Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Creativity of Class X IPA 2 SMAN 2 Sungai Raya in Economic Learning, namely in understanding the material and doing assignments. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a method used in natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument in taking random data sources, triangulation techniques, qualitative data analysis and the results of research are more about meaning. the form of research used is a case study. The informants in this study were Subject Teachers and Class X IPA 2 Students at SMAN 2 Sungai Raya, namely 1 teacher and 18 students. Data collection techniques using direct interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that when understanding the subject matter there are 9 students with a percentage of 50.00% who can fulfill the characteristics of creativity, namely Originality, Fluency, Flexibility, Elaboration, whereas when doing assignments there are 12 students with a percentage of 66.67% who are at level 3 which is very creative because they can fulfill the 3 components of creativity which consist of fluency, flexibility, and elaboration. Abstract

Amanah Borneo Park in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, is one of the natural tourist destinations with the potential to be developed as a sustainable ecotourism site. This study aims to analyze the potential of Amanah Borneo Park in the context of ecotourism and identify the challenges faced in realizing sustainable tourism in this area. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through field observations, interviews with management, and related literature studies. The findings indicate that Amanah Borneo Park has significant potential in environmental, social, and economic aspects. However, several key challenges exist, such as limited infrastructure, low visitor awareness of ecotourism, and suboptimal promotion of the destination. Better management, the enhancement of eco-friendly facilities, and broader promotion can help increase the attractiveness and sustainability of this park as an ecotourism destination. The study concludes that with improvements in various aspects, Amanah Borneo Park can serve as a model for sustainable ecotourism in South Kalimantan. Abstract

Through simple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that Entrepreneurship Education has a significant influence on the Entrepreneurial Mindset. Entrepreneurship Education contributes to providing motivation and how to start a business, while Entrepreneurship Mindset contributes to how we view entrepreneurship. This research provides important implications for educational institutions to strengthen their role in supporting entrepreneurship development. Surabaya State University can design programs that facilitate supporting entrepreneurship. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for further research and development of strategies to improve the entrepreneurial mindset among students. The population used as subjects in this study were undergraduate students of Economics Education class of 2023, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. In this study, a questionnaire was used as an instrument to obtain data. Data testing and analysis were carried out using SPPS software. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial attitudes, and environmental factors on entrepreneurial intentions of students in the Economic Education Study Program, Surabaya State University. The background to this research is based on the low level of entrepreneurship in Indonesia which only reaches 0.18% compared to neighboring countries such as Malaysia which reaches 2%. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 27. The results showed that self-efficacy (β=0.364, p<0.05) and entrepreneurial attitude (β=0.605, p<0.05) had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while environmental factors (β=0.118, p>0.05) had no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables contributed 77.1% to students' entrepreneurial intentions. These findings imply the importance of developing entrepreneurship education programs that focus on increasing self-efficacy and forming positive attitudes towards entrepreneurship. This research provides theoretical contributions in the development of entrepreneurship literature and practical contributions for educational institutions in designing effective student entrepreneurship development programs. Abstract

The motivations driving individuals to pursue entrepreneurial careers and the significance of entrepreneurship education in fostering these intentions. The study reveals that various factors, such as personal aspirations, the desire for independence, the optimization of personal potential, and the flexibility offered by entrepreneurship, significantly influence students’ decisions to become entrepreneur. Additionally, the article emphasizes the vital role of entrepreneurship education in equipping individuals with essential skills, including business management, strategic planning, and marketing. This educational framework not only enhances creativity and innovation but also cultivates an entrepreneurial mindset that encourages risk-taking and resilience in the face of failure. Ultimately, the findings suggest that a synergistic relationship between intrinsic motivation and quality entrepreneurs capable of contributing meaningfully to the economy. Individual entrepreneurial orientation refers to thr personal attributes and behaviors that drive a person’s propensity to engage in entrepreneurial activites This orientation encompasses several key dimensions, including risk-taking, proactivity, and innovation. Individuals with a strong entrepreneurial orientation are often characterized by their willingness to embrace uncertainty and take calculated risks in pursuit of new opportunities. They exhibit a proactive approach, actively seeking out challenges and solutions rather than waiting for circumstances to change. Additionally, their innovative mindset allows them to think creatively, generating novel ideas and approaches that can lead to successful ventures. This orientation is influenced by various factors, including personal experiences, education, and environmental context. Ultimately, individuals with a robust entrepreneurial orientation are more likely to initiate and sustain entrepreneurial endeavors, contributing positively to economic growth and innovation within their communities. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the family environment affects the interest of State University of Surabaya Economics Education students in pursuing a career as a teacher or teaching staff member. This study uses a quantitative method, using a purposive sampling technique using an ex-post facto approach. For the respondents, this study involved students who have an economic education background and are undergoing studies at the State University of Surabaya class of 2022, 2023, and 2024 with a minimum sample of 115 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires on the Likert scale, with a score of 1 to 5. Validity and rehabilitation tests were carried out before data analysis. Analysis methods include descriptive and inductive analysis, including normality tests, multi-collinearity, heteroskedanity, and simple linear regression. Abstract

