Abstract

In the 21st century, Indonesia is that the spread of learning is done boldly considering the cases of covid-19 in Indonesia are increasing day by day. The policy concerns educational institutions at the central and regional levels. This policy is considered to be an effective solution so that they do not interact with each other, even just using various media. In the current era, it is evident that the learning system seems to have changed, from what children used to feel in a (traditional) classroom atmosphere to learning that is rigid and monotonous in front of the screen. By implementing the bold learning system or learning from home (BDR), students are required to have facilities that can support these activities starting from smartphones, networks and data packages. Interestingly, in the midst of this epidemic, it has had an impact on all aspects of life, especially in education starting from an early age to higher education. The impact of this bold learning is numerous. Many students do not have smartphones to study boldly and schools cannot provide such facilities for low economic conditions. Not only that, parents who have time difficulties in controlling their children's learning at home will cause children to be lazy to study and of course achievement will decrease. So in this case, the role of parents is the main key in children's learning so that children's interest in learning and achievement does not decrease even though the learning process is not direct with face to face.

Abstract

The yellow book material is an important component in a dayah (Islamic boarding school). The yellow book learning material is a program developed in the dayah (Islamic boarding school), both salafi and khalafist dayahs. And to carry out the process of planning the yellow book learning material, the dayah needs to make an efficient plan. This study discusses the management of the yellow book learning planning for the third grade students of the MUDI Dayah Great Mosque of Samalanga, Bireuen Regency. So the author examines, first; the yellow book learning material planning system for the third grade students of the MUDI Masjid Raya Samalanga, second grade; planning method for delivering yellow book learning materials for third grade students of the MUDI Dayah Masjid Raya Samalanga, third; planning evaluation of yellow book learning materials for third grade students of the MUDI Dayah Masjid Raya Samalanga. In this study, the author uses a qualitative type of research that is a phenomenological descriptive analysis with a management approach to the planning of the MUDI dayah institution at the Samalanga Grand Mosque. The research subjects were purposively sampling where the interviewees were only the head of the curriculum, the head of the MUDI Mesjid Raya Dayah education sector, the third grade teacher/guardian, and the third grade student. The results of the first research; shows that the planning system for the yellow book learning material for the third grade students of Dayah MUDI Masjid Raya Samalanga is in accordance with the education level of the third grade students. Where the yellow book learning material is clearly visible based on the results of interviews and documentation that already exists and is neatly arranged, the yellow book that is determined is very systematic according to the education level of third grade students. Second, the form of the yellow material delivery planning method for third grade students consists of the syafahi/bandongan method, the sima'ie/sorongan method and the bahsul matsail. Where the three methods are used by the teacher in delivering the yellow book learning material for third grade students at the MUDI Dayah of the Samalanga Grand Mosque. Third, to determine the ability of students to read the yellow book learning material for third grade students at the MUDI Dayah of the Samalanga Grand Mosque, it can be known through evaluation. Planning the evaluation of the yellow book learning material for third grade students at the MUDI dayah in one year is carried out three times in three semesters. In each semester, the evaluation is scheduled for fifteen days with three examiners, each examiner overseeing the exam for five days. Then for the third grade in particular, the evaluation schedule has three additional days to evaluate the material of the Alfiah temple memorizing book with a supervisor teacher who has been determined by the dayah curriculum.

Abstract

Student Management is the management and arrangement of students in schools or madrasah starting from the analysis of student needs, placement to graduation and alumni of these students. The focus of this research includes, planning of students, organizing students, coaching and developing students at MAS Ulumuddin. The results of the study showed that planning in the stage of analyzing the needs of new students at MAS Ulumuddin was very good with the mapping of needs and facilities for learning places and dormitories owned by MAS Ulumuddin, study rooms that already had complete learning facilities and infrastructure. The organization of students at MAS Ulumuddin is carried out by grouping based on their respective gender, age, talent, interests and abilities, grouping students in various criteria and benchmarks determined by MAS Ulumuddin, including the type of male calamine will be assigned Separate placement by female gender, as well as classifying abilities based on the results of grades and rankings after the selection process to be placed in certain classrooms. Coaching and development of students at MAS Ulumuddin is carried out through strategies and approaches that include: a) Integrating values and ethics in santri subjects at school, b) Internalizing positive values instilled by all school members, c) Habituation and training, d) Giving examples and examples, e) Creating an atmosphere of character in schools, f) Cultivating. g) law enforcement of student and student courts to those who violate.

Abstract

Management is the process of working together between individuals and groups as well as other resources in achieving organizational goals as a management activity. Management is a planning, Organizing, direction and supervision. Islamic management has two meanings, namely management as a science and management as an activity, namely management is bound by the rules of syara’, Islamic values. The basics of educational management in an Islamic perspective are, (1). Referring to credible and accurate literature. (2). Instilling sincerity in the educational process. (3). The first material taught to students is fundamental material. (4). Adhering to the scientific method by using the means of scientific thingking based on hujjah (valid evidence), through intensive and continuous search. (5). Making educational goals focused on the formation of a personal achievement. Efforts to develop Islamic education include: in the field of Islamic education infrastructure, namely: (1). Procurement of buildings. (2). Procurement of Islamic education facilities. In the field of Islamic education facilities, namely: (1). Improving the ability of educators. (2). Improving Islamic education methods. (3). Improvement of the content of Islamic education curriculum.

