Abstract

In this digital era, social media has become one of the tools of political communication channels. Like what happened at the 2019 general election, political campaigns also used social media. The activities aim to boost the voice especially from the younger generation who are the biggest internet users in Indonesia. Unfortunately, political campaign activities were also accompanied by increased hoaxes before and after the voting day. The emergence of the phenomenon of the spread of hoaxes is actually due to the low digital literacy in the community. Kemendikbud has launched a digital literacy program since 2016 to address this problem, especially for school students. This research aims to look at the relationship of level of digital literation program implementation at senior high school with the level of political participation of young voters in Malang Raya. The research method in this research was quantitative inferential with correlation test. The population in this research were high school students who have the right to vote in the 2019 general election in the Malang Raya area. The number of samples in this research were 503 respondents. The sampling technique used multistage random sampling. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of digital literation program implementation at senior high school with the level of political participation of young voters in Malang Raya. Categories for each major variable were also classified as high, namely 68,8% in the variable level of digital literacy implementation, and 64,6% in the variable level of political participation.

Abstract

Indonesia is a diverse country in term of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds. With the escalation of social problems nowadays, spaces to seed the values of harmony, tolerance and cohesion must be fostered. The government through schools seeks to instill these values. One of the efforts that can be made by schools is through intercultural education which can be integrated intovarious aspects of school activities, one of which is the teaching of Indonesian Language subject. This research aims to map the extent to which the concept of intercultural education is practiced at SMAN 3 Malang. This was done by reviewing the lesson plans (RPP) and the materials used by the teachers. The results show that, in general, the lesson plans have facilitated the ideal transmission of intercultural awareness. Yet, at the practical level, the implementation of teaching and learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom needs to be ensured according to the plan. So, it is not just ideal on paper. These results are in line with the Core Competences (KI) and Basic Competences (KD) of Indonesian language subject outlined by the Government in an effort to form the space of tolerant and harmonious Indonesian society.

Abstract

The state is obliged to serve every citizen and resident to fulfill their basic rights and needs within the framework of public services which are mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. In the implementation of regional autonomy itself, public service is one of the interesting issues, especially in licensing and non-licensing services organized by local governments are currently competing on providing excellent services based on the implementation of one-stop integrated service (PTSP). As one of the Regional Governments in Indonesia, the Semarang City Government which is one of the City Governments located in Central Java Province has carried out PTSP through the role of DPMPTSP in making efforts to improve the quality of public service delivery based on an Online Single Submission (OSS) for various types of licensing and non-licensing services. The purpose of this study emphasizes quantitative measurement efforts regarding the effect of OSS service quality conducted by the City of Semarang DPMPTSP on the satisfaction and level of public trust. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach with number of respondents in this study are 30 people. The results of this research are that association between the independent variable quality of service to the dependent variable is included in the category of public confidence is very strong. If DPMPTSP service quality has increased by 1 unit, then public satisfaction will increase by 0.961. A sovereign, when the quality of service DPMPTSP increased 1 unit, the satisfaction of the people will increase by 0.373.

Abstract

Tourism potential in Malang Regency has not been managed optimally. To address this problem, the local authority applies the concept of tourism village that considers the sustainability of socio-economic and ecological aspects. Therefore, the concept of community-based tourism (CBT) needs to be exercised in the development of rural tourism. The purpose of this study is to assses and analyze sustainability Index of community-based tourism in Pujon Kidul. There are five indicators on economic, social, ecological, infrastructure and institutional aspects to discuss. The research method applied in this study is mix method that combines qualitative and quantitative. The result shows that sustainability index of community-based tourism in Pujon Kidul is relatively high with the attractions of café Sawah. Sustainability can be perceived from the good infrastructure and economic impact and how it affected the community

Abstract

The Government's commitment to fulfilling and mainstreaming Children's Rights (PUHA) is carried out to realize the goals of national development, namely advancing general welfare and educating the nation's life as mandated by the fourth paragraph of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which explicitly states that the State exists in order to protect all of Indonesia's bloodshed, promoting public welfare and educating the life of the nation. Furthermore, the commitment referred to is also based on the constitutional basis as set forth in the provisions of Article 28B paragraph (2), "Every child has the right to survival, growth and development and is entitled to protection from violence and discrimination. **)” and the provisions of Article 34 paragraph (1) which reads, “The state takes care of the poor and neglected children”. Therefore, a research was compiled with the theme of Legal Reconstruction of the Hexsa Helix Synergy and Collaborative Model of Mainstreaming of Children's Rights (PUHA) in the Implementation of Child-friendly District/City Programs. The formulation of the problems raised are (1) Why is a legal reconstruction of the Hexsa helix model of synergy and collaboration the Mainstreaming of Children's Rights (PUHA) needed in the implementation of the Child-Friendly District/City program? (2) What is the legal reconstruction model of the Hexsa helix synergy and collaboration model for Mainstreaming Children's Rights (PUHA) in the implementation of the Child-friendly District/City program as an alternative form of building a social inclusion strategy to achieve a more equitable development for fulfilling children's rights? The research method used is Normative Juridical with statutory approach and conceptual approach. While the literature used includes literature on children, the hexa helix concept, and child-friendly districts/cities. Further identification of legal materials is carried out on Primary Legal Materials which consist of a set of legal norms in the form of laws and regulations in the field of children's rights. Meanwhile, Secondary Legal Materials consist of libraries, journals, research findings, and KLA program performance reports stipulated by the Central Government and Regional Governments. For further analysis of legal material is carried out using the method of content analysis or content analysist to answer legal problems related to the idea of ??Legal Reconstruction of the Hexa helix Synergy and Collaborative Model of Mainstreaming Children's Rights (PUHA) in the Implementation of Child-Friendly Districts/Cities Programs
