Abstract

This research’s purpose is to discover and analyze the four dimensional brand equity effects whichconsist of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand loyalty, and brand association, either directly towardscustomer value or indirectly through lifestyle variable. This research is based on some of Pappu’s model (2005),by using brand awareness, perceived quality, brand loyalty, brand association, lifestyle, and customer valuedimensions. Measurement is done by the convenience sampling method. Data analysis is done by StructuralEquation Modeling using Partial Least Square.The research found that the prediction model is directly in agood state from the dimensions of brand equity with lifestyle, and only brand awareness has a positive effecttowards lifestyle. The other dimensions of perceived quality, brand loyalty, and brand association are notsignificantly and positively affected directly on lifestyle. However, on brand equity, there are only two dimensions- brand loyalty and brand association which positively affects customer value. Lifestyle dimension as interveningvariable in this research shows positive and significant effect in shaping customer value. As a whole, the modelon this research has a good predictive relevance value. In the next research, it is important to focus on creatinga non-monetary customer value. Perceived quality can be guided to increase brand loyalty and association, byincreasing brand function. Abstract

This research is to investtigate the influence of merchandise, price, place, promotion, Atmospher, and retail sevice effect on cutomer statisfaction and costumer loyalty. The reserach was done in Pekanbaru in January untilNovember 2013. Samples of this reserach were the Pekanbaru’s citizen and household needs. Convience sampling became theresearch’ choice in sampling method. 250 customer of Giant Hypermarket Pekanbaru was taken as sample. Data analysis technique of path analysis.The results ofthis study indicatethat Merchandise, price, place, Promotion, Atmospher, Retail service indicatesthat had positive influence. Ifthe higher Merchandise, price, Location, Promotion, Atmospheric, Retail service, the customer statisfaction is also getting strongerandthroughthecustomersatisfactionvariableswill directlyincreasecustomer loyalty. Abstract

Effect of Motivation, Leadership, Work Culture, and Passion to Employee’s Performance of PT. PLN(Persero) Region of Riau and Riau Islands.This study’s intend is to analyze the motivation, leadership, workculture and passion of the employeeat PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Riau and Riau Islands towards theirperformance, either partially or simultaneosly.This study sampled 103 Employees PT. PLN (Persero) Region of Riau and Riau Islands.The results represent thatsimultaneous variables of motivation, leadership, work culture and passion significantly affect the performanceof employees at PT .PLN (Persero) region of Riau and Riau Islands. It is showed that the value of t-Hitung > t-Tabel at significant level á = 0.05, the value of F-Hitung > F-Tabel and the great influence given by thatindependent variables on the dependent variable of determination (R2) 53.30% while 46.70% affected by othervariables. Partial tests represent that t-value on motivation, leadership, and passion is greater than t-table.Meaning that motivation, leadership and passion have the partial effect on performance, while t-hitung of thework culture is smaller than t-table, means that the work culture does not have partial effect on performance.This research partially shows that motivation, leadership and passion have relationship and influence on theemployee’s performance and have a relationship and the most dominant influence on their performance, butwork culture does not havethe influence on it. The implication of this research is the research conductedongovernment agencies with a large number of samples. It is necessarilly that in the future this research shouldexamine the private agency that has many population and compound or insert other variables that can affect theperformance of employees such as planning, supervision and working environment so that the value of thecoefficient determination can be varied significantly.Keywords : motivation, leadership, work culture, passion and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors Kepemimpinanan , Motivation and Workplace PerformanceAgainst Discipline Employee Performance at PT . Patra Komala In Dumai . This research was conducted at PT. Komala patra Dumai . Target population are employees of PT Patra Komala Dumai totaling 65 people ,conducted a census / saturation sampling that samples taken by the amount of the overall population . So thesamples in this study were as many as 65 employees .The object of research as a factor of independently variableis Leadership , Motivation , Disilin work . While the dependent variable is Employee Performance . Hypothesistesting is performed using Multiple Regression Analysis Model .The results showed that the partial or t test of each variable only variables significantly influence the performanceleadership of this can be seen from the variable Kepemiminan of 2,935 is greater than t table 1.66 , while themotivation variable and variable work discipline had no significant effect where the t test smaller than t table is0.852 ( motivation ) and 0.453 ( work discipline ) and F test or simultaneous factor Leadership , motivation , andwork discipline of 17.651 direct and significant impact on Employee Performance PT . Komala patra Dumai.It can be concluded that simultaneous Leadership , Motivation and discipline are jointly significant effect on theperformance variables . While only partially leadership variables significantly influence employee performance .From these results suggested to the management company can create leadership , motivation and discipline of workthat can be accepted by all parties that can provide a good solution for the development and progress of the PT . Abstract

