<![CDATA[The development Dakwah from time to time is quite dynamic . This is evident from the characteristics of the preachers , methods and media are always dynamically from one state to the next state . In addition , the development of thought patterns and situations mad'u times are demanding a change as if the force of thinkers / observers propaganda that this process can still take place and is able to maintain the balance of the course of life and human life . The problem that arises then is that social reality is happening in the community are not always stable and in line ( receiving ) process that occurs in the conventional propaganda . Not to mention , the rampant crisis of confidence due to the many konfrontal behavior carried out by a group of people who call themselves Muslims . Again, the face of the Institute of Islamic tarnished by these phenomena . Naturally, if there is Islamo phobia in certain communities who do not know Islam further. That is , the need for grain - grain Islam should rahmatan lil lamin , touching all levels of society , not the propaganda that discredit certain groups let alone to make them running scared because of improper packaging dakwah . This article attempts to outline the concept of dakwah pluralis as a dakwah package the rahmatan lil alamin.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the adjustment itself on converts . Subjects were converts tionghoa mosque Muhammad Chengho Palembang. This study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach . Data were obtained and collected through semi-structured interviews and observations by using the interview guide and checklist list . Then , the data were analyzed using analysis of data reduction , display / presentation of data and making conclusions / verification of interactive models of Miles & Huberman ( 1992 ) . The results showed that the problems experienced by the Muslim convert Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque is a matter of family , career and employment issues , and marginalized by other communities. The Individuals who have a religious conversion " more tasks " that adjust from changes in themselves and habits to obtain satisfactory relationships with other people and our environment . The problems associated with the present most fundamental change in the lives of converts after deciding to perform religious conversion requires the adjustment mainly in the habit of worship and in the family who did not convert to the faith of the subject . Holistic counseling through religious counseling and bibliotherapy approach is one way to help the adjustment to convert]]>

<![CDATA[Suicide among Muslims is a sign or characteristic (indication) has not committed and the faith’s or their creed.So in the face of problems, especially problems for killing or murder five basic needs, ie., Fa'ali (eating, drinking and sexual), peace and security, the need for attachment to the group, a sense of respect and the need for achievement of goals. The condition of weak faith as a legacy of the ancestors or taqlid surely can not be the solutions to the problems they face (suicidal acts), plus the birth of despair or frustration toward destiny God Almighty, and yet can reap the wisdom of a disaster or his temptation to be a cumulative problem of suicide itself.Faith such a way to be understood by the preachers to bring the people as a mediator for the audience to be patient and sole trust and can provide insights on improving the quality of faith developing and people preaching a message form must be rational - logical - religious and can guide your heart and soul they worship only Him alone. <![CDATA[Based on preliminary observations, it was observed that most of the supervising teachers have not been optimal in helping to improve the capabilities, potential, talents, interests, personality and achievements, especially in the students’ work readiness. This study was aimed describe the role of supervising teachers in improving 10thgrade students’ readiness to work at SMK Negeri 2 Sawahlunto, West Sumatra. The methods and types of this research is descriptive quantitative. The findings of this study is the role of the guidance counselor in job readiness 10th grade student SMK Negeri 2 Sawahlunto West Sumatra is very high category in helping students understand themselves, know about job opportunities, developing a positive attitude towards work. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the importance of the role of the guidance counselor in vocational students job readiness 10th grade students. This study implies that more attention in developing programs in the field of career guidance in vocational schools in order to improve the readiness of the student's work. For further research, it is recommended to study other aspects that contribute to the quality of work students’ for 10th grade students.]]>
