Abstract

This Research Target is (1) the knowing and analysing discipline influence work, ethos work and style of leadership conditions to officer performance of  office  Body of Solving of Disaster in Palu City. (2) To know and analyse the discipline influence work to officer performance at Body of Solving of Disaster in Palu City. (3) To know and analyse the Ethos influence work to officer performance  at  Body of Solving of Disaster in Palu City. (4) To know and analyse the influence of Style of Leadership conditions to officer performance at Body of Solving of Disaster in Palu City. This Research Type is research cuatitative. Population in this research amount to 36 responder people by using census method.  Result of research menunjukan: (1) Discipline work the, ethos work and style of leadership conditions by simultan have an effect on the significant to officer performance in  Body of Solving of Disaster of Palu City (2) Discipline work by parsial have an effect on the significant to officer performance  Body of Solving of Disaster of Palu City. (3) Ethos work by parsial have an effect on the significant to officer performance in Body of Solving of Disaster of Palu City (4) Style of leadership conditions by parsial do not have an effect on to officer performance in Body of Solving of Disaster of Palu City.

Abstract

The research is  aimed to explore and analyze: 1) The implementation of local management information system and controlling activities; 2)  Significant influence of  local management information system implementation and controlling activities on the quality financial statements; 3) Signifacant influence of local management  information system implementation on the quality financial statements; 4)  Significant influence of  controlling activities on the quality financial statements.  The test result find that: a) The implementation of local management information system and controlling activities have significancy influence on the quality financial statements. b) The implementation of local management information system has positive but insignificant influence on the quality financial statements. This is shown by coefficient regression value of 0.089 or 0,89 % with  significant value of  0,090. c) controlling activity has significant influence of the quality of financial statements with coefficient regression value of  0.190 or 19,0 % and significant value at 0,000.

Abstract

Febriansyah, Protection to False Arrest Victims in Poso Terrorism Crime Banning. The research was to study protection to false arrest victims in Poso terrorism crime banning and legal sanctions to officer falsely arresting officers. Theoretically/academically, the research findings were supposed to contribute to development of science of law, specifically criminal law. Practically, they were supposed to serve as a platform for further researches and supply with descriptions and constructive thoughts for decision makers in coping with arising problems. It is the authority of a court of the first instance to hear and judge pre-judicial cases to sentence whether or not an arrest, imprisonment, cease of investigation or litigation, reimbursement and/or rehabilitation of one whose criminal case is ceased while it is in an investigation phase. In case the verdict on a pre-judicial case is in favor of a victim by a judge hearing and judging it, the false arrest victim by police officers shall be entitled to get reimbursement and rehabilitation as provided the Article 95 and Article 97 of the Indonesian Criminal Code. The officers falsely arresting a victim shall be subject to disciplinary sanctions for breaching Article 4 letter d and Article 5 letter a of the Indonesian State Regulation Number 2 Year 2003 about Disciplinary Regulations for Indonesian Police Officers. The sanctions shall cover indisciplinary proceedings suspended rank promotion for 2 period, demotion from a detective to a staff officer, and placement in a special space for 21 days.

Abstract

This research carried out with the purpose of knowing how the quality of employees to service documentation and product information on the law and the law of the laws secretariat Tojo Una-Una district. This research type is descriptive research. This study will provide an overview and explanation and interpret data in detail or with respect to the quality of employees on the laws and regulations. basic research using field research (field research) that is doing research in the field to obtain direct information and informants. techniques of data collection is done by observation techniques, interviews and documentation. while the informant is the head of the legal department, head of sub-section 2 (two) as providers of legal products and documentation, 1 (one) staff of the people, and the community as service users. Data analysis technique used is the interactive mode. data validity checking is done by triangulation of sources and methods.The results of this study indicate that the quality of service documentation and product information law at the law and the laws and the regional secretariat Tojo Una-una, by Parasuraman and Keller (2009: 52) can be seen from the aspects of physical facilities (Tangible), reliability (Realibity), responsiveness (Responsiveness), assurance (Assurance) and Empathy (Empaty).In business and efforts to improve service quality legal products, especially on the law and the laws and the regional secretariat Tojo Una-una.based on the results obtained can be concluded that the quality of service of employees of the documentation and information laws have been very good but there are some things that need to be improved so that the quality of employees to be better and more effectively.

