Modern management perspective , is positioned as a human resources (resources) are major and important within an organization as compared to other resources . H.Malayu SPHasibuan explains that humans are always active and dominant role in any organization's activities , as humans become planners , perpetrators and decisive realization of organizational goals . The goal is not possible without the active role even though the employee -owned devices are so sophisticated organizations . Advanced tools of the organization there will be no benefit to the organization , if the active role of the organization is not included . Set up employees as humans is difficult and complex , because they have thoughts , feelings , status , desire , and heterogeneous backgrounds they bring in the organization . Employees can not be regulated and controlled entirely as set machinery , capital , or building . Managing humans, especially in public organizations requires knowledge and a deep understanding of its essence . In several studies that there is a description of the essence of man is still very shallow , both in terms of psychological , sociological , and anthropological.

Information is an essential thing required by every human being both as a personal and as a social creature. There are many channels that human can use to get the information, and one of them is radio. One of keys by which radio could success is by having announcers which have good skills. The skills are communications of idea, communications of personality, projection of personality consisted of naturalness, vitality, and friendliness, pronounciation, and voice control consisting of picth, loudness, time, and quality. Through and interview, observation and literature study, it is achieved that being an announcer is not that very simple. The announcers should master the skills to the most that they could perform very well as the dramaturgist theory suggests.

This paper talks about dakwah in the global era. In this global era as disclosed above relative regional barriers fade with tools of communication technology. Everything is a challenge for dakwah Islamiyah if preaching Islamic thought activity does not take part in the process. The formulation of the problem to be addressed in this study is a global of dakwah Islamiah? Or whether Islam is in line with the prevailing globalization process? The fact that there is and texts are found in the Qur'an shows that Islam is the religion of Islam global. It means that is intended for mankind on this earth without exception, do not look at race, color or ethnicity differences in language capable. The expression of the Prophet Muhammad, "There is no difference between Arabs and non-Arab, except piety" indicates that this religion is universal and global.

"Servant leadership" is one form of leadership style that is based sincerity and provide help without thought of personal gain or reward to be gained. Servant leadership is different with transformational leadership and transactional leadership. Because this type of leadership is a combination of environmental assessment related to good behaviour "akhlakul karimah". Greenleef are researchers who agree that this leadership style is very "up to date" and can apply to any form of organization, including educational organizations. E-Governance is composed of two important things that 'governance' as the main concepts and 'electronic'atau ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) as a tool to improve the process of governance. E-Government can be applied to the legislative, judicial, or public administration, to improve internal efficiency, deliver public services, or processes of democratic governance. E-Government can be applied in all areas, including in education. The role of information and communication technology in education is also very large, especially in terms of supporting the teaching-learning process and the efficiency of academic and administrative jobs. College as one of the educational institutions are appropriately able to utilize information and communication technologies to support various activities of e-govement. Because it also needs to be adapted in the world of education.

counselors have a duty to recognize and deal with the right elements that seem paradoxical relationship. Because effectiveness of therapy depends so much on the quality of the relationship between counselor and client, counselor basic attitude is very significant. Acceptance and understanding have considerable consequences on the psychological climate of the interview. This climate makes these attitudes have important implications for the evaluation of the client's own personality. A key to effective climate attitude is a counselor with the assumption that the internal reference frame, which is an attempt to understand the client to take a client's view of the situation. The counselor must have additional characteristics of warmth, intelligence, humility flexibility, and a willingness to share responsibility jawab.Salah the primary functions of this relationship is to provide support for clients, especially in a crisis. Support comfort and security through the development of optimal living conditions. Support is generally considered to be the goal of psychological counseling and often a necessary condition before a solution can be found more cognitive.

Islamic counseling as a science is still at the stage of formulation and research, and therefore still needed various scientific studies to formulate various Islamic view of man and all its problems. The most important thing in the formulation of the theory is a reconstruction of the theory of rearranging various viewpoints according to the beliefs held This paper aims to describe the social psychological dimensions contained in halaqah, function and mechanism halaqah in counseling. In these theme are intended to reconstruct the theory of halaqah as a model / approach in Islamic counseling. Psychologically halaqah has many psychological elements that form the basis for placing halaqah as one approaches the Islamic counseling. That dimension is the dimension of catharsis, the ability to deal with anxiety, problem solving, insight, self-control, togetherness, distraction and therapeutic environment. Halaqah as counseling approach has a preventive function (prevention), curative (healing), reservatef (maintenance) and developmental (development). While the process of counseling halaqah through internalization mechanism consisting of three stages of the study groups / tranformation, of calendar / transaction and tanfidz / transinternalisasi.

Feminism movement generally understood as an effort to self-liberation of women from a variety of inequality of treatment in all aspects of community life. Along with the presence of feminism in the West, in the Islamic world there are also women's movement, known as Tahrirul mar'ah. Between feminism and tahrirul mar'ah have the same elements, namely the struggle to free women from a subordinate position, refresif and marginal heading on a balanced position. Mar'ah tahrirul presence is indispensable to the feminist movement in the Western world. In fact it can be assumed that women's movements that developed in Islamic countries is the influence of feminism in the West, although this is not to circumvent the internal dynamics of Muslim women themselves. In understanding the concept of gender equality, the second movement has a different frame. Some verses in the Qur'an and hadith that explains about gender equality.

Virtue is a psychological phenomenon that permeates the soul, actions arising from it easily, without using it first consideration. If that appears good deeds and praise by reason and Personality 'is called with good morals (mahmudah). Conversely, if the bad deeds arise so-called bad manners (mazmumah). Moral graph mazmumah among adolescents in recent years is increasing. Propagation method requires an effective and efficient. Among the methods of moral propaganda in shaping teenagers into mahmudah is the method of lecture, question and answer, discussion, uswah (example), the conditioning.

Ma `rifatullah is part of Islamic teaching to be done by all the servants of Allah Almighty, because ma` rifatullah aims to recognize, believe, and worship only Him infinitely precious substance.Know Allah is perfectly able to deliver positive change in both the servant and batiniyah zhahiriyah. Zhohiriyah changes will be seen from the physical motion of a servant to the Oneness of God, and while it batiniyah changes will be seen from a non-physical behavior for the worship of Allah SWT. Thus a servant who always know God, and know the name, and all his properties, then it can become a servant of his faith strong and sturdy, and it would be to have a religious spirit and sincerity.
