Abstract

The development of science and technology is growing rapidly. This requires the existence of quality human beings so as to be able to create new innovations and be able to face competition. Education is a pursuit of school for children and adolescents who are handed over to them to have perfect skills and full awareness of their social relationships and tasks. The 2013 curriculum goal is to prepare Indonesian people to have the ability to live as the individu and citizens who are faithful, productive, creative, innovative, and affective and able to contribute to the life of society, nation, state and world civilization. The problem formulation of this class action research is how is the effect of the application of PQ4R learning methods to improve learning outcomes of economic subjects at XI grade students of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro". The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the application of the PQ4R learning method and to improve learning outcomes of economic subjects in class XI of Muhammadiyah 1 Metro High School "and the benefits of classroom action research were seen from two parties in terms of theoretical and practical aspects. The action hypothesis in this class action research through the use of PQ4R learning methods (preview, question, read, reflect, recite, review), to improve the economic learning outcomes of class XI students of Muhammadiyah 1 Metro High School. The application of the PQ4R method in learning economics at XI grade of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro can increase teacher and student activity. It can be seen from the average score of teacher activity in cycle I, namely 41.16 with the category "sufficient", in the second cycle increased to 45.83 with the category "good" with a difference of 4.67. Likewise, the average score of the first cycle of student activity is 41.16 with the category "enough", in the second cycle increased to 46, 99 with the "good" category with a difference of 5.83. So it can be concluded that by applying the learning model Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) can increase student learning outcomes of economic subjects at XI grade of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro.Keywords: PQ4R Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the level of financial literacy in students majoring in Economic Education at Siliwangi University, in terms of gender . The study was conducted through descriptive analytical methods using survey techniques . Data collection was carried out by distributing instruments in the form of questionnaires regarding financial literacy. The study population was students in 2013-2016, and samples were taken through proportionate random sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive statistics. Abstract

This study aimed at scrutinising the decision making of trade off students related to (Tuition Assistance for Deprived and Excellent Students) BIDIKMISI scholarship allocations. The decision was made based on each individual priority, reasonable selections and utility of scholarship users. Technically, descriptive qualitative method was deployed as the research design. The participants of this study were the Economic Education Department students at Siliwangi University. The data were collected through observation, interview, and document analysis. The findings demonstrated that most of scholarship allocations were utilised for fulfilling non-academic needs, notably 87%. Meanwhile, 13% of it were allocated for academic requirements. Viewed from the scholarship users’ perspectives, they preferred to select and employ scholarship for non-academic needs, such as entertainment and travelling instead of academic needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to Develop the HOTS Problem Based Snake Stage Game which can be used as a fun evaluation tool and can improve students' high-level This research uses 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop and Dissemination). However, this research is only at the develop stage. In the Dissemination stage is not done due to time and cost constraints. The first stage of this research is to analyze the problems and needs of students. Next the second phase is designing the product. At this stage begin to compose the grid problem and the problem of HOTS and make the media snake ladder. The resulting product is then validated by a material expert and linguist. After repaired and declared valid, then tested into small groups of 10 students who were obtained at random. Tests conducted by spreading the questionnaire to find out how the response of students. Questionnaire is then analyzed to find out how the value of percentage obtained and the level of feasibility of products that have been developed. Based on the results of research that has been done obtained the data as follows: The validation results for material experts said that the matter of HOTS included in the category is very reasonable and the linguist also said the problem included in the category is very feasible. While in small group trial the value of presentase reached 84.6% included in the category is very feasible. Based on this it can be concluded that the medium of SOAL HOTS is very feasible to be used as an evaluation supplement for students of 4th semester of High School Economics Course.

