Abstract

Fasilitas teknologi dan jaringan internet, serta kemudahan dalam mengaksesnya pada perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah yang baik bagi mahasiswa untuk kemudian dimanfaatkan guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mereka. Melalui fasilitas internet yang disediakan oleh perguruan tinggi, mahasiswa dapat mengakses segala macam bentuk informasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ilmu dan mengerjakan tanggungjawabnya, tetapi pemanfaatan internet sering disalahgunakan untuk hal yang tidak berguna yang tidak ada kaitannya untuk menunjang pembelajaran, seperti mengakses media sosial dan bermain game online. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan internet terhadap minat dan motivasi belajar dengan mempertimbangkan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Mulia Singkawang dengan menggunakan pendekatan model TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), sedangkan untuk menguji validitas dan realibilitas menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat penggunaan internet berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa dan minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sedangkan hasil dari mahasiswi variabel kemudahan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar mahasiswi akan tetapi kemudahan penggunaan internet berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar mahasiswi dan minat belajar mahasiswi mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi STIE Mulia untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan internet guna mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

In this thesis examines the effects of equity compensation to employee satisfaction at rural banks in four-dimensional jogjakarta.keadilan compensation includes distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice and informational justice. pembhasan two-dimensional distributive justice and procedural fairness emphasis on formal aspects of managerial, and two-dimensional interpersonal information justice emphasizes the social aspect.Samples are used as much as 6 rural banks, rural banks based 3 conventional and 3-based sharia rural banks. with the object of research is as much as 175 employees RB respondents.Results showed that of the four variables: distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice, fairness infoemasional, expressed significantly influence employee satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether transformational and transactional leadership styles have an impact on subordinate performance. Also we want to analyze the effect of job satisfaction as a mediating role.The study was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem and SMK Muhammadiyah 1Moyudan, Sleman. The number of samples was  110 respondents(teachers and school employees).  Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not have a significant influence on subordinate performance while transactional one influenced positively. The transformational leadership style had a significant influence on job satisfaction. The result of the transactional leadership style on job satisfaction was  negative, while job satisfaction had a very significant influence on subordinate performance. Based on these studies, it was recommended that the principal should apply a combination of both Transformational and Transactional leadership styles in accordance with the situation and the nature of the particular task assigned to the employee. In addition,  Transactional leadership style is more preferable in improving employee performance to reach optimal organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of customer satisfaction, brand image, price, and product quality on consumer loyalty decisions on Xiaomi mobile phone in Yogyakarta. The population in this research is the user of Xiaomi mobile phone in Yogyakarta. While the sample in this study is the user of Xiaomi note 4. This study is using the primary data, the data obtained directly from the source. Primary data in this study is the answer from consumers who become respondents. In this study researcher used survey methods. Survey method is a research method implemented by taking samples from a population and using questionnaires. This study uses convenience sampling technique that is because of the ease of sampling. The results showed that the customer satisfaction, price, brand image and product quality significantly influence the customer loyalty on Xiaomi note 4 in Yogyakarta. These results indicate that customer satisfaction, price, brand image and product quality can create customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari dilaksanakan Festival Cap Go Meh di Kota Singkawang, dan juga untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh dari dilaksakanya Festival Cap Go Meh tersebut khususnya pada sektor perdagangan dan jasa. Dimana diketahui Kota Singkawang yang merupakan salah satu kota tujuan wisata di Kalimantan barat. Pariwisata menjadi andalan di Kota Singkawang khususnya melalui Festival Cap Go Meh ini, sebagaimana diketahui pada perayaan Cap Go Meh sudah menjadi kegiatan budaya rutin yang selalau mampu mendatangkan wisatawan-wisatawan baik luar maupun dalam negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey pada pelaku perdagangan dan jasa, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yang terbagi 90 orang pada sektor perdagangan dan 10 pada sektor jasa dengan proporsi 5 pada jasa hotel dan 5 pada jasa taxi (travel). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1)Bahwa selama kegiatan festival Cap Go Meh berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan di sektor perdagangan dan jasa. (2)Selama kegiatan Festival Cap Go Meh peningkatan pendapatan di sektor perdagangan rata-rata sebesar 42,70%. (3)Selama kegiatan Festival Cap Go Meh peningkatan pendapatan di sektor jasa rata-rata sebesar 56%. (4)Pelaku usaha disektor perdagangan merasakan kenaikan pendapatan selama kegiatan festival Cap Go Meh selama 7 hari. (5)Pelaku usaha disektor jasa merasakan kenaikan pendapatan selama kegiatan festival Cap Go Meh selama 6 hari.

