Abstract

– This application is built for recording customer who already paid the bill or not. The business process for building this aplication is quite simple, to record customer, to record billing monthly, and to create report of cash flow. Longtion Application Builder is used to create the system, while Microsoft Access is used to create a database. After doing a literature study and interviewing a user, producing an application that consists of 7 forms for main operation as stated above. Beside forms, application need tables to store its data, the number of tables required for this application to work are 4.Keywords: Longtion software, Microsoft Access, Water and garbage bill application.

Abstract

The development of control systems has now reached a level that better facilitate the work of man. Most of control systems have been used in industrial companies.However, there is another thing that also have important rule in making easier the human's assignment which is in form of manual control, namely the simulation display system, installed on a device that is used to control theequipment using display on PC (Personal Computer) without facing them directly.This system has started to be implemented and applied by some modern industries. One example of the use of simulation display system is the construction of the simulation of reverse osmosis systems on PLTU (steam power plant) in order to facilitate the operator to run the simulation test. The problem statement created in this research was how to design the simulation display of reverse osmosis systems using the programming language of Macromedia flash 8, Delphi,ISIS Proteus, and Micro Pascal and then communicate it with the simulation of microcontroller based reverse osmosis systems. The result of this research is the simulation display of reverse osmosis systems which iscreated manually and automatically. The systemis communicated with the simulation of microcontroller based reverse osmosis systems where there are five motors and three tanks.The motors will drain the water of each tanks through the filtration process. Later on, the pure water as the final result of the filtration process will be used for steam cycle process in the boiler. Abstract

The development of science and technology, especially information technology, internet use in education continues to grow. Use of the Internet is not just for distance education, but also developed in the conventional education system. E-learning is a learning model that is created in digital format through an electronic device. Purpose of the use of e-learning in the learning system is to expand access to education public, so that learning modules can be accessed easily, without diabatasi space and time, interactive, and effective. In this paper a prototype using a software development methodology that emphasizes the approach to aspects of design, functionality and user-interface. Abstract

In this study, the algorithm used is Prim’s algorithm—an algorithm in graph theory to seek a minimum spanning tree for a weighted connected graph. The program used is a program created with Delphi 7 programming language used for searching the minimum spanning tree of a graph model with the weight of each form of distance/length connecting the points/vertices. Then display the information search process sequence of minimum spanning tree, the total number of minimum length and the resulting computing time to determine the efficiency of Prim’s algorithm. Based on the results of research, Prim's algorithm computation time in finding the minimum spanning tree of a weighted graph will grow up along with increasing the number of points/vertices and the number of sides of the weighted graph.   Keywords:Prim’s Algorithm, Graph model, Minimum Spanning Tree

Abstract

The study is devoted to  forecast electrical energy demand from 2007 to 2020,  so lack of energy  can be anticipated. The study was conducted in Palu, province of Central Sulawesi. The data is analyzed using linear regression. The result showed that the increasing of load in 2007 is very significant with peak load reached 120,6 MW. In 2020 the peak load reached 196.2 MW. Abstract

The problem in this study were: (1) how the intensity of pollution sector in the region polluted insulator, (2) how polluted insulator surface conductivity Parent substations in each region, (3) how to profile an appropriate insulators for substations with different levels of intensity of pollution sector in the region. To solve this problem pollutant sampling conducted on ceramic insulators on the channel milestone substation switchyard each region at two different points, namely at the top of the insulator and the bottom fin insulators. The results showed the intensity of pollution for every region of substation at a concentration of 0.50 g / l has a value of ESDD with dissolved heavy pollutant levels (> 0.1 mg/cm2), while the value of NSDD categorized insoluble low-level pollutants. Abstract

At this time the development of science leads to the development of technology whose aim is to facilitate all activities and human work. In the medical field even the technology used is increasingly developing more practical, effective and efficient. In the medical world a physical examination or clinical examination is a process carried out by a medical expert to examine a patient's body so that it can find clinical signs of the disease. The use of technology in the medical field today requires a technology that can automatically record the condition of one's blood pressure and body temperature. With the technology that can automatically show the value of clinical examination results are expected to make it easier in the examination. By using NodeMCU which converts the voltage to a digital value and displays it on Android and the MPX5050DP sensor to measure blood pressure and the DS18B20 sensor to measure body temperature, the value sent by the sensor will be processed and displayed on Android. The measurement results are in the form of quantities corresponding to the measured unit such as mmHg (Millimeter of Mercury (Hydrargyrum)) for blood pressure and ˚C for temperature. Results are displayed on the android display. Tests on the device resulted in an error rate from the MPX5050DP sensor of 1.13% for systolic blood pressure, 0.95% for diastolic blood pressure, and at a temperature sensor of 0.5%.

Abstract

The rapid development of the world of technology that covers almost all sides of life has encouraged innovation and human creation to make various tools with automatic work systems. Giving fluids using intravenous fluids is one way to enter fluids intravenously to meet the needs of fluids, electrolytes, drug administration, and feeding. The process of replacing intravenous fluids that has reached the minimum replacement limit must be carried out promptly and quickly, so that there will be no delay in changing intravenous fluids which will result in unstable pressure on the infusion set which will result in blood clots.In its testing, this tool can display information on the total number of intravenous fluid drops, and the condition of the remaining infusion fluid level on the LCD, as well as an additional display of the number of intravenous fluid drops per minute on theapplications client PC and / or smartphone. Adjusting the position of the mini servo of the infusion tap, can be adjusted when the appliance is not or not connected to the client. The sensor optocoupler used can also detect every drop of intravenous fluid. The reading of the sensor optocoupler used can experience an error by a difference of 100% if the dripping of the intravenous fluid is too slow. This is caused by the drip that is read twice by the sensor because one drop of intravenous fluid is read again after more than 50 milli second.Key words: microcontroller, nodemcu esp8266, optocoupler, load cell, mini servo sg90, smart infusion.

Abstract

Current road users cannot be separated from the number of violators, therefore traffic lights are made to regulate traffic on the road. At traffic lights, there is also a zebra crossing which serves as a means of crossing the road for pedestrians. To minimize violations at road intersections, researchers designed a tool to detect traffic violations. Traffic violation detection tool is made in prototype form using a control system with Arduino nano and software. This traffic light system uses LDR and laser sensors to detect these violations by cutting the laser which sends light to the LDR. This tool is also equipped with a webcam camera that functions to photograph violations that occur and a buzzer that functions as a warning to officers and riders in the event of a violation with an average response speed of the webcam of 2.37 seconds and the average response speed of the buzzer is 0.4 seconds. . The snapshot from the webcam is saved automatically on your PC / Laptop.

Abstract

Wheelchairs are mobility devices that are often used by people who have difficulty walking on their feet, due to illness, injury, or disability. Most of the wheelchairs that exist today are still using the manual system. Ideally, a wheelchair is needed so that users feel free and comfortable in adjusting the wheelchair movement according to their wishes. This study aims to make an innovation in the form of designing an electric wheelchair based on the internet of things (IoT). In this tool, there are several integrated electronic components such as NodeMCU, voltage sensor that is connected to the android smartphone application. Delphi XE8 software functions to create control applications that can be controlled via a smartphone. The control system on a smartphone uses an internet connection to process the wheelchair control system. This tool is very dependent on the connection and stability of the internet network. Design of electric wheelchair based IoT, has the performance that a wheelchair can carry a maximum load of 30kg at a speed of 0.79m / second, plus an accumulator / battery load and a 6.4kg DC motor, so that the total load can be under of 36.4kg.
