<![CDATA[Today, media digitalization has become the foundation of media industry owners in presenting a variety of information and entertainment, including media television. With the establishment of various commercial television broadcasting institutions as well as the competition for the media competition which is quite tight. Seeing the development of television broadcasting media itself with heavy competition, Islamic television institutions, in particular, seem not ready to compete with other television institutions. Institutions that affect the unpreparedness of existing Islamic television broadcasting institutions are planning and strategy within Islamic television broadcasting organizations and institutions, both before they come to the process of running and maintaining broadcasting institutions for a long period of time. The research method used is library research with in-depth analysis to explore problems related to the theme. The results of this study indicate that there are several things that must be planned before deciding to determine an Islamic television broadcasting institution; a) planning human resources, b) planning institutions, c) planning a product or program. When an Islamic broadcasting institution plans well, the sustainability of the Islamic broadcasting institution can be managed and run for a long time. That way, the existence of Islamic television media is indirectly able to provide another option for the public in enjoying the broadcasts that are served.]]>

<![CDATA[Innovation of da'wah in higher education serves the heart of a successful balance of academic achievement and the nobility of the academic community. This study aims to narrate the innovation of da'wah at the Universitas Negeri Semarang within the framework of da’wah management theory that prioritizes a contingency approach in creating a harmony of preaching and academic activities. The research method used was a narrative study of three key figures who created the da'wah ecosystem at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The results showed that the enthusiasm for preaching has gained momentum since the strengthening of the role and physics of mosques in all faculties in Universitas Negeri Semarang. The existence of the mosque gave birth to prominent figures, created a routine of preaching moderation, as well as eliminating the seeds of radicalism and intolerance in the campus environment. Furthermore, authors also provide suggestions for higher education leaders and the government (Kemendikbud) as the regulator of higher education in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The appearance of the trailer for The Santri movie has sparked various responses on the internet, this can be observed from the existence of parties who are pro and contra with the movie trailer. This difference can be seen from the way the audience responds to and interpret the contents of the movie trailer. This study can understand the image of the student at Islamic Boarding School in the movie trailer of The Santri which can be seen through the account NU Channel on YouTube. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach model with content analysis on movie trailers. The results of the study show that the image of the student at an Islamic Boarding School in the movie trailer of The Santri can be divided into two parts, namely: first, an explicit image such as students must have self-confidence, have high dreams, love religion and their nation, have a good faith, and be a loyal friend. Second, implicit images such as students who have a simple, tough, and brave image, accept differences, and are open-minded.]]>

<![CDATA[Not many western genre films are made in the film industry, because of not many ideas can be explored. The Dance With Wolves film is a western genre film and is not made as a religious film. This film also does not intend to include Islamic principles. The most interesting is that this western genre film was made with high imagination and creativity. By using the theory of genre from Branston and Stanford, it was then studied further through the concept and living rules ??in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The results of this study illustrated a struggle (jihad) in the elements of the story (repertoires of elements) that united and inspired feelings. Also in the verisimilitude genre theory, a statement of belief (ilmul yaqin) raised in the truth of Allah's creation. Furthermore, through the cultural context theory, it could be seen that at-tamaddun exists.]]>

<![CDATA[Living in a pluralistic or global society, the difference in understanding becomes a challenge in the concept of society. Differences need to be addressed carefully, so as not to cause conflict and enmity between groups in society. A dai must have a professional attitude in dealing with a pluralistic society. Therefore, it is necessary to re-examine the verses of the Al-Qur`an which explain the attitude of dai in dealing with different thoughts. This research uses Thematic Tafsir method, with the approach to the interpretation of the verses of the Al-Qur`an. The verses used in this study are interpreting Surah Ali Imran verse 105 and An-Nisa` verse 59. The results of the research found that someone who dai must have a professional attitude in dealing with differences. Differences in thought must be addressed wisely, namely differences are allowed but do not cross the line. Differences that can no longer be understood, do not impose justification on yourself, surrender the truth with confidence to Allah and the Messenger.]]>

<![CDATA[This article describes the socio-religious study of the existence of Islam and the local culture of the serabi alms tradition in Empat Lawang, South Sumatra. This research was studied through a phenomenological approach. In the tradition of sadaqah serabi, spiritual communication is established between the jurai tuo and the ancestors to form belief in the Creator. Exploration of the original belief in the Empat Lawang community indicates that there is a collective awareness that the intentions that are owned are mediated in the power of prayers from the ancestors through expressions of gratitude and vows that have been granted. Serabi charity proves that local culture has not changed after the entry of Islam. As a religion, Islam has empirically influenced, and even been accepted peacefully, to form the structure of the dimensions of human life in a socially and culturally dynamic manner.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of communication psychology in delivering da’wah messages in the Al-Qur’an education park is very important because by applying psychology when conveying information to others, it will make information easier to understand so that the communication process runs more effectively. The research method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive type field research. The results showed that TPA As-Syifa has applied the science of communication psychology in the delivery of his da’wah messages. Then the da’wah method applied at the As-Syifa TPA is the bi-lisan da’wah method, bil-qalam da’wah, and the bil-hal da’wah. Further findings regarding the application of communication psychology in the delivery of da’wah messages at TPA As-Syifa use the da’wah method with effective communication techniques and da’wah method with persuasive communication techniques.]]>

<![CDATA[Tuan guru's character in the Lombok Community encourages Tuan Guru to be involved in practical politics so that it has an impact on da'wah activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data collected by the method of observation, documentation and interviews. This study resulted in a fact that the involvement of the guru - Tuan Guru in Praya Subdistrict, Central Lombok in politics was motivated by their capacity and role in society, but then the role shifted towards "political oriented". The role of the teacher is no longer only as a preacher but shifts as a practical political actor who is feared to make da'wah as an opportunity to carry out political socialization that is full of political interests. The reasons for the teacher to enter into practical politics are: Channeling aspirations in the community, develop Islamic institutions, enforce the commandments of good and evil, building political participation and education for the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Prophetic communication is communication that refers to the prophetic communication pattern of Muhammad Saw. loaded with values ??and ethics. This paradigm is a development of the concept of social prophetic science (ISP) which was initiated by contemporary Islamic scientist, namely Kuntowijoyo. Da'wah as a means of disseminating information through the media in modern times does not always have a positive impact on the purpose of da'wah. In the new era, the media actually gave birth to many provocative da’wah, which caused divisions and contradictions. It is very sad if the da'is and activists do not integrate ethics and prophetic values. So that the impact can cause a lot of hate speech (hatespeech) and lies (hoaxs) to preach. This phenomenon is very inversely proportional to the teachings of peaceful Islam as practiced by the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore, reformulation of prophetic-based da'wah is very urgent in modern times.]]>

<![CDATA[Tourism is a growing and increasingly specific industry. one of which is halal tourism. NTB as a province that won world awards through halal tourism, makes policies in the form of regional regulations as guidelines for implementing halal tourism. Aside from being an implementation guide, the policy is a da'wah containing material or messages of Islamic da'wah. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, with descriptive data presentation. Article by article in the regional regulation on halal tourism reflects an invitation, as well as motivates the goodness and safety of the hereafter. This is in line with the notion of da'wah which in terms is an attempt to invite others to embrace Islam, practice the creed and shari'ah. In conclusion, the implementation of halal tourism continues to be optimized by local governments. Although the message of da'wah in halal tourism policies contains messages of faith, muamalah, sharia and morals, the community as tourism actors carry out many halal tours because of their habits and characteristics, the majority of whom are Muslims.]]>
