Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) contextual adab-based education programs, (2) teacher understanding of contextual adab-based PAI learning, and (3) contextual adab-based PAI learning activities at Sukma Bangsa Junior High School, Pidie Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the results of research related to contextual adab-based PAI learning through the following techniques: documentation review, direct observation, interviews with school principals, 2 PAI teachers and 6 students as research samples. The results show that: (1) Contextual-based PAI learning implementation programs consist of: 3 books (statutes, blueprints, and guidelines) for student behavior regulations, 5S, 3No, 3 magic words, etc., (2) Teachers understand well the implementation of contextual adab-based PAI learning is characterized by: synergizing cognitive, affective and psychomotor components in the entire learning process and based on the Qur'an and al-Hadith, all parties in schools play a role in implementing contextual adab-based PAI learning, and prioritizing compassion method and nature-based approach in dealing with students who violate ethics, and (3) PAI learning activities based on contextual adab include: using discussion/presentation methods in KBM, supporting programs based on the Al-quran and Al-hadith, familiarizing participants students do routine activities even with a variety of simple activities, etc.

Abstract

The purpose of learning science in the KTSP is to develop process skills to investigate the environment, solve problems and make decisions. Students' ability in science process skills will affect students' abilities in learning. Research has been carried out on improving science process skills in learning through the application of group investigations of class VI students at MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh City. This research raises the issue of "How to increase the ability of science process skills through the application of group investigations in class IVMIN Rukoh Banda Aceh". This study aims to improve process skills with group investigations including questioning skills, planning skills, observing skills, and students' communication skills in students' science learning. The subjects in this study were students of class VI MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh, totaling 34 students. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The results of the study were obtained through worksheets and observations. The results showed that the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle was 29.41%, and the second cycle was 38.23%. The difference in the percentage of completeness between cycle I and cycle II was 44.12%. Thus, the application of group investigations can improve science process skills in grade VI students at MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

Learning in elementary school students can be done through several learning methods to intervene in learning outcomes. Guided discovery learning can be one of the learning models that can be applied, because of the evidence from several existing studies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the intervention of guided discovery learning on learning outcomes in elementary school students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with literature review method. 13 journals have been selected from 30 journals that have been collected based on established criteria. The review process uses a synthesis matrix in the form of a table with columns of reference sources, samples, methods, instruments, and research results. The results of the review show that 62% of previous studies used classroom action research methods and 38% used experimental methods. The sample of the previous research consisted of 4% of class 3, and 46% of class 4 and 5, while the 100% learning outcome measurement instrument was obtained from observation sheets or questions related to the material described. The results of the research from the review process of previous studies show that guided discovery learning helps students understand the material thoroughly through learning stages that are easy to follow by students, so that students are able to apply it to find a solution to the problems that occur. Based on these results, it is necessary to have a variety of learning methods, one of which is using guided discovery on difficult learning materials.

