Abstract

The problem in this study is "There are still many students who have not completed the Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes of class VIII in the odd semester of SMP Negeri 1 Punggur 2018/2019 Academic Year". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Model Visual Based Learning Problem on Integrated Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Odd Semesters of State Middle School 1 Punggur Academic Year 2018/2019. Then the hypothesis in this study is as follows: "There is a positive influence on the use of the Model Problem Based Learning Helps Visual Images of Integrated Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Odd Semesters of State Junior High School 1 Punggur 2018/2019 Academic Year". The design used in this study was an experiment. Experimental research methods can be interpreted as research methods that will be used to find the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. The experimental method used was quasi experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group design. Because in this design it cannot control the external variables that affect the implementation of the experiment. Based on the results of these studies, the hypothesis is accepted, because the value of tcount> t table can be seen in the list of G, on the list of significant 5% which is 4.30> 1.70. Thus the results of the calculation in this study by using visual aided problem based learning model were 43%. Students who were declared complete with KKM (70) after treatment were 28 students or 82.35% and students who were declared incomplete were 6 students or 17.65%. Thus it shows that the Visual Image-Assisted Problem Based Learning Model has a positive influence on the Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes of class VIII Odd Semesters of State Middle School 1 Punggur Academic Year 2018/2019. Keywords: Visual Assisted Problem Based Learning Models, Learning Outcomes of Social Sciences Students.

Abstract

This study is a causality by using primary data and secondary data, while the object of research is the lecturer at the University Trunajaya Bontang with a total sample of 53 respondents.The aim of this study was to (1) To determine the influence of simultaneous between variable compensation, work environment, Job Promotion and Supervision of job satisfaction Lecturer at the University of Trunajaya Bontang. (2) To determine the partial variable the dominant influence on job satisfaction Lecturer at the University Trunajaya.In order to test the hypothesis analysis the authors use multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. The respondents of this study is a lecturer at the University of Trunajaya, a number of 53 respondents. Results of the analysis showed that there is a positive and significant influence between variable compensation, work environment, promotion, supervision on job satisfaction, the variable dominant influence on job satisfaction is variable promotion, it is evident from the value of Standardized Coefficient Beta variable promotion is amounted to 0.428 which is greater than the other independent variable coefficients.

Abstract

The selection of Batanghari Sembilan River as a study because Batanghari Sembilan River is a tributary of the Musi river located in South Sumatra Province. This river is the longest river on the island of Sumatra and the second longest river in Indonesia. This research method is descriptive research that tends to qualitative. Researcher data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of the field research, the Batanghari Sembilan community's livelihoods are; 1) Stone or sand, 2) Farmers as irrigated rice fields 3) and green open spaces, 2). Keramba Jaring Apung (KJA) sand mine, 3). Transportation, 4), Fishermen, 5). Side residents looking for gold and Rawas river, 6) timber seekers, 7) plantations 8). Abstract

Competition in gaining public trust is an important factor that must be considered by all available resources in each vocational school. The statement is based on the 2015 Central Bureau of Statistics data which shows that the number of Vocational Schools throughout Indonesia has shown 12,421. This study aims to collect data on information among members of the Vocational Team in meeting national education standards. Furthermore, the data is used to analyze the integration process of work team members in accredited C and vocational high school vocational high school A. The approach used in this study is an inductive approach where the results of research are generalized to more general events. The results of the analysis obtained the results of Sig. (2-tailed) A1 of 0.004 <0.05, A2 of 0.003 <0.05 and A3 of 0.001 <0.05, so according to the decision making in the independent t-test, there were differences between Integration of members of the Vocational Work Team is accredited A and accredited C. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the integration process of the work team members in C-accredited Vocational Schools is not maximal. Keywords: Accreditation, Member Integration, National Education Standards

Abstract

Based on the results of the survey that researcher do, the problem in this study is still a lot of students who have not completed in Learning Outcomes Integrated Social Studies Student Class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Metro in academic year 2015/2016. The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Model Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model Towards Integrated IPS Student Learning of Class VIII Even Semester of MTs Muhammadiyah Metro academic Year 2015/2016. This research is experimental research with population in this research is student class VIII Mts. Muhammadiyah Metro even Semester academic year 2015/2016 which numbered 84 students. Sample of the research is taken by using purposive sampling technique and obtained class VIII.A as experiment class by using model cooperative learning jigsaw type. The result of research data analysis can be seen that tcount> t table or 7.70> 1.71 (table t with dk = 28 and = 0.05) and t arithmetic> t table or 7.70> 2.47 (table t with dk = 28 and α = 0.01), thus Ho is rejected and Ha acceptedor hypothesis accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the use of model Cooperative Learning Type Jigsaw improve the results of learning IPS Integrated students class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Metro or hypothesis there is a positive influence of using model Cooperative Learning Jigsaw Type of Learning Outcomes Integrated Social Studies Student Class VIII Even Semester MTs Muhammadiyah Metro academic year 2015 / 2016.

