Abstract

Teachers skills in the collection and writing of folklore needs to be improved so that the cultural heritage of ancestors can be preserved. Furthermore, teachers develop learning model with storytelling folklore virtue that can be absorbed by the students. Learning model mythlogos- ethos could explain the mandate contained in folklore. Abstract

The general objective of classroom action research is to improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian language teaching while the specific goal to improve students' skills in making simple sentences through Learning Model Picture and Picture-Based Local Wisdom in Class III State Elementary School Kalisube first semester of school year 2015 / 2016. Subjects were all third grade students of State Elementary School District of Banyumas Kalisube first semester of academic year 2015/2016 the number of students 31 students consisting of 17 male students and 14 female students. Implementation of Class Action Research through two cycles of the first cycle and the second cycle. Research shows that learning outcomes Indonesian material to make a simple sentence on the initial conditions is very low at an average value only reaches 72.1 class that is still under KKM (limit class completeness) are 75. Then once held the action in the first cycle by means teaching teachers use learning model Picture and Picture-Based Local Wisdom average value that was originally only 72.1 rose to 74 as well as learning the liveliness of 61.3%. After holding action on the second cycle with the teacher in the learning using learning model Picture and Picture- Based Local Wisdom with some pictures of puppet characters Banyumas held by all the students the value of the average grade in the first cycle 74 rose to 95 and activeness study reached 87, 1%. The conclusion in the classroom action research based on the study of theory and empirical data turns with use of the learning model Picture and Picture-Based Local Wisdom increased. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase learning outcomes/result of 5th grade SDN 1 Karanganyar Patikraja Banyumas for Social lesson with the topic to Appreciating the Characters Struggle to maintain independence through the application of the group discussion method. This Research is using Classroom Actions Research which implemented in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stage, those stages are planning/designs, actions, observations, and reflections. Data collection can be done by test, observation and questionnaire. Indicator of the success of actions in this research is if the increasing of learning outcomes is at least 85% from all students has reach KKM of Social lesson 68. This research conclude that: Application of the group discussion method can increase outcomes/result learning in social lesson for the topic to Appreciating the Characters Struggle to maintain independence of 5th grade SDN 1 Karanganyar Patikraja Banyumas in academic year 2013 – 2014. it is seen from the student learning outcomes score in the cognitive cycle 1 to obtain an average of 74 to 88% of completeness, in cycle 2 increased to an average score of 82 to 100% completeness. The psychomotor domain of learning outcomes scores obtained in cycle 1 at 79 with good categories, and has increase in cycle 2 to 83 with good category too. The affective domain of learning outcomes in cycle 1 scores obtained at 81 and increased to 83 in cycle 2 with both excellent categories. Abstract

Fluently of writing thessis is influenced by many factors, such as: how to understand early childhood probleme, student’s competence in writing, how to understanding ressearch methods, and conselling process. The problem of this ressearch is accounting how much correlate value between score of subject matter and frequencies of conselling to fluently of writing the thessis. This ressearch is used quantitative methodes to analize, correlation. Outcome of this ressearch showed that values of correlation between score subject ‘persiapan skripsi’and times what needed to finished thessis is the biggest than the other (- 0,412) and values of correlation between statistics subject and times what needed to finished thessis is the smallest than the other (-0,362). motivation in learning history through Cooperative models of type Picture and Picture in class XI SMA N 1 Kelam Permai Sintang District?” This study used action research (action research) conducted through two cycles with each cycle stages are planning, action, observation, and reflection. And forms of research that action research (classroom action research). Subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS 3 Kelam Permai Sintang District academic year 2014/2015, amounting to 27 people and 1 subject teachers of history. Data were obtained through classroom observation and documentation of the results of the actions taken and the data about the image, with this action research will note an increase or decrease after the class actions do persiklus. Research result are (1) Students motivation before using the model type Cooperativ Picture and Picture in class XI sejarahdi learning SMA N 1 Kelam Permai Sintang District the percentage of student motivation 57.0% categorized enough this can be seen from the results of pre-action that researchers do. Student motivation before using the model Cooperative Picture and Picture type varies greatly, since most of the students' motivation is still arguably less, because students are more likely to still passive, busy with their own activities and are less motivated to learn, (2) Application of Cooperative models of type Picture and Picture in pemebalajaran history in class XI IPS 3 SMAN 1 Kelam Permai Sintang District has implemented optimally and effectively. It can be seen from the students' motivation where students are more active, the students were interested and enthusiastic to follow the teaching of history. Because learning Cooperative models of type Picture and Picture is a learning model that uses paired images or sorted into order logis, (3)There is an increase in students' motivation in learning history in class XI SMA N 1 Kelam Permai Sintang. This is evident from the average value of student learning ratamotivasi before using the model Cooperative Picture and Picture mode is 57.0% with less category, and after using the model Cooperative type Picture and Picture in the first cycle was 72.4% in the category quite well and then in the second cycle can be obtained average value of students' motivation is at 85.7% categorized either. Means of pre-action to cycle 1 rose to 15.4% and in the second cycle, up 13.3%. It shows that the motivation of students of class XI IPS 3 SMAN 1 Kelam Permai Sintang District after using the model type Picture and Picture Cooperative has increased, as well as student motivation categorized either. Abstract

