Abstract

This study discusses the organizational justice include distributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance both directly and indirectly influenced by job satisfaction. The populations in this study were all para-medic employees in RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang totaling 142 people. Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondent. Data analysis techniques in this study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) program operated by AMOS 21. The results showed that distributive justice compensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction; procedural justice compensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction; distributive justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance; procedural justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance; job satisfaction significant positive effect on employees performance; job satisfactions as a mediating influence of distributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari dilaksanakan Festival Cap Go Meh di Kota Singkawang, dan juga untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh dari dilaksakanya Festival Cap Go Meh tersebut khususnya pada sektor perdagangan dan jasa. Dimana diketahui Kota Singkawang yang merupakan salah satu kota tujuan wisata di Kalimantan barat. Pariwisata menjadi andalan di Kota Singkawang khususnya melalui Festival Cap Go Meh ini, sebagaimana diketahui pada perayaan Cap Go Meh sudah menjadi kegiatan budaya rutin yang selalau mampu mendatangkan wisatawan-wisatawan baik luar maupun dalam negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey pada pelaku perdagangan dan jasa, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yang terbagi 90 orang pada sektor perdagangan dan 10 pada sektor jasa dengan proporsi 5 pada jasa hotel dan 5 pada jasa taxi (travel). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1)Bahwa selama kegiatan festival Cap Go Meh berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan di sektor perdagangan dan jasa. (2)Selama kegiatan Festival Cap Go Meh peningkatan pendapatan di sektor perdagangan rata-rata sebesar 42,70%. (3)Selama kegiatan Festival Cap Go Meh peningkatan pendapatan di sektor jasa rata-rata sebesar 56%. (4)Pelaku usaha disektor perdagangan merasakan kenaikan pendapatan selama kegiatan festival Cap Go Meh selama 7 hari. (5)Pelaku usaha disektor jasa merasakan kenaikan pendapatan selama kegiatan festival Cap Go Meh selama 6 hari.Kata kunci : Pariwisata, Cap Go Meh, Perdagangan, Jasa

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi yang diberikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dilingkungan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Tenagakerja Kota Singkawang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif dalam bentuk survei sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, menyebarkan Kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 42 responden. Analisis menggunakan SPSS V25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil uji Simultan (f) menunjukan bahwa variabel independen yaitu Motivasional dan Higienis secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai signifikan dibawah 0,05. Begitu juga dengan hasil uji Parsial (t) menyatakan bahwa variabel Motivasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikan 0.010 dibawah 0,05 dan Variabel Higienis juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikan 0,029 dibawah 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Accounting Information Systems are applied to UMKM and how to apply Accounting Information Systems that are effective for UMKM. The form of research is a case study research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that UMKM had not yet implemented an effective and accurate system. The conclusions of this study are: 1. The control applied is still not effective, 2. The existence of negative findings: a. The absence of accurate records, b. Lack of control in the production and warehouse. There are no financial report. The advice given is that UMKM should improve the system that was previously implemented, the owners of UMKM carry out supervision that authorizes the segregation of duties for each employee, in order to avoid fraud.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find leadership style popular (autocratic, laissez-faire, paternalistic, charismatic and democratic) on employee work discipline at Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Singkawang City. In this study, using a form of qualitative research. The method of data collection consisted of primary data (observations, and questionnaires). The population of this study was the employes in Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Singkawang City, and the sample is all populations made into samples. This study concluded that together or simultaneously leadership style has an influence on employee work discipline of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Singkawang City, with a significance of  0.004 < 0.05. Four of the five independent variables proved influential on work discipline, the variable is autocratic, laissez-faire, charismatic, and democratic. The conclusion of this study was that what was felt by employees of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Singkawang City that the popular leadership style in their opinion was style autocratic, laissez-faire, charismatic and democratic style.

Abstract

Abstract PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Pemangkat is a state-owned company tasked with distributing electricity and providing services to the public. PLN Rayon Pemangkat, Singkawang Area, West Kalimantan Region. PLN Rayon Pemangkat has two Units namely the Tebas and Sentebang Units. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on performance. The population of this research is all of the employees of PLN Pemangkat rayon, amounting to 109 people with the study sample using a census. Data analysis using SPSS V22, the results of the t test show that QWL (X) significantly affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,005 or H1 accepted. Then based on the regression results it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.511. This means that 51.1 percent of the performance of PLN Pemangkat staff is influenced by Quality of Work Life, while the remaining 48.9 percent is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study. The advice given is, to maintain the performance of employees to remain good, then PLN Rayon Pemangkat must continue to improve the quality of work life of their employees in order to jointly achieve company goals. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Branch of Singkawang. This research uses quantitative research Sample of this study were all employees of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Singkawang branch is 63 people.Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that the results of multiple regressions explain the variable X1 is work motivation and X2 is work environment, which has a positive effect on the performance of the variable Y is the performance of the employees . The magnitude of the results of the simultaneous test (F-test) obtained an F value of 53.336 with a significant probability of 0.000, the partial test results (t-test) obtained that the motivation variable has a t-count value of 2.362>t table 1.99897 and a significance value of 0.021 < 0.05. H1 is work motivation has a positive effect on performance. The work environment variable has a t value of 5.926> t table 1.99897 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 H2, which means that the work environment is accepted, meaning that individual variables are declared to affect performance.
