Abstract

Early childhood is an individual who is developing a process of growth and development that increases when facing development due to an early age. This study aims to develop a compact disk of learning motion and song to improve the physical motor skills of early childhood. The method used is Research and Development (RD) with a 4-D model. This research was conducted at TKIT Adzkia III Kuranji in Padang. In this study, the stages of validation, practicality, and implementation were carried out. The validity test results obtained an average of 86.22% through the practicality test the teacher’s response reached 92.18% and 94.43 for the observation of children’s learning, the effectiveness of the learning activities reached 95.41% and the learning outcomes of the children’s learning 87.35%. Based on these results, the developed compact motion learning and song disc media can be used and practically applied in kindergartens.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh persiapan pelayanan, pengaruh pelaksanaan pelayanan, pengaruh pengembangan model pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dan menjelaskan pengaruh persiapan, pelaksanaan, pengembangan model pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan survey. Populasi berjumlah 545 orang, Sampel berjumlah 55 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Persiapan PelayananX1, Pelaksanaan PelayananX2, Pengembangan Model PelayananX3 dan Kepuasan MasyarakatY. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian analisis data statistik diperoleh bentuk regresi adalah Y =27,534+0,269x1+ 0,125x2 –0.401x3. Hasil perhitungan probabilitas X1 sebesar 0,001, atau Sig 0,0010,05 maka Ha1 diterima yang berbunyi“Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel persiapan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat”sumbangan pengaruh variabel persiapan pelayanan 15,6%. Hasil perhitungan probabilitas X2 sebesar 0,037 atau Sig 0,0370,05 maka Ha2 diterima yang berbunyi“Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pelaksanaan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dalam program KB”. sumbangan pengaruh variabel pelaksanaan pelayanan yaitu 12,7%. Hasil perhitungan probabilitas X3 sebesar 0,049 atau Sig 0,0490,05 maka Ha3diterima yang berbunyi“Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel pengembangan model pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat”sumbangan pengaruh variabel pengembangan model pelayanan yaitu 5%. Sedangkan kontribusi secara bersama variabel independen sebesar 26,5%. Simpulan : ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pengembangan model pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.This study aims to explain the influence of preparation services, influence service implementation, influence the development of a model of service to the satisfaction of the people and explain the influence of the preparation, implementation, development model of service to the community satisfaction. This study uses survey approach. A population of 545 people, totaling 55 samples, sampling using random sampling techniques. PelayananX1 Preparation, Implementation PelayananX2, PelayananX3 Model Development and Satisfaction MasyarakatY. Tool data collection using questionnaires. Data collected were analyzed by multiple regression. Results of research statistical data analysis obtained form the regression is Y = 27.534 + 0,269x1 + 0,125x2 -0.401x3. X1 probability calculation result of 0.001, or 0.001 Sig 0.05 then Ha1 accepted that reads "There is a positive and significant influence of preparation variable of service to the community satisfaction" donation variables influence the preparation of services 15.6%. X2 probability calculation results for 0,037 or 0,037 Sig 0.05 then Ha2 accepted that reads "There is a positive and significant influence between the implementation of services to satisfaction of the people in the program". donations variables influence the implementation of services that is 12.7%. Probability calculation results X3 for 0,049 or 0,049 Sig 0.05 then Ha3diterima which reads "There is a significant and positive influence development variables to satisfaction of the public service model" donation variables influence the development of a service model that is 5%. While the contribution of jointly independent variable was 26.5%. Conclusion: there is a positive and significant influence of variables preparation, implementation and development of a model of service to the community satisfaction.

