Abstract

Konservasi masih cenderung dimaknai oleh banyak warga Unnes dengan perwujudan kampus yang hijau cenderung bersifat absurd pada sistem yang dibangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, berusaha mendapatkan informasi selengkap mungkin implementasi 7 pilar konservasi UNNES di FIP. Subjek penelitian adalah civitas akademika di FIP. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan pemahaman civitas akademika FIP terhadap wacara konservasi belum menujukkan sepenuhnya paham secara menyeluruh dari segi konteks makna koseervasi. Menunjukkan bahwa dari pejabat memiliki pemahaman lebih baik dibanding beberapa civitas akademika lain yang ada di FIP, baik itu mahasiswa, dosen, tenaga kependidikan maupun tenaga teknis lainnya. Implementasi 7 pilar konservasi yang ada di lingkungan FIP masih menonjolkan beberapa pilar dominan saja yaitu arsitektur hijau dan transportasi internal. Pilar nirkertas; konservasi etika, seni dan budaya; kaderisasi konservasi; keanekaragaman hayati; pengelolaan limbah; dan energi bersih menjadi runtutan rensta sekaligus dimasukkan dalam perioritas yang membutuhkan pengembangan besar ke depan. Sedangkan pada faktor penghambat dan pendukung 7 pilar konservasi menempatkan psikologi mental perhatian utama. Komitmen dan partisipasi bersama menjadi tanggung jawab untuk mendukung, menjaga, memantau dan berkoordinasi dalam mewujudkan universitas konservasi yang unggul, sehat dan sejahtera.

Abstract

Project time management is the ability of person to use time resources in the project to accomplish a goal efficiently. By the proper project time management, anyone can finish their jobs in the project on time. Unfortunately awareness of the importance of project time management is still lacking and not used to its full potential. Due to not using project time management properly, there are lot of delay and incomplete projects. The purpose of this research is to create a board game as media to teach peoples of the importance of project time management. This study used a mixed research approach by collecting data from the 30 college students and three companies working in game industry. Those collected datas were made into a board game named Days to Deadline that would later be used as media of instruction of project time management. By using a board game as media of time management learning, people who played the board game can learn while experiencing some fun in playing. As a result, awareness and knowledge of the importance of project time management can be perceived by the target of research. From this point, we can draw a conclusion that the board game can be used effectively to teach about the importance of good time management.

Abstract

Children do not only need intelligence in the academic field but also in interacting with others in accordance with the prevailing moral norms in society. Intelligence is influenced by parenting. In Indonesia, parenting of working parents’ families is usually carried out by grandmothers, household assistants, and daycare providers. This study aims to analyze differences in the moral intelligence of children raised by grandmothers, household assistants, and daycare providers. A total of 208 children aged 5-6 years (106 boys and 102 girls) in the city of Semarang, who were willing and approved by parents, were involved in this study. The children’s moral intelligence score in this study was obtained through storytelling test techniques presented by the researcher verbally, considering that early childhood children cannot read fluently. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with the help of SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The results of this study differed from previous studies in that there is no difference in the moral intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in the city of Semarang that is raised by grandmothers, household assistants, and daycare providers. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the roles of grandmothers, household assistants, and daycare providers are no different in fostering moral intelligence in early childhood. The level of moral intelligence of early childhood can also be influenced by the individual, age, social interaction, education, and the context of the situation. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan, mendeskripsikan penyelenggraan program kelompok belajar usaha dan mencari tahu  kekurangan dari program kelompok belajar usaha di PKBM Kartika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subyek penelitian dari 2 pengelola, 2 tutor, dan 5 warga belajar di PKBM Kartika. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakain metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan, keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teori. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian bahwa dalam penyelenggraan program kelompok belajar usaha mencangkup tiga aspek yang harus ada yaitu , perencanaan, pemebelajaran dan evaluasi. Kekurangan program kelompok belajar usaha meliputi, tidak adanya monitoring rutin dari pihak PKBM atas warga yang sudah tidak aktif mengikuti aktifitas dalam PKBM, kegiatan yang berlangsung terkadang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal atau tidak sesui dengan petunjuk pelaksanaan kegiatan karena kondisi warga belajarnya, kegiatan pembelajaran yang berlangsung sering tidak kondusif karena minimnya sarana dan prasarana dengan banyaknya warga belajar, kekompakan kelompok yang suatusaat berubah menjadi individualis, jiwa wirausaha yang di miliki warga belajar tidak sama.The aim of study is to describe trade learning group program,This study is descriptive qualitative study, with research subjects from 2 managers, 2 tutors, and 5 citizens studying in PKBM Kartika, data is done by using observation method, interview, and documentation. Data analyses use data reducation, display and conclusion. The data validity uses trianggulation teory.The result of the study includes in three as pects needed : planning, learning, and evaluation. The program has some weaknesses, the weaknesses is there is no daily monitoring from PKBM to the non active people, activities that take place are sometimes incompatible with the initial planning or implementation of activities within their instructions for residents learning conditions, the learning activities that take place are often not conducive because of the lack of facilities and infrastructure with many people learn, funds given to businesses in less said, the group cohesion can sometime turn into individualism, the businees spirit is not same among.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the influence of Web-based learning with the performance of Educators, (2) the influence of cultural literacy with Educators' performance (3) the influence of Web-based learning and literary culture together with performance Educators. The method used in this study was with a quantitative approach with the ex-post-facto method. The population in this study was all non-formal educators working in the Gorontalo City learning activities workshop amounting to 107 people, while samples were 59 people using proportional random sampling. Data is collected through poll deployments. The conclusion to this research is (1) there is a positive influence on Web-based learning on educators' performance, which means that the better web-based learning is better for educator performance. (2) there is a positive influence on the cultural literacy of the educator's performance, meaning that both the literate culture is also the higher the performance of educators. (3) there is a positive influence on web-based learning and cultural literacy together to the performance of educators working in the Learning Activities workshop in Gorontalo city, this means that the higher the implementation of Web-based learning and culture of literacy, the higher the performance of non-formal educators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hambatan internal (kelemahan) maupun eksternal (tantangan) pengembangkan desa wisata batik Desa Babagan, merumuskan strategi alternatif serta keberadaan showroom dalam merespon terbentuknya koperasi. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, metode dan teori. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pengrajin batik, kepala desa dan tokoh masyarakat. Simpulan yang didapatkan masih banyaknya kelemahan Desa Babagan sebagai desa wisata batik karena memang baru tahun 2015 diresmikan. Tantangan terbesar terletak pada penekanan budaya batik lokal bagi masyarakat luas.  Adapun Strategi alternatifnya dengan mendorong masyarakat dan pemerintah menciptakan iklim kondusif bagi berkembangnya kegiatan wisata sekaligus masyarakat menjadi pelaku sektor kepariwisataan dan penguatan usaha, mengikutsertakan masyarakat berbagai kegiatan, pemerintah dilibatkan setidaknya sebagai donatur penyelenggara kegiatan, diadakannya pelatihan berbasis hardskill dan softskill serta pembinaan dan pendampingan dari dinas terkait, pelatihan mengenai strategi pengelolaan usaha serta pemasaran, menata kembali organisasi pengelola desa wisata batik, rekondisi pengelolaan showroom sekaligus sebagai koperasi. Begitu pula yang terjadi pada showroom dapat merespon terbentuknya koperasi, dikarenakan pengelolaan showroom tersebut telah terjadi kegiatan menuju terbentuknya pra koperasi. Namun, hal yang menjadi perhatian yaitu masih kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat adanya keberadaan koperasi berikut pula pemanfaatannya.