Abstract

Employees are an important asset of the company. The company will not be able to conduct their business activities, without the support of employees. This study aimed to examine the effect of compensation satisfaction to  motivation, the effect of job environment to motivation, the effect of compensation satisfaction to job satisfaction, the effect of job environment to job satisfaction and the effect of motivation to employee job satisfaction. samples in the study of 120 people, which is taking all employees who work at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) in the district of Bantul. This research method is quantitative analysis and technical of analysis the data using structural equation modeling to test the validity, reliability test, normality test, outliers, goodness of fit models test and regression test. The results of this study, namely compensation satisfaction has a positive influence directly and significantly to the motivation of 0,495, a job environment has a positive influence directly and significantly to motivation of 0,343, compensation satisfaction has a positive and significant influence directly to job satisfaction of 0,270 or indirectly through motivation of 0,265, the job environment has a positive and significant influence directly to job satisfaction of 0,288 or indirectly through motivation of 0,184 and motivation has a positive and significant influence to job satisfaction of 0,535. Based on the results of this study, the management of local water companies need to increase the level of compensation of employees, so the employee's basic needs fulfilled and will increase employee motivation and job satisfaction of employees has increased. However, the work environment also need to be considered, in order to create a comfortable working atmosphere and harmony within the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of Islamic banking in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia which consists of CAR, FAR, FDR, BOPO, Company Size, Inflation, Interest Rates, Exchange Rate, GDP, Asset Growth Rate, Business Risk, ROA. The sample in this study used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 5 Islamic banks in Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia. The data used is secondary data in the form of quarterly reports or financial reports through the official website of each Islamic bank. Researchers processed the data obtained based on purposive sampling using the annual reports of Islamic banking in Indonesia, Malaysia and Turkey in 2013-2020. The results show that BOPO on Business Risk is not significant in Turkey and Malaysia, but significant in Indonesia. CAR, FAR, and Exchange Rate against Business Risk are not significant in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia. FDR on Business Risk is not significant in Turkey and Indonesia, but significant in Malaysia. GDP, Interest Rate, Firm Size, Inflation, Asset Growth Rate to Business Risk are not significant in Malaysia and Indonesia, but significant in Turkey. BOPO to ROA is not significant in Turkey and Indonesia, but significant in Malaysia. CAR FAR Inflation Exchange Rate Asset Growth Interest rates on ROA are not significant in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia. GDP to ROA is not significant in Malaysia and Indonesia, but significant in Turkey. Firm size on ROA is not significant in Malaysia and Indonesia, but significant in Turkey. CAR FAR FDR to Asset Growth Rate is not significant in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia. Firm Size to Asset Growth Rate is not significant in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia. BOPO, Inflation, Exchange Rate, GDP to Asset Growth are not significant in Turkey and Malaysia, but significant in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the perceived influence of digital influencers on the purchase intention of brand recommendations by influencers who influence their followers. This research has two mediating variables: brand attachment in self-concept and expected brand value. This type of research is quantitative research, and the method used is convenience sampling with the criteria that respondents have followed the Instagram accounts of Muslim fashion brand digital influencers aged 18-27 years old and living in Indonesia. The method used is an online survey and sharing on their social media. The total sample used for this study was 150 respondents. The final results of this study indicate that perceived influence positively impacts brand engagement, brand expected value, and intention to buy recommended brands. Besides that, brand engagement also influences brand expected value. Lastly, both brand engagement and brand expected value positively impact the intention to buy the recommended brand.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Creative-Self Efficacy, Innovation Climate, and Employee Creativity. Data from this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 301 educators who work in Formal Educational Institutions from Kindergarten to Higher Education levels spread across several cities in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods, namely multiple regression analysis and Baron and Kenny’s analysis technique processed by SPSS 21 software. The results showed that Transformational Leadership and Creative Self-Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Employee Creativity and Innovation Climate. Innovation Climate was proved to partially mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Creative Self-Efficacy, and Employee Creativity. Contributions to the development of the concepts of leadership, self-efficacy, and creativity as well as practical implications are described in the discussion section of this paper.

Abstract

This study develops and tests a model which views career outcomes from both positive and negative sides, namely career satisfaction and turnover intention. To understand the predictors of career outcomes, researchers posit thriving at work and perceived overqualification as positive and negative antecedents that will influence individual career outcomes purpose of this study is to understand the influence of thriving at work and perceived overqualification on employee career outcomes, which is seen from career satisfaction and turnover intention. This study is carried out on service company employees in Bandung, West Java. The sampling technique in this study is carried out by simple random sampling, with the final number of samples of 110 respondents. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using online platforms to the respondents. The questionnaire items used are measured using a 5-point Likert scale. The data is then processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that thriving at work positively influences employee career satisfaction, and negatively influences turnover intention. On the other hand, perceived overqualification negatively impacts career satisfaction and positively influences turnover intention.
