Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup hedonis, kecanduan berbelanja, keterlibatan fashion terhadap pembelian tidak terencana produk fashion global. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif, Tipe desain penelitian ini adalah desain survey kausal Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan suatu pertimbangan tertentu (judgment sampling). Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah responden yang termasuk kategori gaya hidup hedonis, kecanduan berbelanja, keterlibatan fashion di wilayah DIY dan Jawa Tengah. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 115 responden. Metode Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan alpha cronbanch. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Gaya hidup hedonis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian tidak terencana, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (sig < 0,05) dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif yaitu sebesar 0,391. Kecanduan berbelanja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian tidak terencana, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (sig < 0,05) dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif yaitu sebesar 0,309. Keterlibatan fashion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian tidak terencana, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009 (sig < 0,05) dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif yaitu sebesar 0,193.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between leader-member exchange, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in service industry. Following social exchange theory and role theory, we compete three relationship models. Resuls from correlation and regression study with 430 respondents of  service industry indicate that leader-member exchange, job satisfaction, continuance organizational commitment are the predictors of affective organizational commitment in service industry.

Abstract

The research took a topic the influence of public service motivation towards the employeees’ performance through performance job satisfaction of the employees at hospital care of public health center of Yogyakarta City. The topic chosen is set out from the researcher’s curiousness to know whether exthant influence of public service motivation toward the employees’ performance throug job satisfaction. In order that the researcher proposed hypothesis of public service motivation through job influence positively toward the employee’s performance.The research was conducted in three (3) hospital care of public health center of Yogyakarta City. The research took primary data by distributing response questionnaire of the responden toward public service motivation and job satisfaction to whole employees performance in three hospital health service. Secondary data of the employees performance in three hospital care of public health service was taken from job assessment that was conducted by Badan Kepegawaian Daerah for each semester. Number or sampel in the research was as many 178  people, with cencus method. Analysis used was Structural equation Modeling (SEM) by using Analysis of Moment Structure program version 22,0 and SPSS 20,0From the analysis result conducted revealed that Public Service Motivation through job satisfaction influences positively toward performance. And Public Service Motivation  does not influence positively toward performance.

Abstract

Training and development of human resources is indispensable organization to improve work discipline and performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of training and human resource development in the discipline of work and performance, discipline of work on performance as well as to determine the training and development affect performance directly or indirectly through labor discipline. Respondents in this study were 80 employees PT.Pertamina Upstream Energy West Madura Offshore. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and analysis tools used descriptive, regression and path analysis. Results of this study showed that the training and development has an effect on the work and performance discipline, work discipline affect performance, and training directly affects the performance while the effect on the performance through the development of labor discipline.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the quality of working life and role conflict on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in BPS Province D.I Yogyakarta. The study was conducted in BPS Province D.I. Yogyakarta, where all employees are sampled, so this research is called the study population.Collecting data using a survey questionnaire method. The number of respondents as many as 77 people, since the year 2012, there are 2 employees who are learning task, one person retired and one person died. The number of questionnaires were distributed according to the number of respondents ie 77  sets, and return as many as 77. The study was conducted in mid-December.From this research result that (a). quality of work life significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (b). Role conflict was not a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, (c). Quality of work life significant positive effect on organizational commitment, (d). Conflict is not the role of significant negative effect of organizational commitment, (e). Job satisfaction significant positive  effect on organizational commitment, (f). Job satisfaction mediates the indirect effect of quality of work life for organizational commitment, and (g). Job satisfaction mediates the indirect effect of the quality of the conflicting roles of organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh servant leadership terhadap employee’s organizational member performance / EOMP) (H1), (2) pengaruh servant leadership terhadap EOMP  dimediasi oleh dukungan organisasional persepsian (POS) (H2), (3) pengaruh servant leadership terhadap EOMP  dimediasi oleh disiplin kerja (H3). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Wates, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta.. Teknik uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis jalur (path analysis).  Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : (1) Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap EOMP  (H1terdukung);  (2) dukungan organisasional persepsian  memediasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan.(H2 terdukung); (3) disiplin kerja memediasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap EOMP  (H3 terdukung). Metode penelitian dengan sensus dan metode pengambilan data dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Responden adalah semua pegawai tetap di . PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Wates, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta,sejumlah 50 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini penting untuk didiskusikan lebih lanjut bagi penelitian selanjutnya,terutama peran servant leadership terhadap peningkatan variabel kunci yang lain dalam organisasi.

