Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen pembelajaran program paket C di PKBM Bangkit Kota Semarang dan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hasil pembelajaran program paket C di PKBM Bangkit Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian yaitu 2 pendidik/tutor dan 5 warga belajar program paket C, sementara informan yaitu Ketua Penyelenggara program Paket C. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran di PKBM Bangkit memiliki tahapan yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Perencanaan diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan, tujuan  pembelajaran  hingga penentuan kurikulum yang akan digunakan.  Proses pembelajaran terdapat 3 kegiatan yang harus dilakukan yaitu kegiatan pembuka sebelum pembelajaran dilaksanakan, kegiatan  inti (kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan interaksi penyampain materi dari pendidik ke warga belajar), dan yang terakhir adalah kegiatan penutup(kegiatan untuk mengakhiri pembelajaran). Teknik yang digunakan dalam evaluasi berupa teknik tes dan nontes. Proses pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan memiliki dampak yang dirasakan oleh warga belajar, hasil pembelajaran dapat dirasakan melalui perubahan sikap (afektif), pengetahuan (kognitif) warga belajar setelah proses pembelajaran selesai.This study aims to describe and analyze the learning management program at CLC package C Rise of Semarang and describe and analyze the results of the learning program at CLC package C Risen Semarang. This study used a qualitative approach to data collection technique through interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of research that is second educator / tutor and 5 people learn C programming package, while informers namely Chief Organizer Pack program C. Validity of data using triangulation source. Data analysis techniques to the stage of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research concludes that at CLC learning management have risen namely planning stages of learning, learning, learning and evaluation. Planning begins with needs analysis, learning objectives to determine curriculum that will be used. The learning process there are three activities that must be done that is opening before the learning activities carried out, the core activities (activities are activities penyampain material interaction of educators to the learners), and the last one is the closing (to end the activities of learning). Techniques used in the form of engineering evaluation tests and nontes. The learning process has been implemented had the impact is felt by the citizens of learning, learning outcomes can be felt through changes in attitude (affective), knowledge (cognitive) residents learned after the learning process is completed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui proses pelaksanaan literasi berbasis kewirusahaan usaha mandiri (KUM) melalui PKBM di Kota Semarang, kendala yang dihadapi,dan model pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk peningkatan pelaksanaan literasi berbasis KUM melalui PKBM.Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada responden dan key-persons. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif bertujuan melihat proses serta kendala pemberdayaan literasi berbasis kewirausahaan usaha mandiri (KUM). Data sekunder dari data penduduk yang telah melakukan pembelajaran literasi di Kota Semarang. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran program literasi berbasis KUM berjalan baik sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis yang ada diawali dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, cukup fleksibel sesuai dengan kebutuhan warga belajar, potensi lokal, maupun pangsa pasar. Materi pembelajaran selain sesuai potensi lokal dan pangsa pasar juga mengikuti modul yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah, dan evaluasi dilakukan tahap demi tahap.Kendala program pelatihan ini pada dasarnya tidak ada hal-hal yang krusial, mengingat kendala yang dihadapi hanya terjadinya perubahan waktu pembelajaran,namun dapat diselesaikan antara tutor dan warga belajar dengan cara musyawarah dan mufakat.Model pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui literasi dan KUM melalui PKBM dapat terbangun dari berbagai macam bahan kajian, FGD, serta hasil penelitian melalui wawancara di lapangan. Sehingga model ini dapat dipergunakan bagi PKBM.

Abstract

The success of education and training is determined from all components themselves. E-training as a medium of education and training is one of the aspects of achieving the goals of education and training effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to analyze the e-training based on Determination of Education and Training Models of Early Childhood Teachers Education Programs. This research approach is a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research was carried out at the Center for Early Childhood Education and Society Education Education in Central Java. The respondents of this study were Early Childhood teachers who attended e-training based education and training which number were 183 respondents in total by using non-probability sampling techniques. Data collection technique used was questionnaire. Data analysis technique was using SEM AMOS software. The results of the study show that individual differences, job analysis and principles of learning indirectly have a positive and insignificant effect on the effectiveness of education and training through the use of e-training. Motivation, active participation, trainer competence, indirect training methods indirectly have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of training through the use of e-training. E-training has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of training