Abstract

Camp is one form of non-formal education that is used as a place to live while undergoing language courses. This study is generally aimed at determining the learning society in accelerating the improvement of understanding skills and communication skills in a camp-based English course for students in Mahesa Putri Camp in English Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of camp as an enhancer of understanding ability, and the role of camp as an acceleration of communication patterns. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which describes something objectively, based on data analysis conducted at the time of data collection and after data collection. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, the subjects of the study were managers, tutors and students at Mahesa Putri Camp English Village Pare, Kediri. From the results of the study, it was found that the students experienced an increase in understanding of learning and motivation from activities in the campThe importance of this research to provide and understanding of the existence of camp provides an acceleration in learning english.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: (a) to analyze the direct effect of knowledge on the motivation of Couple of Reproductive Age, (b) to analyze the direct effect of socio-economic status on Couple of Reproductive Age motivation, (c) to analyze the direct effect of knowledge on Couple of Reproductive Age participation, (d) to analyze the direct effect of socio-economic status on Couple of Reproductive Age participation, (e) Analyzing the indirect effect of knowledge on the participation of PUS through motivation, (f) Analyzing the indirect effect of socioeconomic status on the participation of PUS through motivation. The research approach was quantitative. Data collecting technique was done by observation and questioner. The Couple of Reproductive Age population on the age of 30-45 years old in Juwiring is 3.086 and the number of sample was 248 respondents. The data analyzed by using Path Analysis test. The results of the study were: (a) There was significant effect of knowledge level to the motivation in Family Planning (26.10%), (b) There was significant effect of socio-economic status to the motivation in Family Planning (24,10%), (c) There was significant effect of knowledge level on the participation of PUS in Family Planning (67%), (d) There was significant effect between socioeconomic status on PUS participation in Family Planning (19.60%), (e) Motivation was able to mediate the Effect of Knowledge Level on PUS Participation in Family Planning, (f) Motivation was able to mediate the effect of Socio-economic Status to Participation of PUS in Family Planning.

Abstract

Character is believed to be a force that can sustain a person in all situations. This research was conducted when the pandemic was still hitting and during a new adaptation period. The pandemic causes the need for changes and adjustments in attending lectures. In the faculty of arts and design, most of the learning process is carried out through the assistance of student work. Lecturers and students meet face to face on campus. The pandemic is changing values and learning styles that require effort, willingness, and adaptability. This research examines the relevance of student character with the ability to follow the transformation of values, learning styles, and learning methods. The method used in this research is through interviews with students of the faculty of art and design, interviews with lecturers, limited surveys, and distributing questionnaires as an effort to collect information. All information will be sorted according to the aims and objectives of the research through data reduction.

Abstract

Woman empowerment is one important and appropiate action to the area because there is rarely education which focus on build productive skills of woman to using local wisdom to be more useful. This research aims to develop women competence in disaster vulnerable village to understand and manage a local wisdom through vocational life skills education in context of increasing quality of the family and community socio-economy. The research is action research which has steps include issue analyzing, planning, implementation, and evaluation of action. The action is vocational life skills education. Its research subjects are 25 women in Sengir Village, Kalirejo, Kokap, Yogyakarta as target group. They chosen by the local government consideration and the group characteristic such as wifes of people producing coconut essence, who are till productive and motive to develop. Data collected by interview, observation, and questionnair and analyzed by qualitative analysis techniques. The data validity obtained by perseverance of observation, triangulation, and expert validation. The results of study reveal that the target group was able to develop awareness of utilization of the local potential, having attitudes, knowledge and skills of its production, and creating of the joint business. The existence of women's empowerment makes it more productive in economic activities in order to achieve their welfare.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world in early 2020, has rapidly changed the structure of people's lives, including Indonesia. The world of education is forced to replace face-to-face learning with online learning. The Rector of UNP has followed up on the central government policy to shift the face-to-face (conventional) learning process into online learning. For this reason, the UNP Quality Assurance Center needs to ensure that the implementation of online learning has gone well and is able to meet the predetermined learning-outcame (LO). Through the distribution of learning assessment instruments circulated using google-form to 40,000 UNP students, it was found that 4820 respondents had filled in the instrument. From the respondents' answers, it is known that 99.3% of the lecturers have conducted online lectures, 58% of them are according to the schedule. From the aspect of student readiness, 43.9% were ready, 40.5% were not ready. Furthermore, 50.2% of the lecturers provided guidance well, 44.4% sometimes, and only 5.4% did not. The main obstacles for students: 39.8% less stable internet and 47.7% signal difficulties and no signal at all 12.4%. Other difficulties are 82% internet access, 75.9% credit fees, 63.7% tuition fees, and 51.6% other difficulties. E-learaning process at UNP has been going well and can meet the learning outcomes that have been set. To improve the quality of better learning outcomes, it is necessary to improve the quality of network infrastructure by Telkom, increase the quality of instructional learning by lecturers, and provide credit subsidies for students.

