Abstract

This aims of this study is to compare the performance of employees ofthe regional water utility company (PDAM) (case study of PDAM Tirta Siak andTirta Kampar). This research uses primary data, namely data obtained frominterviews and administering questionnaire to all employees of PDAM Tirta Siakand Tirta Kampar. Secondary data obtained relates to the history of the object ofresearch and organizational structure. Th samples size were 93 employees ofPDAM Tirta Siak and 96 employees of PDAM Tirta Kampar. The analyticalmethod used of this research is a multiple liniear regression analysis andindependent sample t-test in the form of spss version 24 program.The results of this study indicate that 1) partially and simultaneouslyleadership, motivation and compensation have a positif and significant effect onthe performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Siak. 2) partially andsimultaneously leadership, motivation and compensation have a positive andsignificant effect on the performance of employees of PADM Tirta Kampar. 3)there is a difference between performance of employess PDAM Tirta Siak andTirta Kampar, the performance of PDAM Tirta Siak is better than PDAM Tirta Kampar.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Prima Rintis which is located on Jl.Soekarno Hatta 235, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to find out andanalyze the influence of abilities, personality, and attitudes towards the morale ofPT. Prima Rintis Kota Pekanbaru, to find out and analyze the influence ofabilities, personality, and attitudes towards the performance of PT. Prima RintisPekanbaru City, and to know and analyze the influence of abilities, personality,and attitudes towards performance through the morale of employees of PT. PrimaRintis Pekanbaru City. Where in this study the population is all employees at PT.Prima Rintis. In conducting this study the authors took samples from a populationof 95 employees and processed data using path analysis methods with the SPSSprogram. Based on the discussion and results of the study, several conclusionscan be made such as the following: Ability has a dominant and strong influenceon the morale of PT. Prima Rintis Pekanbaru City, Personality has a dominantand strong influence on employee morale, Work attitude has a dominant andstrong influence on employee morale, Ability does not have a significant effect onemployee performance, Personality has a dominant and strong influence onemployee performance, Attitude work has a dominant and strong influence onemployee performance. The spirit of work has a dominant and strong influence onemployee performance. The spirit of work is not able to mediate the effect ofability on employee performance. The spirit of work is able to mediate theinfluence of personality on employee performance, and work spirit can mediate influence work attitude towards employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-WOM, Online ShoppingExperience and Trust on Shopee E-commerce Purchasing Decisions andSatisfaction on Post-Graduate Students at the University of Riau. The totalpopulation of active graduate students of University of Riau in 2018 is 3.917students, then a purposive sampling approach is used with a sample of 165people. The results of the analysis show that e-WOM, Online ShoppingExperience and Trust has a significant effect on Shopee E-commerce PurchasingDecision and Satisfaction in Post-Graduate Students of the University of Riau.Goodness of Fit shows a value of 0.539> 0.36 GoFLarge. This shows that theindependent variable in the model is able to predict the dependent variable well.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah Untukmengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerjakaryawan dan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerjakaryawan PT. Perindustrian & Perdagangan Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukanpada PT. Perindustrian & Perdagangan Bangkinang Pekanbaru khususnya padabagian produksi yang berlokasi di Jalan Taskurun/ Jalan Duku No. 9 KelurahanWonorejo Kecamatan Sukajadi Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahseluruh karyawan PT. Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Bangkinang Pekanbaruyaitu sejumlah 158 orang. sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, makadapat di ambil kesimpulan pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja terhadapterhadap kinerja sebesar 0,216. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungankerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,241. Dengan demikianmaka pengaruh tidak langsung (0,241)>pengaruh langsung (0,216). Artinyalingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasankerja. pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,159.Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,191

Abstract

The level of competition in the insurance industry is currentlyincreasingly showing improvement. This is seen from the number of companiesoffering life insurance services in Indonesia, especially in Padang, West Sumatra.Therefore, to be able to survive in the life insurance industry, Jiwasraya must beable to maintain customers and increase the number of customers. One strategy isto improve service quality. Because this will be able to shape customersatisfaction and loyalty.This research will be carried out by the Jiwasraya insurance customer inPadang Branch. Research location spread in the Padang Branch Area, with asample of 100 customers. The data collection technique used is using aquestionnaire. Whereas for analyzing data, the SPSS 17.00 for Windows andSmartPLS programs are used.The results of this study indicate that: 1) service quality affects thesatisfaction of Jiwasraya insurance customers 2) service quality affects the loyaltyof Jiwasraya's insurance customers; 3) customer satisfaction affects the loyalty ofJiwasraya insurance customers, 4) service quality affects the loyalty ofJiwasraya's insurance customers through customer satisfaction.Based on the results of the study, the company must be able to increasecustomer satisfaction, one of which is to improve and improve the quality of services provided to customers.