Abstract

The zakat fund report is one of the main components of financial statements that must be presented by Islamic bank entities. This is one of management responsibility as an annual report. One of the main sources for gaining public trust is the level of quality of information provided to the public. Islamic banking must convince the publics that all activities carried out in accordance with Islamic sharia. In the Statement of The Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) number 101, there are still mismatches in the disclosure report of zakat funds, the distribution of zakat funds where there is less transparency in the distribution of alms funds to 8 asnafs ( parties that are eligible to receive Zakat collected from Muslims) which has become the obligation of zakat recipients. Instead of that, the role of DPS is as a spiritual role in sharia banking, in this case DPS is also a differentiator between Islamic banks and conventional banks. Abstract

The fundamental problem of IIS 12th grade students in understanding accounting lessons is that they start from not being well understood how to record transactions in a journal. Difficulty understanding the accounting material for these students can be seen from the initial test conducted on July 24, 2018 in 12th grade IIS turned out in completing the journal of the number of students 32 people there were 26 (81.25%) students had not reached the KKM and who had only reached 8 (18.75%) students with minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 70.  In the initial test before using an analysis guided discussion,  student learning outcomes obtained an average of 32.14. Whereas in the first cycle test has been applied an analysis guided discussion obt79ained an average of 54.43. In the second cycle the results obtained were an increase in the average score of a fairly high class that is to be 75.94 Although in the second cycle has reached a fairly high average of 75.94, but the researchers still proceed to cycle III because the percentage of completeness is only amounting to 62.5. The results of the third cycle average value of 93.43 with a completeness level of 87.5%.    Keywords: Learning Outcomes, An Analysis Guided, Discussion Method

Abstract

The objective of this research is to create the product of the Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) with Islam value oriented. This research uses research procedure and development 4D equipment model suggested by Thiagarajan and Semmel. This model consists of 4 steps those are Define, Design, Develop and Dissemination. However, in this research and development, the steps just done in develop step. The result of this expert testing toward design LKPD includes the suitable criteria with the percentage 87%, the result of the test in the material context of LKPD includes the suitable criteria with the percentage 78%, and the result of the test in the Islam value includes the suitable criteria with the percentage 90%. The test of respond by student with share the questionnaire showed with the percentage 89,4%.LKPD with Islam value oriented can be the one reference in the study of economic actually unemployment theory.

Abstract

The problem in this research is Hedonism Students . The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Financial to hedonism students. This research was carried out in Efarina Unifersity . This type of research is expost facto with sampling techniques using total sampling or the whole population research i.e. as many as 230 students. Data collection instruments in this research is the observation, documentation, and question form or questionnaire. Test research instrument using the test validity and reliability are done using application software SPSS version 20. Data analysis techniques used include: test of normality, test linearity, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisitas test, multiple linear analysis, determination of the coefficient and test hypotheses, namely: t-test and F-test that uses the software SPSS version 24.Multiple linear regression calculation Results isY = 20.677 – 0 144X,1+ 0, 792X2. While the results of the test showed that the t in parsiaifl financial literacy has a negative and significant effect against hedonism with value tcalculate<ttable (< 2.736-1.981) at 95% significance level α = 0.05,  a positive and significant influence towards hedonism with t >tcounttable (15.454 <1.981) at significant level 95% or α = 0.05. F test results show that financial literacy have significant influence towards hedonism with a value of Ffemale> Ftable (129.025 >3,04 ) and the value of significance α (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship conditions of sales promotions and purchasing decisions in Class I Correctional Institutions Cirebon (Pas Mart), besides that this study also aims to determine how much influence the sales promotion on purchasing decisions in Class I Correctional Facilities Cirebon (Pas Mart). This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were all consumers who had shopped at the Cirebon Class I Correctional Institution (Pas Mart), a sample size of 51 respondents, sampling using accidental sampling techniques. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested both validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis. Data is processed through Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 23. The results of this research have shown that there is a positive relationship between sales promotions with purchasing decisions and there is an influence of sales promotions on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study is the application of the Gallery Walk model in improving student learning activities in accounting subjects of specialized journal material for trading companies in SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong. Retrieval of data using methods of observation, questionnaires, written tests and deeds ,. The study was conducted by the classroom action research (CAR) method. Data collection techniques using test and observation techniques. Quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that there was an increase in students who were active from cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3. Increased average learning outcomes followed by mastery learning. Cycle I achieved an average of 59.16 and students completing learning 45.83%, Cycle II achieved an average of 67.08 and students completing learning 54.16%, Cycle III achieved an average of 85.41 and students completing learning 100%. Learning Gallery Walk model can increase learning activities more vibrant both classical, group and individual.
