Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of factors leadership, career development and motivation on job satisfaction of employee of Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch Office Pekanbaru. As the dependent variable is a leadership, career development and motivation, while the independent variable is job satisfaction. The method of analysis used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis method and inferential statistics through Multiple Regression. Methods Research using census method, in which the entire population of as many as 111 employees of Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch Office Pekanbaru, used as a sample as well as research respondents. Before testing the hypothesis, test the validity and reliability of the primary data questionnaire using SPSS version 17.0. Regression equations were then tested with analysis of classical assumption of normality test, Multicollinearity Test, Test Heteroskidastity and Test Autocorrelation. Analysis of the influence of the independent variables with the dependent variable analysis performed with the t test, F test, the coefficient determinant (Adjusted R2) and correlation coefficient (R).Partial results showed leadership factor has no effect on employee job satisfaction but simultantly factors of leadership, career development and motivation has an influence on employee job satisfaction of Riau Kepri Bank Main Branch Office PekanbaruKeywords: Leadership, Career Development, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Leadership towards employees Performance In Indragiri Hulu District Secretariat, both parisially and silmultantly.This research took a sample of 138 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Indragiri Hulu. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression model and analyzed by using statistical tests SPPS program version 17.00. whereas for the hypothesis test, the researcher used the F statistical test, test of determination (R2), t test and test of correlation (r2). Method of data collection used is questionnaires with ordinal preliminary data that has been converted into a range by using the method of successive intervals (MSI).The coefficient determination developed by R2 is the relationship proportion between Y to X which is obtained that the R Squere is 0,139, or 14%. Organizational culture, discipline, and leadership while the remaining 86% is influenced by other variables which are not included in this research model. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that there is influence between organizational culture and work discipline and leadership silmultanly and significantly. While partially organizational culture, and work discipline influence significantly to the Regional Secretariat Employee Performance in Indragiri Hulu, whereas there is no significant effect of the leadership on employee performance of Indragiri Hulu District Secretariat. Variable of organizational culture is the dominant variable affecting the performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Discipline, Leadership, and Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Training and Motivation Employee Performance at Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Research done at the Meranti Islands Regency Regency Office with research subjects were employees , the survey method used is the technique of multiple regression analysis . Samples were employees at Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, amounting to 75 people selected by simple random sampling technique . The instrument used to collect data is by using questionnaires . Validity was tested by using Product Moment formula and instrument reliability coefficients calculated using alpha Cronbach formula. The results showed that : ( 1 ) There is a positive effect of organizational culture , education and training and motivation on employee performance simultaneously at Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti at Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. ( 2 ) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on the performance of partially at Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti ( 3 ) There is a positive effect of education and training on employee performance partially at Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. ( 4 ) There is a positive effect of motivation on employee performance partially Regent Office Meranti Islands . To the staff at Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti Regent advised to improve its performance as an effort to achieve organizational goals through education and training in order to improve their competence as an employee .Keywords : Performance , organizational culture , Education and Training and Motivation

Abstract

Analisis Relationship Marketing And Customer Satisfaction to Customer Retention On PT. Muamalat Bank Bangkinangs Branch, under guidance Samsir and Sri Restuti. This research has a purpose to test relationship marketings influence, customer satisfaction to customer retention. That variable purpose in consideration former research results, same under consideration variable relationship marketing. That variable purpose get to determine excesses and lack for on PT. Muamalat Bank Bangkinangs Branch.This observational sample is client. PT Muamalat Bank Bangkinangs Branch, to amount to 112 person. Structural Equation is Modelling (SEM) one that carried on by AMOS software, utilized for analisis data, analisis result points out that relationship marketing having for positive and signifikan via customer satisfaction to customer retention and customer satisfaction having for positive and signifikan to customer retention.Result observationaling to betoken that to increase customer retention, one that makes an acquisition be of important from emulation among bank that is at Bangkinang. PT. Muamalat Bank Bangkinangs Branch needs to notice factors as relationship marketing on conflict handling point and communication, all that has improved again to be able to reach for client point, and top was winked by client, since that factor is evident high regard its lows client satisfaction that regard defensive client or customer retention. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of educational training and job performance of the compensation received by employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pekanbaru Regional Office. The method of analysis used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis method and inferential statistics through Multiple Regression. The method of research using survey methods, of the number of population of 1101 employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office Pekanbaru taken a sample of 294 respondents with a stratified random sampling technique. Abstract

