Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop of new Entrepreneur of the Housewives inSutorejo village, Surabaya Municipality, Indonesia. This study began by providingequipment and batik materials, than training of batik design and coloring as well asbusiness management so that the partners of this study becomes an entrepreneur, so thatcould generate additional income in the prosperous family. This activity is aimed athousewife in Sutorejo village, Mulyorejo Sub-district with name "Group of Serasi 1 andSerasi Group 2" which has the number of members as many as 16 people each group,Previously they did batik in Village office with equipment in turn because there are onlyfew of tools used by all members, and they have minimal of skills especially indesigning, coloring, and business management.This Community Partnership Program (PKM) is done by providing equipment andmaterials as well as training in the field of batik with the design and coloring thatcharacterizes its own as a batik icon that will be in the production of the Serasi group.Moreover, the purpose of this activity is to prepare them as SMEs which capable toproduct, sell and well manage the business appropriately, they must have knowledge inthe field of management, especially business management, Marketing and managingfinance. Abstract

The objective of community service that is held in Kedung Rukem Village, Gresik Regency is empowerment for community that produce opak jepit for enhancing their production capacity. In addition, it is also directed to give training for mitra to perfome both income and expense records in order to enable to count their cost of good manufactured and gained profits. The methodology applied in this community service was training and mentoring. The target participants are  womens who produce opak jepit and promote their products which are under nine micro small medium enterprises (MSMEs). The materials given in the training covers community empowerment through Community Partnership Program (PKM), implementation of appropriate technology (TTG) to enhance both production capacity and product quality, improvement of entrepreneurial spirit, and easy way to determine cost of good manufactured and peforming financial recording. Meanwhile, mentoring was done by visiting one by one of MSMEs and delivering guidance in operating machine, how to pack an interesting product and assisting to make income and expense records (cash flow) so that it can be known the profit gained by business womens of opak jepit. The result of this community service is improvement of sales because of product capacity improvement, product quality improvement in terms of packaging and skill in compiling income and expense records.   Keywords : TTG,  production capacity,  product quality, simple-financial-reporting

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai wadah pencetak generasi bangsa selalu menerapkan  berbagai  metode dan pengembangan media pembelajaran guna menjawab tuntutan jaman untuk menghasilkan SDM yang berkualitas tinggi, pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar selama ini masih menggunakan metode konvensional seperti di SD Islam Maryam Surabaya sebagai mitra 1 dan SD Ahmad Yani Surabaya sebagai mitra 2.  Metode konvensional kurang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk menggunakan caranya sendiri dalam memecahkan suatu masalah selain itu siswa hanya bekerja secara prosedural dan memahami matematika tanpa penalaran. Di samping itu masih diperlukan pengembangan media yang merupakan salah satu alat bantu proses belajar mengajar dengan harapan siswa lebih mudah memahami dan senang dalam belajar.Dengan adanya permasalahan yang muncul tersebut, perlu adanya pelatihan penggunaan metode pembelajaran matematika yang inovatif dan menyenangkan, dan pengembangan media pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode mathmagic dan media dakonmatika untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode mathmagic adalah metode yang memiliki model perhitungan perkalian dalam matematika yang berbeda dari metode konvensional yang biasa diterapkan disekolah-sekolah pada umumnya. Metode mathmagic dapat dikatakan merupakan metode yang cepat dalam perhitungan matematika, karena jika siswa menggunakan daya nalar, siswa dapat mengerjakan soal perkalian tanpa menggunakan buram kecuali dibutuhkan tapi tanpa kalkulator. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan metode mathmagic siswa mampu menghitung KaBaTaKu (Kali Bagi Tambah Kurang) dengan daya nalarnya, rasa percaya diri siswa bertambah, belajar menjadi mudah dan menyenangkan sehingga akan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu media dakonmatika merupakan salah satu alat bantu untuk memahami operasi perkalian khususnya pada materi KPK dan FPB. Dakonmatika merupakan inovasi baru dalam media pembelajaran matematika yang dibuat mirip seperti permainan tradisional dakon dan memiliki aturan permainan. Media tersebut dibuat untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran khususnya materi Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) dan Faktor Persekutuan Terbesar (FPB).Tujuan setelah pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam hal ini adalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam memilih dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran matematika yang inovatif dan menyenangkan, penggunaan media pembelajaran, dan pengembangan media pembelajaran sebagai salah satu alat bantu dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kata Kunci: Metode Pembelajaran Inovatif, Metode mathmagic, Media Dakonmatika

Abstract

One aspect of measuring the quality of teaching and learning is the processof students evaluation. During this process, teachers in secondary schools,especially madrasah which is identical to the conventional education systemcompared with public schools, have difficulty in performing the test especiallyin the correction process and cheating prevention. The proposed solution in thisservice is to build an online exam application in the computer laboratory formadrasah. With the application of this online system, the exam can beconducted in a computer network and can prevent cheating because thequestions and answers were randomized. In addition, the online exam is alsoeasier for the teacher to evaluate since there is a statistical report of testresults. Experimental results using online exam application at partner schoolhas shown some benefits, i.e. accelerating the implementation of exams forstudents, ensuring confidentiality matter, facilitate the supervision of the testimplementation, speed up the process of getting value without havingpreoccupied with the correction manually, speeding up the analysis of dailytests and questions analysis, and minimize the possibility of cheating. We stillfound obstacles in the field, namely the lack of quality infrastructure to supportthe use of online exams.Keyword: Computer Based Test, Online Test

