Abstract

The main objectives of this study are 1) to analyze the contribution of teacher’s perception of headmaster’s leadership, job ethics, and learning facilities altogether on state elementary school teacher’s performance in Sub-District of Slawi, 2) to analyze the contribution of teacher’s perception of headmaster’s leadership on state elementary school teacher’s performance in Sub- District of Slawi, 3) to analyze the contribution of job ethics on state elementary school teacher’s performance in Sub-District of Slawi, 4) to analyze the contribution of learning facilities on state elementary school teacher’s in Sub-District of Slawi, and 5) to analyze the variable which dominantly contributes on state elementary school teacher’s performance in Sub-District of Slawi. A quantitative approach is used in this study. The location of the study is in all state elementary schools of Slawi Sub-District, Tegal Regency. Population number of this study are 190 teachers of state elementary schools in Sub-District of Slawi. The sample of this study are 127 teachers selected with a sampling technique based on Isaac and Michaels’s empiric formula. Data are collected by doing a documentation of library research and using questionnaires. Data are analyzed using regression analysis. Based on data analysis results and previous discussion, it could be concluded that 1) teacher’s perception of headmaster’s leadership, job ethics, and learning facilities simultaneously affect positively and significantly on state elementary school teacher’s performance in Sub-District of Slawi 74.5%. This is shown by acquirement of rest result F with a = 5%. 2) Teacher’s perception of headmaster’s leadership partially contributes positively on teacher’s performance of state elementary schools in Sub-District of Slawi 8.78%. This is shown by acquirement of rest result t with a = 5%. 3) Job ethics partially contributes positively on teacher’s performance in Sub-District of Slawi 59.54%. This is shown by acquirement of rest result t with a = 5%. 4) Learning facilities partially contributes positively on teacher’s performance of state elementary schools in Sub-District of Slawi with 6.20%. This is shown by acquirement of rest result t with a= 5%. 5) Result of assumption test classical indicates that regression model do not experience of classic assumption problem or diffraction so that can be expressed by BLUE (Best, Linear, Unbiased, and Estimator).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kemampuan mengelola literasi sekolah  bagi kepala sekolah dasar se- Dabin I Kecamatan Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo pada semester I Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 melalui supervisi manajerial .     Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester I Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, tempat penelitian sekolah se- Dabin I Kecamatan Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Yang beralamat di sekolah Kecamatan Baki. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dasar se- Dabin I, Kecamatan Baki, Kabupaten Sukoharjo pada semester I Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui supervisi managerial  dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kemampuan mengelola litersai sekolah bagi kepala sekolah dasar  se- Dabin I Kecamatan Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo pada semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. kondisi awal profesional rata-rata 68  ke kondisi akhir 77, kenaikan profesional kepala sekolah rata-rata 9 %. Sedangkan untuk kemampuan pengelolaan administrasi GLS kepala sekolah dari kondisi awal rata-rata 69 ke kondisi akhir  78 kenaikan pelaksanaan rata-rata  9 %.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the implementation of the regulatory supervision of the elementary school learning activities, and (2) to describe the implications of the implementation of the regulatory supervision of the elementary school learning activities. The place of research in SDN  Ngadirejan Pringkuku Pacitan. Collecting data using observations, interviews and documentation. Analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of the regulatory supervision of teaching in schools on SDN Ngadirejan are in three stages, the school superintendent supervision is based on collaboration with the principal; Problems faced by the school supervisor is supervising the status of rank, seniority and friendship.  (2) The implications of the effectiveness of the regulatory supervision of school on school teaching are the level of preparedness of the schools, the school is very positive perception that supervisors provide assistance, guidance, direction and experience of the teacher towards professionalism and very few negative perceptions, success are achieved after supervision is the existence of physical development for the better.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian adalah menemukan model pengembangan profesi guru berkelanjutan berbasis konstruktivis kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan soft skills-transferable skills dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 (dua) tahun, yakni tahun pertama studi pendahuluan dan tahun kedua, pengembangan model. Tujuan penelitian tahun I adalah (1) melakukan pemetaan model pengembangan keprofesian guru berkelanjutan yang tengah berlangsung, (2) melakukan pemetaan kemampuan guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah, (3) melakukan analisis bentuk-bentuk kebutuhan guru pada pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan, dan (4) merumuskan draft model pengembangan profesi guru berkelanjutan. Desain penelitian menerapkan penelitian pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, FGD, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yang pertama, guru-guru SMA/MA/SMK Muhammadiyah di Sukoharjo yang bersertifikasi pendidik selama ini telah melakukan serangkaian kegiatan untuk mengembangkan kompetensinya, baik secara mandiri dengan mengikuti workshop, seminar, membeli buku teks pelajaran terbaru, mengikuti kegiatan MGMP maupun bersama-sama dengan cara berdiskusi sesama rekan guru bidang studi. Kedua, dalam kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah, guru-guru bersertifikasi pendidik belum sepenuhnya memiliki pemahaman konsep karya ilmiah. Pengalaman guru membuat karya ilmiah sebagian besar diperoleh pada saat Pendidikan Latihan Profesi Guru. Pemahaman guru mengenai konsep karya ilmiah terkendala pada sistematika baku penelitian. Ketiga, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengembangan keprofesian guru berkelanjutan masih menemui kendala, seperti kendala waktu, dana, usia, sarana prasarana, motivasi, kebijakan pimpinan, dan akses jaringan internet. Hal yang dibutuhkan adalah adanya langkah kongkrit dari pemangku kebijakan untuk menyederhanakan segala hal terkait aktivitas administratif pembelajaran, dukungan dana atau inisiatif majlis dikdasmen dan pihak sponsor lain, dukungan akses jaringan internet, dan dukungan dari lembaga perguruan tinggi. Keempat, desain awal model pengembangan keprofesian guru berkelanjutan berbasis konstruktivis-kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan soft skills–transferable skills guru dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah bersifat terpadu. Model didasarkan pada kebutuhan guru dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah dan dikembangkan secara konstruktif oleh guru sendiri, sementara tim eksternal memberikan penguatan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan artikel ilmiah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap e-learning dan berbagai aspek yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa saat menggunakan e-learning. Penelitian deskriptif ini dilakukan dengan teknik kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa pendidikan biologi FKIP UAD angkatan 2015 dan 2016 yang dipilih secara acak; dan teknik deskriptif digunakan sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan, mahasiswa 98,8% mahasiswa mengetahui e-learning, 86,3% mendukung pelaksanaan e-learning, dan 77% menyatakan puas dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengana e-learning. Selaiin itu, menghasilkan persepsi mahasiswa e-learning bermanfaat, dapat meningkatkan motivasi, memudahkan memahami materi, membantu kesiapan dalam perkuliahan. Berdasarkan analisis e-learning dalam pengertian mahasiswa memiliki aksesibilitas yang tinggi yaitu 91%, dengan penggunaan ringan 83%. Penilaian baik Persepsi mahasiswa terhadap e-learning, memberikan peran yang besar dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan e-learning, yang dapat dilakukan dengan pola blendedlearning sebagai bentuk pembelajaran yang mengkolaborasikan e-learning dengan tatap muka.