Abstract

To improve the effectiveness of management in schools, supervisors, principals, employees, and teachers are expected to have strategies in communicating. Communication strategy as a method, technique or way of communication works so that we can achieve the goals that have been set. The communication strategy is always together with the following things: 1) Who am I talking to; 2) What do I mean by speaking; 3) What message to convey to someone; 4) the way I convey a message to someone; and 5) How to measure the impact of the message. This research was carried out using an approach approach, it was based on the aim of describing the informants, namely supervisors, principals, employees, teachers and students. according to the existing social situation. The quality of the description in the form of written or spoken words of the behavior of the actors that can be observed in a social situation. In this context, the researcher tries to understand the principal's communication strategy in increasing the effectiveness of school management at MTs Negeri 3 Langkat.

Abstract

The exponential growth of data, which occurs every day, can wreak havoc on records management. The more data, the more important the data collection process. It is very important to have reliable records management so that the records management process can run well. Information technology is one solution that can be used. Archive management using information technology is a method that allows archives to be easily organized according to their purpose and search. Information technology-based archive applications are very useful in terms of archive administration and the process of sharing archives with other units. The purpose of this study is to see how effective the use of information technology is in managing archives at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lhokseumawe City. Qualitative descriptive technique was used in this study, with data collection through interviews or conversations, as well as literature study. The results of this study indicate that the use of information systems in archive management, as well as the use of technology in archive management at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Lhokseumawe City, is very useful and effective. Network constraints and the lack of human resources at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Lhokseumawe City are one of the obstacles to its management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the involvement of parents in shaping the character values of early childhood through a management development approach at Ar-Rahman Kindergarten, STM Hilir District. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, so that data collection to subjects and informants is carried out in a comprehensive holistic manner which is an interpretative analysis of the observed phenomena. This qualitative approach is then reflected in the selection of research subjects and informants, as well as in data collection and analysis techniques. The validity of the data is carried out through credibility, transferability, defendability, and confirmability tests. The results showed that, (1) the attitude of the principal, teachers, parents, head of parental involvement, administration, and school caretakers had a positive attitude towards parental involvement in shaping early childhood character values (AUD), and (2 ) Parental support / participation, both the support of thoughts, energy, property, is very supportive in instilling character values for early childhood in Ar-Rahman Kindergarten. In conclusion, the Involvement of Parents in Instilling Character Values for Early Childhood Through a Management Development Approach in Ar-Rahman Kindergarten, STM Hilir District was successful.

Abstract

This research was conducted to get an overview of the management of Islamic religious education learning at SD Negeri Bahal Padanglawas Utara. The research approach that is more appropriate to use is the qualitative approach that the reason why researchers choose the qualitative approach method has a natural background as a data source. The results of this study are PAI learning plans which include details of Effective Week, Annual Program, Semester Program, Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), SK and KD Mapping, Competency Standards and Basic Competencies, Syllabus, RPP. Implementation of face-to-face and non-face-to-face learning (learning experience). Face-to-face activities at SD Negeri Bahal Padanglawas Utara are carried out by developing direct interactions between teachers and students such as using lecture, discussion, assignment and question and answer (quiz) methods. Learning supervision is always carried out on students if they want to better understand learning, especially in doing assignments and also in learning discussions, observations. The learning evaluation used in the competency-based assessment system is a form of free test, usually this is done before the lesson starts in approximately 15 minutes. Oral questions by asking questions briefly and firmly then selecting students at random to answer the daily test, carried out after finishing one subject.

Abstract

The learning process at MIN 2 Bener Meriah already uses learning methods, but it is not optimal and not fully in accordance with the material being taught, the lack of media use, learning is student centered learning so that it causes students difficulty in understanding the material being taught. The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes through the recitation method assisted by the bulletin board display media and student responses to the methods and media used. The data collection method used quasi-experimental with nonequivalent pre-test post-test control group design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, namely the experimental class as many as 30 students and the control class as many as 30 students. The research instrument is a test in the form of multiple choice and a questionnaire. Analysis of learning outcomes using t-test and student responses using the percentage of respondents formula. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained (a) the results of the t test, namely tcount of 6.27 and ttable of 1.672 (tcount> ttable) so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected and the regression test was Y = 71.50 + 0.09X, (b) response students to the recitation method assisted by bulletin board display media with a percentage of 69.3% agree. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the recitation method with the help of bulletin board display media on student learning outcomes and students are happy and interested in the learning process using the bulletin board display media-assisted recitation method

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Student Interest Analysis of Student Learning Outcomes In Learning of Natural Sciences. The things that want to be discussed in this study are: How student interest in learning affects student learning outcomes in science subjects at SD Muhammadiyah Durian Sebatang, Kedurang District. So this study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Sampling research amounted to 27 respondents. The results of this study are student interest in learning has a positive effect on student learning outcomes and causes good learning outcomes, interest in learning in terms of all indicators that influence, student interest in learning is included in one of the internal factors also has a close relationship to student learning outcomes. With the percentage of students who are very interested there are 4 (14.81%) with high learning outcomes, 12 students (44.4%) with moderate learning outcomes, 8 students who are quite interested (29 ,63%) with moderate learning outcomes, 3 students who are less interested (11.11%) with low learning outcomes. High learning interest in students will lead to good learning outcomes, and good learning outcomes are caused by high student interest in learning.