This r esearch held in PT . Jasa Raharja (Perser o) Riau and Kepulauan riau Branches, which is aGovernment-owned company that providing vehicle-accident loss insurance. This research held in order toanalyze the influence of education and training, career development and competency towards job satisfaction,henceforward, the effect of job satisfaction to job performance.Population are consist of 38 employees of Riau branch and 34 employees of Kepulauan Riau branch. Samplingtechnique done by using cencus method of a 72 existing employees. Education & training, career developmentand competency is used as independent variable, while job satisfaction and job performance used as dependentvariable. Data analyzed by using two stage least square analysis by using SPSS 17 for windows.Result of this study shows that both education & training and career development have positive and significantinfluence on employee’s job satisfaction, while competency shows a negative but not significant effect on jobsatisfaction. Henceforward, employee’s job satisfaction positive and significantly influence employee’ s jobperformance.It is recommended to conduct a pr e-analysis of training necessity , a fair and transpar ent career developmentprogram, social competency enhancement, periodically releasing job satisfaction survey and providing aperformance-based remuneration (incentives) system.Keywords: Eduacation & Training, Career Development, Competency, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance

Abstract

Abstract. The objective of this research is to analize the effect of the education and training programm, motivation dan job environment again the performance of fieldworkers for family planning in Riau Province. This research takes 3 sample of r egency, that they are Pelalawan Regency, Siak Regency and Indragiri Hulu Regency . From above formula we can see that the regression coeffisien for three independent variables have a positive effect again dependent variables (perfrmance of fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province). The number of effect contributed by the education and training programm, motivation and job environment again the performance of fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province can be seen from determinated coefficient (R2) and the figure is 0,465 or 45,5%. While closed relationship between independent variables and dependent variable is indicated by the figure coefficient correlation (R) is 0,682.The parcial test indicated that the biggest tratio is found on variable the education and training programm (X1) the tratio= 4,598 > ttabel= 1,662 with the r 2 = 44,0%. This result indicates that the education and training programm has the main factor again performance of fieldworkers of family planning in Riau Province.Keywords : the education and training programm, motivation, job environment, performance of fieldworkers.

Abstract

the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotion and store atmosphere on shopping emotion and impulse buying at Giant Pekanbaru. Collecting data using a questionnaire with sample of 150 respondents who are customers of Giant Pekanbaru with convenience sample method. The technique of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of a statistical software package AMOS. The results of the analysis prove that the sales promotion and store atmosphere positive and significant effect on emotion shopping. Sales promotion and store atmosphere are carried by Giant to increase a feeling of satisfaction, feeling comfortable and enjoi when shopping at Giant. Meanwhile, sales promotion and store atmosphere positive effect but not significant to impulse buying. Sales promotion and store atmosphere that was done by a Giant not make customers buy goods outside of the planned shopping list (impulse buying). Shopping emotion positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Giant priorities to increase impulse buying is to create shopping emotion first. Shopping emotion can be established by observing the atmosphere inside and outside outlets like music, design outlets and entrances. Giant also have to make more variations of sales promotions that will attract customers to continue to shop like a free sample multiply and hold a member card.Keywords : Sales Promotion , Store Atmosphere, Shopping Emotion and Impulse Buying

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of each factor of the quality of services , both directly and through perceived value , the decision to choose. Research using 200 respondents , selected by purposive sampling method , using questionnaires in data collection . Structural equation modeling analysis method using the Partial Least Square that does not need to meet the various requirements of data assumptions. . The evidence suggests , predictive models of service quality to the perception of value in the criteria that tend to moderate and moderately well . But the only factor of professionalism and skill , reliability and trustworthiness , accessibility and flexibility as well as a significant positive effect , with professionalism and skill as the most important factor heightens the perception of value . On the other hand , only the accessibility and flexibility as the sole factor in the quality of services that are directly significant , but with a negative influence on the decision to choose . The good predictive models perception of shared values to the seven factors of service quality , more because of the perceived value of a positive role in pushing the decision to choose . Increased availability of electric power capacity , the operating system that supported the process of professional services , can enhance perceptions of service quality and value . Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to the Customer rTust and Customer Loyalty at Bank BRI Branch pekanbaru Imam Munandar . Quantitative r esearch was conducted on a population of customer deposits with a total sample of 150 customers, Savings, deposits and current accounts using proportional stratified random sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study is a survey and observation using data analysis techniques Path Analysis with SPSS. The results showed that all dimensions of CRM: People, Process, and Technology in partial significant effect on Customer T rust. Customer Trusth as a significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, education and training, and motivation on employee performance at the Manpower and T ransmigration Indragiri Hilir, either partially or simultaneously. Samples from this study wer e all employees at the Department of Manpower and T ransmigration Indragiri Hilir in 2014, amounting to 67 people. This study uses the method of testing multiple linear regression, F-test and t-test. F test was used to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously / synchronously, while the t-test to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially with a significant level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the variable of organizational culture, education and training, and motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. It can be seen from the value of F calculated value greater propagators F table. While partially only education and training variables that significantly influence the performance of employees, while the variable organizational culture and motivation variables had no significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: employee performance, organizational culture, education and training, and motivation
