Abstract

The Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs of the Republic of Indonesia stated that the number of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) has a market of up to 99.99% or around 62.9 million business units from all business actors nationally which absorbs labor up to 97% of the total employment. work proportionally. The development of MSMEs is a big change that is felt during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic, MSME actors must think about surviving for the sake of their business continuity. This condition limits the movement of community activities so that all consumer needs during the pandemic are transferred online. Digital marketing is one way to open communication between potential consumers and sellers, which is done without real-time restrictions. In the current digital era, many business actors do not have a shop directly, but they trade online or through internet media. The contribution of MSMEs to employment, both in developed and developing countries, including Indonesia, has a significant role in overcoming the problem of unemployment. In the current global economic era, business actors are required to make changes to increase their competitiveness. One of the most important factors is an information technology (IT). The use of IT can enhance business transformation with the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of exchanging information on a large scale. MSMEs are said to have global competitiveness if they can carry out their business operations in a reliable, balanced, and high-standard manner.

Abstract

The development of technological advances today is growing very rapidly. Currently, in various fields, an application sistem is needed which makes it a must and policy for every agency, both government and private, in data management that utilizes information as the basis for technology-based administration. The most important role in providing clinical services administratively with the use of information sistems must be owned by the hospital. At this time the management of information in hospitals has been implemented with the use of an electronic-based information sistem (SIMRS), every hospital requires a management information sistem (SIM) in improving the quality of medical services carried out. In an integrated hospital environment information sistem (SIMRS), the design of which can be used for all hospital activities into one integrated sistem so that it can be stored in a central database. The application of the use of applications that are stored in an existing case, data, and problems so that they can be turned into a new form without losing the basic values of the data, problems, and work itself.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price on consumer buying interest with free shipping as an intervening variable in the Shopee application. This type of research is quantitative. The location of this research is at the economics faculty of the University of West Sulawesi. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases on the Shopee application at the Faculty of Economics, West Sulawesi University, so in determining the sample for this study the Hair formula was used. The number of respondents obtained was 60. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 statistical method. The results of this research show that price has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, Price has a significant effect on free shipping, Free shipping has a significant effect on consumer buying interest and Price does not have a significant effect on consumer buying interest through free shipping.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate how service quality contributes to passenger loyalty in LCA Indonesia, considering satisfaction and trust. A survey was conducted with 400 respondents who used LCA services for domestic flights at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport in Makassar between 2021 and May 2022. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that service quality, passenger satisfaction, and trust are crucial in shaping loyalty. Satisfying services have the potential to foster trust, leading to passenger loyalty. Satisfaction and trust act as effective mediators of service quality and passenger loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of delivering high-quality services that meet passenger expectations and generate satisfaction. LCA Indonesia can build trust and establish a loyal customer base by exceeding customer expectations. Service quality is vital for providing positive experiences to passengers. Understanding the mediating roles of satisfaction and trust is also key. LCA Indonesia can enhance passenger loyalty by prioritizing service quality, improving satisfaction levels, and building trust among passengers. Addressing these factors strengthens the airline's competitive position and ensures long-term customer loyalty in a highly competitive market.

Abstract

Several variables influencing student loyalty formation include brand image, trust, and social media engagement. This research aims to understand brand loyalty within private universities in West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The study focuses on the influence of brand image and investigates the mediating roles of brand trust and social media engagement in shaping brand loyalty among students and alumni. The sample size of 148 respondents, including active students and non-graduating alums from public universities, was chosen to capture a diverse perspective on brand loyalty in higher education. The research method employed was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and the data was gathered from official social media accounts managed by four regional private universities. The aim was to provide a rigorous and comprehensive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the brand image of private tertiary institutions has a positive effect on brand trust, the brand image does not affect loyalty, brand image has a positive impact on social media engagement, brand trust has no effect on brand loyalty, social media engagement has no impact on brand loyalty, and there is no direct relationship between brand image loyalty through the variable brand trust and social media engagement and social media engagement. Brand image, trust, and social media engagement do not affect student loyalty. The company's managers strive through social media to provide information that consumers need anytime and anywhere, in addition to providing services related to advice and physical services offered on bicycle products through particular messages on social media.

Abstract

Desa Mammi merupakan salah satu desa di kecamatan Wonomulyo kabupaten Polewali Mandar, provinsi Sulawesi Barat dengan pemukiman yang padat serta mayoritas penduduknya adalah petani dan peternak. Hampir setiap halaman rumah penduduk sekitar di tanami berbagai jenis tanaman dan sayuran. Sayangnya di dalam budidaya jenis tanaman tersebut, masyarakat setempat hanya mengandalkan pupuk kandang, mereka tidak mengetahui alternatif pupuk lainnya yang juga mudah dibuat dengan penambahan bioaktivator mikroba dan bahan-bahannya merupakan limbah organik rumah tangga yang mereka biasa buang begitu saja hingga menimbulkan masalah lingkungan. Program edukasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat Desa Bumimulyo agar terstimulus dalam membuat pupuk organik berbasis mikroba secara mandiri sehingga dicapai pula tujuan tereduksinya jumlah buangan limbah rumah tangga melalui pemanfaatannya menjadi biofertilizer yang ramah lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah sosialisasi rancangan kegiatan, pelatihan/edukasi, monitoring, dan evaluasi untuk menunjang keberlanjutan program ini terus diterapkan oleh masyarakat Desa Mammi. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan angka keefektifan kegiatan sebesar 94%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa program edukasi ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan menjadi keterampilan baru masyarakat desa Mammi dalam mengonversi limbah organik rumah tangga menjadi pupuk berbasis mikroba.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial ratios to predict profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research samples taken from members of the population are 10 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data processing uses multiple linear regression and from the results of data processing and hypothesis testing, 1 (one) hypothesis is accepted, and 7 (seven) hypotheses are rejected. The conclusion in this study is that the liquidity ratio (Critical Ratio) and the liquidity ratio (Quick Ratio) do not have a significant effect on predicting profit growth, the activity ratio (Total Asset Turnover) and the activity ratio (Fixed Asset Turnover) do not have a significant effect on predicting profit growth. solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio) has no significant effect on predicting earnings growth and the solvency ratio (Debt Ratio) has a significant effect on predicting profit growth in banking companies listed on the IDX. The profitability ratio (Return on Assets) and the profitability ratio (Net Profit Margin) have no significant effect on predicting profit growth in banking companies listed on the IDX.Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Activity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Profitability Ratio

Abstract

This paper reports on a study at the Brawijaya University which investigated the factors which may affect end user sophistication in the use of computers. Quantitative data were gathered by survey from 126 computer users and structural equation modeling was used to test a conceptual model of user sophistication. The research findings emphasized the importance of computer self- efficacy, on-the-job opportunities to use computers, requisite training, and computer use; all were found to have effects on user sophistication. Task uncertainty was shown to negatively impact user sophistication. Important corroboratory evidence was also found for the role of computer self-efficacy in explaining IT-related behaviors. Overall, the research findings advance current understanding of how user sophistication is developed in, and influenced by, the working environment in this organization. The study concludes with a discussion of the implications for practitioners regarding the assessment and development of computing skills in the workplace.
