Tahapan dalam pengolahan citra meliputi segmentasi citra. Dalam permasalahan menemukan sebuah citra objek dengan baground menjadi kendala dalam segmentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset citra finir berjumlahkan 10 citra sampel, agar segmentasi bisa maksimal dilakukan tahap preprocessing dengan merubah citra yang berdimensi besar menjadi kecil, agar proses segmentasi nantinya tidak terlalu lama. Selanjutnya citra hasil preprocessing di konversi warna red, green dan blue kedalam ruang warna hue saturation dan value, dari komponen saturation dan value dapat mempermudah dalam mensegmentasi citra finir. Sehingga dalam ruang warna tersebut diubah menjadi citra biner untuk dilakukan segmentasi menggunakan Otsu, yang mana menggunakan nilai Threshold (T) dengan nilai setengah dari perhitungan global threshold, dikarenakan dengan menggunakan nilai global threshold saja masih belum bisa mensegmentasi obek finir. Ujicoba sistem dilakukan dengan metode Jaccard Similarity dari 10 data citra finir menggunakan metode segmentasi Otsu dan data citra Ground Truth, sehingga sistem dapat mensegmentasi citra finir dengan prosentase keberhasilan dalam menentukan persamaan citra sebesar 97.05%.

Batik Indonesia telah ditetapkan oleh United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) sebagai warisan kemanusiaan untuk budaya lisan dan non-bendawi pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2009. Pengakuan UNESCO ini meliputi teknik, teknologi serta motif batik Indonesia. Indonesia memiliki motif batik yang beragam, dan hampir disetiap daerah memiliki motif batik yang berbeda-beda. Batik Plumpungan Salatiga merupakan karya seni batik kontemporer yang didesain dari batu Prasasti Kota Salatiga. Batik Salatiga ini masih tergolong baru sehingga hanya dikenal oleh golongan tertentu saja. Untuk memperkenalkan batik Plumpungan Salatiga dibutuhkan media informasi yang dapat menarik masyarakat untuk lebih mengenal batik Plumpungan. Media buku dipilih sebagai sarana untuk memberikan informasi tentang batik Plumpungan Salatiga. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan permasalahan yang terjadi, Peneliti menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality sebagai metode dalam memberikan informasi dan menarik minat masyarakat untuk lebih mengenal dan mengetahui tentang batik Plumpungan yang dapat dijalankan pada smartphone Android. Objek penelitian ini adalah batik Plumpungan Salatiga. Metode Augmented Reality ini sudah diujikan kepada pemilik batik dan 20 responden masyarakat didapatkan hasil metode Augmented Reality dapat memberikan informasi mengenai pengaplikasian motif batik Plumpungan Salatiga pada objek 3D yang ditampilkan.

Belum ditemukannya solusi yang optimal untuk menyelesaikan masalah pathfinding. Biasanya solusinya tergantung pada spesifik dari ketentuan untuk dapat menemukan jalan keluar untuk setiap permainan yang diberikan. Pathfinding yang optimal merupakan suatu hal yang sulit untuk ditemukan, dimana terdapat perbedaan antara istilah path dan shortest path. Sehingga pathfinding yang ada bertujuan untuk menemukan jalur terpendek yang optimal. Salah satu algoritma yang digunakan pada pathfinding adalah A* digunakan dalam melakukan pencarian jalur yang optimal yang menghubungkan dua titik pada peta (grafik) dari permainan yang ada. Algoritma A* dapat membantu NPC untuk menemukan rute dalam mencari keberadaan target dengan berbagai halangan yang disediakan secara acak dalam satu waktu. Sehingga algoritma ini dapat digunakan untuk mencari rute walaupun ada banyak obstacle yang bermunculan secara acak.

Food insecurity is a common problem in some areas and it must be taken into consideration for its involvement into human life. Food insecurity refers to the inability of people in local communities to secure adequate food. Food insecurity maps can be used to identify areas that tend to insecure. Based on Central Java Food Security and Vulnerability Atlas (FSVA) in 2010, Brebes has been in a food secure status and it makes difference from all districts and cities in Central Java province. The anomaly on food security status in Brebes is the main concern on this research by implementing Oracle Spatial to mapping the food security and vulnerability. Oracle Spatial combines the spatial data and food data for displaying information about food security status within each district in Brebes.

