Abstract

This study aims to determine the environmental, social, and governance of the firm value in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2020. The determination of the sample in this study used purposive sampling with the number of samples used by as many as 27 companies during the year. a period of 5 consecutive years of observation so that the total sample obtained is 135. This study uses Stata 14, the analytical technique used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the first hypothesis was found that the environment variable's disclosure had a positive and significant effect on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Social variable disclosure has a positive and significant impact on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Governance variable disclosure has a negative and significant impact on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While testing with the control variable, namely the company's size, partially has a significant negative effect on firm value, the leverage and profitability variables partially have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to conduct an empirical study about the structure and performance of the banking sector in Indonesia with several specific factors which influenced the firms and the other control variables. This study used panel data which are the secondary data, total asset, ROA, CAR, LDR, and ROE ranging from 2010 to 2019. The sources are taken for the last ten years which is from the form of bank financial statements published by Bank Indonesia and Indonesian banking statistics published by the Indonesia financial services authority as well as from annual financial statements of each bank. In order to measure structure, this paper used concentration ratio as well as HHI for four large banks, to know the performance of the firm, this study used Return on Asset data, and to analyze the relationship between structure and performance, it used simple linear regression. This paper found that Indonesian banking has a high concentration, it proved from the value of HHI is more than 2500, and the value of CR4 shows between 40% and no more than 60%. It shows that the Indonesian banking sector is an Oligopoly market. Following further, there is a negative relative between the structure and performance of the firm proving the result of regression between total assets and CR4 for ten years.

Abstract

This article discusses one of the safe investment instruments, namely mudharabah deposits at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Reviewing the marketing strategy that has been carried out and reviewing the SWOT analysis of the product. This article aims to find out the marketing strategies that have been carried out by BSI and their application in the field. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, involving BSI employees and related literature. The result of this study is that there are several marketing strategies used by BSI, namely through telemarketing, means of customer service by calling customers who have funds in BSI savings to place their funds in deposit products; social media, by offering deposit products with flayers uploaded via social media; mobile banking, by means of a mobile deposit feature that can be accessed through BSI mobile banking which is certainly safer.

Abstract

The research strategy educates traditional market traders based on information technology using a qualitative approach to case studies. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The validity of the data is processed through tests of the degree of trust, transferability, dependence and certainty. Informance is determined by purposive sampling techniques, then the data is analyzed following qualitative rules. The research aims to explore how the Trade Office educates market traders in Pasar Beringharjo through a digitalization program.  The results showed that the Department of Trade in educating market traders based on information technology uses strategies: a) external party cooperation, training, mentoring, developing insights and involving trader family members  for traders who are constrained by brainware.  The driving factors in educating information technology-based traders include: high participation of information technology companies, demands for government and merchant needs, government awareness of IT developments to preserve and develop the market, covid 19 outbreak, high merchant commitment supported by mobile phone communication tools.  The inhibiting factors in educating information technology-based traders include the hardware and software  owned by merchants, not all smartphones, as well as merchant culture that is still conventional. The results of the merchant market digitization program maintain commitment and are able to carry out online transaction systems  with  various application models such as Gopay or e-wallet,  QRIS, E-Retribution, LinkAja, Grocery, InMobi, Titipku,   and Semar by scanning barcodes  and other eknik t.

Abstract

This purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of experience quality, perceived value and satisfaction on behavioral intentions in Yogyakarta tourism. Settings used in this study is prambanan temple which is located on the border of Yogyakarta and Central Java. Prambanan temple managed by PT. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko (Persero). This research is a kind of quantitative research conducted by the survey. Data collection techniques used in this study by questionnaire. Sample of this study was prambanan temple tourist and fulfill the criteria by the researchers. The number of respondents used in this study were 179 respondents. Sampling technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data analysis in this study were descriptive statistics and SEM (structural Equation modeling). The results of this study showed overall the hypotheses proposed in this study has a significant and positive influence. For indirect effects, perceived value in this study does not mediate the relationship between experience quality and satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, resource allocation and employee engagement on the effectiveness of strategic implementation with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The amount of sample is 52 employees with sampling technique is saturated sampling method. This study uses path analysis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is processed with the IBM SPSS AMOS V23 program. The results show that leadership has a direct insignificant effect on organizational commitment, resource allocation has a direct and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, employee engagement has a direct influence on organizational commitment, leadership has a direct influence on the effectiveness of strategy implementation, resource allocation has a direct influence on organizational commitment. not directly significant on the effectiveness of strategy implementation, Employee engagement has a significant direct effect on the effectiveness of strategy implementation, Organizational commitment has a significant direct effect on the effectiveness of strategy implementation, Organizational commitment is unable to mediate the influence of leadership on the effectiveness of strategy implementation, Organizational commitment is unable to mediate the influence of resource allocation power on the effectiveness of strategy implementation, organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of employee engagement on effectiveness of strategy implementation.

