1) Feasibility of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping from experts, namely: material experts on aspects of material feasibility obtained 84.42%, b) on language aspects obtained 81.33%, c) on design feasibility obtained 79.75%. d) and on the aspect of critical thinking students get 75.50%. The average value of the validation of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping is 80.25% with a fairly decent category. 2) Student responses to the development of teaching materials based on Conceps Mapping in this organizational theory course from small groups and large groups, namely "very interesting" with a score of 85.25%. Keywords: Teaching Materials, Based On Concept Mapping, Critical Ability

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of graphic media on student learning outcomes. The type and design of the study were in the form of research Quas Experiment design. The population of the study was 132 students. Determination of control groups and experiments was carried out through certain considerations. Data was collected through test trials and data were analyzed by inferential statistics (t-test). The results showed that there were significant differences in the learning outcomes of students learning with mediagraphics and students who studied with conventional learning methods. This was evidenced by the tcount of 2.593 and ttab = 1.71, the tcount was greater than ttab. Based on the results of this study it can be said that students who study with graphic media show higher results than students who learn with conventional learning methods. Keywords: Graphic Media, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

 Seeing the condition of our environment which is disputed every day by waste which is increasingly mounting as if this waste is the main problem faced by the government and society. So that people in several countries and even all over the world are competing to solve this problem. If we talk about this waste problem, actually this waste has many benefits including making home decorations, eye cendra, and souvenirs (typical gifts of ASIAN GAMES). Implementation methods carried out in carrying out PKM-K activities Utilization of Household Waste (Cans, Glass, Styrofoam, Cardboard, Eggshells), that consists of some Stages: Preparation, Production, Marketing, Achieving Objectives, Evaluations and Reports. Based on the marketing results of several bazaar activities, the conclusion was that PKM-K Utilization of Household Waste is very beneficial for the surrounding environment because it can recycle waste into creative products. Based on the results of this utilization, PKM-K activities can generate benefits for students financially, the profit obtained from waste treatment is 73.73%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategies of female household heads (PEKKA) in creating family economic independence in Gesi Village, Gesi Subdistrict, Sragen Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. A total of 32 female heads of household and all of them were respondents. Data collection uses observation techniques, structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses stages of data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), presenting data display data), grouped data, drawing conclusions (using conclusions) and using data validity techniques triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. The results of the study showed that female household heads (PEKKA) in creating family economic independence in Gesi Village, Gesi Subdistrict, Sragen Regency through strategy: First, to build a strengthening of village community groups by joining PKK, Creative Business Groups in Gesi Village. Second, building capital gains through village business group savings and loans cooperatives. Third, building an information network with a technology-based outside world is still lacking. Fourth, to build business networks in rural areas based on village partners.Keywords: Strategy, PEKKA, Family Economic Independence

Abstract

The learning process is one measure of educational success. Many factors influence students to do not focus when studying night guidance. The learning strategy that is usually used is the lecture method must be changed to be more interesting for students to learn. One effort to increase student interest in learning is to use the Monopoly Economic learning media (MONOKOMI). This study was conducted on students of class X Boarding School. This research was conducted on class X Islamic Boarding School MAN 1 Metro. This study aims to analyze students' interest in the use of Monokomi. This study uses collection methods, namely interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study state that learning using monochrome learning media gets a percentage value of 90% with the category "very good" which means that learning media is very good for use in learning. Based on these data, there is a 30% increase when using monochrome learning media in increasing students' interest in learning.Keywords: learning media, learning interest, monokomi, monopoly

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using scramble learning models on integrated social studies learning outcomes of class VIII students in the even semester of SMP 2 Pekalongan in the academic year 2017/2018". This research is quantitative in nature that examines the influence of independent variables, namely scramble learning model, and the dependent variable is integrated social studies learning outcomes. The method used the experimental method Quasi Experimental Design with the research design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Based on the results of the study, it is evidenced by the calculation of data analysis it can be seen that the value of tcount> t table at the significance level of 5% is 5.64> 1.70. After being treated with scramble learning model the learning outcomes increased by 24 students or 70.59% including the complete category, and 10 students or 29.41% including the incomplete category. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, indicating that the scramble learning model gives a positive influence on the learning outcomes of integrated social studies students of class VIII even semester of SMP 2 Pekalongan in the academic year 2017/2018.      Keywords: Scramble Learning Model, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) developing a validity book on the economic mathematics in the Accounting Education Program of FKIP University PGRI Palembang 2) developing a pocketbook on economic mathematics at the FKIP University PGRI Palembang Accounting Education Study Program which has been tested for practicality 3) developing economic mathematics pocketbooks in Accounting Education Study Programs FKIP University PGRI Palembang has been developed towards student learning outcomes. The method used in this study is the Development Research or Research and Development (R & D). The results of the study show; 1) pocketbooks of economic mathematics as learning media developed for student learning have been validated with an average of 4.2 very valid criteria based on the assessment of material and language experts, and an average of 4 based on media experts 2) with a percentage of 100%, based on the small group stage and the one to one phase of the very practical categorized economic mathematics pocketbook 3) the results of the field test stage showed that the pocketbook of economic mathematics as a learning medium that had been developed had a potential effect on student learning outcomes with an average score of 7.9 good categories once, and also has a potential effect on student learning activeness with a score of 42.3 very active categories.Keywords: Development, Pocketbook, Economic Mathematics, Learning Media