Abstract

This type of research is a draft with cross sectional analytic, to know how the conflict of dual role of performance with work stress as the mediate variable. This research was conducted at the Department of Revenue Financial and Assets Management of Kulon Progo Regency. Subjects in the study were taken on the basis of a survey of women employees with criteria have been married. Engineering data collection by disseminating a questionnaire to respondents a number of 40 questionnaires, but the returns can be processed into data and research only 39 questionnaire. Data analysis in research using The Structural Equation (SEM) with data analysis tools using Partial Least Squares (PLS).The research results showed that dual role conflict to work stress. Then stress effect on work performance. The conflict also has a dual role directly to performance. The conflict also has a dual role directly to performance. Based on the results of the study also showed that work stress is able to mediate the conflict between the dual roles of performance at the Department of Revenue Financial and Assets Management of Kulon Progo Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether transformational and transactional leadership styles have an impact on subordinate performance. Also we want to analyze the effect of job satisfaction as a mediating role.The study was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem and SMK Muhammadiyah 1Moyudan, Sleman. The number of samples was  110 respondents(teachers and school employees).  Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not have a significant influence on subordinate performance while transactional one influenced positively. The transformational leadership style had a significant influence on job satisfaction. The result of the transactional leadership style on job satisfaction was  negative, while job satisfaction had a very significant influence on subordinate performance. Based on these studies, it was recommended that the principal should apply a combination of both Transformational and Transactional leadership styles in accordance with the situation and the nature of the particular task assigned to the employee. In addition,  Transactional leadership style is more preferable in improving employee performance to reach optimal organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation procedure of good corporate governance (GCG) principles in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, through the identification of stakeholders, namely commissioners, directors, and stakeholders; investivigasi GCG operational framework, and explore the procedures and implementation of GCG principles in CSR programs. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach, that is triangulation test and objectivity test. The data collection technique used interview technique, where the source of irisis comes from three stakeholders. Further analysis is performed in accordance with triangulation test approach and objectivity test. The results show that 1) Board of commissioners, directors, and stakeholders have their respective roles in the framework of developing the operational framework of GCG in PDAM Bantul. Stakeholders in PDAM Bantul play a role in mutual supervision between one party with other parties so that the company can survive in running Good Corporate Governance (GCG). 2) The design of GCG operational framework implemented by PDAM Bantul can not be separated from the close relationship between stakeholders and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Stakeholders play an important role in order to formulate, develop, and implement CSR programs. In preparing the CSR program that will be implemented by PDAM Bantul, the stakeholders are also strongly supported by the application of GCG principles which are also based on the Deloitte Governance model, making it easier for PDAM Bantul to implement a well-designed CSR program. 3) PDAM Bantul from the point of view using the Deloitte Governance model has been able to manage the nine elements well so that the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices of PDAM Bantul well done and moreover well the application of GCG principles, the CSR program designed by PDAM Bantul can Well done.

Abstract

The giving of credit is one of the products that become a mainstay for the bank. Not a few banks use a credit as a means to attract customers or branding. The crediting process involves two parties, namely the bank as the creditor and the customer as the debtor. Lending or credit will increase the profit for the bank, but if it can’t be managed properly will cause losses. Customers who are experiencing difficulties in paying installments to ultimately experience a default. This will result in bad debts for banks. If it is not handled seriously it will endanger the liquidity of the bank and end up in bankruptcy