Abstract

Management of Cakruk Pintar community library by using the management of the School Education program management. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) program planning (2) program organization (3) program implementation (4) program supervision and (5) assessment of the Cakruk Pintar Community library program in Sleman Yogyakarta. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results showed 5 findings. First, the smart cakruk community library identifies the needs of the community in initiating program planning. Second, organizing the smart cakruk community library program is managed by professionals. Third, the implementation of the smart cakruk community library program went well. Fourth, the supervision of the community library program is in accordance with predetermined standards. Fifth, the assessment of the community library program is quite good with increasing enthusiasm of the community in participating in it.

Abstract

The Community Learning Center (CLC) is an institution of, by and for the community in providing educational services outside of the school system. The existence of CLC institutions is very important because various community learning needs cannot be accommodated in schooling education in the form of training, equality, entrepreneurship programs. Strengthening CLC institutions in providing non-formal education services with entrepreneurship to attract the interest of the community and equip the community with entrepreneurial abilities. This entrepreneurship program is capable of supporting non-formal education programs at CLC. Entrepreneurship-based CLC management is intended to maintain the sustainability of Non-formal Education programs (NFE), provide professional services and establish direct partnerships with the community. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data was collected using direct interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed by the procedure of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, interpreting data, and concluding data. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of CLC institutions in providing non-formal education services that lead to community empowerment includes as a complement to vocational skills, facilitation, motivation. The results of this study contributed significantly to the development of non-formal education programs in Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation of PPL is carried out by students of educational programs in Indonesia. This research aims to determine student performance in implementing PPL in the PGPAUD Study Program and determine the inhibiting and supporting factors of implementation PPL of PGPAUD students. This research was conducted based on a quantitative line of thought. Even so, technically, qualitative methods cannot be abandoned, especially concerning the importance of the study results' versatility. The subjects of this study were school principals and tutors of partner schools in Central Java Province. Data will be collected in two ways, namely a questionnaire in the form of a subject's self-response to statements made based on the PPL implementation assessment module's indicators. The implementation of learning can be described as 12.8% of respondents believe that students are in an outstanding category, 49.8% of respondents think that students are in a suitable type. There are 37.4% of respondents who say that they are not right. Inhibiting factors for PPL implementation for PGPAUD students include the practitioner's ability to establish a social relationship with the school community. Meanwhile, the factors that support the implementation of PPL for PGPAUD students include the location of PPL places that are close to the campus, the majority of PGPAUD lecturers are still young, online assessment and monitoring systems, good relations between partner schools and PGPAUD majors, internship programs 1 and 2 and field observations of subjects. PPL is designed jointly between the PGPAUD department and partner schools, so that it will run effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the evaluation of the quality of equality education services in PKBM Citra Ilmu in Semarang Regency, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. Research subjects are founder, program leader, tutor, and learning residents. The data were collected by: (1) observation, (2) documentation, and (3) interview. Methods of data analysis conducted by: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study reveal that: (1) service quality evaluation is able to face the challenge of education service for the future, (2) its supporting factor is accredited by institution and BAN-PNFI program, and the inhibiting factor is lack of proper salary for tutor.