Abstract

This Research is aimed at finding out the level of writing ability of the students at English Study Program FKIP- UNRI by using Cooperative Learning Method. The samples of the research were all of the first year students that joined Writing IC. The procedure of the research were administered through (a) pre-tes; (b) teaching and learning process by using Cooperative Learning Method; and (c) pos-tes. Pre-tes and pos-tes were given in order to know the level of their writing ability. Data analysis was conducted by comparing the scores of pre-tes and post-tes. Data calculation concluded that with df = 78 – 1 = 77, it was found that r table with significant level 5% = 2.64; and 1% = 1.99 which were smaller than t = 3.005. As a result, null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. In conclusion, Cooperative Learning Method played a significant role in increasing the writing ability of students of English Study Program FKIP UNRI.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji kontribusi penampilan guru dalam pembelajaran, motivasi, dan fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar matematika dengan mediasi kedisiplinan belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional kausal. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 190 siswa kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 6 Salatiga tahun 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 128 siswa ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin (α = 0,05). Teknik sampling, proporsional random sampling dirtentukan dengan undian. Data dikumpulkan dengan dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada kontribusi penampilan guru dalam pembelajaran, motivasi, dan fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar matematika dengan mediasi kedisiplinan belajar (10%, sig. = 0,011). Penampilan guru dalam pembelajaran berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap hasil belajar matematika (0,54%, sig. = 0,412). Motivasi belajar berkontribusi secara tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar matematika melalui kedisiplinan belajar (22,1%, sig. = 0,000). Fasilitas belajar berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap hasil belajar matematika (0,0009%, sig. = 0.997). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Menengah Pertama menjadi baik karena dukungan dari penampilan guru dalam pembelajaran, motivasi, dan fasilitas dengan mediasi kedisiplinan belajar

Abstract

Elementary school is the starting point of formal education in Indonesia. While this study has the objective to provide insight to the teacher on the application of thematic learning curriculum 2013 that includes planning, implementing and assessing thematic learning curriculum in 2013. Thematic learning curriculum 2013 that applicable in elementary school / MI is an integrated thematic learning, learning to integrate material from multiple subjects in a single theme to cultivate a skill on learners. The subjects in this study are teachers in elementary school / MI in Klepek Sukosewu District of Bojonegoro and methods of data collection use interviews and questionnaires. The conclusion from this study is that the learned predetermined theme of the center located at Master Books, learning methods used according to the theme being studied, while the valuation techniques used are based on attitude.

Abstract

This article aims at uncovering how the elementary students’ responses to cultural differences. The students as the object of the present research is from four different Islamic schools. In this sense, the students are getting used socialize with homogeneous culture. This research was conducted through participatory action research where the member of the research she is a foreigner – Japanese and student of BIPA (Indonesian Language for foreign speaker) program – introduces her culture to six grade students (eleven to twelve years old children). The research data was collected through questionnaires. The result of the study indicated by the collected questionnaire shows that most of the students: fifty-eight form seventy-seven students like to the introduction of foreign culture, particularly conducted by foreign people. They are happy with the foreign people in their school introducing in Japanese culture, such as short lyrics Japanese song. Students’ active participation in class activity perceived as their acceptation or positive manner to foreign culture in their school environment.

Abstract

The aim of observation is to analyses the effects of using learning strategies of investigation group and discovery learning base on the result of learning mathematic process, to analyses the effects of being active of students base on the result of learning mathematic process, to analyses of interaction between learning strategies of investigation group and discovery learning with being active on result of learning mathematic. The types base on scientific quantitative. Design of observation is quasi experimental. The technique of analysis data is using analysis variants two ways. Base on the result of observation, can conclude there are influence of strategies of group investigation and discovery learning for the result of learning mathematic  with significant level 5%, to influence the level of being active in result of learning mathematic with significant level 5%, for the interaction between group investigation and discovery learning with significant level 5%.