Abstract

The number of illiterate populations in 2019 aged 15-59 years was 3,474,694 people spread throughout the Regency/City in Indonesia. Since 2005 the government has published an independent business literacy program as part of efforts to eradicate illiteracy, poverty and ignorance. This study aims to determine the implementation of the program with the CIPP evaluation model. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method in six community education institutions in five sub-districts in Bogor Regency. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the Kekasaraan Usaha Mandiri program was carried out in a dense, illiterate environment in rural and mountainous areas. The main cause of illiteracy is the low economic income of the family which has an impact on dropping out of school and a short way of thinking of the community, with the perception that the most important thing is to be able to make money even though you have to be a manual worker. Organizers have an understanding of the literacy education development as part of efforts to educate the nation’s life. Educational literacy in the implementation of learning using product packaging and marketing materials that are not delivered optimally because the competency and entrepreneurial experience of the teacher is insufficient. Learning innovations that can integrate literacy education, business activities and religious education need to be done. Then it is necessary to improve entrepreneurship competencies for tutors, as well as collaborating with microfinance institutions or local entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi tentang kearifan lokal kerajinan bordir sebagai ekonomi kreatif yang terbuka untuk modern dan telah menjadi komoditas unggulan bagi masyarakat Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif atau naturalistic kualitative dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan  interview participant. Penentuan sumber data atau informan melalui purposive sapling dengan teknik snow ball. Pengolahan data mulai dari reduksi data,klasifikasi data, pengkodean, matrik, pemaknaan dan tafsiran. Hasil penelitian; bahwa kerajinan bordir Tasikmalaya, pada awalnya sebagai keterampilan wanita pengisi waktu senggang, kini berubah menjadi kearifan local yang bercorak ekonomi kreatif yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman modern. Kerajinan bordir menjadi pilihan komoditas ekonomi unggulan  yang mampu mendongkrak pertumbuhan ekonomi rakyat Tasikmalaya. Kelembagaan tata niaga kerajinan bordir cukup unik dan sulit ditiru oleh masarakat luar, karena terjadi bersamaan dengan pendidikan indigenus pada keluarga dan masyarakat pengrajin yang turun menurun.

Abstract

Women have positive potentials that support their strategic role in development. This research aims to analysis implementing information technology literacy model guidelines in empowering women through community-based education and how increasing the knowledge, skills, and awareness of women in managing the productive potential of information technology-based environments. By the research and development method or Research amp; Development, this research tries to produce a product and test the effectiveness of the product in accordance with development goals. Women#39;s empowerment activities through information technology including providing information technology-based entrepreneurship motivation, forming business groups, training in information technology-based business management, managing businesses and assisting business groups. Data was collected using the method of observation and interview. The collected data were analyzed with qualitative descriptive. The findings of the study are; 1) implementation program which includes: a. preparation for program implementation which includes program socialization, selection of participants, program objectives, materials, strategies, media, teaching materials, assessment, b. implementation of programs, providing information technology-based entrepreneurship, information technology-based business management training, managing businesses and assisting business groups, c. evaluating the implementation of the program by making direct observations during the process, 2) increasing the knowledge of the culinary group.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, berusaha mendapatkan informasi selengkap mungkin mengenai model pembelajaran partisipatif melalui teknik pendampingan tugas diskusi kelompok dalam membentuk karakter santun berdiskusi.  Informasi digali melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap informan (mahasiswa). Selain untuk mengetahui hasil aplikasi model pembelajaran partisipatif melalui teknik pendampingan tugas diskusi kelompok dalam membentuk karakter santun berdiskusi, juga untuk membuat rumusan pedoman model pembelajaran tersebut sehingga bermanfaat bagi kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian bahwa dengan model pembelajaran partisipatif melalui teknik pendampingan kelompok diskusi, mahasiswa dapat mempersiapkan dan menciptakan diskusi yang akan dilaksanakan dalam kelas, serta mereka memiliki strategi yang akan digunakan dalam menciptakan diskusi santun dalam kelas, dan  peran dosen dalam implementasi pembelajaran partisipatif melalui teknik pendampingan kelompok diskusi, sangat dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa karena sangat membantu mereka dalam mewujudkan diskusi kelas yang menarik serta sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran partisipatif dengan teknik pendampingan tugas diskusi kelompok sangat berdampak positif bagi mahasiswa. Pembelajaran partisipatif tidak hanya mengacu pada bagaimana meningkatkan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran tetapi juga pada kemampuan dosen untuk kreatif dalam meningkatkan partisipasinya dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study explores the community learning centers' effort in improving the community's information literacy to prevent cybercrime during the pandemic era through an empirical examination of the phenomenon of pandemic COVID 19 social impacts in the specific context of Indonesia. The study used a simple research design approach with the case study method. The subject of this study consisted of five Community Learning Center’s managers from Cimahi District (CLC Nurul Islam Al Husna), Garut District (CLC Ngejah), East Jakarta District (CLC Faradika), and Karawang District (CLC Ash Sholahiyah and CLC Sanggar Juang), and two community education experts from Indonesia. Data were analyzed using triangulation, including extensive interviews from five community learning center's managers, interviews with community education experts, as well as secondary data. The study found that community learning center's efforts consist of conducting virtual socialization and also mentoring the community on information literacy, revitalizing parenting education on guiding children during their screen time, activating community reading center to create a lively discussion, and fostering community's critical thinking and information assessment. The contribution of this study to the literature on community education consists of presenting empirical evidence on the real contribution of Community Learning Center in improving the community's information literacy level while preventing the wide spreading of cyber-crime during the pandemic COVID 19 era.

