Jurnal Bisnis: Teori dan Implikasi (JBTI) merupakan jurnal ilmiah berkala (setahun dua kali). This study proposed to examine and analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation on employee performance, with job satisfaction and work discipline as mediating variable.The object of this study is the office of the Statistics of Magelang regency, and the subject of this study are employees (civil servants) at the Office Statistics of Magelang Regency. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sample. All employees civil servants in BPS Magelang regency totaling 41 people are given a questionnaire.Data from the study were tested and analyzed using the Smart-PLS. The first conclusion is intrinsic motivation significantly influence job satisfaction, and a second conclusion is intrinsic motivation significantly influence the work discipline. The third conclusion is the intrinsic motivation significantly influence performance. The fourth conclusion is job satisfaction does not affect the work discipline, and the fifth conclusion is job satisfaction also has no impact on performance. The sixth conclusion is discipline significantly influence on the performance. The study also concluded that the discipline of work are variables that mediate the relationship between intrinsic motivation to the performance on the Office Statistics of Magelang regency.

Organizational commitment, work discipline and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and discipline on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of organizational commitment and discipline on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 150 respondents employees of PT. Arief Nirwana Utama. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical and descriptive analysis.The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant impact on job satisfaction labor discipline employees. (3) there is a significant effect of organizational commitment and discipline of work simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. (4) there is a significant effect of organizational commitment on performance. (5) there is a significant influence on the performance of employees work discipline. (6) significant influence of organizational commitment and discipline of work simultaneously on employee performance. (6) significant influence of organizational commitment and discipline of work simultaneously on employee performance. (7) significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) there is a significant indirect effect of organizational commitment on performance through employee satisfaction. (9) there is a significant indirect effect on the performance of work discipline through employee satisfaction.

This study aims to determine how the influence of dividend policy and debt policy to corporate value. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2012-2016. Sampling using Puropsive Sampling. A total of 13 manufacturing companies listed on the BEI to be sampled in this study. Regression analysis used in this study to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable either together or individually. The analysis results show that during the period 2012-2016 both dividend policy and debt policy have no significant effect on corporate value

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi yang diberikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dilingkungan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Tenagakerja Kota Singkawang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif dalam bentuk survei sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, menyebarkan Kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 42 responden. Analisis menggunakan SPSS V25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil uji Simultan (f) menunjukan bahwa variabel independen yaitu Motivasional dan Higienis secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai signifikan dibawah 0,05. Begitu juga dengan hasil uji Parsial (t) menyatakan bahwa variabel Motivasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikan 0.010 dibawah 0,05 dan Variabel Higienis juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikan 0,029 dibawah 0,05.

This study discusses the influence of transformational leadership to organizational culture, the influence of transformational leadership to job satisfaction and the influence of organizational culture to job satisfaction member of police environment. The populations in this study are all members of Brimobda Police Unit D.I. Yogyakarta totaling 860 people. While the number of samples is 12.5% of the population numbered 108 people. Data collected with the survey method is to provide a list of statements or questionnaires directly to the respondents. analysis data techniques in this study using SEM analysis (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated through the 21st AMOS program. From the research show that a significant positive effect of transformational leadership to organizational culture; transformational leadership has a significant positive effect to job satisfaction; organizational culture had no significant effect to job satisfaction;Keywords: transformational leadership, organization culture, employee satisfaction

Tingkat turnover perawat di rumah sakit selalu menduduki peringkat pertama dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, studi terdahulu menganggap kepuasan kerja dan locus of control internal dapat menurunkan angka turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja merupakan kondisi psikologis pekerja terhadap suatu pekerjaan baik berupa perasaan senang maupun tidak senang, sedangkan locus of control internal yaitu kepercayaan seseorang kepada dirinya sendiri sebagai pengendali nasibnya, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menguji hubungan kepuasan kerja dan locus of control internal terhadap turnover intention pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Charlie Hospital, Kendal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantiatif, serta pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek pada penelitian merupakan perawat Rumah Sakit Charlie Hospital yang berjumlah 35 perawat. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif diperoleh data bahwa tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat tergolong puas, dan cenderung memiliki locus of control internal serta tingkat turnover intention perawat tergolong tinggi dan dari hasil analisis regresi didapatkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.822 untuk kepuasan kerja, serta 0.765 untuk locus of control internal yang berarti bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan locus of control internal terhadap turnover intention pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Charlie Hospital.