The aim in this study was to determine the effect of the application of learning models inside outside circle of the student learning outcomes material early life of the Indonesian people for class X State Senior High School 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya. The independent variable in this study is a learning model Inside Outside Circle. The dependent variable in this research is student learning outcomes. The hypothesis of this study is the application of learning models are the effect of Inside Outside Circle on student learning outcomes material early life of the Indonesian people for class X State Senior High School 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya. This is a form of preexperimental research design. The design used in this study is one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were students of class X State Senior High School 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya 2014-2015 academic year of six classes. Techniques used in collecting the data is the measurement data collection tool is a test student learning outcomes. Results showed the conclusions: (1) The average value of student learning outcomes before using model Inside Outside Circle material early life of the Indonesian people for class X State Senior High School 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya was 63 with a standard deviation of 11, 10. (2) The average value of student learning outcomes after using model material Inside Outside Circle early life of the Indonesian people for class X State Senior High School 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya is 77 with a standard deviation of 9.28. (3) There is the effect of the application of learning models Inside Outside Circle on student learning outcomes material early life of the Indonesian people for class X State Senior High School 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya. Abstract

The goal of the research was to develop a comprehension based reading model through graphic organizers. The subjects of the research were fourth semester students of English Education Department of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. The test was aimed at getting clear descriptions on the students’ reading comprehension. The result of data analysis showed that most reading classes (>80) still applied teacher centered approach, even though the teacher did not apply reading classes in rhetoric way anymore. From the observation, it was clear that the exercises designed were not exactly based on contextual understanding. Exercises on difficult words were still much focused on a lexically based work out. Besides that, the reading instructions did not really focus on the whole text content comprehension as the exercises were much oriented on partial comprehension questions, for example just by asking and discussing the main idea of paragraphs. To make the instructions even worse, the teacher did not have a good mind set in applying cooperative nor collaborative learning activities. Some good points the teacher had were on no reading aloud and translation activities. The questionnaire result showed that the student’s interest was not as high as we expected. The test result on their comprehension in their pre-test only showed 47. 50. To solve this problem, the reading classes applied graphic organizers in cooperative and collaborative learning activities. After treatments, the result of their comprehension developed well, from pre-test score 47. 50 to 56. 13 in their post test. This means that their comprehension achievement improved 18.17 %. After having well-rehearsed in reading on graphic organizers, the students did not only get better comprehension results but they also had better-than-desired involvement in classroom activities. Students also commented that they had better understanding and better psychological feeling in reading English texts. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the understanding of local history with tolerance education students history IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The variables in this study are as follows, namely: 1) The independent variables, namely "understanding of local history", 2) The dependent variable, namely "tolerance". The method used in this research is descriptive method, with the form of research studies the relationship. Total population sample of 139 college students and 40 students of fourth semester majoring in history education, data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques and techniques of documentary studies. Research tool used in the form of a questionnaire. While the data processing techniques used formula r product moment. The conclusion from this study indicate that: "There is a relationship between the understanding of local history with tolerance education students history IKIP PGRI Pontianak ". The conclusion is evident in the calculation of the data shows that there is a relationship of 0.822 with the category of "Very Strong". Keywords: local history, tolerance

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' learning difficulties in terms of location, type and causes difficulty learning courses Linear Model. From the results of research conducted obtained: (1) the location of the learning difficulties of students in a course linear model , the indicators 2.3.1 to calculate the statistical test one way Multivariate Anova in solving problems has highest indicators of achievement that is 83,125 %, (2) The types of difficulty student learning in courses linear model, the most errors made by students in false beliefs. This suggests that students experiencing difficulty learning course materials Linear Models on the principle of ability to percentage (39.352 %). It is seen from the mistakes made by students in solving problems. Therefore it is vital that students know and master the concepts and procedures that are appropriate in solving a given problem. Key words : location , types and causes learning difficulties, diagnostic test.
