Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence and career developmentto job satisfaction through employee motivation Main Branch Bank Riau RiauPekanbaruJob satisfaction is one of the human output of a series of processes in organizationalbehavior. This attitude is fueled by motivation, competency and career development.Motivation affects the behaviors of employees, and job satisfaction. Competence isone reason that causes motivated employees, but it also affects the career development ofemployee motivation.The analysis tool used is path analysis. To test the effect of variablepartially used test of significance using the partial effect of á 5%. To test the effect ofmediation used path analysis (Test Path). The object of this study are employees of BankRiau Riau Main Branch Pekanbaru, with a sample or respondents were 110 people.Theconclusion of this study is variable competence and career development of positive andsignificant impact on work motivation variable, the variable competence and career developmentof positive and significant impact on job satisfaction variables From the resultsof this research can be pursued to increase job satisfaction in the neighborhoodBanki Riau Riau Main Branch Pekanbaru by implementing competency and career developmentfor correct and enhance work motivation, as one of the maintenance effort ofhuman resources within the organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of liquidity, leverageand profitability toward firm value and to determine the effect of dividend policy onthe relationship liquidity, leverage and profitability on firm value.The population in thisstudy is the Regional Development Banks registered in Bank Indonesia in 2001-2011 asmany as 24 banks. To determine sample were use purposive random sampling, there wereonly 15 banks that meet the criteria and to analyze the data was used multiple linearregression method.The study states that the leverage (DER) and profitability (ROA) revealeda significant effect on firm value. While the liquidity variable (LDR) declared nosignificant effect on firm value. For moderating variable dividend policy, the results showedthat leverage (DER) with a dividend policy as a moderating variable and profitability(ROA) with dividend policy as a moderating variable declared significant effect on firmvalue . While liquidity with the dividend policy as a moderating variable declared nosignificant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil II inPekanbaru. This research aimed to observe the effect of knowledge management andorganizational learning on career development and employees’ performance.This researchused 138 respondents as sample and used purposive sampling as sampling method. Pathanalysis used to determine the effect of career development as mediating variable in therelationship between knowledge management and organizational learning to employeesperformance.The result showed that knowledge management and organizational learninghad significant effect on career development, then knowledge management and careerdevelopment were also having significant effect on employees’ performance. Besidethat, career development mediated the relationship between knowledge management andorganizational learning on employees’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of compensation and communicationon job satisfaction and performance of employees of the plant.The analytical toolis a two-stage regression with SPSS 17 for windows. The research method is descriptivequantitative. Samples are employees of the plant amounts to 126 people. Data collectiontechniques are questionnaires and interviews.Results from this research indicate that: (1)Compensation and communication together affect the job satisfaction of employees ofthe plant. (2) Compensation effect on job satisfaction of employees of the plant (3) Communicationaffect the job satisfaction of employees of the plant. (4) Job satisfaction affectthe performance of employees of the plant.Results of the research have implicationsfor compensation and communication of employees that needs to be improved in order toincrease job satisfaction and if employees satisfaction in the plant increases, the performanceof employees of the plant will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work stressand compensation on morale and performance of employees of Bank Rakyat IndonesiaBranch Office Sudirman Pekanbaru. The analytical method used in this research is descriptivestatistical analysis and inferential statistics through Multiple RegressionAnalysis.This research method used survey method, with a total population of 132 respondentswere entirely permanent employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch OfficeSudirman Pekanbaru. Before testing the hypothesis, test the validity and reliability of theprimary data questionnaire using SPSS version 17.0. The regression equation was thentested with an analysis of the classical assumption of normality test, multiolinieritas,heterocedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Analysis of the influence depeden andindependent variables was analyzed with t-test, F, determinant coefficient (R ²) and correlationcoefficient (R)Results of research addressing partially and simultaneously factorleadership style, job stress and compensation has a positive and significant impact onmorale and performance of employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office SudirmanPekanbaru.