Abstract

In reality, Fraction is one of a difficult subject in mathematics, to learn as well as to teach its. Most of students have a complex to comprehend the fraction concept and operation. As same as a teacher have a difficult way when they are teach it, they encourage students just to memorize the formula, give some rules to solve and applied. A lot of teacher did not use a manipulative media for enriching their learning. This was a negative impact for teaching and learning, they are not using manipulative media to build fraction concept. Bad affect, students are not interested to learn about the fraction. In this study, researchers applied the Qualitative approach, the aims of this are (1) Analyze and describing systematically about the beginning comprehend of PGMI students about fraction concept, (2) the realization of applying experimentallearning  and  usage manipulative media in  fractios. Thus, the outcomes of this research would be the result about the beginning comprehensive student’s PGMI about the fraction concept and manipulative media is implemented to teach the fraction. Based on the first data, it can be concluded that PGMI students have a difficult to explain about (1) determine the fraction part of an area (2) teach and explain the concept of fraction for elementary students (3) solving a fractional operation (4) defining a fraction worth (5) usage manipulative media for the concept of fraction.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students during the new normal period are generally influenced by school shifts and shortened study times. This study aims to improve the Students English learning outcomes of class VII A in MTsN 4 East Aceh in the new normal period through the Interactive E-module for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This type of research is a Classroom Action Research which is conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 30 grade students of class VII A MTsN 4 Aceh Timur. The data collection techniques used were observation, tests, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Interactive E-Module Media can improve the English learning outcomes of class VII A students of MTsN 4 Aceh Timur. The percentage of student learning outcomes increased, it can be seen from the test results in cycle I 70% to 86,67% in cycle II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the capacity of Biology Education Study Program lecturers in implementing learning management. Research data collection was carried out using survey methods and interviews with students, lecturers and academics at both the Faculty and Institute levels. Sources of data in this study consisted of two, namely: 1). The main data source (primary) is data contained in the Biology Education Study Program, Tarbiyah Faculty, and the Academic Bureau of UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. 2). Sources of supporting data were obtained from interviews with students and lecturers of the Biology Education Study Program regarding the implementation of learning management at the Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Students who were interviewed were taken from representatives of each unit, namely; 5 (five) people for each unit consisting of 2 men and 3 women (5 x 10 units = 50 people) plus a Biology Education Study Program Lecturer who is actively teaching. Data analysis was carried out in two ways, namely quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data processing is done by 1). Quantitative analysis; conducted to see the condition of the capacity of the Biology Education Study Program lecturers in the implementation of learning management with percentage analysis. 2). Descriptive analysis; carried out to provide an accurate and systematic description of the capacity of lecturers in the implementation of learning management in the Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN AR- Raniry. The results showed that the ability of the lecturers of the Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh in the implementation of learning management was classified as good, this was indicated by the average score of the lecturer's ability, which was 3.48 (classified as good).

Abstract

Skills education is a necessity that must be owned by individuals in the era of globalization. This is because life skills are prioritized over knowledge, so an effective management and development system is needed. This paper aims to analyze the management of skills education development in Islam. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Reference material is a tool for analyzing and testing the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that the life skills needed by human resources are (1) general life skills (personal skills, rational thinking skills, social skills, and interpersonal skills) and (2) specific life skills (academic skills and vocational skills). Furthermore, efforts that must be made in developing skills education include reorienting learning, providing vocational skills and reforming educational institutions in terms of management and learning culture. Finally, extracurricular design as an effort to develop student skills education.

A developed country is a country that has a quality society. Society is said to be qualified if the individuals who make up the community are educated or have knowledge. To be able to master science and technology, one must study and undergo education. Based on the explanation of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system, setting the vision of national education is the realization of the education system as a strong and authoritative social institution to empower all Indonesian citizens to develop into quality Indonesian people so that they are able and proactively respond to the challenges of the times. always changing. Abstract

Leadership in an organization is a leading activity carried out by a leader in carrying out the activities of the organization as a whole. Organizational leadership is intended to coordinate, empower and make decisions from various parts and existing organizational resources. The formulation of the problem in this article examines the steps for implementing organizational leadership as sharing power in realizing a balanced relationship between superiors and subordinates at MTsN 10 Bireuen. The results showed that organizational leadership as sharing power in realizing a balanced relationship between superiors and subordinates at MTsN 10 Bireuen was carried out with a normal mechanism that was persuasive legalistic, namely by delegating the leadership functions of the head of MTsN 10 Bireuen to several subordinates who were structurally assisted by the head of MTsN 10 Bireuen.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is leadership that is able to create fundamental changes and is based on religious values, systems and culture to create innovation and creativity of its followers in order to achieve the vision that has been set. This research method uses a qualitative approach to library research. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. Related to this, transformational leadership can be seen as a process of influencing, at the micro level influencing between individuals and at the macro level an attempt to mobilize power to change social systems and improve institutions, especially madrasah/schools. At the macro-level analysis, transformational leadership performs activities such as expressing and mediating conflicts between groups. Conflicts between groups create organizational constraints, but at the same time can be useful for mobilizing followers towards organizational commitment.