Abstract

Every retail entrepreneur in East Lampung is required to be able to satisfy customer aspects by assessing the desires, needs and expectations of customers to the market. The strategy carried out by modern retailers is the fact that customers who are not satisfied for the goods or services they have consumed will look for suppliers of goods or services from the other companies. The problems faced in this modern retail business are strategies to attract customers who are used in the modern retail industry of Alfamart and Indomaret still use the same system, by way of maximal service, because it must be in accordance with the wishes of consumers. Abstract

His study aims to determine the relationship between the amount of pocket money and hedonic lifestyle in the city of Madiun. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. The number of samples in this study were 355 students. Research is a quantitative research developed with causality design where data analysis techniques use simple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the amount of pocket money and the hedonic lifestyle of students taking study at Madiun City College. Keyword: Hedonic Lifestyle, Pocket Money

Abstract

Martopan Abdullah. Drivers of School Facilities and Motivation of Teachers on the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process at Bontang DDI Madrasah. The teacher is one component that deals directly with the subject of students, must have the ability / compotency because it determines the quality of the learning process and the learning outcomes of students. Based on this, researchers are encouraged to analyze the teacher's potential by looking at the differences in the average teacher's composition in terms of motivation the teacher addresses the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process especially the teacher who teaches at Bontang DDI Madrasah Aliyah. This type of research is quantitative with 34 sample teachers in Bontang DDI Madrasah. from 34 populations. Data on teacher potency were collected using instruments in the form of tests developed on a Likert scale and questionnaire techniques. The data were analyzed using quantitative analysis, ie with multiple regression and ANOVA (SPSS 20) in one pathway at a 5 percent level of significance (5% ). The results of the study showed that there was an influence of facilities and teacher motivation on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in Bontang DDI Madrasah. In terms of training and experience in presenting material. Scientific facts found in this study indicate that the influence of school facilities and teacher motivation on the effectiveness of the learning process is enhanced by training. It is expected that teachers can develop their competence through several activities to further enhance work or teaching experience. Keywords: School Facilities, Teacher Motivation, Effectiveness of the Teaching Process

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of teaching factory program (TEFA) in improving the quality of hard skills and soft skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This research was conducted with supported interview and documentation methods related to the teaching factory program (TEFA) at SMK Model 1 Mejayan PGRI in 2018/2019 Academic Year. The results of the study stated that there was an increase in hard skills and soft skills needed through character building, the potential of student or teacher HR, interactions between teachers and students, students and students, students and parents, self-control, and business spirit.Keywords: hard skill , soft skill, Teaching Factory (TEFA)

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the preparation of learning programs, attitudes toward the teaching profession towards teaching efficacy of prospective teachers. The method used in this study is the explanatory survey method. The subjects in this study were level IV students of the Siliwangi University Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP). The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling (proportional random sample). The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 23.0 statistical tool to determine the effect of the preparation of learning programs, attitudes toward the teaching profession towards teaching efficacy of prospective teachers. Based on the results of the study, simultaneous preparation of learning programs and attitudes towards the teaching profession has a positive influence on teaching efficacy. That is, if there is an increase in the preparation of learning programs and attitudes towards the teaching profession simultaneously, it will improve the teaching efficacy of prospective teachers. Partially the preparation of learning programs has a significant effect on teaching efficacy of 0.271. That is, if there is an increase in the preparation of the learning program by 0.271 units then teaching efficacy will increase by 0.271 units, and attitudes towards the teaching profession have a significant influence on teaching efficacy of 0.459. This means that if there is an increase in attitudes towards the teaching profession by 0.459 then teaching efficacy increases by 0.459 units.Keywords: Factors Affecting Teachers' Teaching Efficacy