This study identifies the benefits, challenges and opportunities of using google classroom online learning platform in supporting more effective and relevant economic learning. This research provides valuable insights for teachers, policy making, and educational technology development. This research uses qualitative method with the subjects of this research are teachers and students. The results show that Google Classroom provides significant benefits in the efficiency of learning management, especially to support online teacher and student activities. The main challenges found in this study were technical constraints such as limited internet access in certain areas affecting the smoothness of learning and the lack of direct interaction and classroom dynamics making them less motivated and lacking interest in learning. The learning becomes less interactive or only focuses on giving homework. Adequate infrastructure support and technology training for teachers and students are essential to overcome these obstacles. Google Classroom offers a great opportunity to develop project-based Economics learning methods, real-time discussions, and analysis of global issues. By optimally utilizing interactive features, this platform can support learning that is more critical, collaborative and relevant to the needs of the digital era. Therefore, utilizing Google Classroom in Economics learning is not only a technical solution, but also paves the way for more modern and effective learning innovations. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of educational games on the accounting learning ability of class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Kedawung. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental design. This research was conducted with all students of class X Accounting institutions and finance (AKL) 3 as the control class and X Accounting institutions and finance (AKL) 2 as the experimental class. This data analysis technique uses normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing, paired t test, and t test. The results stated that student learning outcomes for the cognitive domain in the control class obtained an average posttest score of 83.39. In the experimental class, the average value of the posttest results was 82.53 so that it was smaller than the average value in the control class. So it can be concluded that the use of educational game-based learning media is very sufficient with student learning outcomes so that during accounting subjects as interactive media. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of school culture in SMP Negeri 1 Kedawung. Observation subjects were principals, teachers, students, and parents. Observations were made per subject to see the situation and conditions. Observational data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Observation results show that SMP Negeri 1 Kedawung has implemented school culture optimally with collaboration between principals, teachers, and students. The school culture developed and fostered by the school is the 5S culture morning absence, morning tadarus, morning prayer and prayer, multidirectional communication, and love of culture. Characters that are grown from fostering school culture, namely discipline, religious, social care, honesty, love of reading, tolerance, love for the homeland, mutual respect, friendship, responsibility, and care for the environment. These characters must always be fostered in a sustainable manner so that all school personnel have noble personalities.' Keywords: School Culture, Student Character, Junior High School

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the views of high school students in Cirebon regarding how effective digital media is in the learning process of economics, focusing on the topic of demand and supply. This study applied qualitative methods and collected data through questionnaires. The participants in this study were high school students who were selected by purposive sampling. Findings from the study showed that many students felt the positive impact of using digital media in economics lessons. The media helps students understand complex economic concepts by showing interactive graphics and simulations. In addition, the use of digital media is also able to increase students' interest in the subject matter because of the interesting and not boring way of delivery. However, there are some challenges that arise, such as problems with internet connection, device limitations, and lack of support from teachers. These challenges emphasize the importance of developing technological infrastructure and training for teachers to support digital learning. Students' expectations for the use of digital media include the desire for more frequent use, the incorporation of digital media with traditional teaching methods, and the improvement of teachers' ability to use technology effectively. The conclusion of this study is that digital media has great potential to improve the effectiveness of economic learning. However, to maximize these benefits, there needs to be comprehensive support in terms of infrastructure, training for teachers, and sufficient technical guidance.
