Abstract

Initially Yasinan represent activity of religious ritual which later; then round into local organization so that function as one of the strength of religious social. With formed its of organization, hence Jamaah Yasinan have role which progressively wide of among others as medium missionize and effective religious social activity means progressively. That thing is as conducted by fficial member of Jamaah Yasinan Al-Hidayah in Orchard of Brajan Countryside of Prayungan District Of Sawoo Ponorogo East Java. Since early fficial member of this Jamaah realize that from a number of media and method missionize performed within range of time 24 year ( l985-2009) hence activity of Yasinan assessed most successful in sending society transformation of abangan become religious society. Hence pursuant to experience, official member of Al-Hidayah intend to develop role of Jamaah Yasinan become as activity of religious ritual, religious social and at the same time center impowerment of society in global era. As for effort conducted development the official member of Al-Hidayah in powered and improve role of Jamaah Yasinan as Impowerment Society Center for example passing: (1) organizational management / jamaah; (2) construction items; (3) fnancing; (4) facilities and basic facilities; (5) program coordination and harmonization; (6) Jamaah Yasinan with notary akte by the name of: Social Institute and Mission of Al-Hidayah brief by Lemsosda; (7) improving cooperation; and (8) construction by sustainable.

Abstract

Every single religion has its own doctrine for their worshippers. In the fact, those doctrines are interpreted according their own point of view so that sometimes happens certain group has dffirent interpretation to the other one. In Islam, an interpretation will be supported if it deliver the worshippers to happiness in life and deoth. This kind of interpretation has ever been developed by Darul Hadis or Islam Jamaah then become LEMKARI and finally well known with Lembaga Dakwah Islam Indonesia (LDII). This thought was considered to lose from Islamic instruction.

Abstract

Dayak is an ethnic group lived at Kalimantan which used to be called as Borneo. From some resources stated that Dayak come from Proto-Malay Group which was at India. They come to Borneo across Malaya Peninsula about 4000 years ago. Dayak group respect their previous customs. This research is aimed at one of custom that still exist at Dayak Community Ngaju group lived at Samba Danum Katingan Yillage, the custom is "Nyaka Tihi" which has sociologies, physiologies, and religius meaning that affect their life.

Abstract

This is a kind of field research with law sociological approximation in order to see clearly the changing tren of divorces pole at Bungos Regency and its factors. From the research, it founded that some divorces has had changing pole: from divorce with repudiation becomes divorce claim. And most of divorce factors at Bungo is done with motive the husband has not been responsible anymore, there is no harmony, violence at home, economic factor and husband as prisoner. But the most dominant factor is caused irresponsible husband.

Abstract

MUI is an organization for Islamic thinkers to unite all Moslems aspirations and also a placefor society to get official religious advice (fatwa) about social-religious problems. But, that aspirations is notfuffilled enough, even more critics appear after MUI made a controversial decision and it was suspected to have political interest. Decision No. 05/W-MUI/II/1992 about legality to remove public Holy Grave (TPU) and also Decision No. 0L/W-MUI/VI/2005 about legality of Alqurans pictured kaver. These decisions have so many responsesfrom Islamic thinkers, academicians, NGO, and society and it have made a long polemic discussion up to now.

Abstract

This research is aimed at knowing the interrelation of religion condition among their respective adherents, potential conflicts, the tendency in religion interrelationship, the local institutions which are dominant in keeping the harmonization of the interrelationship omong the religion, and the government policies bringing abottt the conducive atmosphere for creating the social integration and interrelationship among the society. This research employs the qualitative as well as quantitative approach. The level of relationship among the aclherents of respective religion to others is obviously dynamic. Some of the influential factors affecting the tide of these relationships in Kecamatan Tungkal llir are malfunction of houses as churches, massive uncontrolled expansion of religion (propaganda), and the establishrnent of worshipping houses. The writer recommends, at last, that there is a need to socialize to the respective religion of how to establish the worshipping houses, to make an intensive dialog, and to empower the Communication Forum for  Religion Propagonda.

Abstract

This article uncovers the implementation of the principles of religious pluralities in Piagam Madinah (Madinah Charter). This charter contained the principles of religious tolerance for a plural society and functions as a normative guideline for a good coexistence among them. This charter ties all religion to freely conducted their religion practices without the compellation and threatens by other religions. Muhammad succeeded in disseminating this charter as well as eliminating the discrimination among the adherents of the existing religions, at that time.

Abstract

This article uncovers Syech Nawawi Banten thoughts on Tasauf (mystical order) in his exegesis, Marah Labib, and its relationship with the contemporary thoughts. This library research employs descriptive  analytical model where his thoughts on Tasauf are analyzed using content analysis by considering the historical approach to interpret the phenontena, events around his life in the past and then correlate them all with the recent condition. It is found that his thoughts are in line wilh his apprehension of the elan of the holy Quran. His Tasauf is ethical-oriented in nature, and if it is actualized in the believers life, this will bring them into pure obedience (iman) towards Allah, their very Creator.