Abstract

Organization Study, Motivation and Leadership To Performance TreatmentEnergy in Sub-Province Area Public Hospital Siak.Research is done in Rumah SakitUmum Daerah (RSUD) Kabupaten Siak in having address King Kecik road No. 01Kampung Dalam, Siak Sri Indrapura Kabupaten Siak. Research is started from Februari2015 up to August 2016. Sample in this research is 68 or all population. Sampling basedon census method. While to analyse data, writer applies doubled linear regression methodwith help of fighting SPSS Versi 170.Based on test result f it is known that organizationstudy variable (X1), motivation of job (X2) and leadership (X3) joinly influential to treatmentenergy performance in Rumah Sakit Umum Kabupaten Siak. Based on test result tindicates that organization study variable (X1), motivation of job (X2) and leadership (X3)influential directly to treatment energy performance in Rumah Sakit Umum DaerahKabupaten Siak.Based on coefficient of determination test result (R2) obtained R Square0628. This value then will be altered to form of gratuity. This mean contribution percentageof organization study variable influence (X1), motivation of job (X2) and leadership(X3) to treatment energy performance in Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Siakequal to 62,8% while the rest 37,2% influenced by other variable of which is not checkedin this research.

Abstract

This research was conducted in MNC Bank Sumatera region. The purposeof this study was to determine the effect, directly or indirectly variable compensation,work environment and career development to job satisfaction and turnoverintention.This study population by 135 people who are employees of MNC Bank ofSumatera. Selection of the sample conducted with random sampling. Variables used arecompensation, work environment and career development as the dependent variable, turnoverintention as an independent variable .The results of this experiment showed thatcompensation has a direct impact on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The resultsshowed that analysys path reduces job satisfaction is able to turn over intention, as wellas compensation, work environment and career development can improve job satisfactionand lower turnover intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the General Hospital Arifin AchmadPekanbaru. The purpose was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction andwork motivation on organizational commitment, and then to determine and analyze theeffect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance and to determinethe influence of organizational commitment to employee performance, and to investigateand analyze the influence job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performancethrough organizational commitment to employee outpatient at Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru.Asfor the type of data used in this research using primary and secondary data. With a totalpopulation of 149 employees and a total sample of 109 employees. Sampling using simplerandom sampling method. While analyzing the data, the authors use Path Analysis (PathAnalysis) with the help of the SPSS version 17.0.Based on the analysis of test results Line(Path Analysis) is known that job satisfaction and motivation striving to variable employeeperformance. While the indirect effect through organizational commitment. This showsthat the variable of organizational commitment capable of mediating variables jobsatisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. Therefore, to improveperformance still needed an increase in job satisfaction as attention to salaries,allowances, promotions, responsibility, achievement and their attitude of feelingchallenged, while motivation by taking into account the interests and talents of employees,the tranquility of employee attitudes toward, interaction with colleagues, interaction withsuperiors, environmental conditions, working time arrangements and working equipmentand can implement organizational commitment so that employee performance willincreased.

Abstract

The research held in 8 operating office of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara(BTN) in Pekanbaru. The aim is to know the influence of leadership, job placement andwork relationship to employee’s performance. Population are employees of 8 BTN operatingoffices in Pekanbaru that cosists of 255 employees,while sample number are 156that using Slovin technique and sampling technique by uses cluster sampling and purposivesampling. Data analysis tool is descriptive quantitative by using multiple regressionanalysis. The study reveals that leadership, job placement and work relationship significantlyinfluence employee’s performance partially and simultaneusly. Job placement wasfound to be the most dominant factor that influences employee’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to observe the influence of capital structure,growth company and profitability directly through the value of company and to findout the influence of capital structure and growth of company which is mediate by profitabilitytoward the company value directly and indirectly. The population of this researchis manufacturing company which has registered in BEI 2008-2012 for 221 manufacturingcompanies. The sample of this research is purposive sampling method, and the resultis 93 companies as sample. The analysis method is strip analysis. The result of this researchproved that there is no influence of capital structure through the value of companysignificantly, there is no influence of the capital structure through value of MediationCompany by profitability, there is no influence of growth company through value of companysignificantly, there is significant influence of growth company which has mediatedby profitability indirectly through company value and profitability has influenced throughthe value of company.