Abstract

The problems of the research are (1) how the establishment of independence value of early childhood in TPA (one Daycare) of PAUD Taman Belia Candi Semarang city, (2) how the establishment of creativity value of early childhood in TPA (one Daycare) of PAUD Taman Belia Candi Semarang city. This research aimed to describe the establishment of independence value of early childhood in TPA (One Daycare) of PAUD Taman Belia Candi Semarang city and describe the establishment of creativity value of early childhood in TPA (One Daycare) of PAUD Taman Belia Candi Semarang city. This study used qualitative descriptive approach with the research subject from this study were learners, educator, nursemaid, Daycare coordinator, and headmaster also learners’ parents. The collecting data technique obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. This research result, the establishment of independence value done through custom establishment, role model, supporting area and then adjusted with the children development level and the establishment of creatvity value done through play learning activity. suggestions in the establishment of independence and creativity value include the quality improvement of APE tool and infrastructure and pay attention to the level of children development by cooperate with parents, school, and surroundings.

Abstract

The use of internet media in the field of online education can create independence for students in learning. The purpose of this study is to obtain a full and in-depth description of the managers and tutors involved in implementing the online package C equality program organized by the Pioneer Community Learning Center. The research method uses this descriptive qualitative approach to describe the phenomenon experienced by the research subjects overall obtain information about the extent of the application of internet media in learning at school. The results of the online C learning package at  Pioneer community learning centers in Karanganyar run well and following the stages, this can be seen through the fulfillment of the stages starting from planning, implementation, to assessment. Constraints related to educators and students who are not familiar with the internet. The solution is to provide motivation and literacy training for online learning to students and their teachers. Regarding the constraints of facilities and infrastructure are still minimal and the need for additional facilities and infrastructure that supports online learning such as wi-fi point access and speed, number of wi-fi points, affordable rooms with internet access. The usefulness and benefits of this research are to provide direction for institutions in implementing online learning, especially non-formal education, which so far has been using conventional learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran partisipatif dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan nonformal di PKBM Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualtitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan model analisis Miles dan Huberman, yaitu model analisis interaktif.  Langkah-langkah analisis meliputi koleksi data, penyederhanaan data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Simpulan penelitian pada tahap perencanaan sumber belajar bersama warga belajar mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar yang akan dipenuhi melalui kegiatan belajar. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, sumber belajar memotivasi warga belajar apabila diketahui bahwa kegiatan dan kemajuan belajar itu lamban. Sumber belajar membantu warga belajar memperhatikan keterkaitan antara pengalaman yang telah dimiliki dengan kepentingan warga belajar lainnya. Sumber belajar merespon secara edukatif terhadap usaha warga belajar untuk menerapkan pengalaman dan keterampilan baru yang mereka miliki dan membantu menggunakan respon tersebut terhadap stimulus serupa dari pihak lain dalam situasi kehidupan nyata. Sumber belajar mendorong warga belajar untuk mencari dan menemukan sendiri alternatif jawaban terhadap masalah yang timbul walaupun masalah itu mudah untuk diperoleh sumber belajar. Pada tahap penilaian, sumber belajar memotivasi warga belajar untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pengalaman keterampilan yang telah dimiliki di dalam tugas sebenarnya atau dalam dunia kehidupannya.