Abstract

Participatory learning model in functional literacy education attempts to involve learners completely to contribute and to participate actively in any stages of learning activity. This research aimed to apply participatory learning model and to find out the effect of participatory learning application on functional literacy education in rural community learners. This study was a research and development by producing a participatory learning model product applied to motivate the learners in rural community learning group of Semarang Regency. The design used in developing the model product was ADDIE model. Learning model trial was carried out using experimental research with pretest-posttest control group design. The participants of research involved 2 learning group with 35 learners in experiment group and 30 learners in control group. The result of trial was analyzed using statistic t-test. The result of research showed that (1) the application of participatory learning model could grow active participation and learner independency by utilizing their self-potency and environment, 2) Participatory learning affected positively the improvement of learners’ learning motivation with the mean score difference between pretest and posttest of 12.95 experiment group higher than 4.76 control group, and the learning outcome of learners improved with the mean score difference between pretest and posttest of  0.59 experiment group)higher than 0.3 control group. The application of participatory learning model was made the literacy acceleration process by involving the learners in functional literacy education as the attempt of empowering the rural community. The implications of the participatory learning model on functional literacy education can increase the active participation of the learning community, the motivation of learning, and the competence of the learning community. The implications for this participant learning model tutor can increase the creativity and innovation in teaching the learners of functional literacy education in rural communities.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low awareness of souvenir merchant tourism. This study aims to produce the implementation of module conscious tourism development for souvenir merchants include: (1) test validity, practicality, and effectiveness test of tourism-awareness modules for souvenirs traders, (2) process of module conscious tourist development and (3) produce guide the implementation of module conscious development of tourist souvenir merchants. The research approach is used quantitatively. Research subjects are education experts, city market office Bukittinggi, and merchants’ souvenirs. The collection of validity test data, the practicability of the tourism conscious module is obtained from educational experts, city market service and to test the effectiveness of modules obtained from souvenir merchants. Research findings can be put forward as follows: (1) the content validity test data, and module practicality module is very good, and the development of the tourism conscious module for the souvenir merchants proved perfective to increase the conscious tourist souvenir merchants, (2) the process of developing a module for increasing tourism awareness for souvenir merchants is designed based on the needs of souvenir merchants on the behavior that must be owned by souvenir merchants to participate, actively participate in developing the city of Bukittinggi as a tourist area, and (3) generated guidance implementation of the development of module conscious tourist souvenir merchants. This research is useful to foster souvenir merchant participation in the tourism industry and promote souvenir products.