Abstract

Purchase intention is one of the aspects that ensures the success of the company's revenue goals. Customers' online purchase intention is confirmed by various aspects, including online customer reviews and online customer ratings. Likewise, for Shopee customers in Gianyar Regency, online customer reviews and online customer ratings are two variables that can influence purchase intention. This study also aims to identify the positive and significant influence between online customer reviews and online customer ratings simultaneously and partially on the purchase intention of Shopee customers in Gianyar Regency. Information collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The number of respondents used in this study are 96 people with the method of determining the sample using purposive random sampling. Furthermore, the information was analyzed using quantitative analysis consisting of Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Analysis, F-Test and t-Test, using the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software. The results of the analysis prove that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously and partially between online customer reviews and online customer ratings on Shopee customer purchase intention in Gianyar Regency. The critical review in this paper can contribute to researchers in the field of marketing, making use of online commerce to explore opportunities for future research gaps, explore various other signals that have not been revealed and develop more diverse future studies.

Abstract

Negotiation is not a new term. This negotiation is one form of communication. This negotiation becomes one of the means for both parties or more who experience disputes in an effort to achieve their respective goals. Moreover, in everyday life, there are conflicts and differences in interests that are very common. This study aims to analyze the role of negotiation as a communication skill in conflict management. This study refers to the literature review as a source of information that will then be reviewed, studied, understood, and interpreted on the data and information obtained from the reference sources used. The results of this study indicate that negotiation, especially integrative negotiation, has an essential role as a peaceful conflict resolution in conflict management, both parties can communicate directly and seek mutual agreement. Good communication skills really help the negotiation process achieve maximum results even from negotiations will be able to create good business opportunities. The important role of this negotiation is not only used in resolving business conflicts but in other aspects so that problems can be resolved wisely and fairly without harming either party.

Abstract

This article discusses the Analysis of Micro Business Productive Assistance (BPUM) for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) as an effort to Grow and Develop a Sustainable Economy in East Kalimantan, so to explore the topics discussed, this research uses literature study research sourced from theories relevant to the problems in this study, Findings in this study that Micro Business Productive Assistance provides stimulus effective in improving and strengthening UMKM institutions amid the problems faced such as the Covid-19 pandemic and previous UMKM problems. The findings in this study make the conclusion that BPUM is effective in a certain time but in the context of sustainable economic growth, UMKM receiving BPUM are not always able to rely on this program. This is because this program is not sustainable and follows the system of state financial mechanisms available. This means that UMKM must be able to maximize BPUM optimally and be able to make their services progress and sustainable. The massive economic growth of UMKM, followed by strengthening through a creative economy and targeting aspects of the global market, will make UMKM able to survey all issues. So that the impact caused by the existence of a sustainable and creative economy UMKM in the digitalization era makes economic growth in the region increase with the addition of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and National Income (PN). For BPUM assistance to East Kalimantan UMKM as a whole in 2021 has been realized effectively and optimally, but in 2022 there are several mechanisms that are still not running in several regions and there is a reduction in budget assistance deposited into UMKM

Abstract

The capital market is one indicator of a country's progress and an effective means to accelerate a country's growth when almost every country is affected by the Covid-19 virus outbreak. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of DER, PER, LDR, and Inflation on Stock Return and also the addition of EVA as moderation. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria and obtained 12 samples of conventional commercial banks from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the IDX during the period 2017-2021 so that the data to be processed was 60. In analyzing the data the author uses the software Eviews.9. The results of the study found that DER has no effect on Stock Return, PER has a significant positive effect on Stock Return, LDR has no significant adverse impact on Stock Return, Inflation has a significant positive effect on Stock Return, EVA is not able to moderate LDR on Stock Return, EVA is not able to moderate Inflation on Stock Return, and simultaneously DER, PER, LDR, and Inflation have an effect on Stock Return.
