Abstract

The development of the world of transportation in modern times is growing rapidly. This is evidenced by the number of transportation services that have followed the times, for example the transportation application that is widely used by the community, one of which is Go-Jek. Go-Jek is widely used for transportation services other than as a transportation service to take someone to their destination. But Go-Jek is now used for food delivery services called Go-Food. The object of this research is a study at Karywan PT. Cita Adi Sarana Indonesia, Gresik Branch. This research is quantitative in nature by providing questionnaire data to the sample of researchers. This is the sample of researchers as many as 60 people. The analytical tools in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple correlation, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. Service quality (X2), company image (X3), and price (X4) have tcount ttable, namely Consumer Behavior tcount 2,374 ttable 2,004, Service Quality tcount 2,278 ttable 2,004, Company image tcount 2,288 ttable 2,004, and Price tcount 2.683 t table 2.004 means that the results are considered that all independent variables partially influence the Purchase Decision. In the F test, it states that Fcount Ftable, namely 20.234 2.54, which means that the independent variable has a silmutan effect on Purchasing Decisions. In this study, the linear regression equation is Y = 0.158 + 0.246X1 + 0.281X2 + 0.241X3 + 0.251X4, which means that the Service Quality (X2) variable is the most dominant variable in purchasing decisions. This is based on the results of the regression value which is greater than the value of the other independent variables, namely 0.281.

Abstract

This study tested foreign language skills, especially in English, communication skills and education of more than 120 employees from 17 Islamic hotels in Indonesia with the random sampling method of selecting samples which were tested through the English language proficiency test using the experience test method which was carried out in a period of years. Month 1 of 2015 to month 1 of 2020. Test results are measured on a Likert scale. They are aggregated and compared with hotel performance collected from more than 150 annual reports from all sharia hotels in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, magazines, scientific articles, and books for 2015 to 2020. Use content analysis using the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) method. Providing insights about ESP aims to improve hotel employees' performance to facilitate communication in serving foreign guests. In researching this data, we triangulated the results of the analysis content carried out. We used the quantitative method Vector Error Correction Model to triangulate the qualitative conclusions that we used by analyzing the estimated results of employee responses in communication skills and effective survival in generating profits in the sharia hotel business listed in Indonesia stock exchange with a note that it can improve the financial performance of Islamic hotels from 2015 to 2019. The analysis used ispooled cross section regression. The estimation results using Ordinary Least Square(OLS) found as follows. The OLS estimation found in terms of social diversity, thedistribution of access to electricity outside Java is better than in Java. Meanwhile, based on economic diversity and geographical barriers and accessibility, villages inJava have better access to electricity than Non-Java.

Abstract

Poverty is a long-term problem in economic development in a country, especially developing countries. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, population, the number of unemployed (TPT), minimum wage, and human development index (IPM) on poverty in Bali Province. The approach used in this research is quantitative with secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for 2015-2020. The method used to analyze the factors that influence poverty in Bali Province is panel data regression. Based on the results of the study showed that partial economic growth has no effect on poverty. This condition occurs because economic growth in Bali Province has not been inclusive. The minimum wage and the Human Development Index have a negative effect on poverty so an increase in the minimum wage and the HDI will reduce poverty significantly. The number of unemployed and the total population have a positive effect on poverty in the Province of Bali. Simultaneously economic growth, population, number of unemployed (TPT), minimum wage, and human development index (IPM) have a significant effect on poverty in Bali Province.

The findings of this study are that young workers, male, low-educated, unmarried status, and living in urban areas, tend to be precarious workers. Those who work in the manufacturing industry and less than one year of work experience are more likely to become precarious workers. Health is a human right and one of the elements of welfare that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation referred to in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Health is an indicator of welfare for the community, so that every community has the right to obtain health services good and quality. The level of welfare is one of the achievements of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The problem that forms the basis of this research is to find out how much influence labor and marriage have on the level of social welfare, especially in the health sector in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method with a linear regression model using secondary data. To find out the variables that influence the level of household health on the level of welfare in Indonesia, the variables used are marital status and the employment sector. To explain the level of household welfare, a cross-tabulation analysis was carried out. Meanwhile, to examine the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, linear regression analysis was used. The research results obtained that the level of welfare in the health sector is influenced by employment variables and marriage variables. So it can be concluded that people who have jobs and are married have a much better level of welfare in the health sector. The hope is that all people in Indonesia are expected to obtain quality health facilities so that their level of welfare increases. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted all sectors of life, including the economy. One of the the sectors most negatively affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is textile and apparel industry. This study investigates Indonesian textile and apparel export volumes, exchange rate of rupiah to us dollar and covid-19 as a dummy variable on the export performance of textile and apparel industry. This study used data from Statistics Indonesia, the World Trade Organization and the Federal Reserve Bank for January 2019 to December 2020 and analyzed by using time series forecasting with multiple linear regression. The export performance of textiles and apparel is proxied by total export of Indonesian textiles and apparel. The result of this study indicates that performance of Indonesian textile and apparel exports during the covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia decreased by 11.04% compared to normal conditions. Instead of being affected by the pandemic in the country, the pandemic that occurred in export destination countries could also reduce the value of Indonesia's textile and apparel exports, with the highest declines occurring in the USA (23.85%). Government can start by reducing the requirements for export destinations to America to recover the value of textile and apparel exports. In addition, the government can also reduce the burden on textile and apparel companies during the pandemic.

Abstract

The Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs of the Republic of Indonesia stated that the number of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) has a market of up to 99.99% or around 62.9 million business units from all business actors nationally which absorbs labor up to 97% of the total employment. work proportionally. The development of MSMEs is a big change that is felt during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic, MSME actors must think about surviving for the sake of their business continuity. This condition limits the movement of community activities so that all consumer needs during the pandemic are transferred online. Digital marketing is one way to open communication between potential consumers and sellers, which is done without real-time restrictions. In the current digital era, many business actors do not have a shop directly, but they trade online or through internet media. The contribution of MSMEs to employment, both in developed and developing countries, including Indonesia, has a significant role in overcoming the problem of unemployment. In the current global economic era, business actors are required to make changes to increase their competitiveness. One of the most important factors is an information technology (IT). The use of IT can enhance business transformation with the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of exchanging information on a large scale. MSMEs are said to have global competitiveness if they can carry out their business operations in a reliable, balanced, and high-standard manner.