The success of a company is certainly mostly dominat of the results performance of employees in work units operate. Object of this research is employees of pulp production at PT. Riau Riau Pulp Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership and motivation on the employee’s performance..The numbering of research population is 92 peoples, While the sample used non staff employees totally is 78 peoples. Method of data collection using the questionnaire, where is ordinal data converted to interval data with using method of successive interval (MSI).The hypothesis research use multiple regression analysis with Y = 11,003 – 0,168X1 + 0,3342X2 + 0,204X3. Test results of coefficient determination (R2) is 30.3%, which gives sense that the contribution of 30.3% given by the variable work discipline, leadership and motivation to employees performance. The analysis showed that work discipline, leadership and motivation simultaneously had a significant effect and positive impact to emplyoyees performance. Leadership is given contribute the mostly in this tesis with value is 47,7%.Keywords : work discipline, leadership, motivation and employee performance

Abstract

The rapid use of smartphones contributed to growing number of Internet subscribers in Indonesia. In 2013, internet users in Indonesia was 35million, 65% of the user used smartphones. XL provider as an internet serv ice provider inIndonesia is one of the biggest and oldest operator after Telkomsel and Indosat. The purposeof this research is to determine the brand personality of XL provider on brand awareness andperceived quality on purchase decision of XL card provider in Pekanbaru city185questionaires were distributed to XL provider users who used this brand for about 6 months inPekanbaru by using snowball sampling method to spread the questionnaire, and then usingSmart PLS as a data analysis tool. The findings suggest that the results of the brandpersonality affects brand awareness and perceived quality significantly. Furthermore, brandawareness and perceived quality affected the purchasing decision significantly, then thepersonality of the brand does not significantly influence the purchase decision. In the indirecttest, brand personality influence purchasing decisions through brand awareness and perceivedquality..Keywords: brand personality, brand awareness, perceived quality, purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance in the construction services industry will be seen by the performance of the Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Return On Assets and Return On Equity and its impact on company value so it can be a reference for investors and prospective investors to look at and assess the companies financial condition. Furthermore, it can obtain the most influential indicators between EVA, MVA, ROA and ROE to the Companys value.This study uses a quantitative study with nine samples are listed construction company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data obtained through the online medium to collect the Yahoo Finance reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange and then analyzed with multiple regression effect on the level of 95% with the help of Statistic Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 17.The results showed that, all of nine companies have created a good value added for shareholders, although there are any companies that have lowered the value of his company. The results of this study indicate that the variable EVA, MVA, ROA and ROE are simultaneous and significant effect on the value of the Company. Partial test showed that MVA and ROA significant effect on the Companys value, while the EVA and ROE and no significant negative effect on the value of the Company. The results of the analysis of the standardized beta coefficients of each independent variable showed that MVA is the most dominant influence.Key words: Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Corporate Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude seen effect of motivation and discipline of work satisfaction and performance PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru. As for the object of the object of study is the employees at PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru.In this study,the population is population is PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru totaling 173 people, while the sample amounted to 63 employees. The data collected in the form of quantitative data and qualitative consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from employees of PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru through observation and questionnaires.To find out how much discipline and motivation on employee satisfaction with performance. So the way I did it was by using descriptive method that the entire result of the study could be linked to the theories contained in the theoretical description. To find out what are the factors that affect the performance of employees, it can be done by using a two-stage regression.Based on the research results and calculations indicate that motivation has an influence on satisfaction by 0.284 or 28.4%, and the discipline has an influence on the satisfaction of 0.355 or 35.5%, while satisfaction has an influence on the performance of employees is 0.215 or 21.5% in PT. Supra Peputra Jaya Pekanbaru.Keywords : Motivation, Discipline, Employee Satisfaction and Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organization culture and supervision on the performance through employee commitment in Riau Kepri Bank. The research method used is descriptive. The population in this research are 147 employees customer service. By using a Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method it has been obtained 106 respondents. Data collected with questionares. Techniques of data analysis is using path analysis.The result show that organization culture have a significant and positif influence on the commitment; supervision have not a significant and negatif influence on the commitment; commitmen have a significant and positif influence on the performance; organization culture have a significant and positif influence on the performance; supervision have not a significant and negatif influence on the performance; influence organization culture to performance through employee commitmen more bigger than influence organization culture on performance; influence supervision to performance through employee commitmen have not give contribution to develope employee performance.Keywords: organization culture, supervision, commitment, and performance.