Abstract

This research aims at describing the application of work culture of the employees at the representative office of civil statistic and family planning, central Sulawesi. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The seven informans were collected through purposive sample.The results showed that the application of work culture of the employees were still not optimal or low.Based on the indicator of work culture proposed by Robbin, the results showed that the application of work culture value of the employee at the representative office population board and family planning, central Sulawesi are influenced by some aspects, such as: 1) honesty, 2) perseverance, 3) creativity, 4) discipline, 5) responsibility. It can be concluded that the application of work culture of the employee are still not optimal or low based on those five indicators.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out more about the reason why Palu City Government apply a policy for installing the Personal Identification number of free parking on the Civil servants’ vehicles in Palu perceived of Communications, Resources, Attitudes and Structures Bureaucracy aspect. The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants selection technique was implemented purposively consisting of 7 people. The results shows that  Policy Implementation on Installation of Personal Identification Number of Free Parking on Civil Servants’ Vehicle in Palu has not been run optimally, because the resource, disposition and bureaucratic structures aspects have not been provided well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of apparatus resources at Palu City Department of Population and Civil Registration. Types of data used were primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were observations, interviews, and documentations. Informants of this study amounted to 7 (seven) people. This study used the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The theory used was the theory of Armstrong. The apparatus resources development at Palu City Department of Population and Civil Registration was still less good. It could be known from the four aspects, namely Learning aspect where the employees lacked learnings related to the tasks, Training aspect where the employees lacked trainings in performing the tasks, Development aspect where the placement of employees lacked compatibilities between education and office held, and Education aspect where there were still many employees who were lacking in higher level education.

Abstract

This  research aimed at describing,  analyzing  and interpreting the implementation of the orderly  trafric area policy  in Palu. The method applied  in this  research was descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through observation, interview and documentation. Editing data, grouping data,interpreting meaning data, Withdrawal of Conclusion and Suggestion by Miles and Huberman  (1992). Technic election informan in this research was pursuant to purposive sampling, while informan amount in writing is six informan. The result of research showing communications factor have walked better, this matter visible from Division of duty and fluency in giving to access the information, so that can support the efficacy of policy implementation. If seen resource Factor from inferential research result not yet walked better, this matter visible from facet of medium and which less be adequate and resorce human being which still lower, goodness from facet mount the education and also from experience facet as implementor in supporting or running implementation of stipulating orderly traffic area policy in palu. Disposition factor nor walk better, this matter caused because character of worker characteristic running area to execute the orderly traffic area not yet as according to procedure, this matter visible from field worker, they will run the duty if there are observation tightly or if formed  a special team, to the evaluation to execution of stipulating orderly trqffic area policy in palu. Factor Structure Bureaucracy from result research earn the concluded have walk with good, this matter visible, location of job discription, precisely its meaning have as according to membership which diingikan, and also from facet of Standard of Procedure Operational as according to specified order.

Abstract

This research is aimed to determine and analyze; 1) the inpluence of product quality on company’s image of Toyota Avanza in Palu ; 2) the inpluence of product quality on customer satisfaction toward of Toyota Avanza in Palu; 3) the inpluence of company’s image on customer satisfaction towards of Toyota Avanza in Palu; 4) the inpluence of satisfaction on customer trusts to Toyota Avanza in Palu. The research method is causal-descriptive with 240 samples. By using Structure Equation Modelling (SEM). the results show that; 1) product quality significantly and positively has effects on company image of Toyota Avanza in Palu; 2) product quality significantly and positively has effects on customer satisfaction toward of Toyota Avanza in Palu; 3)  company’s image significantly and positively has effects on customer satisfaction towards Toyota Avanza in Palu; 4) satisfaction significanlty and positively has effects on customer trust towards Toyota Avanza in Palu.

Abstract

This research was conducted in several districts/city in Central Sulawesi Province in order to determine the effect of life expectancy, literacy rate, opened unemployment rate, and gross domestic regional income per capita on poverty at the districts/city in the province of Central Sulawesi. The analysis used in this study is Panel Data Regression. The results show: first, life expectancy and gross regional domestic regional income have a negative and significant impact on the poverty level in the districts/city in the Province of Central Sulawesi. Second, the opened unemployment rate has a positive and significant effect on the poverty level in the districts/city in the province of Central Sulawesi. Third, literacy rates show a positive effect and insignificant effect on the poverty level in the districts/city in the Province of Central Sulawesi. Fourth, simultaneously affect the poverty in the districts/city in the Province of Central Sulawesi.