- QR Code is two-dimensional image that represents the data, particularly data-shaped teks. QR Code is an evolution of the first one-dimensional barcode into two dimentions. QR Code has the ability to store much more data than a barcode.One of the important data in the campus are collegers certificate. It is a document that serves as proof of authenticity that someone has undergone a formal education stage and successfully pass the exam. The collegers certificate conventionally used today is a collegers certificate in physical form so that there is the possibility of lost or damaged. Conventional collegers certificate verification process is difficult because the process is carried out only by the manufacturer of collegers certificate. The means used to verify the authenticity of the data collegers certificate today is to make direct contact to the manufacturer's certificate regarding authenticity certificate holder, as well as the legalization process tertandatangan of collegers certificate maker.From the conduct of research and testing conducted it can be concluded that: QRCode can be used to accommodate large data information of graduate, Facilitate the detection of the authenticity of the certificate of ownership information from mobile devices, also QRCode can be quickly used to verify the certificates quickly and accurately

A final project is the last project that must be made by a student before obtaining a degree. In practice students often experience confusion in determining the topic to be taken or what the concentration will serve as the topic of the final projects, where the topic is in accordance with their competence.Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which is also known as weighted linear combination or scoring method is a simple and most often used multi attribute decision technique. This SAW method we trying to use to determine the final projects what is in accordance with the competence of students in the department of informatics Semarang Private University Semarang.The Result of this research can be provide input for students in determining their final projects, taking into consideration the values they acquired during the course. With the results of this research is expected the students will be able to work on their project papers to the maximum.

Proses tracking obyek pada real time video adalah salah satu topik yang penting dalam kajian suveillance system (Dhananjaya, Rama, and Thimmaiah 2015). deteksi dan ekstraksi informasi serta pelacakan obyek atau benda bergerak adalah sebagai salah satu bentuk aplikasi dari computer vision. Beberapa aplikasi yang memanfaatkan metode tracking object atau benda bergerak antara lain adalah UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) surveillance atau lebih dikenal dengan mesin/kendaraan tak berawak, Indoor Monitoring system adalah sistem monitoring keadaan dalam ruangan, serta memonitor trafik lalu lintas yang dapat mengamati pergerakan semua benda dalam keadaan real time. Tracking obyek dalam keadaan real time banyak hal yang perlu diperhatikan dan perlu diperhitungkan dimana semua parameter dan noise atau gangguan object di sekitarnya yang tidak perlu kita amati namun berada dalam satu bagian bersama obyek yang kita amati. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang akan digunakan adalah background subtraction untuk pendeteksian serta tracking obyek dan benda bergerak secara real time berbasis warna dengan memanfaatkan kamera webcam dan menggunakan pustaka opensource OpenCv.

Decision Support System for New Student Acceptance aims to simplify the Decision Maker who is the Committee of New Student Acceptance to select prospective new students based on eight criteria. That is registration number, the average value of National Examinations, medical tests, interview, their achievements, salary of parents per month, number of siblings who are still in school and administration department and give recommendations for the major of accepted students based on their interests and talents. There are four major in SMK Telekomunikasi Tunas Harapan, these are Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL), Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ), Multimedia and Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR). And the talents be measured by math test, electro test, daw test and physics test.

Severe Protein Energy Malnutrition (PEM) are four major problems in the nutrition world. Such as iodine deficiency disorders, and lack of vitamin A. It also often called malnutrition caused by shortages associated poor dietary intake in terms of quality and quantity. Based on data from Semarang Health Office in 2013, the scope of severe PEM in children under five with BGM (Down Red Lines) of 1,502 (1.7%) and children with severe malnutrition by 32 (0.04%). The number of infants with BGM (Down Red Lines) in Semarang in 2013 was 1,502 or 1.7%. Geographical Information Systems (GIS) is one of the information technology that was designed to use spatial and non spatial data. The system could report information and summarize the malnutrition data thus help to process analysis of the causes of malnutrition in the region. Geographic information systems development method used waterfall method with Unified Modeling tools laguage (UML). System testing was done by white box method for testing complexity groove siklomatis on system design and black box to test the input and output.

The Student attendance at the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication University of Semarang is data that can support in academic activities. validity and realbility of the attendance data become obstacles in academic activities. So, Required attendance system that can prevent the occurrence of cheating attendance, facilitate lecturers to recap student attendance and facilitate administrative staff to recap lecturers’s attendance. In this research, student attendance system is made with two platforms, there are web based platform and platform based on android. Restful web service with JSON format is used to build communication between both platforms. In the attendence system android based, QRCode's Reader is used to read student QRCode cards to save attendance data. student dan lecture attendance can be monitored through attendance system web based. The attendance system test is done by testing all of the features and complexity of the algorithm with cyclomatic complexity. The test results show that all features can be used without error and cyclomatic complexity value show that algorithm of the attendance system is easy to understand, easy to test and easy to maintain.