This study is an empirically research the impact of leadership style and work ethic on employee performance employe of Civil Public and Population Registration Sleman Regency. the result of the research shown that the style of leadership and work ethic together provide a positive and significant effect, as shown by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination 0857 or 85.7% and the remaining 14.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model. Up and down, or the size of employee performance can be predicted by the regression equation Y = -11 258 + 0.137 X1 + 0.115 X2 X3 + 0177 + 0023 + 0940 X5 X4. Based on research that has been done can be deduced leadership style has no effect on performance while the work ethic significant effect on the performance of office workers of Civil Public and Population Registration Sleman Regency.Keywords : leadership style, work ethic, performance.

ABSTRACTThis study examines whether Islamic work ethics has a relationship with employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior of employees in hospitals. The research design uses a quantitative approach through research instruments. Based on the purposive sampling technique, the unit of analysis in this study was the PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital employees in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who had worked for a minimum of 1 year. The total respondents in this study were 179 respondents from PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital employees in Yogyakarta Special Region. The results of this study indicate several empirical findings. First, Islamic work ethics has a positive influence on employee engagement. Second, Islamic work ethics has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, employee engagement has a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. ABSTAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah etika kerja Islam memiliki hubungan dengan keterikatan karyawan dan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan di Rumah Sakit. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui instrumen penelitian. Berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang sudah bekerja minimal masa kerja 1 tahun. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 179 responden dari karyawan Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa temuan empiris. Pertama, etika kerja Islam memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Kedua, etika kerja Islam memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Ketiga, keterikatan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour

The brand awareness is a basic dimension in brand equity. One brand does not have any equity unless the consumers are awareness of the existence of the brand itself. The brand awareness of one product in the costumers’ mind is really important to notice and organize. Because of the importance of organizing brand awareness of one product, the objective of this research is to measure the brand awareness of the consumers’ of note book towards note book in Zyrex brand. The population in this research is the users of note book in Yogyakarta. The numbers of sample in this research are 100 people. The research uses convenience sampling that is the sampling method based on the easy and accessible selection of population members in getting information. Meanwhile, the sample in this research is those who use note book. The measurement of brand awareness is started by the questionnaire data tabulation; continued by the questionnaire data classification about top of mind, brand recall, brand recognition, and unaware of brand then continued by the percentage accounting. Based on the test done and the numbers of users, most of respondents use notebook of Acer brand. Whereas based on the level of awareness, for top of mind, many respondents remember the Acer brand firstly. Based on the brand recall, many respondents remember Compaq as the second brand of notebook they are able to remember. In addition, for the brand recognition, it shows that there are some respondents need to remind about the notebook brand of Zyrex

This type of research is a draft with cross sectional analytic, to know how the conflict of dual role of performance with work stress as the mediate variable. This research was conducted at the Department of Revenue Financial and Assets Management of Kulon Progo Regency. Subjects in the study were taken on the basis of a survey of women employees with criteria have been married. Engineering data collection by disseminating a questionnaire to respondents a number of 40 questionnaires, but the returns can be processed into data and research only 39 questionnaire. Data analysis in research using The Structural Equation (SEM) with data analysis tools using Partial Least Squares (PLS).The research results showed that dual role conflict to work stress. Then stress effect on work performance. The conflict also has a dual role directly to performance. The conflict also has a dual role directly to performance. Based on the results of the study also showed that work stress is able to mediate the conflict between the dual roles of performance at the Department of Revenue Financial and Assets Management of Kulon Progo Regency.