Abstract

Traditional herbal drinks until today still exist in Indonesia. Not onlypopular because of its status as Indonesian traditional beverage that isgenerally to maintain health, herbs are also selling consumed for medicinalpurposes. For this reason, many herbal medicine processing business developedby the community. Indonesian biodiversity has approximately 30,000 species ofplants, where 2,500 species of which are medicinal plants. Accordingly,Indonesia legacy of a culture of traditional medicine that has been known for along time and preserved for generations. In fact, various Indonesian herbalproduct has been able to penetrate the world market such as Southeast Asia,East Asia, Europe and America. Herbal products instant already very popularin the cities in East Java, but for medicinal instant production of householdbusinesses of the Village Galengdowo District of Wonosalam Jombang stillcould not penetrate into regional markets given the capacity of the products isstill low and packaging also can not compete with products from Other region.In addition they are also still many find obstacles in terms of marketing andfinancing, when they are ready to expand the marketing area. In this programdeveloping appropriate technology in improving the quantity and quality ofproduct of two household traditional herbal medicine industry. Appropriatetechnology was applied in accordance with the needs of the domestic industry isthe engine of a grater medicinal and herbal instant mixing machine. Abstract

The purpose of the activities for the community IbM is to provide appropriatetechnology for Small Businesses engaged in Krupuk Shells. The objective of this activityis IbM three (3) business owners in the field of crackers in the area Kenjeran. Problemsfaced by Sme Krupuk is the low capability in the production of chips so that theirproducts are less if the fries are less able to expand and it does not feel as most vitsin,besides chips business is done by hand in mixing the chips is by churning by hand, aswell as in cooking with pot coming from the drums were very doubtful of hygiene andhealth, in addition to the practice of business management has not been in touch in theconduct of business, for example, to market the production to just wait for customers tocome, and there are no financial records so that they confuse the money business withthe household money. The village administration is a key point that must be owned by the villageso the village government can run well. Nogosari own village VillageAdministrative own. Problems faced Village Nogosari is to increase services torural communities that activity of the village government more quickly serve thewhole village Nogosari, a good start for reporting, query correspondence,harvest activities, activities of SMEs and others can be served, monitored andcontrolled more to fast and more accurate. With the online system thenChairman of BPD can oversee the work plans that will be implemented VillageHead, and when the Chairman of the BPD approve these plans, the Chairmanof BPD can activate work plans the chief. Abstract

Lanterns are the result of culture and characteristics of the ancient era of Asia, where at that time there is no light bulb as now as a source of lighting that can be made easilyand cheaply. This lampion besides being used as a lighting source can also be used todecorate the village to beautify the atmosphere in the village itself. To change theimage of our dolly localization using lanterns as one way to beautify the formerlocalization dolly located in kelurahan putat jaya. Abstract

The long term goal is to build a model of the nursery business partnerships forsustainable palm oil seedlings in order to meet the needs of oil palm seedlings in NorthSumatra. Specific targets to be achieved is to build partnerships in the nursery withnursery growers to produce quality seeds. The method used is to adopt a sustainableapproach in developing oil palm breeding in the Faculty of Agriculture UISU.Sustainable approach a synthesis of elements of ecological sustainability, economicsustainability and social sustainability / culture.Ecological sustainability is to maximize organic inputs to farming, by reducing asmuch as possible inputs inorganic. Attempts were made to provide good medium forseed planting with various organic materials such as compost, green manure andmanure, and the use of botanical pesticides. Nurseries carried out in two phases,namely pre-nursery and nursery. Economic sustainability is the nursery businessmanagement is set such that it becomes a source of income on an ongoing basisthroughout the year. Social sustainability / culture is to involve the community /farmers as seedlings and marketing partners. Abstract

Kabupaten Sidoarjo sejak tahun 2012 telah menetapkan kecamatan Candi, Jabon dan Sedati sebagai kawasan minapolitan. Kawasan minapolitan ini diharapkan akan menjadi kawasan industrialisasi pertambakkan yang akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Kawasan minapolitan diarahkan pada perubahan teknologi budidaya tambak, penciptaan jiwa kewirausahaan dan komersialisasi industri pertambakkan. Kegiatan ipteks bagi wilayah yang telah dilaksanakan selama tiga tahun ini bertujuan untuk mendukung dan melakukan pendampingan terwujudnya kawasan minapolitan di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok tani tambak yang ada di desa Kedung Peluk dan Gebang Kecamatan Candi Sidoarjo. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pertama teknologi budidaya organik sangat tepat untuk kondisi lahan pertambakkan di wilayah itu khususnya setelah adanya lumpur lapindo. Kedua, munculnya wirausaha baru melalui kelompok bandeng badjuri yang dititikberatkan pada pengolahan hasil tambak mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Ketiga, guna menunjang upaya mewujudkan minapolitan tersebut perlu didukung dengan peningkatan jejaring bersama pihak ketiga, dukungan infrastruktur pemerintah daerah, dukungan pihak akademisi. Kawasan minapolitan ini harus diwujudkan melalui kegiatan perancangan, sosialisasi, publikasi dan evaluasi yang berkesinambungan.Keyword: Minapolitan, Budidaya, Kewirausahaan, Komersialisasi.
